ガス移送施設(2A)は、液化ガス運搬船(100)から陸上に配置される発電設備(50)へとガスを移送するガス移送施設(2A)である。ガス移送施設(2A)は、中継設備(10A)と、液化ガスライン(20)と、パイプライン本体(31)と、を備える。中継設備(10A)は、海洋(S)における位置が保持されて、ガス化装置(15)を有する。液化ガスライン(20)は、中継設備(10A)の周囲に位置する液化ガス運搬船(100)のタンクとガス化装置(15)とを直接的に接続する。パイプライン本体(31)は、ガス化装置(15)と発電設備(50)とを接続する。

Description

ガス移送施設、発電施設
 この発明は、ガス移送施設、発電施設に関する。
 本願は、2016年8月31日に、日本に出願された特願2016-169903号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 LNG(液化天然ガス)やLPG(液化プロパンガス)等の液化ガスを運搬する液化ガス運搬船は、運搬してきた液化ガスを、液化ガス貯蔵施設に移し替えている。
 特許文献1には、貯蔵タンク及び再ガス化施設を備える大型の受取り船に対して、この受取り船よりも小型の液化ガス運搬船により配送されてきたLNGを移し替えて貯蔵することが記載されている。この受取り船は、海岸近くに移動した後、貯蔵タンクに貯蔵されている液化ガスを再ガス化施設によって再ガス化してから陸上の施設へ送給するようになっている。

 ところで、今まで液化ガスの受け入れをしてこなかった港湾において、新たに液化ガスの受け入れを行うには、液化ガス貯蔵施設を新設しなければならず、多大なコストが掛かってしまうという課題がある。
 特許文献1のように、海上において液化ガス運搬船から液化ガス貯蔵施設に液化ガスを移送して貯蔵する場合、移送の際などに液化ガスの一部が気化してしまう。そのため、受取り船などにおいては、気化したガスを処理するための再液化処理等を行う設備の規模が大きくなり、必要コストがさらに上昇してしまう。
 特許文献1は、大型の受取り船が海岸に近づく必要が有る。一般に、水深が浅い港湾において、大型の受取り船や液化ガス運搬船等を受け入れるには、浚渫等の大がかりな工事が必要となり、多大なコストと工期とを要してしまう。
 これらの理由から、岸壁の周辺に、ガスタービンやガスタービンなどを用いた発電施設を設置する場合に、液化ガス貯蔵施設等の液化ガス受け入れ施設の設置コストが高くなり、発電施設設置の妨げとなっている。
 この発明は、低コストで設置することができるガス移送施設、発電施設を提供する。
 この発明の第一態様によれば、ガス移送施設は、液化ガス運搬船から陸上に配置される設備へとガスを移送するガス移送施設である。このガス移送施設は、中継設備と、液化ガスラインと、パイプライン本体と、を備える。中継設備は、海洋における位置が保持されて、ガス化装置を有する。液化ガスラインは、中継設備と、前記中継設備の周囲に位置する前記液化ガス運搬船のタンクと前記ガス化装置とを直接的に接続する。パイプライン本体は、前記ガス化装置と前記設備とを接続する。
 このような構成によれば、液化ガス運搬船で運搬してきた液化ガスは、液化ガスラインを介してガス化装置に送り込まれる。ガス化装置では、液化ガス運搬船から送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化し、ガスラインを介して設備に移送する。このように、液化ガスをガス化した状態で設備に移送することで、液化ガス運搬船から陸上に設けられたガス貯蔵施設に液化ガスを移送する場合よりもボイルオフガスを低減できる。そのため、液化ガスがガス化して生成されたボイルオフガスの処理に係る負担が軽減する。したがって、ボイルオフガスを処理する設備の規模を低減できるとともにボイルオフガスを処理するためのエネルギーを抑制できる。
 さらに、液化ガスをガス化してから設備に移送するので、ガスの温度は、液状態のときよりも高くなる。したがって、ガス化装置から装置にガスを移送するガスライン等の流路を構成する各種の部材に、液化ガスを移送するときのような低温用の部材を用いる必要が無くなる。
 さらに、中継設備は、海洋に設けられるので、この中継設備を岸壁に設置する必要が無い。これにより、岸壁工事や、液化ガス運搬船を着岸させるための浚渫等の港湾工事も少なくて済む。
 加えて、中継設備にガス化装置を備えることで、液化ガス運搬船にガス化装置を備える必要が無く、液化ガス運搬船は、汎用のものを用いることができる。
 この発明の第二態様によれば、第一態様に係る中継設備は、前記海洋上に浮かべて設けられているようにしてもよい。
 このように構成することで、液化ガス運搬船の大きさに応じて中継設備を岸壁から沖側に離れた水深の大きな場所に設置することも可能となる。
 この発明の第三態様によれば、第二態様に係る中継設備は、前記海洋の海底に係留された係留部と、前記係留部に対して前記海洋の海面に沿う面内で回転可能に設けられた浮体本体と、を備えていてもよい。第二態様に係る液化ガス運搬船は、前記浮体本体に係留されるようにしてもよい。
 このように構成することで、液化ガス運搬船を浮体本体に係留して、液化ガス運搬船からガス化装置へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。係留部に対して浮体本体が回転可能であるので、風や波、潮流等によって液化ガス運搬船と浮体本体とが一体的に回転することによって、風や波、潮流等による影響を抑えることができる。
 この発明の第四態様によれば、第一態様に係る中継設備は、前記海洋の海底に着床して設けられているようにしてもよい。
 このように構成することで、中継設備を安定的に設けることができる。
 この発明の第五態様によれば、第一から第四態様の何れか一つの態様に係る中継設備は、前記液化ガス運搬船を係留する係船部をさらに備えるようにしてもよい。
 このように係船部によって液化ガス運搬船を中継設備に係留することで、液化ガス運搬船からガス化装置へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
 この発明の第六態様によれば、第一から第四態様の何れか一つの態様に係る液化ガス運搬船は、前記中継設備に対する前記液化ガス運搬船の位置を維持する自己位置維持システムを備えるようにしてもよい。
 このように自己位置維持システムによって中継設備に対する液化ガス運搬船の位置を維持することによって、液化ガス運搬船からガス化装置へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
 この発明の第七態様によれば、第一から第六態様の何れか一つの態様に係る中継設備は、ボイルオフガスを処理する処理設備を備えていてもよい。
 このようにすることで、中継設備の周囲環境からの入熱により徐々に発生するボイルオフガスを処理することができる。
 この発明の第八態様によれば、第一から第七態様の何れか一つの態様に係る液化ガスラインは、海洋上に浮かぶフローティングホースであっても良い。
 このようにすることで、液化ガス運搬船を係留するために、係船索を除く特別な係留装置を設ける必要がなくなる。そのため、中継設備に液化ガス輸送船を容易に係留することができる。
 この発明の第九態様によれば、発電施設は、第一から第八態様の何れか一つの態様のガス移送施設と、前記設備として前記ガスにより発電を行う発電設備と、を備える。
 このような構成によれば、液化ガスを中間設備でガス化した状態で発電設備に移送することで、液化ガス運搬船から陸上に設けられたガス貯蔵施設に液化ガスを移送する場合よりもボイルオフガスを低減できる。そのため、液化ガスがガス化して生成されたボイルオフガスの処理に係る負担が軽減する。したがって、ボイルオフガスを処理する設備の規模を低減できるとともにボイルオフガスを処理するためのエネルギーを抑制できる。
 さらに、液化ガスをガス化してから発電設備に移送するので、ガスの温度は、液状態のときよりも高くなる。したがって、ガス化装置から発電装置にガスを移送するガスライン等の流路を構成する各種の部材に、液化ガスを移送するときのような低温用の部材を用いる必要が無くなる。
 さらに、中継設備は、海洋に設けられるので、この中継設備を岸壁に設置する必要が無い。これにより、岸壁工事や、液化ガス運搬船を着岸させるための浚渫等の港湾工事も少なくて済む。
 加えて、中継設備にガス化装置を備えることで、液化ガス運搬船にガス化装置を備える必要が無く、液化ガス運搬船は、汎用のものを用いることができる。
 したがって、発電設備およびガス移送施設の設置コスト、運用コスト等を抑えることが可能となる。
 上記ガス移送施設、発電施設によれば、低コストで設置することが可能となる。

 以下、この発明の実施形態におけるガス移送施設、発電施設を図面に基づき説明する。
(第一実施形態)
 図1は、この第一実施形態における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。
 図1に示すように、この実施形態の発電施設1は、ガス移送施設2Aと、発電設備50と、を備える。
 ガス移送施設2Aは、中継設備10Aと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30と、を主に備えている。このガス移送施設2Aは、液化ガス運搬船100で運搬してきた液化ガスをガス化し、陸上に設けられた発電設備50に送給する。発電設備50においては、送給されたガスにより、例えばガスタービンなどを駆動して、発電が行なわれる。
 中継設備10Aは、海洋S上に浮かべて設けられている。中継設備10Aは、浮体本体11と、浮体本体11の下部に設けられた固定部(係留部)12と、を備えている。
 固定部12は、浮体本体11に対し、鉛直軸周りに回転自在に設けられている。固定部12は、係留索13を介して海底Bに係留されている。これにより、中継設備10Aは、海洋Sの海面上における位置が保持されている。浮体本体11は、波や風、潮流等による力が作用したときに、海洋Sの表面(海面)に沿って固定部12回りに揺動可能となっている。
 浮体本体11と固定部12との間には、後述するガス化装置15から接続ホース34へとガスを送るガス流路において固定部12に対する浮体本体11の揺動(回転)を許容する回転継手(図示無し)を備えている。さらに、浮体本体11と固定部12との間には、固定部12に対する浮体本体11の揺動(回転)を許容しつつ、後述する電源配線をガス化装置15側の配線に接続するため、スリップリング(図示無し)が設けられている。
 この中継設備10Aの浮体本体11には、液化ガス運搬船100が係留される。そのため、浮体本体11は、液化ガス運搬船100を係留する係船索(係船部)14を備えている。
 浮体本体11は、更に、液化ガス運搬船100で運搬してきた液化ガスを再ガス化するガス化装置15を備えている。このガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100から液化ガスを取り込むポンプ、及び液化ガスをガス化させる熱交換器等を備えている。
 液化ガスライン20は、液化ガス運搬船100のタンク101とガス化装置15とを直接的に接続する。この実施形態の液化ガスライン20は、海洋S上に浮かぶフローティングホース21を用いている。
 ガスパイプライン30は、パイプライン本体(ガスライン)31と、電力供給ライン32と、PLEM(パイプラインエンドマニホールド)33と、を備えている。
 パイプライン本体31は、海洋S上に設けられた中継設備10Aで再ガス化したガスを発電設備50に供給する。電力供給ライン32は、陸上の発電設備50から電力を中継設備10Aに供給する。
 PLEM33は、パイプライン本体31の中継設備10A側の端部及び電力供給ライン32の中継設備10A側の端部に設けられている。PLEM33は、パイル等の基礎部(図示無し)によって海底Bに固定されている。PLEM33と、中継設備10Aの固定部12とは、柔軟性(可撓性)を有した接続ホース34を介して接続されている。接続ホース34の内部には、中継設備10Aで再ガス化したガスをPLEM33に送るガスホース(図示無し)と、電力供給ライン32を通して供給される電力を中継設備10Aに送る電源配線(図示無し)とが収容されている。
 このような中継設備10Aにおいては、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100は、係船索14によって中継設備10Aの浮体本体11に係留される。液化ガス運搬船100のタンク101と浮体本体11に設けられたガス化装置15とは、液化ガスライン20としてのフローティングホース21によって接続される。このフローティングホース21を通して液化ガス運搬船100のタンク101からガス化装置15へと液化ガスが移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100から送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、接続ホース34を介してPLEM33に送られ、PLEM33に接続されたパイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第一実施形態のガス移送施設2Aによれば、液化ガスをガス化した状態で発電設備50に移送することで、液化ガス運搬船100から陸上に設けられたガス貯蔵施設に液化ガスを移送する場合よりもボイルオフガスを低減できる。そのため、液化ガスがガス化して生成されたボイルオフガスの処理に係る負担が軽減する。したがって、ボイルオフガスの処理を行う設備の規模を低減できるとともにボイルオフガスを処理するためのエネルギーを抑制できる。液化ガスをガス化した状態で発電設備50に移送する場合であっても、周囲環境からの入熱により徐々に発生するボイルオフガスを処理する必要が生じる。そのため、この第一実施形態のガス移送施設2Aにおいては、中継施設10Aにボイルオフガスを処理するための最小限の設備F(図1参照;処理設備)を備えている(以下、第二実施形態や各実施形態の各変形例も同様であるが図示を省略する)。このボイルオフガスを処理する設備としては、ボイルオフガスを再液化処理する設備や、ボイルオフガスを燃焼処理する設備(ボイラー)などを例示できる。
 さらに、液化ガスをガス化してから発電設備50に移送するので、ガスの温度は、液状態のときよりも高くなる。したがって、ガス化装置15から発電設備50にガスを移送するための流路を構成する固定部12の回転継手、接続ホース、PLEM33、パイプライン本体31等の流路を構成する各種の部材に、液化ガスを移送するときのような低温用の部材を用いる必要が無くなる。
 さらに、中継設備10Aは、海洋Sに設けられるので、この中継設備10Aを岸壁に設置する必要が無い。これにより、岸壁工事や、液化ガス運搬船100を着岸させるための浚渫等の港湾工事も少なくて済む。
 加えて、中継設備10Aにガス化装置15を備えることで、液化ガス運搬船100にガス化装置15を備える必要が無く、液化ガス運搬船100は、汎用のものを用いることができる。
 したがって、液化ガス運搬船100によって運搬されてきた液化ガスを陸上の発電設備50に移送するガス移送施設2A、発電施設1を低コストで設置することが可能となる。
 さらに、中継設備10Aは、海洋S上に浮かべて設けられているので、液化ガス運搬船100の大きさに応じて中継設備10Aを岸壁から沖側に離れて水深の大きな場所に設置することも可能となる。
 さらに、液化ガス運搬船100を浮体本体11に係留することで、液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。浮体本体11は、固定部12に対して回転可能であるので、風や波、潮流等によって液化ガス運搬船100と浮体本体11とが一体的に回転することによって、風や波、潮流等による影響を抑えることができる。
 さらに、係船索14によって液化ガス運搬船100を中継設備10Aに係留することで、液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
 さらに、液化ガスライン20としてフローティングホース21を採用することで、中継設備10Aに液化ガス運搬船100を係留するために、係船索を除く特別な係留装置を設ける必要が無くなる。そのため、中継設備10Aに液化ガス運搬船100を容易(言い換えれば、安全及び安価)に係留することができる。
(第一実施形態の第一変形例)
 上述した第一実施形態においては、液化ガス運搬船100を、係船索14を介して中継設備10Aに係留し、フローティングホース21を介して液化ガスを液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15に移送するように構成した。しかし、この構成に限られない。以下に、その変形例を示す。
 図2は、この第一実施形態の第一変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。図3は、この第一実施形態の第一変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す平面図である。
 図2、図3に示すように、この第一実施形態の第一変形例における発電施設1を構成するガス移送施設2Bは、第一実施形態におけるガス移送施設2Aと同様、中継設備10Bと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30と、を主に備えている。
 中継設備10Bの浮体本体11には、船から船へと液化ガスを移送する場合に用いられているローディングアーム(係船部)16(図3参照)が設けられ、このローディングアーム16を介して液化ガス運搬船100が係留される。ローディングアーム16には、液化ガスライン20として、液化ガスを移送するローディングホース22が設けられている。液化ガスは、このローディングホース22を介して液化ガス運搬船100のタンク101から浮体本体11のガス化装置15へと移送される。
 このような中継設備10Bにおいては、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100は、ローディングアーム16によって中継設備10Bの浮体本体11に係留される。液化ガスは、液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15へとローディングホース22を通して移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100から送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、接続ホース34を介してPLEM33に送られ、PLEM33に接続されたパイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第一実施形態の第一変形例によれば、第一実施形態の作用効果に加え、ローディングアーム16によって液化ガス運搬船100を中継設備10Bに係留することで、液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
(第一実施形態の第二変形例)
 図4は、この第一実施形態の第二変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。
 図4に示すように、この第一実施形態の第二変形例におけるガス移送施設2Cは、第一実施形態におけるガス移送施設2Aと同様、中継設備10Cと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30と、を主に備えている。
 この第一実施形態の第二変形例においては、液化ガスを運搬する液化ガス運搬船100Cが、自己位置維持システムであるDPS(ダイナミックポジションシステム)103を備えている。このDPS103は、海底Bに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの相対位置情報を検出し、検出された相対位置情報に基づいて液化ガス運搬船100Cの推進力の大きさと方向とを制御することで、海底Bに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの位置(船位)を自動的に維持するものである。DPS103は、例えば、GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)により測位することができる。
 このような液化ガス運搬船100Cと中継設備10Cのガス化装置15とは、液化ガスライン20を介して接続されている。液化ガスライン20としては、第一実施形態で示したフローティングホース21や、第一実施形態の第一変形例で示したローディングホース22等を用いることができる。
 この中継設備10Cにおいては、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100Cは、DPS103によって中継設備10Cに対する停泊位置を維持する。液化ガス運搬船100Cからガス化装置15へと液化ガスライン20を通して液化ガスが移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100Cから送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、接続ホース34を介してPLEM33に送られ、PLEM33に接続されたパイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第一実施形態の第二変形例によれば、第一実施形態の作用効果に加え、液化ガス運搬船100Cが、中継設備10Cに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの位置を維持するDPS103を備えていることで、中継設備10Cに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの位置を維持することができる。その結果、液化ガス運搬船100Cからガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
(第一実施形態の第三変形例)
 図5は、この第一実施形態の第三変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。図6は、この第一実施形態の第三変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す平面図である。
 図5、図6に示すように、この第一実施形態の第三変形例におけるガス移送施設2Dは、第一実施形態におけるガス移送施設2Aと同様、中継設備10Dと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30と、を主に備えている。
 この第一実施形態の第三変形例においては、液化ガスを運搬する液化ガス運搬船100Dが、ドルフィンフェンダー係留装置(図示無し)を備えている。このドルフィンフェンダー係留装置は、液化ガス運搬船100Dの船体の船首側又は船尾側の一部を内部に収容して係留する。このドルフィンフェンダー係留装置は、中継設備10Dに設けられた係留部材(係船部)17(図6参照)に、ゴム製のフェンダー等の防舷材(図示無し)を介して液化ガス運搬船100Dを係留する。ドルフィンフェンダー係留装置を用いる場合、ドルフィンフェンダー係留装置に対応した形状の専用船が用いられる。
 このような液化ガス運搬船100Dと中継設備10Dのガス化装置15とは、液化ガスライン20を介して接続されている。液化ガスライン20としては、第一実施形態で示したフローティングホース21や、第一実施形態の第一変形例で示したローディングホース22等を用いることができる。
 このような中継設備10Dにおいては、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100Dは、ドルフィンフェンダー係留装置(図示無し)によって中継設備10Dに係留される。液化ガス運搬船100Dと浮体本体11に設けられたガス化装置15とは、液化ガスライン20を通して接続され、液化ガス運搬船100Dからガス化装置15へと液化ガスが移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100Dから送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、接続ホース34を介してPLEM33に送られ、PLEM33に接続されたパイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第一実施形態の第三変形例によれば、第一実施形態の作用効果に加え、係留部材17によって液化ガス運搬船100Dを中継設備10Dに係留することで、液化ガス運搬船100Dと中継設備10Dとの間の液化ガスライン20の接続を容易に行うことができる。さらに、液化ガス運搬船100Dが中継設備10Dに対してより正確に位置決めされるため、液化ガス運搬船100Dからガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
(第二実施形態)
 次に、この発明の第二実施形態を図面に基づき説明する。この第二実施形態は、上述した第一実施形態と、中継設備の配置が異なる。そのため、第一実施形態と同一部分に同一符号を付して説明するとともに、重複する詳細説明を省略する。
 図7は、この第二実施形態における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。
 図7に示すように、この実施形態の発電施設1は、発電設備50と、ガス移送施設2Eと、を備えている。
 ガス移送施設2Eは、中継設備10Eと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30Eと、を主に備えている。このガス移送施設2Eは、液化ガス運搬船100で運搬してきた液化ガスをガス化し、陸上に設けられた発電設備50に送給する。
 中継設備10Eは、海洋Sの海底Bに着床して設けられ、海洋Sにおける位置が保持されている。また、中継設備10Eは、その上面が、第一実施形態と同様に、海洋S上に露出するように設けられている。
 この中継設備10Eには、液化ガス運搬船100が係留される。このため、中継設備10Eは、液化ガス運搬船100を係留する係船索14を備えている。この係船索14を介し、液化ガス運搬船100が、風や波、潮流等によって中継設備10Eに対して揺動することを許容している。
 中継設備10Eは、液化ガス運搬船100で運搬してきた液化ガスを再ガス化するガス化装置15を備えている。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100側から液化ガスを取り込むポンプ、液化ガスをガス化させる熱交換器等を備えている。
 液化ガスライン20は、液化ガス運搬船100とガス化装置15とを接続するもので、この実施形態では、海洋S上に浮かぶフローティングホース21が用いられている。
 ガスパイプライン30Eは、パイプライン本体31と、電力供給ライン32と、を備えている。
 パイプライン本体31は、海洋Sの海底Bに着床して設けられた中継設備10Eで再ガス化したガスを発電設備50に供給する。電力供給ライン32は、陸上の発電設備50から電力を中継設備10E側に供給する。
 このような中継設備10Eにおいて、第一実施形態と同様に、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100は、係船索14によって中継設備10Eに係留される。液化ガス運搬船100と中継設備10Eに設けられたガス化装置15とは、液化ガスライン20としてのフローティングホース21によって接続され、このフローティングホース21を通して液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15へと液化ガスが移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100から送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、パイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第二実施形態のガス移送施設2Eによれば、液化ガスをガス化した状態で発電設備50に移送することで、液化ガス運搬船100から陸上に設けられたガス貯蔵施設に液化ガスを移送する場合よりもボイルオフガスを低減できる。そのため、液化ガスがガス化して生成されたボイルオフガスの処理に係る負担が軽減する。したがって、ボイルオフガスを処理する設備の規模を低減できるとともにボイルオフガスを処理するためのエネルギーを抑制できる。
 さらに、液化ガスをガス化してから発電設備50に移送するので、ガスの温度は、液状態のときよりも高くなる。したがって、ガス化装置15から発電設備50にガスを移送するための流路を構成するパイプライン本体31等の各種の部材に、液化ガスを移送するときのような低温用の部材を用いる必要が無くなる。
 さらに、中継設備10Eは、海洋Sに設けられるので、この中継設備10Eを岸壁に設置する必要が無い。これにより、岸壁工事や、液化ガス運搬船100を着岸させるための浚渫等の港湾工事も少なくて済む。
 加えて、中継設備10Eにガス化装置15を備えることで、液化ガス運搬船100にガス化装置15を備える必要が無く、液化ガス運搬船100は、汎用のものを用いることができる。
 したがって、液化ガス運搬船100によって運搬されてきた液化ガスを陸上の発電設備50に移送するガス移送施設2E、発電施設1を低コストで設置することが可能となる。
 中継設備10Eは、海洋Sの海底Bに着床して設けられているので、中継設備10Eを安定的に設けることができる。
(第二実施形態の第一変形例)
 第二実施形態においては、液化ガス運搬船100を、係船索14を介して中継設備10Eに係留し、フローティングホース21を介して液化ガスを液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15に移送するように構成した。しかし、この構成に限られない。以下に、その変形例を示す。
 図8は、この第二実施形態の第一変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。図9は、この第二実施形態の第一変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す平面図である。
 図8、図9に示すように、この第二実施形態の第一変形例におけるガス移送施設2Fは、第二実施形態におけるガス移送施設2Eと同様、中継設備10Fと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30Eと、を主に備えている。
 中継設備10Fには、船から船へと液化ガスを移送する場合に用いられているローディングアーム16が設けられ、このローディングアーム16(図9参照)を介して液化ガス運搬船100が係留される。ローディングアーム16には、液化ガスライン20として、液化ガスを移送するローディングホース22が設けられている。液化ガスは、このローディングホース22を介して液化ガス運搬船100から中継設備10Fのガス化装置15へと移送される。
 このような中継設備10Fにおいては、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100は、ローディングアーム16によって中継設備10Fに係留される。液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15へと液化ガスがローディングホース22を通して移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100から送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、パイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第二実施形態の第一変形例によれば、第二実施形態の作用効果に加え、ローディングアーム16によって液化ガス運搬船100を中継設備10Fに係留することができるため、液化ガス運搬船100からガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
(第二実施形態の第二変形例)
 図10は、この第二実施形態の第二変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。
 図10に示すように、この第二実施形態の第二変形例におけるガス移送施設2Gは、第二実施形態におけるガス移送施設2Eと同様、中継設備10Gと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30Eと、を主に備えている。
 この第二実施形態の第二変形例においては、液化ガスを運搬する液化ガス運搬船100Cが、DPS(ダイナミックポジションシステム)103を備えている。このDPS103は、第一実施形態の第二変形例と同様に、海底Bに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの相対位置情報を検出する。DPS103は、検出された相対位置情報に基づいて液化ガス運搬船100Cの推進力の大きさと方向とを制御することで、海底Bに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの位置を維持する。

 このような中継設備10Gにおいては、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100Cは、DPS103によって中継設備10Gに対する停泊位置を維持する。液化ガス運搬船100Cからガス化装置15へと液化ガスライン20を通して液化ガスが移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100から送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、パイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第二実施形態の第二変形例によれば、第二実施形態の作用効果に加え、液化ガス運搬船100Cが、中継設備10Gに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの位置を維持するDPS103を備えていることで、中継設備10Gに対する液化ガス運搬船100Cの位置を維持することができる。その結果、液化ガス運搬船100Cからガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
(第二実施形態の第三変形例)
 図11は、この第二実施形態の第三変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す側断面図である。図12は、この第二実施形態の第三変形例における発電施設、ガス移送施設の構成を示す平面図である。
 図11、図12に示すように、この第二実施形態の第三変形例におけるガス移送施設2Hは、第二実施形態におけるガス移送施設2Eと同様、中継設備10Hと、液化ガスライン20と、ガスパイプライン30Eと、を主に備えている。
 この第二実施形態の第三変形例においては、液化ガスを運搬する液化ガス運搬船100Dが、ドルフィンフェンダー係留装置(図示無し)を備えている。このドルフィンフェンダー係留装置は、液化ガス運搬船100Dの船体の船首側又は船尾側の一部を内部に収容して係留する。このドルフィンフェンダー係留装置は、中継設備10Hに設けられた係留部材17(図12参照)に、ゴム製のフェンダー等の防舷材(図示無し)を介して液化ガス運搬船100Dを係留する。
 このような液化ガス運搬船100Dと中継設備10Hのガス化装置15とは、液化ガスライン20を介して接続されている。液化ガスライン20としては、第二実施形態で示したフローティングホース21や、第二実施形態の第一変形例で示したローディングホース22等を用いることができる。
 このような中継設備10Hにおいては、液化ガスを運搬してきた液化ガス運搬船100Dは、ドルフィンフェンダー係留装置(図示無し)によって中継設備10Hに係留される。液化ガス運搬船100Dと中継設備10Hに設けられたガス化装置15とは、液化ガスライン20を通して接続され、液化ガス運搬船100Dからガス化装置15へと液化ガスが移送される。ガス化装置15は、液化ガス運搬船100Dから送り込まれた液化ガスをガス化する。ガス化されたガスは、パイプライン本体31を通して陸上の発電設備50へと供給される。
 第二実施形態の第三変形例によれば、第二実施形態の作用効果に加え、係留部材17によって液化ガス運搬船100Dを中継設備10Gに係留することで、液化ガス運搬船100Dと中継設備10Hとの間の液化ガスライン20の接続を容易に行うことができる。さらに、液化ガス運搬船100Dが中継設備10Hに対してより正確に位置決めされるため、液化ガス運搬船100Dからガス化装置15へと液化ガスを安定的に送り込むことができる。
(その他の変形例)
 この発明は、上述した実施形態およびその変形例に限定されるものではなく、この発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において、上述した実施形態に種々の変更を加えたものを含む。すなわち、実施形態で挙げた具体的な形状や構成等は一例にすぎず、適宜変更が可能である。
 例えば、上述した第一、第二実施形態及び、各変形例における中継設備10A~10Gは、液化ガス、またはガス化したガスを一時的に貯留するタンクを備えていてもよい。
 さらに、上述した第一実施形態においては、柔軟な可撓性を有する接続ホース34が中継設備10A~10Dに接続される場合について説明したが、この構成に限られない。例えば、接続ホース34を通常の使用により変形が生じない金属配管等を用いるようにしても良い。この場合、接続ホース34を用いて中継設備10A~10Dを係留してもよい。
 さらに、中継設備10A~10Dが係留索により係留される場合について説明したが、中継設備10A~10DにDPSを設けて、中継設備10A~10Dの位置を自動的に維持するようにしても良い。この場合、係留索による係留を省略することができる。
 さらに、上述した第一、第二実施形態及び、各変形例における中継設備10A~10Gは、少なくともその上面が水面上に露出する場合を例示した。しかし、中継設備10A~10Gは、その上面が水面下に配置されていても良い。
 さらに、中継設備10A~10Dの係留手法及び液化ガス運搬船100,100C,100Dの係留手法は、上述した各実施形態及び各変形例で示した係留手法に限らない。如何なる係留手法を採用しても良い。
 さらに、ボイルオフガスを処理する設備Fは、省略するようにしても良い。
 この発明は、ガス移送施設、発電施設に適用できる。この発明によって、ガス移送施設、発電施設を低コストで設置することが可能となる。

Claims (9)

  1.  液化ガス運搬船から陸上に配置される設備へとガスを移送するガス移送施設であって、
     海洋における位置が保持されて、ガス化装置を有する中継設備と、
     前記中継設備の周囲に位置する前記液化ガス運搬船のタンクと前記ガス化装置とを直接的に接続する液化ガスラインと、
     前記ガス化装置と前記設備とを接続するガスラインと、
    を備えるガス移送施設。
  2.  前記中継設備は、前記海洋上に浮かべて設けられている請求項1に記載のガス移送施設。
  3.  前記中継設備は、前記海洋の海底に係留された係留部と、前記係留部に対して前記海洋の海面に沿う面内で回転可能に設けられた浮体本体と、を備え、
     前記液化ガス運搬船は、前記浮体本体に係留される請求項2に記載のガス移送施設。
  4.  前記中継設備は、前記海洋の海底に着床して設けられている請求項1に記載のガス移送施設。
  5.  前記中継設備は、前記液化ガス運搬船を係留する係船部をさらに備える請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のガス移送施設。
  6.  前記液化ガス運搬船が、前記中継設備に対する前記液化ガス運搬船の位置を維持する自己位置維持システムを備える請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のガス移送施設。
  7.  前記中継設備は、ボイルオフガスを処理する処理設備を備える請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のガス移送施設。
  8.  前記液化ガスラインは、海洋上に浮かぶフローティングホースである請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のガス移送施設。
  9.  請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のガス移送施設と、
     前記設備として前記ガスにより発電を行う発電設備と、を備える発電施設。
