一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机制造领域,具体涉及一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶及其洗衣机。
背景技术
现有的洗衣机主要包括波轮洗衣机和滚筒式洗衣机,其中波轮洗衣机由于设计实用、价格符合大部分消费者的需求,在市场中占据了较大的市场。波轮洗衣机的而工作原理大致为:依靠装在洗衣桶底部的波轮正、反旋转,带动衣物上、下、左、右不停地翻转,使衣物之间、衣物与桶壁之间在水中进行反复地摩擦,在洗涤剂的辅助下实现衣物去污清洗的目的。现有技术中给波轮洗衣机提供动能的组件,如驱动电机或减速器,是通过一定数量的螺钉和螺母的紧固作用安装在洗衣机外桶的底部。由于波轮洗衣机在使用运行时通常会伴随着较大程度的震动或晃动,长期使用,用于固定电机和减速离合器的螺钉和螺母之间会出现不同程度的松动,不仅会加剧洗衣过程中的震动,带来噪音污染,影响客户体验,而且长期使用,洗衣机外桶的底部变形严重,安全性能不好。因此,现有的洗衣机外桶亟待被改进或取代。
发明内容
本发明人为了解决现有技术中的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,所述的洗衣机外桶将用于安装减速离合器或电机的安装大板一体成型于洗衣机外桶本体底部的内部,克服了现有技术中利用螺钉和螺母紧固组件存在的稳固性差的缺陷。包含本发明所述的洗衣机外桶的洗衣机在使用过程中震动小,几乎无噪音,洗衣机外桶长期使用也不易变形,提高了安全性能。
为了解决所述的技术问题,本发明的基本思路是:
一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,包括外桶本体及与外桶本体一体成型的安装大板,安装大板位于外桶本体底部的内部、由外桶本体包覆,且安装大板上设有与外桶本体底部相配合的加强筋;外桶本体底部中心设有第一安装通孔,安装大板中心设有第二安装通孔,第一安装通孔与第二安装通孔形成同心圆结构。
本发明采用一体成型的方式将安装大板设于洗衣机外桶本体底部的内部、由外桶本体包覆,两者作为紧密连接的一个整体,相对于现有技术中用分离的紧固配件将安装大板和洗衣机外桶本体两者进行组合固定的方式,最大程度地加强了洗衣机外桶本体与安装大板之间的 紧固度。由于在现有技术中,通过紧固配件安装在洗衣机外桶本体底部的安装大板需要再通过紧固配件将减速离合器和电机固定于其上,故减速离合器和电机与洗衣机外桶的连接需要通过一个分离的安装大板来连接,且均通过紧固配件如螺栓等来连接,紧固配件越多,则洗衣机的振动导致紧固配件松动的几率越大。因此,本发明所述的加强型洗衣机外桶克服了因为运行过程的震动或晃动而出现洗衣机外桶本体与安装大板松脱的问题,进而减小了减速离合器和电机与洗衣机外桶松脱的几率。
优选地,所述的结构加强型洗衣机外桶的底部设有一体成型的紧固件。该紧固件便于减速离合器或电机的安装组合,并且组装后更加牢固可靠,不需要借助单独的、分离的固定件来实现固定,进一步加强了洗衣机外桶与紧固件与减速离合器组装的紧固度。
本发明所述的洗衣机外桶本体与安装大板为一体结构,故减速离合器安装在结构加强型洗衣机外桶底部上的稳固效果,相较于现有的安装大板连接于外桶底部,减速离合器又安装在安装大板上的三个分离部件相互连接形式以实现安装的稳固效果更好。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述的紧固件均匀设置在多个与第二安装孔同心分布的圆周上。紧固件设置在多个同心圆上,形成多个紧固接触面,组装更加牢固。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述的紧固件为中部设有空腔的安装柱,安装柱的空腔内部设有螺纹;采用该紧固件时,与之组装的减速离合器上设有与之相适应的螺栓,通过螺栓与安装柱经螺纹连接实现组装。这种组装方式使紧固程度和稳定性大大提升。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述的紧固件为实心的、具有外螺纹的螺栓柱,与之组装的减速离合器上设有与之相适应的螺孔,通过螺栓与螺孔经螺纹连接实现组装。其达到的有益效果同上所述。
优选地,所述的安装大板上设有多条以第二安装通孔圆周外缘为起点的均匀分布的辐射状加强筋;所述的加强筋为大致阶梯型的突起,台阶端面设有波浪形状的缓冲部。
优选地,安装大板的下表面朝下,由安装大板的边缘看向第二安装孔:所述的大致阶梯型的突起的靠近第二安装通孔的部分比靠近安装大板边缘的部分要低。
由于安装大板与洗衣机桶底的材料在收缩性能方面存在一定的差异,在长期的使用过程中,可能会由于收缩的程度不同,而导致安装大板与洗衣机外桶底部之间会出现不同程度的间隙,长此以往,可能会出现安装大板与洗衣机外桶底部松脱的情况,不利于外桶底部结构的稳固。但是,在设置了以上所述的加强筋以后,可以克服因材料的收缩程度不同而导致安装大板与洗衣机外桶底部出现间隙的情况,使安装大板与洗衣机外桶底部嵌合的更加紧密, 从而进一步加强了洗衣机外桶底部的结构。
因此,以上所述的加强筋的特殊形状,进一步加强了洗衣机外桶底部的强度,降低其变型的可能性。
优选地,所述的加强型洗衣机外桶的底部设有多条以第一安装孔圆心为辐射中心的均匀分布的线段状加强筋、与第一安装孔呈同心分布的圆环状加强筋;所述的线段状加强筋之间、线段状加强筋与环形加强筋之间均形成中空结构。
所述的加强筋在洗衣机桶底形成多重协调配合的加强链,增强洗衣机桶底的强度和刚性,并且克服了应力不均所造成的制品扭曲变形的问题,而且设计简单、节省材料,桶底的结构更加美观。
优选地,所述洗衣机外桶底部还设有多个弹性缓冲部件,所述的弹性缓冲部件沿着第二安装通孔的圆周方向均匀分布。
更优选地,所述的缓冲部件包括压缩弹簧,设置在压缩弹簧外、用于限制压缩弹簧伸缩范围的外壳。
优选地,所述安装大板的横向截面为圆盘形、近似圆盘形、梅花形、多边形或其他与洗衣机桶底结构相配合、以利于加强洗衣机桶底结构的形状。
本发明的第二重要目的在于提供一种新型的洗衣机,所述的洗衣机包括以上所述的结构加强型洗衣机外桶。
本发明所述的加强型洗衣机外桶带来的有益效果为:洗衣机外桶的底部强度得到了极大程度地提升,采用本发明的洗衣机外桶与减速离合器和电机组装近乎一体化,紧固度好,能够有效降低洗衣机外桶底部的变形,可以延长洗衣机外桶及其洗衣机的使用寿命,并可有效减少洗衣机运行时的噪音污染,同时也节约了总的成本。

结构加强型洗衣机外桶1包括底部中间位置设有第一安装通孔13的洗衣机外桶本体、一体成型于洗衣机外桶本体底部的内部由外桶本体包覆且中间位置设有第二安装通孔22的安装大板2,第一安装通孔13与第二安装通孔22形成同心圆结构。
本发明采用一体成型的方式将安装大板设于洗衣机外桶本体底部的内部、由外桶本体包覆,两者作为紧密连接的一个整体,相对于现有技术中用分离的紧固配件将安装大板和洗衣机外桶本体两者进行组合固定的方式,最大程度地加强了洗衣机外桶本体与安装大板之间的紧固度。由于在现有技术中,通过紧固配件安装在洗衣机外桶本体底部的安装大板需要再通过紧固配件将减速离合器和电机固定于其上,故减速离合器和电机与洗衣机外桶的连接需要通过一个分离的安装大板来连接,且均通过紧固配件如螺栓等来连接,紧固配件越多,则洗衣机的振动导致紧固配件松动的几率越大。因此,本发明所述的加强型洗衣机外桶克服了因为运行过程的震动或晃动而出现洗衣机外桶本体与安装大板松脱的问题,进而减小了减速离合器和电机与洗衣机外桶松脱的几率。
所述的洗衣机外桶本体的底部设有多个一体成型的紧固件。
在本实施例中,所述的设于结构加强型洗衣机外桶底部上的紧固件为中部设有空腔的安装柱14,安装柱14的空腔内部设有螺纹;采用该紧固件时,与之组装的减速离合器上设有与之相适应的螺栓,通过螺栓与安装柱14经螺纹连接实现组装。

  1. 一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,包括外桶本体及与外桶本体一体成型的安装大板,安装大板位于外桶本体底部的内部、由外桶本体包覆,且安装大板上设有与外桶本体底部相配合的加强筋;外桶本体底部中心设有第一安装通孔,安装大板中心设有第二安装通孔,第一安装通孔与第二安装通孔形成同心圆结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述洗衣机外桶的底部还设有一体成型的紧固件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述的紧固件均匀设置在多个与第一安装孔同心分布的圆周上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述的紧固件为中部设有空腔的安装柱,安装柱的空腔内部设有螺纹。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述的紧固件为实心的、具有外螺纹的螺栓柱。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述的安装大板上设有多条以第二安装通孔圆周外缘为起点的均匀分布的辐射状加强筋;所述的加强筋为大致阶梯型的突起,台阶端面设有波浪形状的缓冲部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述的大致阶梯型的突起的靠近第二安装通孔的部分比靠近安装大板边缘的部分要低。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机外桶的底部设有多条以第一安装孔圆心为辐射中心的均匀分布的线段状加强筋、与第一安装孔呈同心分布的圆环状加强筋;所述的线段状加强筋之间、线段状加强筋与环形加强筋之间均形成中空结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种结构加强型洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述安装大板的横向截面为圆盘形、类圆盘形、梅花形、多边形。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的结构加强型洗衣机外桶。
