有鉴于此,特提出本发明。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法及洗衣机,本发明主要是利用投放盒设置装置,自主设置投放区域对应的洗涤试剂的类型,或者设置各种洗涤试剂对应的投放区域,根据所述设置信息实现洗涤剂准确投放进水。提高了用户使用的便利性,满足了用户的个性化需求。

如图1至图4所示,本发明一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,选择投放盒3内一投放区域;输入该投放区域投放的洗涤试剂的设置信息;然后保存该配置完成本次设置或重复上述配置步骤。
或者,所述设置方法根据投放盒设置装置1输入投放盒3内各投放区域对应投放洗涤试剂的设置信息,得出投放盒3内各投放区域的进水时序。
具体的,本实施例中所述洗衣机投放盒的设置方法可以通过投放盒设置装置1,自主设置投放区域对应的洗涤试剂的类型,或者设置各种洗涤试剂对应的投放区域,根据所述设置信息实现洗涤剂准确投放进水。本实施例所述设置方法解决了洗涤试剂的投放区域是固定设置,用户不能根据自己的使用习惯进行改动的问题。并且还解决了很多投放盒3中各投放区域上仅通过图标设置提示用户正确的投放洗涤试剂类型,给用户的使用带来很多不便的问题,提高了所述设置方法提高了洗衣机的智能化,满足用户的个性化需求,并且还能够提高用户的体验感。
进一步地,所述方法包括步骤如下:
S1、投放盒设置装置1输入各投放区域对应投放洗涤试剂的设置信息;
S2、判断设置信息中是否有洗衣液和/或洗衣粉,如果是,则执行步骤S3;如果否,则提示无洗涤液;
S3、提示用户确认设置信息。
进一步地,步骤S1中所述设置信息包括投放区域信息,和/或洗涤试剂类型信息;
优选的,所述洗涤试剂类型包括洗衣粉、洗衣液、柔顺剂、消毒液、增香剂中一种或者任意组合;
更优选的,所述投放区域信息包括第一投放腔室、第二投放腔室、第三投放腔
室中一种或者任意组合。
具体的,本实施例所述洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,通过投放盒设置装置1输入各投放区域对应投放洗涤试剂的设置信息,投放盒3各投放区域可从多种洗涤试剂中选择唯一的一种洗涤试剂作为该投放区域的投放试剂的种类,其中所述的洗涤试剂包括洗衣粉、洗衣液、柔顺剂、消毒液、增香剂等;当用户设置好个投放区域投放的洗涤试剂种类后或者当用户确认设置操作完成后,所述设置方法还需检测是否设置了洗衣液/洗衣粉,如果是则确定用户本次的投放盒3设置,并将设置信息传送给控制器,并由控制器将控制指令发送给进水阀供电段子,控制进水阀供电段子的通断电,实现洗涤试剂不同的供水需求;如果否,提示用户设置错误,然后提示用户重新设置。
同时,本实施中所述投放盒设置装置1可通过设置于洗衣机上的设置按钮、和/或操作界面、和/或触摸设置界面供用户进行各投放区域对应投放洗涤试剂的设置;例如,在洗衣机的操作界面上,对应显示洗涤试剂的投放区域,通过点击每个投放区域对应操作按钮/操作键进行投放试剂类型的选择,如:洗涤剂、柔顺剂、消毒剂、增香剂等,可供选择的洗涤试剂的类型数量不受限制。
或者通过与投放盒设置装置1无线连接的移动设备上的设置按钮、设置触摸界面供用户进行各投放区域对应投放洗涤试剂的设置。
并且,本实施例中每个投放区域仅能选择一种洗涤试剂的类型。但所有投放区域设置的洗涤试剂的投放类型中至少有一个为洗衣液,各投放区域设置的洗涤试剂的类型可以相同。用户设置完成后,对洗涤剂类型的设置信息进行确认时,若检测到所设置的洗涤试剂类型中无洗涤剂、或者洗衣粉,则报警提示并反馈无洗涤剂信息。用户设置完成后,进行各投放区域工作状态的设定,可以进行完投放区域规划,而不执行洗衣程序。
进一步地,步骤S3之后还包括如下步骤:
S4、判断是否保存设置信息,如果是,则将设置信息作为第一设置数据储存于控制器/云端服务器中,然后执行S5;如果否,则执行S5。
S5、返回至设置界面、和/或设置洗衣程序;
S6、执行洗衣程序。
具体的,本实施例所述设置方法中用户设置完成后可以选择保护设置信息,便于用户的使用,或者不保存设置信息仅为本次使用,提高了洗衣机的智能化,满足用户个性化的需求。
本实施例中所述投放盒3不同的投放区域对应不同的进水管路,通过对进水泵不同的端子通电实现不同管路的进水操作。用户可以根据自身的使用习惯自主设置洗涤剂投放区域的投放类型,可以将使用频率高的洗衣液/洗衣粉设置于对于用户自身最便利的投放区域,将使用频率较低的洗涤试剂设置在相对远或者不便利的投放区域,例如消毒剂。由于各用户的洗衣习惯不同、设置的投放区域也具有很大差异,因此,本实施例所述洗衣机投放盒的设置方法能够面对不同用户个性化的需求,提高了洗衣机设置方法的智能化,个性化,还能够避免由于洗涤试剂的投放区域固定设置,导致洗涤试剂投放错误的问题。
进一步地,步骤S4中还包括判断第一设置数据与前N次的设置数据是否连续相同。
优选的,判断与前N次的投放数据是否连续相同,如果是,则将第一投放数据作为预设值;如果否,则执行下一步;
优选的,所述N≥3。
具体的,本实施例所述设置方法还可以根据判断各投放腔室对应的设置信息和进水时序的历史数据继续判断出用户的洗涤试剂的投放习惯,则将所述投放习惯所对应的设置信息作为用户默认的设置信息,并控制所述投放和盒按该投放习惯确定的进水时序执行进水。所述设置方法提高了洗衣机的智能化,满足用户的个性化需求,并且还能够提高用户的体验感。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例与上述实施例区别在于,步骤S6执行洗衣程序后还包括步骤如下:
S7、判断是否投放消毒液,如果是,则执行S8;如果否,则控制投放盒3进水并投放洗涤剂/洗衣粉;
S8、执行消毒液稀释进程。
进一步地,步骤S8后还包括步骤S9:洗涤剂的投放腔室对应进水管道执行进水并投放洗涤剂。
具体的,本实施例所述设置方法由于消毒液不仅具有杀菌消毒的作用,还具有强的腐蚀性,则需将消毒液稀释并降低其腐蚀性后再使用,因此,需预先进一部分水稀释消毒液后再将消毒液投放入洗涤桶内。并且,本实施例所述设置方法优选预进水并不同时投放洗涤试剂的方法进水。同时由于消毒剂不是用户每次洗衣必加的洗涤试剂类型,因此,设置有消毒剂是否投放的单独设置按钮,在进水水路规划时,需检测用户是否设置投放消毒剂。并且,为了提高柔顺剂的洗涤效果,将柔顺剂在执行最后一次漂洗时投放,因此柔顺剂投放区域对应的进水管路最后进水。
并且,本实施例中投放消毒剂进行预进水时,不经过设置有洗涤试剂的投放区域执行进水,而控制其他旁路进水管路执行进水,例如冲刷窗垫及门玻璃的冲刷管路等、或者投放盒3内从未设置过洗涤试剂投放类型的投放区域对应的进水管路。
进一步地,步骤S8中执行消毒液稀释进程的具体步骤如下:
S81、不经过设置洗涤试剂的投放区域执行进水;
S82、判断进水量是否达到预设值,如果否,则继续执行S81;如果是,则执行S83;
S83、消毒液的投放腔室对应进水管路执行进水;
S84、浸泡并判断是否达到设定时间,如果是,则执行S9;如果否,则执行S83。
具体的,本实施例中投放完洗涤剂后,执行洗涤,并且继续判断是否投放柔顺剂,并在执行最后一次漂洗时,柔顺剂的投放腔室对应进水管道执行进水并投放柔顺剂,同时将柔顺剂的投放腔室对应进水管道作为最后一次进水管道。
实施例三
如图3所示,本实施例与上述实施例区别在于,步骤S5与步骤S6之间还包括步骤A):洗涤试剂检测单元检测各投放腔室所投洗涤试剂,获取对应的试剂信息;
优选的,所述试剂信息包括电离子信息、表面活性剂信息、粘度信息、重量信息、洗涤试剂形态信息、和酸碱度信息中一种或者任意组合;
更优选的,所述试剂信息包括表面活性剂信息和重量信息。
进一步地,步骤A)后还包括步骤B):根据洗衣程序、设置信息和试剂信息判断是否满足洗衣程序对应预设值,如果是,则执行S6;如果否,则提示设置错误。
所述洗衣程序、设置信息、试剂信息和洗衣程序预设值相对应,其对应关系储存在控制器/云端服务器中。
具体的,所述步骤A)中具体步骤如下:
S201、洗涤试剂检测单元检测投放盒3中各投放腔室内所投洗涤试剂,获取对应的试剂信息;
S202、判断投放盒3中各投放腔室对应的试剂信息是否与对应投放腔室的设置信息一致,如果是,则执行步骤S203;如果否,则执行步骤S204;
S203、获取设置信息内进水时序、并执行S6;
S204、根据所检测的试剂信息、洗衣程序和设置信息得出各投放腔室对应进水管道的进水时序,并执行下一步;
进一步地,步骤S201之前,或者步骤S201和步骤S202之间还包括步骤AA):通过设置于各投放腔室内的重量检测装置检测各个投放腔室的重量,并获取对应的重量信息;
优选的,所述重量检测装置为重量传感器。
进一步地,步骤AA)后还包括步骤BB):判断重量信息是否大于设定值,如果是,则执行步骤S202,如果否,则关闭该投放腔室对应的进水管道。
进一步地,步骤S202中,所述投放腔室对应的试剂信息与投放腔室的设置信息相对应,其对应关系储存在控制器内。
进一步地,步骤S203与S204之间或者步骤S204之后还包括步骤CC):将获取各投放腔室对应的试剂信息和进水时序作为第一投放数据并储存至控制器内。
进一步地,步骤CC)后还包括步骤DD):判断与前N次的投放数据是否连续相同,如果是,则将第一投放数据作为默认的投放数据;如果否,则执行下一步;
优选的,所述N≥3。
实施例四
如图4所示,本实施例采用上述实施例中所述洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,并且
本实施例与上述实施例区别在于:本实施例还提供一种洗衣机,包括投放盒3、投放盒设置装置1和控制器,所述投放盒3、投放盒设置装置1分别与控制器连接;所述控制器根据投放盒设置装置1输入的设置信息得出投放盒3内各投放区域的进水时序。
所述洗衣机还包括投放盒3内的洗涤试剂检测单元,所述洗涤试剂检测单元与控制器连接。
具体的,所述洗涤试剂检测单元包括阴阳离子检测装置、压力检测单元
进一步地,所述投放盒设置装置1设置于洗衣机、和/或移动设备;
优选的,所述投放盒设置装置1与控制器有线、和/或无线连接。
所述投放盒3内至少包括两个投放腔室,并且分别在各投放腔室对应标识有对应标号,其中所述的标号与投放区域信息相对应,其对应关系储存在控制器/云端服务器内。
所述投放盒3包括至少两个投放腔室、与之对应的进水管路、和与进水管路连接的进水泵,并且所述进水泵与控制器连接,所述控制器控制进水泵中与进水管路对应的端子通电/断开,进而控制对应进水管道的进水时序。
比如,所述投放盒3包括三个投放腔室时,所述第一投放腔室、第一进水管道和第一端子相对应;所述第二投放腔室、第二进水管道和第二端子相对应;所述第三投放腔室、第三进水管道和第三端子相对应。
所述洗衣机还包括设置于各投放腔室内的重量检测装置,所述重量检测装置与控制器连接,并将检测出的重量信息发送给控制器。
优选的,所述重量检测装置为重量传感器。
所述洗衣机还包括控制面板2和设置于控制面板2上的显示单元,所述控制面板2、与显示单元分别与控制器连接,所述的显示单元实时显示输入的设置信息。保证了所述洗衣机操作的直观性,进一步提高用户的体验感。
所述洗衣机还包括设置与控制面板2上的设置按键、和/或触摸设置界面供用户进行各投放区域对应投放洗涤试剂的设置;例如,在洗衣机的操作界面上,对应显示洗涤试剂的投放区域,通过点击每个投放区域对应操作按钮/操作键进行投放试剂类型的选择。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设
计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:选择投放盒内一投放区域;输入该投放区域投放的洗涤试剂的设置信息;然后保存该配置完成本次设置或重复上述配置步骤。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括步骤如下:S1、投放盒设置装置输入各投放区域对应投放洗涤试剂的设置信息;S2、判断设置信息中是否有洗衣液和/或洗衣粉,如果是,则执行步骤S3;如果否,则提示无洗涤液;S3、提示用户确认设置信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中所述设置信息包括投放区域信息,和/或洗涤试剂类型信息;优选的,所述洗涤试剂类型包括洗衣粉、洗衣液、柔顺剂、消毒液、增香剂中一种或者任意组合;更优选的,所述投放区域信息包括第一投放腔室、第二投放腔室、第三投放腔室中一种或者任意组合。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:步骤S3之后还包括如下步骤:S4、判断是否保存设置信息,如果是,则将设置信息作为第一设置数据储存于控制器/云端服务器中,然后执行S5;如果否,则执行S5;S5、返回至设置界面、和/或设置洗衣程序;S6、执行洗衣程序。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中还包括判断第一设置数据与前N次的设置数据是否连续相同。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:步骤S6执行洗衣程序后还包括步骤如下:S7、判断是否投放消毒液,如果是,则执行S8;如果否,则控制投放盒进水并 投放洗涤剂/洗衣粉;S8、执行消毒液稀释进程。
- 根据权利要求4-6任一所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:步骤S5与步骤S6之间还包括步骤A):洗涤试剂检测单元检测各投放腔室所投洗涤试剂,获取对应的试剂信息;优选的,所述试剂信息包括电离子信息、表面活性剂信息、粘度信息、重量信息、洗涤试剂形态信息、和酸碱度信息中一种或者任意组合;更优选的,所述试剂信息包括表面活性剂信息和重量信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:步骤A)后还包括步骤B):根据洗衣程序、设置信息和试剂信息判断是否满足洗衣程序对应预设值,如果是,则执行S6;如果否,则提示设置错误。
- 一种采用如权利要求1-8任一所述设置方法的洗衣机,其特征在于:包括投放盒、投放盒设置装置和控制器,所述投放盒、投放盒设置装置分别与控制器连接;所述控制器根据投放盒设置装置输入的设置信息得出投放盒内各投放区域的进水时序。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机投放盒的设置方法,其特征在于:所述洗衣机还包括投放盒内的洗涤试剂检测单元,所述洗涤试剂检测单元与控制器连接。所述投放盒设置装置设置于洗衣机、和/或移动设备;优选的,所述投放盒设置装置与控制器有线、和/或无线连接。
