Description

一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机技术领域,具体涉及一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机。
背景技术
为了满足消费者的需求,洗衣机的附加功能不断丰富,比如杀菌、除臭和蒸汽洗功能。现有的洗衣机虽然已经具有了蒸汽洗的功能,但是在产生蒸汽时断断续续,蒸汽控温复杂,蒸汽量较小,产生蒸汽的时间长,耗能高,实际应用价值较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机。所述具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机在现有洗衣机的基本框架结构基础上,增加了蒸汽洗涤护理模块,结构简单,设计精巧,节省研发资金和生产制造成本;尤其,所述的具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机产生蒸汽的时间短、耗能少、蒸汽量大且持续,还可以通过简单的设计便利地实现蒸汽控温。
现有洗衣机为了提升洗涤剂的利用效率,在外桶部位设置了用于提高水温的加热装置,较高温度的水可以提高对洗涤剂的溶解度,从而提高洗涤剂的利用效率、并增强洗涤去污效果。但是该设计只能用于加热洗衣用水、提升水温,并不能达到产生蒸汽并利用蒸汽对衣物进行洗涤护理的效果。
本发明人为了更好地利用现有技术洗衣机的已有元部件,同时达到蒸汽洗涤护理的功能,进行了大量的研究和探索,并终于获得了可以解决所述问题的技术方案。
为了解决所述的技术问题,本发明采用的基本思路如下:
一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,包括:由雾化储水装置和设在雾化储水装置内部的雾化发生器构成的雾化单元、设在外桶并具有进汽口的凹槽以及设在凹槽内的加热组件;所述雾化储水装置上设有进水口和雾化出口,进水口与水源连接,雾化出口与凹槽的进汽口连接;所述的雾化发生器与洗衣机电源板连接。
优选地,所述雾化储水装置上设有进水口和雾化出口,进水口通过进水管与控制水源的进水电磁阀连接,雾化出口通过进汽管与凹槽的进汽口连接;所述的雾化发生器通过电源线与洗衣机电源板连接。
优选地,所述凹槽内设有与进汽口连通的喷腔,喷腔上部设有隔层,隔层上设有喷孔; 所述加热组件悬空设置在隔层的上方。
所述加热组件不是直接放置在凹槽上,而是悬空设置在凹槽上部、不直接与外桶接触,该设计不仅可以提高蒸汽产生的速率,而且还可以避免加热组件在升温时对外桶材料造成不良危害,安全性能更好。
优选地,所述喷孔设置在加热组件在隔层上的投影区域。大量的雾化水进入喷腔中,由于喷腔的密封结构,在气体压力的作用由喷孔集中喷出,与加热组件快速接触并被加热,从而高效地形成大量的蒸汽,提高洗衣或护理的效率,降低能耗。
优选地,在靠近加热组件的位置还设有用于调控其温度的温控器。温控器可以调节蒸汽的温度,使其适应不同材质的衣物,更利于对不同材质的衣物进行有针对性的呵护。该温度调节设计简单有效,运行稳定可靠,耗材少、成本低。
优选地,所述的雾化储水装置的上部设有开口,并且设有与所述开口紧密贴合的密封装置。
在只需要单纯利用蒸汽洗涤功能的状态下,开口上的密封装置处于关闭状态,密封装置可以与雾化储水装置上部的开口紧密贴合,避免雾化水从开口处溢出。当用户需要对衣物进行增香或蓬松等护理时,打开设在开口上方的密封装置,由开口加入蓬松剂或增香剂等,关闭开口上方的密封装置。
优选地,所述雾化发生器安装在雾化储水装置的内部,避免用户意外碰触洗衣机时因雾化发生器高频震动产生的刺痛感。
优选地,所述的雾化单元设置在抽屉中,并且所述抽屉在洗衣机的前面板上对应设有雾化单元把手。
通过雾化单元把手可以方便地将雾化单元抽出或推进洗衣机中,因此,可以便有用户将雾化单元抽出,然后由雾化储水装置的开口加入增香剂、蓬松剂等,对衣物进行护理,并且该设计不需要在上面板处设置对应开口的密封盖,上面板光滑无痕,可以使洗衣机的整体外观结构更加美观。
优选地,洗衣机的外桶包括外桶前壳和外桶后壳,所述的外桶前壳上设有凸起,外桶后壳上设有与凸起匹配的密封槽,通过凸起与密封槽卡合并配合螺栓或螺钉的紧固作用实现外桶组装一体。
以上所述洗衣机的外桶使洗衣机的整个安装过程更加便捷,并且不会漏水,安全可靠, 成本低廉,便于市场推广应用。
优选地,所述外桶前壳还设有密封挡板,所述密封挡板与凸起连接并与凹槽配合使喷腔形成相对密封的空间。
外桶前壳和外桶后壳安装后,所述的设在外桶前壳的密封挡板恰好可以将设置在外桶后壳中的喷腔密封起来,形成一个相对密封的空腔,使大量的雾化水进入喷腔后可以形成一定的气体压力,从而加快雾化水由喷腔喷出的速度,加快蒸汽产生的速度。
优选地,所述的雾化储水装置底部具有倾斜倒角结构,雾化储水装置的上部设有溢水口,溢水口通过管道与洗涤外桶或者排水阀连通。
所述雾化储水装置的底部为倾斜倒角结构,使雾化储水装置的内部空间尽可能的大,并与洗涤外桶保持安全距离,更好地利用现有技术洗衣机中洗涤外桶与外壳之间的闲置空间,提高空间利用率,避免进一步增大洗衣机的体积大小。
通常雾化发生器自身带有感知最低水位的功能,当水位较低时,雾化发生器接触不到水,即自行停止工作;本发明为了尽可能地精简结构,节省材料,降低成本,结合雾化发生器自身具有可感知低水位的功能,巧妙地在雾化储水装置的上部设置溢水口,当雾化储水装置内的水位较高时,即可通过溢水口进入到洗涤外桶或者排水阀,避免水溢出到其他部位影响安全使用的问题。该技术方案用最简单的方式解决了低水位、高水位判断的问题,精简了部件,提高洗衣机的空间利用效率。
优选地,为了更精确地控制最低水位,在雾化发生器外壳的底部紧固一个或多个探针,只有当探针都没入水中,雾化发生器才可以开始运行。
优选地,所述的雾化储水装置安装在现有洗衣机结构中洗涤外桶与外壳之间的闲置空间处,充分利用洗衣机的空间,避免进一步增大洗衣机的体积,给用户使用带来不便。
优选地,所述雾化单元与洗衣机外桶之间还设置有风机系统。
为了加快雾化单元产生的雾化水进入喷腔的速快,以提高蒸汽产生的速度,可以在雾化单元和洗衣机外桶之间设置风机系统。
优选地,洗衣机内桶中设置有多个提升筋,洗衣机外桶设有分别与洗衣机外框连接的减震器和挂簧。
外桶有上悬挂部和下连接部,即上部经挂簧悬挂在洗衣机侧面板或者加强梁上,下部通过减震器与洗衣机的底板连接,并且减震阻尼器还可以对外桶起到一定的支撑作用。外桶按 照所述的方式进行安装固定,更加稳固可靠,并且可以缓解洗衣机使用过程中的震动,减少噪音。
优选地,所述凹槽设置在外桶的底部。凹槽设置在外桶的底部可以实现洗衣机在尽可能节约用水的前提下,快速地将洗衣用水加热到需要的温度,提高洗涤剂的利用效率,提高洗净比率。
雾化单元设置在外桶的上方部位。雾化单元设置在外桶的上方部位,在雾化发生器生成后,可以便利地将雾化水导入凹槽的进汽口,节省能耗。
优选地,以上所述的洗衣机的内桶中设置有多个提升筋。提升筋可以带动衣物从下向上转动,达到清洁洗涤洗衣的目的,并且对衣物的损伤小,洗涤性能好。
优选地,所述的雾化发生器为超声波雾化发生器。
超声波雾化发生器利用电子高频振荡将液态水结构打散而产生自然飘逸的水雾,水雾中均为1~5微米的超微粒子,均匀性好,不需额外加热或添加任何化学试剂。与直接加热雾化方式相比较,可以节省90%的能源。另外,超声波雾化发生器在雾化过程中将释放大量的负离子,其与空气中漂浮的烟雾、粉尘等产生静电反应,使其沉淀,同时还能有效去除甲醛、一氧化碳、细菌等有害物质,可以同时获得多重的洗衣护理体验。
本发明的技术方案与现有技术相比,具有下列的有益效果:
1、在充分利用现有洗衣机结构组件的前提下,增设了蒸汽洗涤护理模块,研发投入少,生产成本低;
2、蒸汽产生的速度快、时间短,蒸汽量大且持续;
3、可以通过调节雾化水产生的速率和雾化水被加热的温度,简单有效地控制所产生的蒸汽的温度,实现对不同材质衣物的洗涤和护理;
4、用精简的设计有效地提高蒸汽洗涤、护理的效率,改善洗涤效果,节省能耗;
5、不仅具有常规的热水洗涤功能,还兼有蒸汽洗涤、护理功能,实现一机多能,节约资源、降低能耗;
6、除了具有基础的蒸汽洗涤功能外,还可以简便地实现对衣物的增香、蓬松等护理功能。

具体实施方式
一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机包括洗衣机的常规部件,如由上面板、侧面板、底板组成的外壳,触控面板、紧固连接在底板的、用于支撑洗衣机的底脚,悬挂在外壳内部的洗涤外桶,设在洗涤外桶内的洗涤内桶等。
其中,还包括由雾化储水装置和设在雾化储水装置内部的雾化发生器构成的雾化单元、设在外桶部位并具有进汽口的凹槽以及设在凹槽内的加热组件;所述雾化储水装置上设有进水口和雾化出口,进水口通过进水管与进水电磁阀连接,雾化出口通过进汽管与凹槽的进汽口连接;所述的雾化发生器通过电源线与洗衣机电源板连接。
下面结合附图和部分优选的具体实施例进行详细的说明。
实施例一
图1是现有技术洗衣机的大体外观结构,图2是现有技术洗衣机的剖视图。现有洗衣机具有洗涤剂盒1、控制面板2、外壳4、设置在外壳前面板的门窗3、用于支撑洗衣机的底脚5、内桶6、设置在内桶6中的提升筋61、外桶7、设置在外桶的凹槽71、放置在凹槽71的用于加热洗衣用水的加热管8、控制水源开关的进水电磁阀9和动力源电机10等。
图3展示了本实施例所述具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机大体外观结构,其相对于现有 技术洗衣机,洗涤剂盒1放在一个抽屉中、在前面板上也对应设置了把手,可以通过把手方便地将洗涤剂盒1抽出或推进洗衣机内腔。洗涤剂盒1通过第一进水管91和进水电磁阀9连通,当开启洗衣机时,进水电磁阀9打开,水流经第一进水管91进入洗涤剂盒1中并溶解洗涤剂,然后溶解的洗涤剂随着水流经橡胶管100进入洗衣机的内桶6中,辅助衣物的清洗。
雾化单元设置在一个抽屉中,还在前面板上部的边角处设置了与雾化单元相对应的雾化单元把手11,通过雾化单元把手11可以将雾化单元抽出或推进洗衣机内腔。洗衣机的控制面板2的位置也做了一定的调整,以便于更加充分地利用洗衣机的空间结构,并且洗衣机控制面板2上也对应增加了蒸汽洗涤或护理按钮。
图4-9多方位地展示了本实施例所述的具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机的内外部结构以及各结构之间的相互连接关系,以便于更好地理解本发明所述技术方案的工作原理和有益效果。
本发明技术方案的突出特点在于:具有由雾化储水装置20和雾化发生器203构成的雾化单元,以及用于将雾化单元产生的雾化水转化成蒸汽的部分,即凹槽71以及设在凹槽71内的加热管8。
雾化储水装置20设有进水口202、出汽口201和开口204。进水口202通过第二进水管92与进水电磁阀9连接,出汽口201通过进汽管700与凹槽71的进汽口711连接,开口204上设有与开口204紧密贴合的密封装置。
出汽口201在雾化储水装置20上的具体位置设计,本领域技术人员可以根据雾化储水装置20的实际安装位置进行相应的调整或者在雾化储水装置20内部的进行相应的调整,以有利于雾化水便利地导出。
在本实施例中,出汽口201设在雾化储水装置20的下部,本领域技术人员可以想到,在雾化储水装置20的内部进行隔层或迂回设置等常规手段,既防止雾化储水装置20的水从出汽口201流出,又便于雾化水从出汽口201溢出并导入凹槽71的进汽口711。
在使用者只单纯利用蒸汽洗涤功能的状态下,开口204上的密封装置处于关闭状态,密封装置可以与雾化储水装置20上部的开口204紧密贴合,避免雾化水从开口204处溢出。当用户需要对衣物进行增香或蓬松等护理时,可以通过雾化单元把手11将雾化单元从洗衣机内腔中抽出,打开设在开口204上方的密封装置,由开口204加入蓬松剂或增香剂等,关闭开口204上方的密封装置,然后再通过雾化单元把手11将雾化单元推进洗衣机内腔中,该设 计不仅方便而且不会影响洗衣机的美观。
凹槽71设置在外桶7的下部,其可以容纳加热管8。凹槽71具有进汽口711,与进汽口711连通设有喷腔713,喷腔713为相对密封的空间,喷腔713上部为设有喷孔712的隔层。所述加热管8悬空设置在具有喷孔712的隔层上方,且为了防止漏水,安装加热管8的部位还设有紧密贴合的密封件714。
作为优选地,所述的喷孔712设在加热管8在隔层上的投影区域,雾化水进入到喷腔713中,由于喷腔713是一个相对密封的腔体,因此压力急剧增大,迫使雾化水由喷孔712快速地喷到加热管8上并被加热,从而高效地产生大量的蒸汽。
在靠近加热管8的位置还设有用于调控其温度的温控器801。温控器801可以调节制备所得的蒸汽的温度,使其适应不同材质的衣物,更利于对不同材质的衣物进行有针对性的呵护。该设计用较简单的方式实现了对蒸汽温度的有效调控,运行可靠,节省材料,实际运行效果佳。
洗衣机的外桶7包括外桶前壳701和外桶后壳702,所述的外桶前壳701上设有凸起7010,外桶后壳702上设有与凸起7010匹配的密封槽7020,通过凸起7010与密封槽7020卡合并结合螺栓或螺钉紧固作用,实现外桶7组装一体。
以上所述洗衣机的外桶7使洗衣机的整个安装过程更加便捷,并且不会漏水,安全可靠,成本低廉,便于市场推广应用。
优选地,所述外桶前壳701还设有密封挡板7011,所述密封挡板7011与凸起7010连接并与凹槽71配合,充分利用各部件之间的配合、用较少地材料使喷腔713成为相对密封的空间。
外桶前壳701和外桶后702壳安装后,所述的设在外桶前壳701的密封挡板7011恰好可以将设置在外桶后壳702中的喷腔713密封起来,形成一个相对密封的空腔,使大量的雾化水进入喷腔后可以形成较高的压力,使雾化水经过喷腔713并由喷孔712快速地喷出,进而加快蒸汽产生的速度。
所述的雾化储水装置20底部具有倾斜倒角结构,雾化储水装置20的上部设有溢水口,溢水口通过管道与洗涤外桶7或者排水阀连通。
所述雾化储水装置20的底部为倾斜倒角结构,使雾化储水装置20的内部空间尽可能的大,并与洗涤外桶7保持安全距离,更好地利用现有技术洗衣机中洗涤外桶7与外壳4之间 的闲置空间,提高空间利用率,避免进一步增大洗衣机的体积大小。

优选地,为了更精确地控制最低水位,在雾化发生器203外壳的底部紧固一个或多个探针,只有当探针都没入水中,雾化发生器203才可以开始运行。探针按一定距离排列并垂直伸出壳外一定高度,只有所有的探针都没入水中,雾化发生器203才可以启动。雾化发生器203具有断水自动保护功能,当液位较低,探针在水面以上时,雾化发生器203停止工作。
当然,在本发明的技术方案的精神基础上,在雾化储水装置20液位判断装置设计方面也可以现有技术中通常使用的液位计的方法,即在雾化储水装置内部安装液位计,液位计预先设定相应的最低液位和最高液位,这样可以实现更精准地将液位控制在某个范围。虽然该方案在成本上与前所述的溢水口设计的方案相比较高,但是也可以解决水位判断的技术问题。
所述的雾化储水装置20安装在现有洗衣机结构中洗涤外桶7与外壳4之间的闲置空间处,充分利用洗衣机的空间,避免进一步增大洗衣机的体积,给用户使用带来不便。
作为优选的设计,所述凹槽71设置在外桶7的底部,雾化单元设置在外桶7的上方部位。
凹槽71设置在外桶7的底部可以实现洗衣机在尽可能节约用水的前提下,快速地将洗衣用水加热到需要的温度,提高洗涤剂的利用效率,提高洗净比率;雾化单元设置在外桶7的上方部位,在雾化发生器203生成雾化水后,可以借助高度差势能作用便利地将雾化水导入凹槽7的进汽口711,节省能耗。
洗衣机内桶6中设置有多个提升筋61,洗衣机外桶7设有分别与洗衣机外框不同部位连接的减震器300和挂簧301。具体连接方式为:外桶7有上悬挂部和下连接部,即上部经挂簧301悬挂在洗衣机侧面板或者加强梁上,下部通过减震器300(比如,减震阻尼器)与洗衣机的底板连接,并且减震器300还可以对外桶7起到一定的支撑作用。外桶7按照所述的方式进行安装固定,更加稳固可靠,并且可以缓解洗衣机使用过程中的震动,减少噪音。
为了使洗衣机的结构更加稳固,减少洗衣机运行过程中的晃动或震动,在洗衣机外桶7 上还设置有配重平衡块500。
以上所述的洗衣机的内桶6中设置有多个提升筋61。提升筋61可以带动衣物从下向上转动,达到清洁洗涤洗衣的目的,并且对衣物的损伤小,洗涤性能好。
作为优选地,本实施例采用的雾化发生器203为超声波雾化发生器。

本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:在所述的雾化单元和洗衣机外桶之间还设置有风机系统。
雾化单元产生雾化水后,借助风机系统的辅助作用,更快地到达凹槽71的进汽口711,然后经喷腔713由隔层的喷孔712快速地喷向加热管8,高效地产生大量的蒸汽,是蒸汽洗涤护理的效率大大提高,并且风机系统加快了蒸汽交换的速率,节省能耗。
可以联想到的是雾化单元可以设置在洗衣机的底部或者是底部的左右两个边角,使得水雾以更短的距离到达加热组件,提高雾化水利用率。
本发明中所列举的实施例中详细阐述的是本发明技术方案相对现有技术具有显著差异并可以带来有益效果的部分,对于本领域技术人员可以自然联想到的技术特点,为节省篇幅起见,不予赘述。因此,本领域技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明技术方案的实质精神前提下,任何以修改、润饰、组合或同等变换得到的技术均落入本发明要求保护的范围。

  1. 一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于包括:由雾化储水装置和设在雾化储水装置内部的雾化发生器构成的雾化单元、设在外桶并具有进汽口的凹槽以及设在凹槽内的加热组件;所述雾化储水装置上设有进水口和雾化出口,进水口与水源连接,雾化出口与凹槽的进汽口连接;所述的雾化发生器与洗衣机电源板连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述凹槽内设有与进汽口连通的喷腔,喷腔上部设有隔层,隔层上设有喷孔;所述加热组件悬空设置在隔层的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述喷孔设置在加热组件在隔层上的投影区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的雾化储水装置的上部设有开口,并且设有与所述开口紧密贴合的弹性密封装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述雾化单元设置在抽屉中,并且所述抽屉在洗衣机的前面板上对应设有雾化单元把手。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机的外桶包括外桶前壳和外桶后壳;所述的外桶前壳上设有凸起,外桶后壳上设有与凸起匹配的密封槽,通过凸起与密封槽卡合并结合螺栓或螺钉的紧固作用实现外桶组装一体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外桶前壳还设有密封挡板,所述密封挡板与凸起连接并与凹槽配合使喷腔形成相对密封的空间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的雾化储水装置底部具有倾斜倒角结构,雾化储水装置的上部设有溢水口,溢水口通过管道与洗涤外桶或者排水阀连通,所述雾化发生器为超声波雾化发生器。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述雾化单元与洗衣机外桶之间还设置有风机系统。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种具有蒸汽洗涤护理功能的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述凹槽设置在外桶的底部。
