(5)在油锅中加入棕榈酸异丙酯、液体石蜡、聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、加热至60-75℃,搅拌均匀;
(6)开真空泵,将油相缓慢加入乳化锅中,加料时间控制在5-10分钟内完成,温度维持在75-83℃快速搅拌,均质4-6分钟,再搅拌20-25分钟,取样观察呈 均质的乳液;
(7)降温至65-70℃时,将丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80加入乳化锅中,均质1-2分钟,搅拌均匀;开真空泵,抽真空至0.06-0.08MPa,搅拌20-30分钟;
(8)降温至55~65℃时,加入溶解好的透明质酸钠溶液、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)仁提取物、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物溶液,快速搅拌均匀;
(9)降温至45~50℃时,加入溶解好的丙二醇、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯溶液,快速搅拌均匀;
(10)降温至30~45℃时,加入香精和溶解好的三乙醇胺溶液,快速搅拌15-20分钟至完全均匀;
(11)送样检验合格后出料。
实施例2
本实施例与实施1制作方法相同,不同之处在于其组分及原料重量百分比为:
皮肤调理剂 29%、
保湿剂 32%、
乳化剂 12%、
三乙醇胺 0.5%、
防腐剂 0.6%、
EDTA二钠 0.2%、
香精 0.5%、
余量去离子水为溶剂。
本实施例中,所述皮肤调理剂为甘油、棕榈酸异丙酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)仁提取物、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物和尿囊素7种,按照30:25:25:30:30:2:1的重量百分比进行混合。
本实施例中,所述保湿剂为液体石蜡、甜菜碱、丙二醇和透明质酸钠4种, 按照50:40:30:1的重量百分比进行混合。
本实施例中,所述乳化剂丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80和丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物4种,按照20:30:30:1的重量百分比进行混合。
本实施例中,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯4种,按照200:120:12:1的重量百分比进行混合。
实施例3
本实施例与实施1制作方法相同,不同之处在于其组分及原料重量百分比为:
皮肤调理剂 56%、
保湿剂 12%、
乳化剂 8%、
三乙醇胺 0.5%、
防腐剂 1.5%、
EDTA二钠 0.1%、
香精 0.2%、
余量去离子水为溶剂。
本实施例中,所述皮肤调理剂为甘油、棕榈酸异丙酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)仁提取物、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物和尿囊素7种,按照30:25:25:25:30:2:1的重量百分比进行混合。
本实施例中,所述保湿剂为液体石蜡、甜菜碱、丙二醇和透明质酸钠4种,按照50:40:40:1的重量百分比进行混合。
本实施例中,所述乳化剂丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80和丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物4种,按照20:30:30:1的重量百分比进行混合。
本实施例中,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基 脲和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯4种,按照200:120:12:1的重量百分比进行混合。
对实施例1至3所得的保湿霜进行化学指标和微生物指标检测结果如表1和表2所示,检验方法如表3所示:

本发明所提供的保湿霜为清香型味,成白色膏体,使用时在洁肤爽肤后,取适量本品均匀涂于整个面部,轻轻按摩至完全吸收即可,使用十分方便,本发明提供的一种的深层补水保湿霜,能有效防止肌肤水分流失,令肌肤时刻滋润饱满,并且具有容易被肌肤吸收、质感柔滑、舒缓肌肤干燥、润而不腻的特点,能强化肌肤的防御能力,对抗外界刺激及污染,对人们的皮肤进行有效的保护。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种深层补水保湿霜,其特征在于,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
    皮肤调理剂0.02%~65%、
    保湿剂1%~40%、
    乳化剂0.01%~20%、
    三乙醇胺0.01%~5%、
    防腐剂0.01%~2%、
    EDTA二钠0.01%~2%、
    香精0.01%~5%、
    余量去离子水为溶剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种深层补水保湿霜,其特征在于:所述皮肤调理剂为甘油、棕榈酸异丙酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)仁提取物、玫瑰(ROSA RUGOSA)花提取物和尿囊素中的一种或几种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种深层补水保湿霜,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为液体石蜡、甜菜碱、丙二醇和透明质酸钠中的一种或几种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种深层补水保湿霜,其特征在于:所述乳化剂丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80和丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物中的一种或几种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种深层补水保湿霜,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯中的一种或几种。
