参照图3和图4,活动件10(即抽屉)的左侧壁面上设有滑轨,导轨321设在邻近腔室32的左侧内壁面的相应位置,活动件10的滑轨与腔室32的导轨321相适配,驱动件40为导轨电机,导轨电机设在导轨321的外侧壁上,导轨电机通过传动装置41驱动抽屉的推进和拉出,并且并利用滑轨本身的自锁功能,可以防止抽屉装置在工作过程中脱出。
可选地,抽屉具有前面板11,语音传感器20设在前面板11内。
如图2和图3所示,抽屉的前端固定连接有后面板12,前面板11通过后面板12间接地连接在抽屉的前端上,前面板11的截面大致形成为长方形板,前面板11沿左右方向的长度等于底座31纵向剖面的沿左右方向的长度,前面板11沿竖直方向(如图2中上下方向)的高度等于底座31纵向剖面的沿竖直方向的高度,从而当驱动件40沿前后方向推进抽屉时,前面板11能够将底座31的腔室32封闭严实。
此外,语音传感器20设在前面板11内的中上端位置,从而便于语音传感器20捕捉用户口令。
其中,识别模块50形成为设在前面板11内的主板。
参照图4,识别模块50形成为长方形状主板,识别模块50设在抽屉的前面板11与后面板12之间且识别模块50与设在前面板11上的语音传感器20相连,从而缩短了语音传感器20与识别模块50之间的导线连接距离,简化布线,使得结构更加紧凑。
可选地,底座31设在机体30底部。如图1和图2所示,机体30沿竖直方向(如图1中所示上下方向)延伸,机体30的下端设有底座31,底座31下端设有四个均匀分布的支撑座311以支撑机体30。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,活动件10形成为设在机体30内的料盒。也就是说活动件10为设在机体30腔室32内的料盒,料盒上设有用于储存洗涤剂、柔顺剂、消毒剂等洗剂的洗剂瓶以及用于投放洗衣粉的洗衣粉入口,控制器根据识别模块50的识别信号自动打开或关闭料盒,从而方便用户更换料盒上的洗剂瓶或投放洗衣粉。
可选地,活动件10形成为设在机体30上的门盖或门圈。具体地,活动件10形成为机体30上的门盖或门圈,语音传感器20捕捉的用户口令与识别模块50内的预设的标准用户口令一致时,识别模块50向控制器发出执行信号,控制器控制驱动件40驱动门盖或门圈活动以打开或关闭腔室32,从而方便用户向衣物处理装置100内投放衣物;当语音传感器20捕捉的用户口令与识别模块50内的预设的标准用户口令不一致时,识别模块50发出提示报警信号,提示用户口令未被执行,门盖或门圈状态未发生改变。
可选地,衣物处理装置100为洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机。由此,可以提高洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机的自动化程度,保证腔室32打开或关闭过程中的稳定性,提高用户使用时的舒适度和可靠性。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,识别模块50为云端识别模块,控制器为云端服务器,衣物处理装置100还包括WIFI模块(未示出),云端识别模块与云端服务器通过WIFI模块相连。
也就是说,在本申请中,用户发出的语音口令除了是直接对衣物处理装置100发出的本地语音口令之外,语音口令还可以为云端识别,通过WIFI网络,将语音信号交给云端服务器分析,云端服务器输出分析结果给WIFI模块,WIFI模块再将从云端得到的结果转化为操作指令发给控制器,控制器再通过驱动件40驱动活动件10运行。由此,该结构的衣物处理装置100可以适用于多种使用模式,能够与时下流行的互联网模式相结合,用户使用更方便,体验更好。
根据本发明实施例衣物处理装置100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    机体,所述机体内设有腔室;
    活动件,所述活动件可活动地设在所述机体上以打开和关闭所述腔室;
    驱动件,所述驱动件与所述活动件相连以驱动所述活动件活动;
    语音传感器,所述语音传感器设在所述机体上以捕捉用户口令;
    识别模块,所述识别模块与所述语音传感器相连以识别用户口令;
    控制器,所述控制器与所述识别模块和所述驱动件相连,所述控制器根据所述识别模块识别的用户口令控制所述驱动件运行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述机体内设有底座,所述底座内限定出所述腔室,所述活动件为可伸缩地设在所述腔室内的抽屉。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述腔室内设有与所述抽屉匹配的导轨,所述驱动件为设在所述导轨上的导轨电机,所述导轨电机与所述抽屉相连以驱动所述抽屉在所述导轨上活动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述抽屉具有前面板,所述语音传感器设在所述前面板内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述识别模块形成为设在所述前面板内的主板。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述底座设在所述机体底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述识别模块为云端识别模块,所述控制器为云端服务器,所述衣物处理装置还包括:WIFI模块,所述云端识别模块与所述云端服务器通过所述WIFI模块相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述活动件形成为设在所述机体内的料盒。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述活动件形成为设在所述机体上的门盖或门圈。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理装置为洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机。
