下面结合附图1至图5具体描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100,包括主装饰件20、副装饰件30和光源10。
具体而言,副装饰件30与主装饰件20间隔开设置,光源10靠近主装饰件20设置,通过主装饰件20与副装饰件30之间形成的通道以将光源10产生的光线溢出。
换言之,衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100主要由主装饰件20、副装饰件30和光源10组成。主装饰件20的截面大致形成为L形,主装饰件20的正面(即图1中所示的主装饰件20的前端面)形成为具有一定弧度的曲面。副装饰件30的截面大致也形成为L形,副装饰件30的背面形成为具有一定弧度的曲面,副装饰件30与主装饰件20沿轴向方向(如图1中的前后方向)间隔开设置,副装饰件30的背面与主装饰件20的正面之间形成通道,且副装饰件30的背面的切线的延长线与主装饰件20的正面得切线延长线相交形成具有一定角度的夹角,光源10沿左右方向设置在副装饰件30与主装饰件20之间,且光源10邻近主装饰件20,光源10产生的光线能够通过副反射面与主反射面之间的通道溢出。
由此,根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100,通过将主装饰件20与副装饰件30之间间隔开设置,使得主装饰件20与副装饰件30之间形成通道,同时将光源10邻近主装饰件设置,从而使得光线能够从主装饰件20与副装饰件30之间的通道溢出,形成溢出效果,增大光源的可视范围,增强显示效果,方便用户观察,提高用户体验。该衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100结构简单、紧凑,制造成本低,具有溢光效果,用户体验较好。
在本发明的一些具体实施方中,主装饰件20具有能够反光的一个主反射面,副装饰件30具有能够反光的副反射面,光源10产生的光线至少经由其中一个反射面溢出。
参照图2和图4,主装饰件20的截面大致形成为L形,主装饰件20的正面(即图1中所示的主装饰件20的前端面)形成为具有一定弧度的曲面(即主反射面),主装饰件20的弧度曲面能够反射由副装饰件30的背面(即图1中所示的副装饰件20的后端面)反射进来的光线,同时也能够直接反射由通道中溢出的光线,使得光线能够沿主装饰件20的弧度曲面渐变分布,距离越远,光线强度越弱,从而呈现渐变渐消的晕染效果。
进一步地,副装饰件30的截面大致形成为L形,副装饰件30的背面形成为具有一定弧度的曲面(即副反射面),副装饰件30的副反射面与主装饰件20的主反射面沿轴向方向(如图1中的前后方向)间隔开设置,且副反射面的的切线的延长线与主反射面的切线延长线相交形成具有一定角度的夹角,光源10沿左右方向设置在副装饰件30与主装饰件20之间,光源10产生的光线能够通过副反射面与主反射面之间的夹角溢出,并且经过副反射面的反射后照射到主装饰件20的主反射面上。
由此,光源10产生的光线既可以通过副装饰件30的副反射面将光源10透射的光线反射到主装饰件20的主反射面上,也可以通过主装饰件20的主反射面溢出,从而使得光线能够沿主装饰件20的主反射面分布,形成为沿主反射面径向方向渐变渐弱的晕染效果,进而增大可视范围,增强显示效果,方便用户观察,提高用户体验。该衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100结构简单、紧凑,制造成本低,能够及时反馈实时状态,具有溢光效果,用
户体验较好。
其中,光源产生的光线先经由副装饰件30的副反射面再由主装饰件20的主反射面溢出。
参照图1,光源10沿左右方向设置在副装饰件30与主装饰件20之间,光源10产生的光线能够通过先副反射面与主反射面之间的通道溢出,并且经过副反射面的反射后照射到主装饰件20的主反射面上,再通过主装饰件20的主反射面能够反射溢出。
在本发明的一些具体实施方中,主装饰件20、副装饰件30和光源10分别形成为环形。具体地,如图2和图4所示,副装饰件30、光源10、主装饰件20分别形成为环形且同轴设置,环形光源10的光线可以通过副装饰件30和主装饰件20之间的夹角透射出来,从而使得光线经过副反射面反射到主装饰件20的主反射面后能够沿周向方向分布,进一步地增大光线的均匀性以及可视范围,增强显示效果。
其中,主装饰件20的截面大致形成为L形,主装饰件20包括第一平直段22和第一倾斜段21,第一平直段22沿主装饰件20的轴向延伸,第一倾斜段21与第一平直段22的一端相连且沿主装饰件20的径向向外相对于其轴向朝向一端倾斜延伸,第一倾斜段21的朝向一端的外表面形成为主反射面,副装饰件30的截面大致形成为L形,副装饰件30包括第二平直段32和第二倾斜段31,第二平直段32沿副装饰件30的轴向延伸且与第一平直段22同轴设置,第二倾斜段31与第二平直段32的一端相连且沿副装饰件30的径向向外相对于其轴向朝向一端倾斜延伸,第二倾斜段31的背向一端的内表面形成为副反射面。
具体地,如图1和图4所示,主装饰件20主要由第一平直段22和第一倾斜段21组成,主装饰件20的截面大致形成为L形,第一平直段22沿主装饰件20的轴向方向(如图1所示的前后方向)延伸,第一倾斜段21的一端与第一平直段22的前端相连,并且第一倾斜段21沿主装饰件20的主反射面的径向方向向外相对于第一倾斜段21的轴向朝向的一端倾斜延伸,第一倾斜段21的轴向朝向一端的外表面形成为主反射面,例如,如图1所示,在本实施例中,第一倾斜段21沿主装饰件20的主反射面的径向方向向外相对于第一倾斜段21的轴向方向(如图1中所示前后方向)向前倾斜延伸,第一倾斜段21的正面(如图1中的前端面)形成为主反射面。
进一步地,副装饰件30主要由第二平直段32和第二倾斜段31组成,副装饰件30的截面大致形成为L形,第二平直段32沿副装饰件30的轴向方向(如图1所示的前后方向)延伸,并且第二平直段32与第一平直段22同轴设置,第二倾斜段31的一端与第二平直段32的前端相连,并且第二倾斜段31沿副装饰件30的副反射面的径向方向向外相对于第二倾斜段31的轴向朝向的一端倾斜延伸,第二倾斜段31的轴向背向一端的外表面形成为副反射面,例如,如图1所示,在本实施例中,第二倾斜段31沿副装饰件30的副反射面的
径向方向向外相对于第二倾斜段31的轴向朝向方向(如图1中所示前后方向)向前倾斜延伸,第二倾斜段31的背面(如图1中的后端面)形成为副反射面。
这里需要说明的是,“内”可以理解为在主装饰件20的径向上、指向圆心的一侧,其相反方向被定义为“外”。
其中,光源10设在第一平直段22与第二平直段32之间。
参照图1,光源10设在第一平直段22与第二平直段32之间且邻近第一平直段22,从而使得光源10的光线能够从主装饰件20与副装饰件30之间的夹角溢出,经过副反射面以及主反射面的反射作用后,形成沿主装饰件20的主反射面的径向方向渐变减弱的晕染效果。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,第二倾斜段31相对于第二平直段32倾斜的角度大于第一倾斜段21相对于第一平直段22倾斜的角度。
具体地,如图1所示,主装饰件20与副装饰件30同轴设置,第一倾斜段21相对于第一平直段22倾斜的角度小于第二倾斜段31相对于第二平直段32倾斜的角度,从而保证第一倾斜段21的切线延长线与第二倾斜段31的切线延长线之间形成一定角度的夹角,进而增大光线经过第二倾斜段31处的副反射面反射到第一倾斜段21主反射面上的范围,增强晕染效果。
其中,第二倾斜段31向外延伸的长度小于第一倾斜段21向外延伸的长度。由此,不仅可以保证光线经第二倾斜段31的副反射面能够反射到第一倾斜段21的主反射面上,而且可以避免第二倾斜段31对第一倾斜段21的主反射面上反射的光线造成遮挡,减小用户的可视范围。
其中,主反射面和副反射面分别形成为朝向一端突出的弧形面。
参照图1和图4,主反射面和副反射面分别沿轴向方向(如图1中所示前后方向)向前突出形成为弧形面,从而不仅可以增大副反射面上光线的反射范围,而且也可以使得主反射面上的反射过来的光线可以沿主反射面弧形曲面分布,沿主反射面径向方向逐渐减弱,从而增大可视范围和显示效果。
可选地,第一平直段22与第一倾斜段21一体成型,第二平直段32与第二倾斜段31一体成型。一体成型的结构不仅可以保证各部件的连接可靠性,增大主装饰件20和副装饰件30的结构强度,而且成型方便简化了加工工序,从而提高门圈发光组件100的生产效率,当然,第一平直段22与第一倾斜段21、第二平直段32与第二倾斜段31之间也可以是固定连接的组合件,对此,本发明并不作出限定。
此外,在本发明的一些实施例中,衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100还包括匀光片50,匀光片50设在光源10与副装饰件30之间。
参照图4,匀光片50邻近光源10设在光源10与副装饰件30之间,从而利用匀光片50的透光性和光扩散性,提高光源10的光线的均匀性,减少暗区的形成,增强门圈发光组件100的显示效果。
其中,副反射面形成为白色面。由此,利用白色对光线的反射特性,使得光源10的光线能够更加充分的被副反射面反射到主反射面上,从而增强副反射面的反射效果,进而增大主反射面的光线的显示效果以及可视范围。
可选地,光源10由多个LED灯连续设置而成。由此,不仅可以通过设置LED灯,实现表示各种不同的衣物处理装置进程状态的亮化效果,及时向用户反馈衣物处理装置的实时状态,而且可以有效地降低门圈发光组件100的制造成本,提高使用寿命。当然,光源10也可以采用环形灯管或其它灯具,本发明对此并不做出限定。
下面结合附图1至图5具体描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的衣物处理装置(未示出)。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置,包括机体(未示出)、门体200和根据上述实施例的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100,门体200可活动地设在机体上,门圈发光组件100设在门体上。
换言之,该衣物处理装置主要由机体、门体200和根据上述实施例的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100组成。门体200通过门铰链90可活动设在机体上,门体200主要由门圈发光组件100、防烫罩40、连接件60、门背圈70和玻璃碗80组成,且门圈发光组件100、防烫罩40、连接件60、门背圈70和玻璃碗80同轴设置,门圈发光组件100通过连接件60卡固在玻璃碗80上,门背圈70设在门体200的内侧且与连接件60及玻璃碗80配合,防烫罩40设在门圈发光组件100的主装饰件20的外圆周侧上,从而避免门圈发光组件100的主装饰件20由于光线照射造成的温度升高对用户产生损伤。
由于根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100具有上述技术效果,因此,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置也具有上述技术效果,即通过将光源10设在副装饰件30和主装饰件20之间,利用副装饰件30的副反射面将光源10透射的光线反射到主装饰件20的主反射面上,从而使得光线沿主装饰件20的主反射面分布,形成为沿主反射面径向方向渐变渐弱的晕染效果,进而增大可视范围,增强显示效果,方便用户观察,提高用户体验。该衣物处理装置的结构简单、紧凑,制造成本低,能够及时反馈实时状态,具有溢光效果,用户体验较好。
根据本发明实施例衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件100和具有其的衣物处理装置其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”、等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图
所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (14)
- 一种衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,包括:主装饰件;副装饰件,所述副装饰件与所述主装饰件间隔开设置;光源,所述光源靠近所述主装饰件设置,通过主装饰件与所述副装饰件之间形成的通道以将光源产生的光线溢出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述主装饰件具有能够反光的一个主反射面,所述副装饰件具有能够反光的副反射面,所述光源产生的光线至少经由其中一个所述反射面溢出。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述光源产生的光线先经由所述副装饰件的副反射面再由主装饰件的主反射面溢出。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述主装饰件、所述副装饰件和所述光源分别形成为环形。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述主装饰件的截面大致形成为L形,所述主装饰件包括第一平直段和第一倾斜段,所述第一平直段沿所述主装饰件的轴向延伸,所述第一倾斜段与所述第一平直段的一端相连且沿所述主装饰件的径向向外相对于其轴向朝向一端倾斜延伸,所述第一倾斜段的朝向一端的外表面形成为所述主反射面;所述副装饰件的截面大致形成为L形,所述副装饰件包括第二平直段和第二倾斜段,所述第二平直段沿所述副装饰件的轴向延伸且与所述第一平直段同轴设置,所述第二倾斜段与所述第二平直段的一端相连且沿所述副装饰件的径向向外相对于其轴向朝向一端倾斜延伸,所述第二倾斜段的背向一端的内表面形成为所述副反射面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述光源设在所述第一平直段与所述第二平直段之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述第二倾斜段相对于所述第二平直段倾斜的角度大于所述第一倾斜段相对于所述第一平直段倾斜的角度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述第二倾斜段向外延伸的长度小于所述第一倾斜段向外延伸的长度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述主反射面和所述副反射面分别形成为朝向一端突出的弧形面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述第一平直段与所述第一倾斜段一体成型,所述第二平直段与所述第二倾斜段一体成型。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,还包括:匀光片,所述匀光片设在所述光源与所述副装饰件之间。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述副反射面形成为白色面。
- 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的衣物处理装置的门圈发光组件,其特征在于,所述光源由多个LED灯连续设置而成。
- 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:机体;门体,所述门体可活动地设在所述机体上;根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的衣服处理装置的门圈发光组件,所述发光组件设在所述门体上。
