在具体实现时,可通过多种方式实现对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证。比如,在一种实现方式中,可预先在服务器的数据库中保存第二用户的信用度值,可判断当前第二用户的信用度值是否大于某阈值,如果是,则为信用权限验证通过。例如,在支付宝平台下,可以获取第二用户的支付宝账户关联的“芝麻信用”信息,还可以获取“蚂蚁花呗”为该第二用户提供的额度信息,等等。另外,也可以预先在服务器的数据库中保存属于信用度较好的用户的第二用户集合,判断当前第二用户是否属于该集合,如果是,则为信用权限验证通过。
另外,在具体实现时,还可以可先确定所述第一数据对象的资源信息以及所述第二用户的信用额度信息。在实际应用中,所述资源信息可为第一数据对象的价格等信息。具体的,可以将第二用户的信用信息划分为不同的等级,并对不同的等级授予不同的信用额度,例如,信用等级越高,则信用额度越高。也就是说,如果某第二用户属于信用较好的用户,但其信用等级比较低,对应的信用额度也会比较低,比如,当信用额度低于当前交易订单关联的资源信息,此时,也可不向该第二用户提供快速的退货方式,该第二用户可以通过传统的换货途径与第一用户进行协商换。
具体实现时,服务器还可预先将信用较好的用户划分为不同的信用等级,比如,可以为各个等级分别设置不同的区间临界值,计算出各个第二用户的信用度值之后,就可以根据这种区间临界值,划分到对应的信用等级中。另外,还可以预先在服务器的数据库中保存信用等级与信用额度之间的对应关系,例如一级对应100元,二级对应200元,三级对应300元等。
基于此,可判断所述第二用户的信用额度信息是否大于所述第一数据对象的资源信息,并至少根据所述判断结果确定是否信用权限验证通过。
在实际应用中,可判断所述第二用户的信用额度信息是否大于第一数据对象的价格,如果判断结果为大于,则为信用权限验证通过,如果判断结果为小于,则为信用权限验证不通过。
比如,当前第二用户的信用等级为二级,对应的信用额度为200元,当前交易订单中第一数据对象的价格为120元,则可判断出当前第二用户的信用额度信息大于第一数据对象的价格,则为信用权限验证通过。
另外,为了避免第二用户滥用该退货功能,还可对同一第二用户在最近一段时间内请求进行换货的次数进行限制,以避免同一第二用户在短时间内频繁进行换货。具体的,在当前第二用户的信用额度大于所述第一数据对象的资源信息的前提下,还可进一步对当前第二用户在预置时间段内(例如最近半个月内等)发起的换货请求次数进行统计,若统计结果小于预置阈值(比如,预置阈值为两次),才为信用权限验证通过。
S103,若验证通过,则根据所述第一数据对象信息创建第二交易订单,并将所述第二交易订单提供给所述第一用户客户端,以便所述第一用户根据所述第二交易订单,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
若当前第二用户的信用度较好,则可根据第一数据对象名称、规格、资源信息等创建第二交易订单并提供给所述第一用户客户端,第一用户可根据所述第二交易订单对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作,而不用等待收到第二用户退回的与第一交易订单关联的第二数据对象后再进行发货,这样,可缩短买家用户收到第一数据对象的周期,进而缩短整个换货流程的周期,提高换货流程的效率,当然,若当前第二用户的信用度不好,则可以通过传统的退货途径与第一用户进行协商换货。
在本实施例中,为保证第一用户的利益,避免产生“零元订单”而给第一用户带来的发货方面的顾虑,可在创建所述第二交易订单后,进一步确定与换货请求关联的第一数据对象的资源信息,然后对所述第二交易订单执行资源垫付操作。为了实现该垫付的 过程,平台方还可预先设置一垫资账户,可向该垫资账户中预存一定金额(比如30万人民币等),以便在需要资源垫付时使用该垫资账户进行垫付操作。这样,在创建了第二交易订单后,就可以利用所述垫资账户对与第二交易订单关联的第一货品的金额进行垫付操作,比如,可将对应的资源信息转给对应的第一用户关联的收款账户。
或者,在一些平台中,在第一用户与第二用户正常交易的过程中,平台方还提供了中间账户(例如,支付宝平台下的担保账户等),在第二用户为某订单付款时,相应的资源信息会首先转入到中间账户,等到第一用户发货,并且第二用户确认收到货品时,再将资源信息从中间账户转入第一用户的收款账户,这样可以使得第一用户以及第二用户都可以更放心的进行付款以及发货操作。在本申请实施例中,在平台中存在中间账户的情况下,可以首先将垫付的资源信息转入这种中间账户,并向所述第一用户客户端提供支付成功的第一通知消息,以便所述第一用户在接收到所述第二交易订单以及第一通知信息后,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。后续在第一用户确认收到第二用户退回的第一数据对象时,再从中间账户将垫付的这部分资源信息转入第一用户的账户。以此,系统可通过垫资账户对因换货操作而创建的交易订单先进行垫付操作,而避免第一用户在收到“零元订单”后而担心相关联资源是否能及时收到的情况,可保证第一用户经济利益,并可促使第一用户在接收到相关的交易订单及支付成功消息后及时执行发货操作,进而保证第二用户可尽早的收到第一数据对象,缩短整个换货周期。进一步的,通过中间账户的中转,进一步保证了资源信息周转的安全性以及可靠性。
在具体实现时,在将新创建的第二交易订单提供给第一用户客户端时,还可以提供多种操作选项。例如,由于第二交易订单是基于第二用户的退货请求而创建的,因此,对于第一用户而言,除了根据第二交易订单对第二数据对象进行发货,后续还会接收到第二用户退回的原来的第一数据对象。因此,还可以在第一用户客户端中展示第二交易订单信息的过程中,还可以提供用于执行“确认收货”的操作选项,在第一用户收到第二用户退回的第一数据对象时,在确认无误后,还可以通过该操作选项,向服务器提交确认收货的第二通知消息。服务器可根据该第二通知消息,将中间账户中保存的为第二交易订单垫付的资源信息转入所述第一用户关联的账户中。也就是说,当第一用户收到退回的第二数据对象后,服务器可将之前为第二交易订单垫付的资源信息从所述中间账户转入第一用户关联的账户中。
另外,在平台提供了中间账户的情况下,所述第二用户客户端为所述第一交易订单 支付的资源信息也会暂存在所述中间账户中,也就是说,在第二用户针对第一交易订单发出了换货申请,平台方创建了第二交易订单并垫付了资源之后,之前第二用户为第一订单支付的资源信息,以及此时平台为第二交易订单垫付的资源信息,目前都暂时存在中间账户中。因此,在第一用户确认收到第二用户退回的第二数据对象时,除了可以将第二交易订单关联的资源信息从中间账户转入第一用户关联的账户,还可以将所述第一交易订单关联的资源信息,从所述中间账户退还到所述第二用户关联的账户。然后,还可将所述第二交易订单关联的资源信息,从所述第二用户关联的账户转入所述垫资账户,以保证垫资账户中垫付资源与资源回流之间的平衡性。这样,在换货流程完成后,第二用户原为第一交易订单支付的资源信息被退回给第二用户,平台为第二交易订单支付的资源信息被转入第一用户关联的账户,第二用户又将平台垫付的资源转入到平台的垫资账户。这样,实际上垫资账户达到了收支平衡,第一用户收到了应有的资源信息,第二用户为获得具体的数据对象而付出了相应的资源信息。
其中,在具体实现时,在将所述第二交易订单关联的资源信息,从所述第二用户关联的账户转入所述垫资账户时,可以有多种方式,例如,其中一种方式可以是由平台方向第二用户客户端发送消息,第二用户客户端根据收到的消息,从自己的账户中将相应的资源信息转入平台方的垫资账户。当然,在上述过程中,需要第二用户执行的操作比较多,包括输入密码、确认等等。为此,在本申请实施例中,还可以由平台方实现一种“代扣”,也就是说,在需要第二用户客户端将相应的资源信息转入平台方的垫资账户时,还可以由平台方直接执行上述转账操作,而不需要第二用户执行输入密码、确认等操作。当然,在这种方式下,还可预先获得所述第二用户的代扣许可信息。
具体的,为了获得所述第二用户的代扣许可信息,服务器可向第二用户提供用于签署预置的代扣协议的操作选项,第二用户可通过该操作选项签署代扣协议,在第二用户已签署代扣协议的情况下,则获得了所述第二用户的代扣许可信息,服务器可直接执行上述代扣操作,在执行代扣操作之后,向第二用户提供相关的通知消息即可。此种方式可减少用户操作步骤,更方便用户操作,而且对于系统而言也会更有保障,避免第二用户忘记支付、或者等待很长时间才支付等情况,以保证垫资账户中资金回流的及时性。
由于在进行换货的过程中,第二用户需要将第一交易订单关联的第二数据对象退回给第一用户,在现有技术中,第二用户通常需要自行联系物流服务提供方,进行相应的寄送快递等操作。而在本申请实施例中,为了方便第二用户退回数据对象,还可针对第一交易订单关联的退回的第二数据对象及第二交易订单关联的发出的第一数据对象的 物流配送路线进行合理规划,以更为合理的利用物流配送资源。在具体实现时,服务器还可向在第二交易订单中提供比如“发货”的操作选项,针对所述第二交易订单,第一用户可通过“发货”操作选项发出所述的第二交易订单已发货的第三通知消息,第一用户客户端可将所述第三通知消息提交给服务器。此外,服务器还可以将发货时选择的物流服务提供方的信息提交到服务器,具体的,服务器可为第一用户提供发货物流信息的操作选项,第一用户可通过该操作选项填写发货物流信息(比如包括物流公司名称、物流单编号等),并可将发货物流信息提交给服务器。
通过上述方式,服务器可接收到第一用户客户端提交的针对所述第二交易订单已发货的第三通知消息,并可确定执行送货任务的物流服务提供方信息(比如物流公司名称、物流单编号等)。
然后,可从S101中确定的第一用户信息、第二用户信息中进一步提取出所述第一用户关联的第一地址信息,以及第二用户关联的第二地址信息。
接下来,可根据预先在服务器中保存的物流服务提供方各服务类型的服务覆盖范围信息(比如包括提供取货服务的覆盖范围、提供送货服务的覆盖范围等),判断所述物流服务提供方是否可在所述第二地址提供取货服务,并在所述第一地址提供送货服务。
在确定所述物流服务提供方可以在所述第二地址提供取货服务并在所述第一地址提供送货服务的情况下,则可对所述第二交易订单关联的物流订单进行标记,以便派送服务者可根据所述标记,在将所述第一数据对象派送到所述第二地址时,对第二用户需退回的第二数据对象进行取货操作,并配送到所述第一地址。以此,无需第二用户自己选择、联系物流资源服务提供方,即可实现将需退货的第二数据对象进行退回,减少了第二用户的操作步骤,提升用户体验。
在具体实现时,派送服务者可以通过终端设备安装一应用程序(App),该应用程序可以是由所属的物流服务提供方提供的,或者,也可以是由电商平台提供的。通过这种应用程序,派送服务者可以进行“抢单”等操作,也即,当系统发出新的派送任务时,派送服务者可以通过这种应用程序接收到相应的通知,并且可以领取相应的派送任务,在领取到派送任务后,相应的物流订单的详情信息就可以发送到派送服务者的终端设备中,派送服务者据此进行派送即可。
其中,如果是物流服务提供方提供的派送服务者客户端,则平台方可向物流服务提供方提供SDK(Software Development Kit,软件开发工具包)包,使得物流配送服务提供方能够接收平台的通知,并对相应的物流订单进行标记,派送服务者可通过使用物 流配送应用查看物流订单时及时获知带有标记的物流订单,并执行相匹配的配送任务。
如果是平台方提供的派送服务者客户端,则平台的服务器可直接对所述第二交易订单关联的物流订单进行标记,派送服务者客户端发在领取到相应的派送任务时,即可及时获知对应的物流订单是否为已标记的物流订单,并执行相匹配的配送任务。
另外,还可将第一用户标识信息、第二用户标识信息、第一地址信息以及第二地址信息提供给所述物流服务提供方,以便所述物流服务提供方针对为所述第二数据对象提供的配送操作生成电子版收件方以及发件方信息并进行打印在“快递面单”上。其中,在生成收件方以及发件方信息时,由于第二数据对象是由第二用户退回给第一用户,因此,可以将第二用户的姓名、第二地质信息、联系方式信息等作为发件人信息,相应的,第一用户的姓名、第一地质信息、联系方式信息等作为收件人信息。以此,派送服务者在将第一数据对象派送到第二用户的第二地址时,第二用户直接将需退回的第二数据对象交给当前的派送服务者即可,而不必手动填写“快递面单”,派送服务者可以将已经打印的快递面单粘贴到对第二数据对象进行打包后的包裹上,并可将快递面单的“客户联”等交给第二用户作为发货凭证。
为了更好的理解本申请实施例,下面通过一个具体应用中的例子,进行详细介绍。
参见图3,在该例子中,以“淘宝”销售平台为例进行介绍,在该平台内,存在“淘宝”中间账户,在此情况下,具体的处理流程可以包括:首先,可以预先对诚信用户进行代扣授权,也就是说,在提前征得用户同意的情况下,在后续处理退款时,可以由平台直接进行代扣,而无需用户再执行输入密码等确认操作。在消费者申请换货时,首先可以发给卖家进行审核,卖家用户审核通过后,平台可以判断当前消费者是否为诚信用户,如果不是,则可以按照普通的换货流程进行,也即,等到卖家用户收到买家退回的货品后,再重新进行发货。而如果当前消费者是诚信用户,则平台可以先垫资给卖家用户,并生成新订单,这样,卖家可以根据新订单执行发货操作。小件员(也即快递员)在针对新订单的货品,为买家进行送货时,可以当面取回之前需要退回的货品。也就是说,对于买家而言,可以先收到新货品,并同时将之前收到的货品退回即可,大大减少了等待的时间。小件员在对退货进行验收并无异议后,即可通知平台,这样,平台可以执行后续的退款代扣等相关操作。如果有异议,则可以与买家用户进行协商,如果无法达成一致,则平台可以介入判责。
在上述流程中,货款的流转涉及到买家账户、卖家账户、中间账户、平台账户(也即垫资账户)等多个账户,在流程的各个阶段,货款的转移方向可以如图4所示:
第一次转移:在买家用户首次生成一个订单时,买家用户可以从买家账户支付货款1到中间账户,在买家用户执行“确认收货”操作之前,或者在系统约定的时间(通常会比较长,例如10天等)到来之前,这部分货款会一直暂时保留在中间账户中。
第二次转移:在本申请实施例中,用户在收到卖家的货品后可能换货需求,此时,买家用户可以暂时先不点击“确认收货”按钮,而是先发起换货请求。在卖家同意换货,并且平台判断出当前用户属于诚信用户的情况下,可以生成新订单,并从平台账户将新订单的货款2转移到中间账户中,也即,垫资账户为新订单进行付款。
第三次转移:在卖家重新发货,并且买家用户收到货品后,就可以基于原来的订单执行“确认收货”操作(也即,对于买家用户而言,新订单可以是透明的,平台中可以记录原来主订单与换货时生成的新订单之间的关联关系),此时,可以将之前由买家账户支付的货款1,从中间账户退回给买家账户。
第四次转移:由于之前由垫资账户为新订单进行了垫资,因此,在将货款1退回给买家账户之后,平台可以从买家账户划扣货款到平台账户。
第五次转移:平台再将之前为新订单垫付的货款2,从中间账户转移到卖家账户。
可见,通过本申请实施例的方式,最终实现买家账户支付的货款,卖家账户也收到了货款,平台垫资账户之前执行了垫付,但后续又通过划扣的方式进行了偿还,因此,各个账户之间从整体上实现收支平衡。
需要说明的是,上述图3和图4仅仅是作为例子进行介绍,并不应看作是对本申请保护范围的限制。
总之,根据本申请实施例,可提供一种快速的换货方式,对于一些信用度较好的第二用户需要换货时,服务器可根据换货请求中关联的第一数据对象信息创建一个新的交易订单并提供给第一用户,第一用户则可据此对第一数据对象进行发货,而不用等到收到第二用户退回的第二数据对象后再进行发货,这样,可缩短第二用户收到第一数据对象的周期,进而缩短整个换货流程的周期,提高换货流程的效率。

该实施例二主要从第二用户客户端的角度,提供了一种换货信息处理方法,参见图5,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S501:第二用户客户端接收针对第一交易订单发出的换货请求;

该实施例三主要从第一用户客户端的角度,提供了一种换货信息处理方法,参见图6,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S601:第一用户客户端接收针对第一交易订单发出的换货请求,并提供用于同意换货的操作选项;

总之,根据本申请实施例,可提供一种快速的换货方式,对于一些信用度较好的买家用户需要换货时,服务器可根据换货请求中关联的第一数据对象信息创建一个新的交易订单并提供给卖家用户,卖家用户则可据此对第一数据对象进行发货,而不用等到收到买家用户退回的第二数据对象后再进行发货,这样,可缩短买家用户收到第一数据对象的周期,进而缩短整个换货流程的周期,提高换货流程的效率。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种换货信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收针对第一交易订单的换货请求,并确定所述换货请求关联的第一用户信息、第二用户信息以及第一数据对象信息;
    对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证;
    若验证通过,则根据所述第一数据对象信息创建第二交易订单,并将所述第二交易订单提供给所述第一用户客户端,以便所述第一用户根据所述第二交易订单,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述创建第二交易订单后,还包括:
    确定所述第一数据对象的资源信息;
    利用预置的垫资账户对所述第二交易订单执行资源垫付操作,以便所述第一用户在接收到所述第二交易订单以及支付成功信息后,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述利用预置的垫资账户对所述第二交易订单执行资源垫付操作,包括:
    将对应的资源信息转入预置的中间账户,并向所述第一用户客户端提供支付成功的第一通知消息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收到所述第一用户客户端提交的已收到退回的第二数据对象的第二通知消息时,将第一数据对象对应的资源信息从所述中间账户转入所述第一用户关联的账户。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二用户客户端为所述第一交易订单支付的资源信息暂存在所述中间账户中,
    接收到所述第二通知消息时,所述方法还包括:
    将所述第一交易订单关联的资源信息,从所述中间账户退还到所述第二用户关联的账户;
    将所述第二交易订单关联的资源信息,从所述第二用户关联的账户转入所述垫资账户。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述第一用户客户端提交的针对所述第二交易订单已发货的第三通知消息,并确定执行送货任务的物流服务提供方信息;
    确定所述第一用户关联的第一地址信息,以及第二用户关联的第二地址信息;
    根据预先保存的物流服务提供方各服务类型的服务覆盖范围信息,判断所述物流服务提供方是否可在所述第二地址提供取货服务,并在所述第一地址提供送货服务;
    如果是,则对所述第二交易订单关联的物流订单进行标记,以便派送服务者在将所述第一数据对象派送到所述第二地址时,对第二用户需退回的第二数据对象进行取货操作,并配送到所述第一地址。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将第一用户标识信息、第二用户标识信息、第一地址信息以及第二地址信息提供给所述物流服务提供方,以便所述物流服务提供方针对为所述第二数据对象提供的配送操作生成电子版收件方以及发件方信息并进行打印。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证,包括:
    确定所述第一数据对象的资源信息以及所述第二用户的信用额度信息;
    判断所述第二用户的信用额度信息是否大于所述第一数据对象的资源信息;
    至少根据所述判断结果确定是否验证通过。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少根据所述判断结果确定是否验证通过,包括:
    如果所述判断的结果为是,且所述第二用户在预置时间段内发起的换货请求次数小于预置阈值,则验证通过。
  10. 一种换货信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二用户客户端接收针对第一交易订单发出的换货请求;
    将所述换货请求提交到服务器,以便所述服务器确定所述换货请求关联的第一用户信息、第二用户信息以及第一数据对象信息,并对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证,若验证通过,则根据所述第一数据对象信息创建第二交易订单,并将所述第二交易订单提供给所述第一用户客户端,以便所述第一用户根据所述第二交易订单,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
  11. 一种换货信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一用户客户端接收针对第一交易订单发出的换货请求,并提供用于同意换货的操作选项;
    通过所述操作选择接收到操作指令时,向服务器发送通知消息,以便所述服务器确定所述换货请求关联的第一用户信息、第二用户信息以及第一数据对象信息,并对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证,若验证通过,则根据所述第一数据对象信息创建第二交易订单,并将所述第二交易订单返回;
    接收所述第二交易订单,以便根据所述第二交易订单,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收服务器发送的已为所述第二交易订单垫付资源信息的通知消息,以便根据该通知消息,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述垫付的资源信息保存在预置的中间账户中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述第二交易订单只提供用于执行确认收货操作的操作选项,以便在接收到所述第一交易订单关联的第二数据对象时,通过所述操作选项提交确认收货的通知消息;
    将所述通知消息提交到服务器,以便服务器从所述中间账户将所述第二交易订单关联的资源信息转入所述第一用户关联的账户。
  14. 一种换货信息处理装置,其特征在于,该装置应用于服务器,包括:
    信息确定单元,用于接收针对第一交易订单的换货请求,并确定所述换货请求关联的第一用户信息、第二用户信息以及第一数据对象信息;
    信用权限验证单元,用于对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证;
    订单创建单元,用于在第二用户的信用权限验证通过时,根据所述第一数据对象信息创建第二交易订单,并将所述第二交易订单提供给所述第一用户客户端,以便所述第一用户根据所述第二交易订单,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
  15. 一种换货信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第二用户客户端,包括:
    换货请求接收单元,用于接收针对第一交易订单发出的换货请求;
    请求提交单元,用于将所述换货请求提交到服务器,以便所述服务器确定所述换货请求关联的第一用户信息、第二用户信息以及第一数据对象信息,并对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证,若验证通过,则根据所述第一数据对象信息创建第二交易订单,并将所述第二交易订单提供给所述第一用户客户端,以便所述第一用户根据所述第二交易订 单,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
  16. 一种换货信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第一用户客户端,包括:
    换货请求接收单元,用于接收针对第一交易订单发出的换货请求,并提供用于同意换货的操作选项;
    通知单元,用于通过所述操作选择接收到操作指令时,向服务器发送通知消息,以便所述服务器确定所述换货请求关联的第一用户信息、第二用户信息以及第一数据对象信息,并对所述第二用户进行信用权限验证,若验证通过,则根据所述第一数据对象信息创建第二交易订单,并将所述第二交易订单返回;
    订单接收单元,用于接收所述第二交易订单,以便根据所述第二交易订单,对所述第一数据对象执行发货操作。
