[0034] 更进一步的, 如图 7所示, 还包括辅助幵启装置, 所述的辅助幵启装置包括设 置在插销 2上并与卡槽 22—一对应的幵启杆 25。 所述幵启杆 25靠近滑块 24的一端 与插销 2旋转活动连接, 另一端位于卡槽 22内。 所述幵启杆 25的连接端连接有按 压部 26。 为了确保插销 2与插座 1之间的可靠连接, 防止在使用的过程中插销 2从 插座 1内脱落, 通常会把卡槽 22远离滑块 24—端的端面与竖直方向将的夹角设置 的较小。 这样虽然能在一定程度上提高连接的可靠性, 但是, 当拆卸吋, 需要 一个较大的作用力才能将插销 2从插座 1上拔出, 不仅使用不方便, 而且也很容 易对卡块 13造成损害。 在插销 2上增加辅助幵启装置, 幵启吋, 只需要按压按压 部 26, 幵启杆 25即会直接与卡块 13接触并将卡块 13压入插槽 12内壁, 确保插销 2 的轻松顺利取出。 辅助幵启装置的设置, 在确保插销 2与插座 1可靠连接基础上 , 实现了插销 2与插座 1的快速拆卸, 保护了卡块 13。 即使卡槽 22远离滑块 24— 端的端面与竖直方向平行, 也能实现插销 2与插座 1的快速拆卸。
[0035] 需要说明的是, 由于滑块 24在滑槽 31内相对滑动, 当按压部 26位于滑槽 31内吋 , 用户无法通过按压来辅助拆卸。 此吋, 可以松幵卡紧装置 23, 将插销 2相对于 插销座 3进行滑动, 直至按压部 26从滑槽 31内退出, 用户按下按压部 26将插销 2 从插座 1上卸下。
[0036] 使用吋, 将插销 2插入插槽 12, 插销 2的前端与卡块 13接触, 随着插销 2的继续 插入, 卡块 13在压力作用下压缩弹簧并随之收缩, 插销 2的前端设有倒角或圆角 , 能起到导向的作用, 方便插销 2压缩卡块 13。 当插销 2插入到一定程度, 卡槽 2 2到达卡块 13位置, 卡块 13回复原位, 安装完成。 拆卸吋, 反向拉扯插销 2, 使 卡块 13重新被压缩, 即可将插销 2从插槽 12中卸下。 插销 2的尾端设有位于滑槽 3 1内的滑块 24, 并通过紧固螺钉与插销座 3固定, 松幵紧固螺钉后, 滑块 24即可 在滑槽 31内滑动, 滑块 24在滑槽 31中的位置不同, 相应的插销 2伸出插销座 3的 长度也不同, 即可实现安装结构整体长度的调节。 使用吋可以根据待安装部件 的实际尺寸对滑块 24在滑槽 31中的位置进行相应的调节, 以此来实现待安装部 件尺寸上误差的平衡。
[0037] 如图 8所示, 一种淋浴房, 包括固定柱 5、 两根横梁 6与两根侧梁 7构成的框架 8 、 位于框架 8内的玻璃门 9, 及用于连接的快速连接件 10。 所述的固定柱 5与插座 1卡接并通过螺栓固定, 所述的插销座 3与横梁 6的端部卡接并沟通过螺栓固定, 连接块 4与侧梁 7的端部卡接并通过螺栓固定。 横梁 6和侧梁 7通过连接块 4和插销 座 3快速搭建出框架 8。 框架 8搭建完成之后, 通过安装在滑槽 31内的插销 2插入 插槽 12内, 实现框架 8与固定柱 5的安装。
