Description

一种皮带传动机构 技术领域
本发明涉及传动机构领域,特别是涉及一种皮带传动机构。
背景技术
传统的皮带输送如图1所示是通过电机带动皮带辊,再有皮带辊带动皮带实现皮带上的物件的运输,因此是依靠电机驱动皮带辊来实现送料,但是这种方式只适用与单件即片料的运输,而且送料精确度不高,对于卷料就完全不适用。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种皮带传动机构,该皮带传动机构采用气缸夹紧的方式来实现皮带的移动,由于采用气缸夹紧的方式因此整体精度极高,卷料传送也可适用,为达此目的,本发明提供一种皮带传动机构,包括皮带、皮带辊、皮带轮、电机、传动带、同步轮、固定夹紧装置一、滚珠丝杆、丝杆固定架、固定夹紧装置一用气缸、固定夹紧装置二、固定夹紧装置二用气缸、活动夹紧装置和活动夹紧装置用气缸,所述皮带辊有4个,每个皮带辊上套有一个皮带轮,所述皮带套在4个皮带轮外侧,所述皮带内有电机,所述滚珠丝杆一端有同步轮,所述传动带套装在电机转轴和同步轮上,所述滚珠丝杆两端通过丝杆固定架固定,所述滚珠丝杆穿过活动夹紧装置,所述活动夹紧装置上有活动夹紧装置用气缸,所述活动夹紧装置两侧分别有固定夹紧装置一和固定夹紧装置二,所述固定夹紧装置一上有固定 夹紧装置一用气缸,所述固定夹紧装置二上有固定夹紧装置二用气缸,所述固定夹紧装置一用气缸、固定夹紧装置二用气缸和活动夹紧装置用气缸的压紧端在皮带上方。
本发明的进一步改进,所述皮带一侧有物料支架,为了便于物料进入传送带可在皮带一侧设置物料支架。
本发明的进一步改进,所述物料支架为卷料支架,所述卷料支架的转轴上套有卷料,本发明由于精度极高,因此可适用于卷料传动。
本发明一种皮带传动机构,该皮带传动机构采用气缸夹紧的方式,利用固定夹紧装置配合活动夹紧装置,来实现皮带的移动,其中活动夹紧装置利用丝杆进行传动,由于采用伺服电机+同步带+滚珠丝杆的传送方式,因此整体精度极高,送料精度可以控制在±0.5mm,因此片料和卷料都适用,因此适应性极广。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
本发明提供一种皮带传动机构,该皮带传动机构采用气缸夹紧的方式来实现皮带的移动,由于采用气缸夹紧的方式因此整体精度极高,卷料传送也可适用。
作为本发明一种实施例,本发明提供一种皮带传动机构,包括皮带3、皮带辊4、皮带轮5、电机6、传动带7、同步轮8、固定夹紧装置一9、滚珠丝杆10、丝杆固定架11、固定夹紧装置一用气缸12、固定夹紧装置二13、固定夹紧装置二用气缸14、活动夹紧装置15和活动夹紧装置用气缸16,所述皮带辊4有4个,每个皮带辊4上套有一个皮带轮5,所述皮带3套在4个皮带轮5外侧,所述皮带3内有电机6,所述滚珠丝杆10一端有同步轮8,所述传动带7套装在电机6转轴和同步轮8上,所述滚珠丝杆10两端通过丝杆固定架11固定,所述滚珠丝杆10穿过活动夹紧装置15,所述活动夹紧装置15上有活动夹紧装置用气缸16,所述活动夹紧装置15两侧分别有固定夹紧装置一9和固定夹紧装置二13,所述固定夹紧装置一9上有固定夹紧装置一用气缸12,所述固定夹紧装置二13上有固定夹紧装置二用气缸14,所述固定夹紧装置一用气缸12、固定夹紧装置二用气缸14和活动夹紧装置用气缸16的压紧端在皮带3上方。
作为本发明一种具体实施例,本发明提供如图2所示的一种皮带传动机构,包括皮带3、皮带辊4、皮带轮5、电机6、传动带7、同步轮8、固定夹紧装置一9、滚珠丝杆10、丝杆固定架 11、固定夹紧装置一用气缸12、固定夹紧装置二13、固定夹紧装置二用气缸14、活动夹紧装置15和活动夹紧装置用气缸16,所述皮带辊4有4个,每个皮带辊4上套有一个皮带轮5,所述皮带3套在4个皮带轮5外侧,所述皮带3内有电机6,所述滚珠丝杆10一端有同步轮8,所述传动带7套装在电机6转轴和同步轮8上,所述滚珠丝杆10两端通过丝杆固定架11固定,所述滚珠丝杆10穿过活动夹紧装置15,所述活动夹紧装置15上有活动夹紧装置用气缸16,所述活动夹紧装置15两侧分别有固定夹紧装置一9和固定夹紧装置二13,所述固定夹紧装置一9上有固定夹紧装置一用气缸12,所述固定夹紧装置二13上有固定夹紧装置二用气缸14,所述固定夹紧装置一用气缸12、固定夹紧装置二用气缸14和活动夹紧装置用气缸16的压紧端在皮带3上方,所述皮带3一侧有物料支架2,为了便于物料进入传送带可在皮带一侧设置物料支架,所述物料支架2为卷料支架,所述卷料支架的转轴上套有卷料1,本发明由于精度极高,因此可适用于卷料传动。

  1. 一种皮带传动机构,包括皮带(3)、皮带辊(4)、皮带轮(5)、电机(6)、传动带(7)、同步轮(8)、固定夹紧装置一(9)、滚珠丝杆(10)、丝杆固定架(11)、固定夹紧装置一用气缸(12)、固定夹紧装置二(13)、固定夹紧装置二用气缸(14)、活动夹紧装置(15)和活动夹紧装置用气缸(16),其特征在于:所述皮带辊(4)有4个,每个皮带辊(4)上套有一个皮带轮(5),所述皮带(3)套在4个皮带轮(5)外侧,所述皮带(3)内有电机(6),所述滚珠丝杆(10)一端有同步轮(8),所述传动带(7)套装在电机(6)转轴和同步轮(8)上,所述滚珠丝杆(10)两端通过丝杆固定架(11)固定,所述滚珠丝杆(10)穿过活动夹紧装置(15),所述活动夹紧装置(15)上有活动夹紧装置用气缸(16),所述活动夹紧装置(15)两侧分别有固定夹紧装置一(9)和固定夹紧装置二(13),所述固定夹紧装置一(9)上有固定夹紧装置一用气缸(12),所述固定夹紧装置二(13)上有固定夹紧装置二用气缸(14),所述固定夹紧装置一用气缸(12)、固定夹紧装置二用气缸(14)和活动夹紧装置用气缸(16)的压紧端在皮带(3)上方。
