本发明的目的在于提供一种快递服务平台及快递服务方法,用于解决现有生活中卖方、买方以及快递商之间信息不对称,服务效率低的技术问题。

  5. 如权利要求1所述的快递服务平台,其特征在于,所述快递商模块用于快递商入驻平台并获取订单服务;当快递商需要入驻平台时,需要向所述注册模块提出注册申请、提供注册信息,并获取所述验证模块的验证信息,最终等待所述管理模块的审核,待审核通过后,开始为快递商提供订单服务。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的快递服务平台,其特征在于,所述的注册模块用于为所述买家模块、卖家模块以及快递商模块提供入驻平台的注册服务,注册模块的注册信息包括:名称,地址以及联系方式。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的快递服务平台,其特征在于,所述的验证模块在买家、买家以及快递商需要注册时,提供验证信息,所述验证信息包括:验证码,验证连接,以及二维码。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的快递服务平台,其特征在于,所述的管理模块用于对入驻的买家,卖家以及快递商进行管理,所述管理模块还包括信誉管理功能,以及订单智能分配功能。
  9. 一种快递服务方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    第一步,电商的买家,卖家以及快递商向快递服务平台提出入驻申请;
    第二步,快递服务平台根据申请入驻的商家的注册信息,反馈验证信息;
    第三步,入驻的商家根据反馈信息,向快递服务平台提出审核请求;
    第四步,服务平台再次对请求入驻的商家进行审核,并将审核结果告知商家。
  10. 一种快递服务方法,其特征在于,所述第四步之后还包括以下步骤:
    入驻的买家或卖家对快递服务平台提出快递服务需求,由快递服务平台提供附近可选的快递商信息;
    快递服务平台根据买家或卖家选择的快递商,建立买家、卖家与快递商之间的会话连接;
    快递商安排快递员上门取快递,并递送至目的地。
