岩石破碎是采掘作业中使部分岩体脱离母体并破碎成岩块的工艺,现有技术中主要有爆炸破碎、机械破碎、水射流破碎和热力破碎等四种。就上述四种工艺而言,机械破碎因具有安全性高、破碎效果好等优点而被为广泛使用,特别是在硬度不是很高的岩层中,松土器被广泛使用。在实际运用过程中,松土器的搭载工具(如:挖掘机、推土机等)由于其自身结构特点而不能充分利用自身重量而效率低且能耗高。

为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
请参照图1-图6,本实施例提供一种破岩机,其包括车体和岩石臂101。车体在与地面垂直的方向上设置有贯穿车体的破岩作业区域103,破岩作业区域103的面积为7-50平方米,优选为30平方米左右。车体包括行走机构、车架104和连接块102。车架104优选为两个,连接块102优选为两个,两个车架104对称设置在行走机构上,两个连接块102固定在两个车架104之间。破岩作业区域103是指车架104和连接块102在其内侧形成的空心区域。贯穿车体是指破岩作业区域103在竖直方向上穿过车体,并在车体上形成中空区域。
本实施例中,破岩作业区域103贯穿车体且设置在与地面垂直的方向上,该结构使得岩石臂101的工作区域也在车体范围之内,这是与现有破岩机械的最大区别,采用该车体的破岩机,能够充分利用破岩机的重量增强岩石臂101的破岩效果,有效地使岩石臂101围绕破岩机的重心进行破岩, 有利于提高施工效率。同时,在保证岩石臂101下切力的情况下,不用举升较大重量的臂,能够把做无用功的能量损耗降到最低,从而降低破岩能耗。本发明专用于破碎岩石的破岩机,在中硬度及以下硬度的岩层破碎工作中有着比其他的施工机器更好的能效比与针对性,主要应用于矿山开采和基础施工中的较大方量的破岩作业。车体主要由行走机构、车架104和连接块102连接而成,该结构使得整个车体成为一个四方体,提升了车体在破岩时的稳定性和平衡性。并且,车架104能够在破岩时阻挡岩石飞溅,提高了破岩的安全性。破岩作业区域103的面积设置为7-50平方米,更有效地适用于大多数矿山,便于操作,能达到破岩效率和行走次数的最佳结合,即在减少行走次数的前提下,提高破岩效率。
本实施例中,连接块102上设置有用于连接岩石臂101的转动件,如转轴等。岩石臂101通过转动件连接在连接块102上,使得岩石臂101的破岩部在破岩作业区域103内可自由移动,提高了岩石臂101的破岩范围。本实施例中,连接部为转轴,且优选该转轴设置在整个车体在整个车体宽度方向的中部,以便于扩大岩石臂101的破岩范围。
本实施例中,连接块102的内部开设有腔体,腔体内设置有比重较大的物体作为配重物,例如重晶石等。在连接块102内设置配重物,一是能够提高车体在破岩时的稳固性,二是有利于进一步增强岩石臂101在破岩时的下切力,三是具有运输方便和拆装方便的优点。
本实施例中,车体下方设置有液压支撑机构,液压支撑机构包括四个支撑部106,四个支撑部106分别固定连接在两个车架104的端部下方。破岩作业时,根据对摩擦力的需求大小来决定是否使用液压支撑。通过液压支撑机构能够增强破岩机破岩时的稳定性,并提高破岩机在破岩时与地面的摩擦阻力,以使破岩机获得最大的水平方向的破岩力。
本实施例中,车架104上设置有用于对破岩机进行检修的检修缺口107。通过检修缺口107使得破岩机的检修更加方便,有利于提高破岩机发生故障时检修速度。连接块102通过螺栓与车架104固定连接,使得连接块102在车架104上的稳固性更好。
本实施例中,连接块102的两端下部均设置有倒L形台阶,安装时,先通过倒L形台阶将连接块102的两端放置在两个车架104上,再通过螺栓将连接块102固定在车架104上。上述设置方式为优选,但在实际应用过程中,还可有多种其它固定结构,例如,连接块102的两端可滑动连接在两个车架104上,以便于调节破岩作业区域103的面积,当调节到合适的破岩面积后再固定即可。
本实施例提供的破岩机,还包括控制机构。岩石臂101的破岩部通过控制机构在破岩作业区域103内可自由移动并破岩。控制机构固定在车架104上。其中,控制机构包括控制室105、发动机、油箱、相应的管路及电控部分等,控制机构分别用于控制液压支撑机构、岩石臂101和行走机构动作。在本实施例中,通过控制机构统一控制液压支撑机构、岩石臂101和行走机构动作,实现了智能化破岩,操作更加方便。
本实施例中,行走机构可以为如下两种结构:
1、如图1所示,行走机构包括两套履带行走机构108,两个车架104对称连接在两套履带行走机构108上。
2、如图6所示,行走机构包括四套履带行走机构108,每根车架104连接在两套履带行走机构108上,两个车架104分别对称连接在四套履带行走机构108上。行走机构包括四套履带行走机构108,车架104对称连接在四套履带行走机构108上,该结构使得破岩机能够在复杂地形及险恶地形的破岩施工区域内行走。
综上,本实施例提供的破岩机,能够充分利用破岩机的重量增强岩石臂101的破岩效果,有效地使岩石臂101围绕破岩机的重心进行破岩,有利于提高破岩效率。同时,在保证岩石臂101下切力的情况下,不用举升较大重量的臂,能够把做无用功的能量损耗降到最低,从而降低破岩能耗。
本实施例还提供一种破岩方法,该方法利用本实施例提供的破岩机实现,包括如下步骤:
A、通过控制机构将设置有破岩作业区域103的破岩机,行使或移动至待破岩区域,使破岩作业区域103位于待破岩区域的正上方,破岩机的破岩作业区域103是贯穿破岩机车体且与地面相垂直的空心区域;

C、岩石臂101的破岩部对破岩作业区域103内的岩石进行破岩。
进一步的,在步骤A中,破岩作业区域103位于所述待破岩区域的上方后,通过液压支撑机构对所述破岩机进行支撑。
实施例2:
请参照图7-图11,本实施例提供一种破岩机,本实施例提供的破岩机与实施例1提供的破岩机基本相同。不同之处在于,本实施例提供的破岩机中,利用伸缩机构替代连接块102。两个车架104通过伸缩机构连接。伸缩机构的数量为两套,两套伸缩机构设置在两个车架104之间,破岩作业区域103是指车体的车架104和伸缩机构在其内侧形成的空心区域,贯穿车体是指破岩作业区域103穿过车体,并在车体上形成中空区域。通过控制伸缩机构的伸缩距离,可灵活调节破岩作业区域103的面积。本实施例中,破岩作业区域103的面积可在6-30平方米之间调节,使破岩机能够在不同地形和环境中进行破岩,且当伸缩机构缩拢时,还有利于破岩机的运输。
伸缩机构包括油缸和伸缩块111,伸缩块111的两端分别与两个车架104滑动连接,油缸固定在其中一个车架104上,油缸的活塞杆与另一个车架104固定连接,且油缸位于其对应伸缩块111的上方。具体结构为:每根车架104上均开设有两个滑槽,两个车架104上的滑槽开设在两个车架104的相对面上,且两个车架104上的滑槽相对称。每套伸缩机构中的伸缩块111的两端分别位于两个车架104的滑槽内,且伸缩块111与滑槽之间设置有防止伸缩块111从滑槽中脱离的限位件,这样,通过油缸与伸缩块111的配合,即可实现车体的展开与缩拢。在本实施例中,伸缩机构主要由油缸 和伸缩块111组成,使得伸缩机构易于制造,有利于降低整个破岩机的制备成本,生产设计较方便,使用可靠,伸缩更稳定。
进一步的,伸缩机构中伸缩块111的数量至少为一块,当伸缩机构中伸缩块111的数量大于一块时,相邻两伸缩块111之间采用滑动连接,即其中一块伸缩块111滑动套设在另一伸缩块111内。本实施例中,优选其中一套伸缩机构中伸缩块111的数量为一块,另一套伸缩机构中伸缩块111的数量为两块。
本实施例中,岩石臂101通过转轴连接在车体上,具体的,岩石臂101通过转轴连接在其中一个车架104上。
本实施例中,车架104上还设置有检修门109,检修门109的数量为两个,分别用于两套伸缩机构的检修。
本实施例中,车体上还固定设置有三个配重块110,三个配重块110分别固定在两个车架104上。当然,配重块110的数量也可大于三个,配重块110优选采用重晶石,其数量和形状具体根据实际情况而定。在本实施例中,通过配重块110既能够增强破岩机在破岩时的稳定性,又能够提升岩石臂101对岩石的下切力,有利于提高破岩效率。进一步的,三个配重块110分别设置在两个车架104上的结构,能使破岩机在伸缩机构缩拢后不移动的情况下形成一个较为规则的整体,有利于快速拆装和满足运输要求;而在伸缩机构展开后,又能使岩石臂101围绕破岩机的重心进行破岩,有利于提高破岩效果。
本实施例中,控制机构用于控制液压支撑机构、岩石臂101、伸缩机构和行走机构动作。通过控制机构统一控制液压支撑机构、岩石臂101、伸缩机构和行走机构动作,实现了智能化破岩,操作更加方便。
综上,本实施例提供的破岩机,通过控制伸缩机构的伸缩距离,可灵活调节破岩作业区域103的面积,使破岩机能够在不同地形和环境中进行破岩,且当伸缩机构缩拢时,还有利于破岩机的运输。
本实施例还提供一种破岩方法,该方法利用本实施例提供的破岩机实现,包括如下步骤:
A、通过控制机构将设置有破岩作业区域103的破岩机,行使或移动至待破岩区域,使破岩作业区域103位于待破岩区域的正上方,破岩机的破岩作业区域103是贯穿破岩机车体且与地面相垂直的空心区域;通过伸缩机构调节所述破岩作业区域103的面积;
B、通过控制机构操作岩石臂101,控制岩石臂101上的破岩部在破岩作业区域103向下动作;
C、岩石臂101的破岩部对破岩作业区域103内的岩石进行破岩。
进一步的,在步骤A中,破岩作业区域103位于所述待破岩区域的上方后,通过液压支撑机构对所述破岩机进行支撑。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施 方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供的破岩机,能够充分利用破岩机的重量增强岩石臂的破岩效果,有效地使岩石臂围绕破岩机的重心进行破岩,有利于提高破岩效率。同时,在保证岩石臂下切力的情况下,不用举升较大重量的臂,能够把做无用功的能量损耗降到最低,从而降低破岩能耗。通过控制伸缩机构的伸缩距离,可灵活调节破岩作业区域的面积,使破岩机能够在不同地形和环境中进行破岩,且当伸缩机构缩拢时,还有利于破岩机的运输。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车体在与地面垂直的方向上设置有贯穿车体的破岩作业区域(103)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车体包括行走机构和车架(104),所述车架(104)对称设置在所述行走机构上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述行走机构包括两套履带行走机构(108),所述车架(104)对称连接在两套履带行走机构(108)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述行走机构包括四套履带行走机构(108),所述车架(104)对称连接在四套履带行走机构(108)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任意一项所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车体还包括连接块(102),所述连接块(102)固定在所述车架(104)之间;所述连接块(102)用于与岩石臂(101)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述连接块(102)上设置有用于连接所述岩石臂(101)的转动件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述连接块(102)上设置有检修缺口(107)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述破岩作业区域(103)是指所述车架(104)和所述连接块(102)在其内侧形成的空心区域。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述连接块(102)内设置有配重物。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述破岩作业区域(103)的面积为7-50平方米。
  11. 根据权利要求2-4中任意一项所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车体还包括伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构设置在所述车架(104)之间用于调节所述破岩作业区域(103)的面积。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述破岩作业区域(103)是指所述车体的车架(104)和所述伸缩机构在其内侧形成的空心区域。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车架(104)的数量为两个,所述伸缩机构的数量为两套,每套所述伸缩机构包括油缸和伸缩块(111),所述伸缩块(111)的两端分别与两个所述车架(104)滑动连接,所述油缸固定在其中一个所述车架(104)上,所述油缸的活塞杆与另一个所述车架(104)固定连接。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车体上设置有用于连接岩石臂(101)的转轴。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车架(104)上设置有用 于所述伸缩机构的检修门(109)。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述破岩作业区域(103)的面积为6-30平方米。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:所述车架(104)上固定设置有配重块(110)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的用于破岩机的车体,其特征在于:
    所述配重块(110)的数量为三个,三个所述配重块(110)分别固定在所述车架(104)上。
  19. 一种破岩机,其特征在于:包括岩石臂(101)以及权利要求5-10中任意一项所述的车体。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的破岩机,其特征在于:所述破岩机还包括液压支撑机构和控制机构,所述控制机构固定在所述车体上部,所述液压支撑机构固定在所述车体下部,所述控制机构用于控制所述液压支撑机构、所述岩石臂(101)和所述行走机构动作。
  21. 一种破岩机,其特征在于:包括岩石臂(101)以及权利要求11-18中任意一项所述的车体;所述岩石臂(101)与所述车体连接。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种破岩机,其特征在于:所述破岩机还包括控制机构和液压支撑机构,所述控制机构固定在所述车体上部,所述液压支撑机构固定在所述车体下部,所述控制机构用于控制所述液压支撑机构、所述岩石臂(101)、所述伸缩机构和所述行走机构动作。
  23. 一种破岩方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    A、将设置有破岩作业区域(103)的破岩机,行使或移动至待破岩区域,使所述破岩作业区域(103)位于待破岩区域的上方,所述破岩机的所述破岩作业区域(103)是贯穿所述破岩机的车体且与地面相垂直的空心区域;
    B、操作岩石臂(101),控制所述岩石臂(101)上的破岩部在所述破岩作业区域(103)向下动作;
    C、所述岩石臂(101)的破岩部对所述破岩作业区域(103)内的岩石进行破岩。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的破岩方法,其特征在于:所述的A步骤中,通过伸缩机构调节所述破岩作业区域(103)的面积。
  25. 根据权利要求23或24所述的破岩方法,其特征在于:所述的A步骤中,所述破岩作业区域(103)位于所述待破岩区域的上方后,通过液压支撑机构对所述破岩机进行支撑。
