2、干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,将第一阀门和第二阀门同时打开,令大部分蒸汽流入外筒,少部分蒸汽和未气化水在重力作用下自动流入设置于蒸发器上方的喷淋器中对蒸发器进行喷淋,以清除蒸发器上附着的线屑,并对蒸发器及其周围部件进行杀菌。
3、干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中、当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体打开时,将第一阀门闭合、第二阀门打开,蒸汽通向蒸发器并将热量传导在翅片上,防止了在门体打开后蒸汽发生器内的余热使蒸汽继续或突然喷射,避免了操作人员烫伤事故的发生。
4、蒸汽发生器中的加热装置停止工作,继续向蒸汽发生器中进水对蒸汽发生器产生的水垢和残存的杂质进行冲洗,同时冲洗水可对蒸发器进行喷淋,以清除蒸发器上残 留附着的线屑,达到对蒸发器进行清洁的效果。
同时,本发明结构简单,方法简洁,效果显著,适宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明实施例中介绍了一种干衣机,所述干衣机包括容纳衣物的外筒1,外筒1上的衣物投放口处设有可开闭的、供衣物投入/取出的门体18。外筒1外部设置烘干风路2,烘干风路2的两端分别与外筒1的上部和下部相连通,使外筒1和烘干风路2构成循环风路。所述的烘干风路2中设有风机3,以使得循环风路中形成循环气流。优选的,所述的烘干风路2中设有过滤网12,以对流经的循环气流中夹杂的线屑等进行过滤。
本发明实施例中,所述干衣机还设有热泵系统,热泵系统包括首尾依次相连通的压缩机5、蒸发器7、节流元件6和冷凝器4,以形成供冷凝流动的循环流道。所述的蒸发器7和冷凝器4设于烘干风路2中,以分别对流经的气流进行吸热、放热处理,实现利 用循环气流对衣物进行烘干的目的。
干衣机还设有蒸汽发生器8,蒸汽发生器8的出气口经管路分别与外筒1和设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15相连通,所述管路上设有控制装置和/或管路本身的构造就具有控制蒸汽流动方向的功能。在控制装置和/或管路的作用下,在干衣机工作初期,将蒸汽发生器8产生的蒸汽全部通向蒸发器7;干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体18闭合时,蒸汽发生器8产生的大部分蒸汽流入外筒1,少部分蒸汽和未气化水通向蒸发器7;干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体18打开时,蒸汽发生器8产生的蒸汽和未气化水全部通向蒸发器7。
通过上述装置和方法,使得蒸汽发生器8产生的蒸汽可控地流向外筒1以对其内衣物进行蒸汽洗涤、消毒等处理,或流向蒸发器7以使蒸发器7吸热后在压缩机作用下将热量通过冷凝器释放,加快热泵系统整体的工作效率,进而提高干衣机的升温速度,同时对蒸发器7上附着的线屑进行清除以及对蒸发器7及其周围部件进行杀菌,除此之外,蒸汽的热量传递给蒸发器7降低外筒中的蒸汽总量、避免门体打开后蒸汽喷出情况的发生,进而避免了用户打开门体后蒸汽喷出、余热损伤用户情况的发生。
实施例一
本实施例中,所述的干衣机的蒸汽发生器8可以为具有如下结构的现有任一蒸汽发生器:设有形成一定容积腔室的本体,腔室内设有将水转化为蒸汽的加热装置,本体上设有供水流进入腔室的进水口和供蒸汽流出腔室的出气口。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,蒸汽发生器8的出气口与第一管道14的一端相连通,第一管道14的另一端分别与第一支管10和第二支管11相连通,第一支管10与外筒1相连通,第二支管11与喷淋器15相连通。
本实施例中,所述第一支管10和第二支管11上分别设有控制支管通断的第一阀门16和第二阀门13,从而使得在干衣机处于不同状态时分别对应控制控制阀开闭,以达到调节蒸汽流动方向的目的。
本实施例中,干衣机工作过程中的对应状态如下:
状态1、干衣机工作初期,第一阀门16闭合、第二阀门13打开,使蒸汽发生器8的出气口只与设置于蒸发器7上方喷淋器15相连通,蒸汽全部经喷淋器15流向蒸发器 7,使蒸汽的热量传递给蒸发器7,蒸发器7吸热后在压缩机作用下将热量通过冷凝器释放,加快了热泵系统整体的工作效率,提高了干衣机的升温速度,进而加快了干衣机的干衣速率、并降低了干衣机的启动能耗。
状态2、对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体18闭合时,第一阀门16和第二阀门13同时打开,蒸汽发生器8的出气口与外筒和设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15分别相连通,蒸汽流入外筒1并通向蒸发器7,流入外筒1的蒸汽对衣物进行蒸汽洗涤、消毒等处理,通向蒸发器7的蒸汽对蒸发器7上附着的线屑进行清除以及对蒸发器7及其周围部件进行杀菌。
本实施例中,还可以,所述的第一支管10设有控制支管通断的第一阀门16,第二支管11上不设置控制支管通断的阀门。在干衣机工作过程中,只涉及将第一阀门16关闭,使蒸汽全部通向蒸发器7,蒸发器7吸热后在压缩机作用下将热量通过冷凝器释放,加快热泵系统整体的工作效率,提高干衣机的升温速度,进而加快干衣机的干衣速率、并降低干衣机的启动能耗,或使蒸汽通向蒸发器7并将热量传导在翅片上,防止在门体打开后蒸汽发生器8内的余热使蒸汽继续或突然喷射,避免操作人员烫伤事故的发生,而在干衣机工作过程中,第二支管11一直处于连通状态。第一支管10设有控制支管通断的第一阀门16,第二支管上11不设置控制支管通断的阀门,减少了管路上所需阀门的数量,降低了生产成本。
实施例二
本实施例与上述实施例一的区别在于:如图1所示,第一支管10和第一管道14之间的轴线夹角大于第二支管11和第一管道14之间的轴线夹角。通过上述设置,使得第一支管10、第二支管11和第一管道14相交处的三通结构具有文丘里效应,令第一管道14的蒸汽大部分流向第一支管10,少部分流向第二支管11。
如图2所示,本实施例中,第一管道14的一端与蒸汽发生器8的出气口相连通,另一端经三通17与第一支管10和第二支管11分别相连通。所述三通17包括进气段、第一出气段和第二出气段,进气段、第一出气段和第二出气段的一端相连通于同一处,另一端对应的分别与第一管道14、第一支管10和第二支管11相连通;优选的,所述三通17的第一出气段和进气段的轴线夹角β为大于90度的钝角,第二出气段和进气段的轴线夹角α为小于90度的锐角;更优选的,第一出气段和进气段同轴设置,使得夹角 β为180度。
本实施例中,干衣机工作过程中的对应状态如下:
状态1、对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体18闭合时,第一阀门16和第二阀门13同时打开,蒸汽发生器8的出气口与相连和设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15分别相连通,蒸汽发生器8流出的大部分蒸汽经与第一管道14轴线夹角较大的第一支管10流入外筒1,蒸汽发生器8流出的少部分蒸汽经与第一管道14轴线夹角较小的第二支管11通向蒸发器7,流入外筒1的蒸汽对衣物进行蒸汽洗涤、消毒等处理,通向蒸发器7的蒸汽对蒸发器7上附着的线屑进行清除以及对蒸发器7及其周围部件进行杀菌。
状态2、干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中、当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体18打开时,第一阀门16闭合、第二阀门13打开,使蒸汽发生器8的出气口只与设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15相连通,蒸汽全部通向蒸发器7,蒸汽通向蒸发器7并将热量传导在翅片上,防止了在门体18打开后蒸汽发生器8内的余热使蒸汽继续或突然喷射,避免了操作人员烫伤事故的发生。
本实施例中,还可以,如图1所示,直接将第一支管10、第二支管11、第一管道14的端部相交汇连通于一处,以避免三通17的使用,简化管路的结构数量,减少管路的连接数量。
实施例三
本实施例与上述实施例一至二的区别在于:第一支管10相对水平面向上倾斜或平行设置;第二支管11相对水平面向下倾斜。上述条件下,蒸汽发生器8产生的未气化水在重力作用下自动流入设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15中对蒸发器7进行喷淋,以清除蒸发器7上附着的线屑、并对蒸发器7及其周围部件进行杀菌。
本实施例中,干衣机工作过程中的对应状态如下:
状态1、对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体18闭合时,第一阀门16和第二阀门13同时打开,蒸汽发生器8的出气口与外筒1和设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15分别相连通,蒸汽发生器8流出的大部分蒸汽经与第一管道14轴线夹角较大的第一支管10流入外筒1,蒸汽发生器8流出的少部分蒸汽和未气化水经与第一管道14轴线夹角较小的第二支管11通向蒸发器7,流入外筒1的蒸汽对衣物进 行蒸汽洗涤、消毒等处理,通向蒸发器7的蒸汽和未气化水对蒸发器7上附着的线屑进行清除以及对蒸发器7及其周围部件进行杀菌。
状态2、干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中、当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体18打开时,第一阀门16闭合、第二阀门13打开,使蒸汽发生器8的出气口只与设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15相连通,蒸汽和未气化水全部通向蒸发器7,蒸汽通向蒸发器7并将热量传导在翅片上,防止了在门体18打开后蒸汽发生器8内的余热使蒸汽继续或突然喷射,避免了操作人员烫伤事故的发生,未气化水在重力作用下自动流入设置于蒸发器7上方的喷淋器15中对蒸发器7进行喷淋,以清除蒸发器7上附着的线屑,并对蒸发器7及其周围部件进行杀菌。
优选的,第一管道与第一支管的轴线夹角β为大于90度的钝角,第一管道与第二支管的轴线夹角α为小于90度的锐角;更优选的,第一管道与第一支管的轴线夹角β为180度。
实施例四
本实施例与上述实施例一至三的区别在于:干衣机具有状态3、当干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程完成后,蒸汽发生器8中的加热装置停止工作,并继续向蒸汽发生器8中进水一定时间,以对蒸汽发生器8中的水垢和残存的杂质进行冲洗,蒸汽发生器8中的冲洗水经喷淋器15流向蒸发器7,对蒸发器7上侧残留附着的线屑进行清理。
本实施例中,在干衣机处于状态3时,第一阀门16闭合、第一阀门13打开,令经进水管9流入蒸汽发生器8中的冲洗水经出气口、第一管道14、第二支管11、喷淋器15通向蒸发器7,对蒸发器7上残留附着的线屑进行清理,达到对蒸发器7进行清洁的效果,最后经蒸发器7所在的烘干风路2上设置的供冷凝水排出的冷凝水排水管外排,以实现流入蒸汽发生器8中冲洗水对蒸发器7进行清洁后外排至干衣机外部的目的。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本发明的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣机,其特征在于,干衣机上设有蒸汽发生器(8),蒸汽发生器(8)的出气口经管路分别与外筒(1)和设置于蒸发器(7)上方的喷淋器(15)相连通,使蒸汽可控地流向外筒(1)和/或蒸发器(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,蒸汽发生器(8)的出气口与第一管道(14)的一端相连通,第一管道(14)的另一端分别与第一支管(10)和第二支管(11)相连通,第一支管(10)与外筒(1)相连通,第二支管(11)与喷淋器(15)相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,第一支管(10)和第一管道(14)之间的轴线夹角大于第二支管(11)和第一管道(14)之间的轴线夹角;
    优选的,第一支管(10)相对水平面向上倾斜或平行设置;第二支管(11)相对水平面向下倾斜。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述第一支管(10)和第二支管(11)上分别设有控制支管通断的第一阀门(16)和第二阀门(13)。
  5. 一种干衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,干衣机工作初期,蒸汽发生器产生的蒸汽全部流向干衣机的蒸发器;对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,蒸汽发生器产生的大部分蒸汽流入干衣机的外桶、未气化水会在重力作用下经喷淋器流向干衣机的蒸发器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种干衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,干衣机工作初期,第一阀门闭合、第二阀门打开,使蒸汽发生器的出气口只与设置于蒸发器上方喷淋器相连通,蒸汽全部经喷淋器流向蒸发器。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种干衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中,第一阀门和第二阀门同时打开,蒸汽发生器的出气口与外筒和设置于蒸发器上方的喷淋器分别相连通,蒸汽发生器流出的大部分蒸汽经与第一管道轴线夹角较大的第一支管流入外筒,蒸汽发生器流出的少部分蒸汽和未气化水经与第一管道轴线夹角较小的第二支管通向蒸发器。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任意一项所述的一种干衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理过程中、当干衣机衣物投放口处的门体打开时,第一阀门 闭合、第二阀门打开,使蒸汽发生器的出气口只与设置于蒸发器上方的喷淋器相连通,蒸汽和未气化水全部通向蒸发器。
  9. 根据权利要求5-7任意一项所述的一种干衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,当干衣机对衣物进行正常的蒸汽处理完成后,蒸汽发生器中的加热装置停止工作,继续向蒸汽发生器中进水一定时间,以对蒸汽发生器中的水垢和残存的杂质进行冲洗。
  10. 根据权利要求9项所述的一种干衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,蒸汽发生器中的冲洗水经喷淋器流向蒸发器,对蒸发器上侧残留附着的线屑进行清理。
