升降尾门警示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及车用升降尾门的警示技术领域,具体而言指一种升降尾门警示装置,以有效提醒路人或其他驾驶注意,进一步提高使用升降尾门时的安全性。
背景技术
货车主要用于装载货物,部分货车为了载运特殊的货物,会于车体后端设有一对应后门的升降尾门,供方便装卸货物。现有的升降尾门是在车体后端底部设有一由油压伸缸组成的制动单元,制动单元顶端设有一载板,该制动单元可利用不同油压伸缸的动作,使该载板能被垂直立起对应盖合于车体后门,也可以旋摆水平对应车体底面,以方便货物进出车体,还可令该载板水平升降,供方便装卸货;
前述升降尾门的结构及动作并无太大的问题,但在使用上,受限于停车空间不足等环境限制,货车于装卸货物时常会占用路面,甚至因车体庞大而占用到车道,从而影响到行人、自行车、机车、甚至其他车辆的通行,稍一不慎即可能发生碰撞意外,从而造成交通事故,甚至造成人员伤亡等。而目前的警示方式以摆放三角锥或立式警示灯等被动式的警示设备为主,但其警示效果不明显,同时也容易因操作人员遗忘、或认为只是短时间装卸货物,而疏忽未进行周围的警示工作,从而失去警示作用,故有必要做进一步提出新的解决方案。
因此,本案发明人针对前述现有货车升降尾门在使用时所面临 的问题深入探讨,并根据多年从事相关产业的研发与制造经验,积极寻求解决之道,经不断努力的研究,终于成功的开发出一种升降尾门警示装置,其能有效克服现有无法主动产生警示作用所造成的不便与困扰。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种升降尾门警示装置,以在升降尾门使用过程中主动进行警示,以防止因人为疏忽而丧失警示作用。
又,本发明的另一主要在于提供一种升降尾门警示装置,其能让升降尾门的警示效果更明显,以提高行人及其他驾驶人的注意力,从而提高使用升降尾门时的安全性。
据此,本发明主要通过下列技术手段具体实现上述目的:该警示装置设于一升降尾门上,且升降尾门设于一货车车体的后端对应后门处,且该升降尾门由一制动单元及一设于制动单元顶端的一载板构成,其中:
该警示装置具有一处理单元,该处理单元连接有多个感知组件,且该多个感知组件可用于检知升降尾门的载板是否被启动工作或复位,处理单元电气连接有多个设于该载板周缘及底面的警示灯,该处理单元连接有一电源。
藉此,通过上述技术手段,本发明提供的升降尾门警示装置可以利用感知组件检知升降尾门的载板工作后,可启动警示灯产生灯光警示或声响警示,以提醒经过外围的行人或其他驾驶注意,该警示装置属于主动式警示,不会因人员疏失而失去警示作用,从而提高使用升降尾门的安全性,故能大幅增加产品的附加价值,并提高 产品经济效益与竞争力。
本发明可通过下列技术手段来进一步实现前述的功效与功能;诸如:

本发明提供的升降尾门警示装置的详细构成,如图1、图2所示,该警示装置30设于一升降尾门20上,且升降尾门20设于一货车车体10的后端对应后门15处;
其中该升降尾门20是在车体10后端底部设有一由油压伸缸组成的制动单元22,制动单元22顶端设有一载板21,其中该制动单元22可控制载板21垂直立起对应盖合于车体10后门,也可以旋摆水平对应车体10底面,以方便货物进出载板21,进一步可控制该载板21水平升降,供方便装卸货,前述的车体10及升降尾门20的构成和工作方式均为现有技术,且非本发明的特色所在,故不再赘述;
本发明的特色在于,如图2、图3所示,该警示装置30具有一处理单元31,供接收、判读、比对及发送信息,该处理单元31 可以是独立的处理系统、也可以是典型的车用电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit,ECU),又处理单元31可以包含输入组件、显示组件,例如触控屏幕,用以协助用户设定警示方式与动作,且该处理单元31连接有多个感知组件34,该多个感知组件34可用于检知升降尾门20的载板21是否被启动工作,例如进行旋摆平置、水平升降、又或反向回收时,处理单元31电气连接有多个设于该载板21周缘、底面等位置的警示灯32,该多个警示灯32可以选自不同色系或可变色的发光二极管,且该多个警示灯32可依需求被处理单元31控制而进行闪烁、长亮等,以对行人或其他驾驶人产生警效果,处理单元31可进一步连接有多个警报器33,该多个警报器33可以是外加的扬声器或是使用原车辆的喇叭,能够产生声响,以提醒行人或其他驾驶提高注意力,且该处理单元31连接有一电源36,该电源36可以是外加电池或是车用电池,以提供整个警示装置30所需的电力;
藉此,组构成一可以提高安全性的升降尾门警示装置。
本发明于实际运动的使用时,如图1、图2、图4及图5所示,当车体10上的升降尾门20的制动单元22控制载板21开始旋摆平置时,该警示装置30的感知组件34一旦检知载板21工作后,即可通知该处理单元31,并由该处理单元31控制该多个警示灯32产生警示,如果是白天则可进一步启动警报器33以发出警报声响,以有效提醒行经车体10附近的行人或其他驾驶人注意,以减少意外事故发生;
反之,当该升降尾门20的制动单元22控制载板21重新闭合,当该多个感知组件34检知载板21复位后,则可通过处理单元31关闭该多个警示灯32或该多个警报器33,以供下一循环使用。
经由上述说明可知,本发明提供的升降尾门警示装置利用感知组件34检知升降尾门20的载板21工作后,可启动警示灯32或警报器33产生灯光或声响警示与警报作用,以提醒经过外围的行人或其他驾驶注意,本发明属于主动式警示,不会因人员疏失而失去警示作用,并可让升降尾门的警示效果更明显,从而提高使用升降尾门时的安全性。

  1. 一种升降尾门警示装置,该警示装置设于一升降尾门上,且升降尾门设于一货车车体的后端对应后门处,该升降尾门由一制动单元及一设于制动单元顶端的一载板构成,其特征在于:
    该警示装置具有一处理单元,该处理单元连接有多个感知组件,该多个感知组件用于检知升降尾门的载板是否被启动工作或复位,处理单元电气连接有多个设于该载板周缘及底面的警示灯,该处理单元连接有一电源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降尾门警示装置,其特征在于,该处理单元是车用电子控制单元。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的升降尾门警示装置,其特征在于,该处理单元包含具有输入功能与显示功能的触控屏幕,以协助用户设定警示方式与动作。
