本实用新型涉及一种外转子组件及应用其的外转子电机。
背景技术:
现有的外转子组件,包括机壳、转轴和安装在机壳内壁的若干个磁瓦。所述磁瓦之间通过弹片撑开固定,弹片是单独安装在相邻的两块磁瓦之间,因弹片数量比较多,在安装过程中,弹片安装位置不好控制,有时会偏上或者偏下,还有可能会超出磁瓦的工作面,安装过程繁琐,磁瓦固定效果不佳,有可能导致电机运转时容易发生故障。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外转子组件,磁瓦通过支架安装在机壳内,装配操作简单,固定效果好。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种外转子组件,包括机壳、转轴和安装在机壳内壁的若干个磁瓦,所述磁瓦通过支架安装在所述机壳内壁,其特征在于:所述支架包括安装在机壳底部的架体和设置在架体上若干个安装件,所述磁瓦安装在相邻两个安装件之间,所述的安装件包括第一安装片和第二安装片,第一安装片和第二安装片从架体的端面轴向凸起,在第一安装片和第二安装片之间形成缓冲空腔。
所述的第一安装片和第二安装片顶部通过楔形连接部连接起来。
所述安装件两侧设置定位柱,定位柱抵住所述磁瓦的外表面以限制所述磁瓦外移。
第一安装片和第二安装片之间设置的连接片,连接片位于靠近转轴的一侧,定位柱是从连接片的两侧伸出。
所述第一安装片和所述第二安装片上设有轴向加强筋,所述加强筋抵住所述磁瓦的侧面。
所述架体包括内环部和外环部,内环部和外环部之间设有若干放射状的第 一筋条,安装件分布在外环部上。
所述若干第一筋条均匀分布。
所述内环部底部于相邻两个第二筋条之间设有排水槽,机壳顶部设有排水孔,滴水从排水孔流出。

本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)所述支架包括安装在机壳底部的架体和设置在架体上若干个安装件,所述磁瓦安装在相邻两个安装件之间,所述的安装件包括第一安装片和第二安装片,第一安装片和第二安装片从架体的端面轴向凸起,在第一安装片和第二安装片之间形成缓冲空腔,磁瓦安装在相邻的两个安装件时,缓冲空腔能更好的卡住磁瓦,防止磁瓦松脱,固定效果好,装配操作简单;
2)所述的第一安装片和第二安装片顶部通过楔形连接部连接起来,楔形连接部起导向作用,方便磁瓦安装,加强结构作用;
3)所述安装件两侧设置定位柱,定位柱抵住所述磁瓦的外表面以限制所述磁瓦外移,定位柱能够更好的固定磁瓦,防止磁瓦外移;
4)所述架体包括内环部和外环部,内环部和外环部之间设有若干放射状的第一筋条,安装件分布在外环部上,第一筋条类似离心风叶,旋转时第一筋条可以搅动气流,提高散热效果;
5)所述的内环部底部于相邻两个第二筋条之间设有排水槽,排水槽使得滴水可以相互流通,防止积水。

下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:
如图1至图4所示,本实施例是一种外转子组件,包括机壳1、转轴2和安装在机壳1内壁的若干个磁瓦3,所述磁瓦3通过支架4安装在所述机壳1内壁,其特征在于:所述支架4包括安装在机壳1底部的架体42和设置在架体42上若干个安装件41,所述磁瓦3安装在相邻两个安装件41之间,所述的安装件41包括第一安装片411和第二安装片412,第一安装片411和第二安装片412从架体42的端面轴向凸起,在第一安装片411和第二安装片412之间形成缓冲空腔426。
所述的第一安装片411和第二安装片412顶部通过楔形连接部413连接起来。
所述安装件41两侧设置定位柱43,定位柱43抵住所述磁瓦3的外表面以限制所述磁瓦3外移。
第一安装片411和第二安装片412之间设置的连接片414,连接片414位于靠近转轴的一侧,定位柱43是从连接片414的两侧伸出。
所述第一安装片411和所述第二安装片412上设有轴向加强筋44,所述加强筋44抵住所述磁瓦3的侧面。
所述架体42包括内环部421和外环部422,内环部421和外环部422之间设有若干放射状的第一筋条423,安装件41分布在外环部422上。
所述若干第一筋条423均匀分布。
所述内环部421底部于相邻两个第二筋条4211之间设有排水槽424,机壳1顶部设有排水孔11,滴水从排水孔流出。
所述外环部422底部设有一环形凸台425。
实施例二:
一种外转子电机,包括外转子组件(图中未视出)和定子组件(图中未视出),所述外转子组件套在所述定子组件上,所述外转子组件为根据实施例一所述的外转子组件。
发明原理:所述支架4包括安装在机壳1底部的架体42和设置在架体42上若干个安装件41,所述磁瓦3安装在相邻两个安装件41之间,所述的安装件41包括第一安装片411和第二安装片412,第一安装片411和第二安装片412从架体42的端面轴向凸起,在第一安装片411和第二安装片412之间形成缓冲空腔426,磁瓦3安装在相邻的两个安装件41时,缓冲空腔426能更好的卡住磁瓦3,防止磁瓦3松脱,固定效果好,装配操作简单;所述的第一安装片411和第二安装片412顶部通过楔形连接部413连接起来,楔形连接部413起导向作用,方便磁瓦3安装,加强结构作用;所述安装件41两侧设置定位柱43,定位柱43抵住所述磁瓦3的外表面以限制所述磁瓦3外移,定位柱43能够更好的固定磁瓦3,防止磁瓦3外移;所述架体42包括内环部421和外环部422,内环部421和外环部422之间设有若干放射状的第一筋条423,安装件41分布在外环部422上,第一筋条423类似离心风叶,旋转时第一筋条423可以搅动气流,提高散热效果;所述的内环部421底部于相邻两个第二筋条4211之间设有排水槽424,排水槽424使得滴水可以相互流通,防止积水。

  1. 一种外转子组件,包括机壳(1)、转轴(2)和安装在机壳(1)内壁的若干个磁瓦(3),所述磁瓦(3)通过支架(4)安装在所述机壳(1)内壁,其特征在于:所述支架(4)包括安装在机壳(1)底部的架体(42)和设置在架体(42)上若干个安装件(41),所述磁瓦(3)安装在相邻两个安装件(41)之间,所述的安装件(41)包括第一安装片(411)和第二安装片(412),第一安装片(411)和第二安装片(412)从架体(42)的端面轴向凸起,在第一安装片(411)和第二安装片(412)之间形成缓冲空腔(426)。
