Claims (10)
- 一种直流无刷外转子电机,包括转轴(1)、定子组件(2)、外壳(3)、若干永磁体(4)、前端盖(5)和后端盖(6),定子组件(2)安装固定在转轴(1)上,外壳(3)套装在定子组件(2)外,若干永磁体(4)位于定子组件(2)外侧并安装在外壳(3)的内侧壁面上,前端盖(5)和后端盖(6)分别安装在外壳(3)两端,转轴(1)支承在前端盖(5)和后端盖(6)的轴承上,其特征在于:前端盖(5)和外壳(3)是一体压铸成型的。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于:前端盖(5)端部往下伸出环形凸起(51),环形凸起(51)伸入到外壳(3)里面并紧贴外壳(3)的内侧壁面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于:环形凸起(51)外侧往外伸出若干卡块(511),外壳(3)的内侧壁面压铸并包裹住卡块(511)。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于:环形凸起(51)的端面往下伸出若干定位块(512),每相邻的两定位块(512)之间都设置有永磁体(4)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于:它还包括若干安装螺钉(7),安装螺钉(7)穿过前端盖(5)并拧进定位块(512)里面从而把前端盖(5)安装在外壳(3)的端部上。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于:前端盖(5)和后端盖(6)的顶面上都设有若干胶泥槽(61)。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于:外壳(3)外面套装有安装法兰(31)。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于:若干永磁体(4)是通过胶水粘贴在外壳(3)的内侧壁面上。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种直流无刷外转子电机,其特征在于: 转轴(1)中间开设有轴孔(11),定子组件(2)的引出线(21)从轴孔(11)中间往外伸出。
- 一种应用权利要求1至9所述的任何一项一种直流无刷外转子电机的鼓风机,包括风机蜗壳(8)、直流无刷外转子电机、离心风轮(9)和若干支架组件(10),风机蜗壳(8)中间开设有空腔(80),在风机蜗壳(8)两端面开设进风口(81),在风机蜗壳(8)一侧面开设出风口(82),进风口(81)和出风口(82)均与空腔(80)连通,所述的直流无刷外转子电机包括转轴(1)、定子组件(2)、外壳(3)、若干永磁体(4)、前端盖(5)和后端盖(6),定子组件(2)安装固定在转轴(1)上,外壳(3)套装在定子组件(2)外,若干永磁体(4)位于定子组件(2)外侧并安装在外壳(3)的内侧壁面上,前端盖(5)和后端盖(6)分别安装在外壳(3)两端,转轴(1)支承在前端盖(5)和后端盖(6)的轴承上并两端盖往外伸出,在外壳(3)外面嵌套安装有离心风轮(9),直流无刷外转子电机和离心风轮(9)位于空腔(80)里面,在转轴(1)两端分别安装有支架组件(10),支架组件(10)安装在进风口(81)外围的风机蜗壳(8)上,其特征在于:前端盖(5)和外壳(3)是一体压铸成型的。
