(2)螨虫抑制率(蛹和成年螨)试验:将三块经过益生菌防螨整理样布及三块对应未处理的织物分别置于6个金属盘中,样布中央分别放置一张直径为50毫米的圆形过滤纸,在过滤纸周围放置食饵,然后在圆周内放入约200只成年粉尘螨,盖上金属盘盖,边缘密封;
(3)培养环境:将以上步骤中6个密封金属盘放置在黑暗环境的保温箱中培养,箱内温度为:24℃—26℃,相对湿度为:65%—75%;
(4)计算数量:6周与8周后将测试试样取出,分别在显微镜下观察并计算纺织样布上层的可见螨数量,每三个平行样品的活螨(蛹及成年螨)数据相加即得到测试样品组活螨数或对比未处理样组活螨数;
(5)杀灭螨虫:计数完毕,将存在粉尘螨的试样及器皿放入少量清水中,加热至100℃持续10min,粉尘螨即可被杀灭;
