技术领域
本发明涉及灶具领域,特别涉及一种灶具面板与底壳的装配结构以及具有该装配结构的灶具。
背景技术
带有不锈钢面板的家用燃气灶具,其装配方式通常为:炉头固定在底壳(也称“底板”)上,然后利用螺钉将面板固定在所述炉头上。其中,面板不与底壳直接接触,而是与底壳上侧有一定的间隙。
然而,这会导致面板不能良好固定而在使用过程中发生变形和/或晃动,尤其是在炉头位置距离面板周缘较远的情形下,往往会出现以下两种情况:1)面板四角会朝向远离底壳的方向向上翘起;2)面板与底壳间隙过大时,面板四角会向底壳方向晃动。面板与台面的间隙过大,会影响灶具外观。
在常用灶具中,锅支架安装在面板上以支撑锅具。一旦出现上述两种情况,在使用该灶具煮食时,锅具及锅支架会随着面板的晃动而晃动。这会严重影响用户的烹饪体验,甚至会因锅具晃动量太大导致锅内的食物会溢出而烫伤用户,因而还存在安全性问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,该装配结构能够有效减轻或避免面板的晃动程度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,包括面板和底壳,所述面板具有面板主体和位于该面板主体的边缘且朝向所述底壳折弯的折弯边,该折弯边的自由端设置有钩部;所述底壳的边缘设置用于支撑于所述面板主体的下侧的卡扣部,且该卡扣部卡止所述面板的所述钩部以能够阻止该钩部所在的所述面板主体的边缘部分向远离所 述底壳的一侧运动。
优选地,所述折弯边位于所述面板主体的前端边缘,且所述面板主体通过螺钉固定至所述底壳上。
优选地,所述底壳上固定设置有炉头,所述螺钉螺接至形成在该炉头上的螺孔而将所述面板主体固定至所述底壳上。
优选地,所述面板主体在靠近所述前端边缘位置处形成有旋钮孔,所述底壳上设置有穿过该旋钮孔延伸的操作旋杆。
优选地,所述底壳在靠近后端位置处设置有朝向所述面板主体以用于支撑于该面板主体的下侧的凸台。
优选地,所述凸台设置于形成在所述底壳的顶角位置处的翘曲板上,该翘曲板的底部设置有燃料管连接头和/或燃料开关。
优选地,所述面板为不锈钢面板。
优选地,所述钩部从所述面板的边缘向内延伸,所述卡扣部的自由端边缘抵靠于该钩部。
优选地,所述折弯边具有“亅”形截面,所述卡扣部具有梯形截面以在上端支撑所述面板主体的下侧。。
在此基础上,本发明还提供一种具有本发明提供的所述灶具面板与底壳的装配结构的灶具。
通过本发明的上述技术方案,设置于底壳上的卡扣部能够支撑面板主体的下侧,从而能够在该位置处阻止面板主体下沉;卡扣部通过卡止设置于面板主体边缘的折弯边上的钩部而阻止面板主体的边缘部分远离底壳的一侧运动(翘起)。由此,本发明的装配结构通过设置阻止面板主体上下运动的结构而能够有效减轻甚至避免该面板在上下方向的晃动,因而能够保持灶具的外观并具有较好的烹饪体验和较高的安全性。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
在本发明中,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词如“上、下、前、后”通常是指灶具在正常使用状态时的上、下、前、后方位;“内、外”是指相对于各部件本身的轮廓的内、外。例如,面板主体的前端指的是灶具在正常使用时其上的面板主体的朝向使用者的一端(通常在靠近前端设置有操作旋钮等)。再如,面板主体的下侧,指的是灶具在正常使用时其面板主体的朝向底壳的一侧。
参照图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一个方面提供的一种优选实施方式的灶具,具有本发明的另一个方面提供的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构。在该灶具中,包括面板1、底壳2、 炉头3和锅支架4等。其中,面板4装配在底壳2上,该底壳2用作炉头3、锅支架4等结构的支撑基础并用于如燃气管、点火开关等的安装基础。面板1罩设在该底壳2上,不仅提供了平整美观的外观,还便于例如为操作旋钮23的操作提供指示(如火力大小)。
在本发明提供的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构中,结合图5a至图5d所示,面板1具有面板主体11和位于该面板主体11的边缘的折弯边12,例如可以将一体的板状件折弯形成具有折弯边12的面板1。该折弯边12从所述面板主体11的边缘向底壳2延伸,并在自由端设置有钩部13。在下述说明中可以理解,该钩部13并不局限于如图5d所示地向内延伸且朝向面板主体11倾斜地设置,其还可以为向外延伸和/或沿平行于面板主体11的方向(水平)延伸。
相应地,结合图6a至6g所示,底壳2的相应边缘设置有卡扣部21,该卡扣部21一方面能够支撑面板主体11的下侧,另一方面还卡止面板1的钩部13。从而,通过支撑面板主体11的下侧而阻止其下沉(即,朝向靠近底壳2的方向运动);通过卡止面板1的钩部13而阻止面板主体11上相应的边缘部分翘起(即,朝向远离底壳2的方向运动),因而能够有效减轻甚至避免面板1在上下方向的晃动,在使用时保持灶具的外观并具有较好的烹饪体验,减小锅具晃动、食物溢出导致的安全性问题发生的可能性。
由此可见,本发明的装配结构主要通过形成在底壳2上的卡扣部21限定面板1在上下方向的运动,从而防止在使用过程中发生面板1翘起、面板1与底壳2间隙过大、面板1晃动等现有技术中存在的问题。为此,面板1的折弯边12(及钩部13)和底壳2的卡扣部21可以形成为各种适当的结构形式。在图示实施方式中,面板1具有延伸通过整个前端边缘的折弯边12,而底壳2具有三个均匀布置的卡扣部21。在需要的情况下,也可以适当增减卡扣部21的数量和/或改变其设置位置。
在一种较为优选的实施方式中,钩部13从面板1的边缘向内延伸(即向面板1的中心延伸),并利用卡扣部21的自由端边缘抵靠在该钩部13上。通过这种设置,能够避免钩部13的边缘暴露在外,从而不仅具有相对平滑的外观,还能避免烹饪时触碰该边缘而划伤用户,这与折弯边12本身的设计初衷是一致的。另外,钩部13向内延伸,底壳2上的卡扣部21能够方便地卡止该钩部13,具有节约材料、便于装配等优点。
进一步地,在图示实施方式中,折弯边12具有“亅”形截面,卡扣部21具有梯形截面,以在卡扣部21的上端支撑面板主体11的下侧。此处所述的截面均是指沿垂直于相应结构的延伸方向剖切的截面,例如,当折弯边12和卡扣部21位于前端时,所述截面通过沿前后方向剖切而得到并具有相应的形状。在该实施方式中,折弯边12上的钩部13朝向面板主体11倾斜向上地延伸,从而可以使得卡扣部21的自由端边缘抵靠在钩部13的最底部。同时, 由于卡扣部21具有梯形截面,即卡扣部21连接于底壳主体部分并首先向上延伸,然后在顶端形成水平延伸的部分,最后朝向折弯边12倾斜向下延伸至钩部13内。由此,可以在水平延伸的部分支撑面板主体11,并利用自由端边缘抵靠钩部13的最底部。这一方面为面板主体11提供了相对较大的支撑面积,还通过倾斜延伸至钩部13最底部的部分提供了更稳定的支撑,在面板主体11向下运动时从侧面与折弯边12竖直延伸的部分抵靠。
图7a和图7b显示了将上述结构的面板1与底壳2装配过程中的示意图。装配时,首先将卡扣21的自由端边缘插入至钩部13最底部,然后以该最底部为支点和枢转轴线沿图7b中箭头指示的方向转动面板1,期间注意使得面板1和底壳2上的相应结构与部件(如操作旋杆22与旋钮孔111、点火针与点火针孔等)对准,直至枢转为面板主体11与底壳2的主体部分基本平行,如图8所示。进而,可以利用适当的紧固件(紧固结构)将面板1固定在底壳2上。
图3a和图3b显示了装配状态下的折弯边12与卡扣部21的细节结构。其中,尽管为了区别各部分而显示为面板主体11与卡扣部21的上缘、卡扣部21的自由端边缘与钩部13的最底部具有间隙,但其可以设计为保持接触,以防止面板1上下晃动。另外,应当理解的是,本发明亦可以保留适量大小的所述间隙,以在装配时无需施加较大的力,避免装配过程中发生部件变形。该间隙可以允许面板1在一定范围内运动,并在运动至与卡扣部21接触时受到阻止。
本发明的装配结构并不限于上述优选结构形式。例如,所述钩部13也可以形成为从折弯边12的下端向外延伸,相应地,卡扣部21绕过折弯边12的底部对该钩部13卡止。只要面板1和底壳2形成为卡扣部21能够支撑面板主体11的下侧以阻止其下沉,并卡止面板1的钩部13以阻止其翘起,各种变形结构均属于本发明的构思范围。
典型地,装配结构中的面板1可以为不锈钢面板,以能够在汤汁等侵蚀作用下保持美观。
在本发明中,优选为将具有钩部13的折弯边12设置于面板主体11的前端边缘。从而,在上述枢转装配过程中,可以方便地使位于靠近前端的操作旋杆22对准并穿过旋钮孔111。可以理解的是,本发明并不排除在其他边缘设置折弯边以避免具有锋利边缘的结构形式,而仅是优选将具有钩部13的折弯边12设置在前端,以便于装配操作。另外,尽管以操作旋杆22和旋钮孔111的对准为例说明了上述设置位置的优点,但该操作旋杆22和旋钮孔111也可以分别设置在面板1和底壳2的其他位置处,而并不局限于面板主体11的靠近前端边缘的位置处。上述折弯边12和卡扣部21设置在前端边缘符合装配习惯。
正如以上所述地,将面板1枢转为图8所示的位置后,可以将其固定在底壳2上。在图示实施方式中,面板主体1通过螺钉固定至底壳2上。为此,在进一步优选实施方式中,底 壳2上固定设置有炉头3,该炉头3上设置有螺孔31,所述螺钉螺接至该螺孔31内以将面板主体11固定至底壳2上。
在上述优选实施方式中,由于卡扣部21设置于前端,因而仅能对面板主体11的前端边缘处支撑。为了阻止面板主体11的后端下沉,如图4a和4b所示地,还可以在底壳2的靠近后端的位置处设置朝向面板主体11的凸台24,以能够在后端支撑面板主体11。进一步地,结合图6a和图6b所示,该凸台24可以设置于翘曲板25上,以避免凸起距离过高导致的材料浪费或支撑不足。所述翘曲板25通常设置于底壳2的顶角位置处,以便于设置燃料管连接头26、燃料开关27等。由此,可以通过前端的卡扣部21和钩部13、连接于炉头3上的螺钉以及后端的凸台24限定面板1在上下方向的晃动,有效改善了结构稳定性和使用安全性。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,包括面板(1)和底壳(2),其特征在于,
    所述面板(1)具有面板主体(11)和位于该面板主体(11)的边缘且朝向所述底壳(2)折弯的折弯边(12),
    所述折弯边(12)的自由端设置有钩部(13),
    所述底壳(2)的边缘设置用于支撑于所述面板主体(11)的下侧的卡扣部(21),
    所述卡扣部(21)卡止所述面板(1)的所述钩部(13)以能够阻止该钩部(13)所在的所述面板主体(11)的边缘部分向远离所述底壳(2)的一侧运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述折弯边(12)位于所述面板主体(11)的前端边缘,
    所述面板主体(11)通过螺钉固定至所述底壳(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述底壳(2)上固定设置有炉头(3),
    所述螺钉螺接至形成在该炉头(3)上的螺孔(31)而将所述面板主体(11)固定至所述底壳(2)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述面板主体(11)在靠近所述前端边缘位置处形成有旋钮孔(111),
    所述底壳(2)上设置有穿过该旋钮孔(111)延伸的操作旋杆(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述底壳(2)在靠近后端位置处设置有朝向所述面板主体(11)以用于支撑于该面板主体(11)的下侧的凸台(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述凸台(24)设置于形成在所述底壳(2)的顶角位置处的翘曲板(25)上,
    所述翘曲板(25)的底部设置有燃料管连接头(26)和/或燃料开关(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述面板(1)为不锈钢面板。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述钩部(13)从所述面板(1)的边缘向内延伸,
    所述卡扣部(21)的自由端边缘抵靠于该钩部(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构,其特征在于,
    所述折弯边(12)具有“亅”形截面,
    所述卡扣部(21)具有梯形截面以在上端支撑所述面板主体(11)的下侧。。
  10. 一种灶具,其特征在于,该灶具具有权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的灶具面板与底壳的装配结构。
