Abstract

一种无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,按重量百分比计,该浓缩洗衣液由85‑95%的总活性物及5‑15%的增溶剂组成;其中,该总活性物由20‑85%的阴离子表面活性剂和15‑80%的非离子表面活性剂组成。

Description

无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液 技术领域
本发明涉及一种浓缩洗衣液,具体涉及一种以阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配制作的无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣液,多采用非离子型表面活性剂,pH接近中性,对皮肤温和,并且排入自然界后,降解较洗衣粉快,为新一代的洗涤剂。洗衣液浓度越高即活性物含量越高,用量就越省,因此,市面上有越来越多的浓缩洗衣液产品推出。但是,随着社会的进步和科技的发展,环保节能意识渐渐深入人心,人们对浓缩环保的要求也越来越看重,而市面上的多数浓缩洗衣液通常都添加有防腐剂,且其活性物含量通常仅是普通洗衣液的2倍左右;普通的浓缩洗衣液大多含有一定的水分,浓缩倍数一般为2-3倍,在使用中,并没真正起到浓缩的实际意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种不含水分和防腐剂,不含酒精,不伤害皮肤,pH中性,具有超强去污力,浓缩倍数至少高于普通洗衣液5.5倍以上的无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,该浓缩洗衣液按重量百分比由总活性物85-95%、增溶剂5-15%组成;其中,该总活性物由阴离子表面活性剂20-85%和非离子表面活性剂15-80%组成。
本发明同时提供另一种技术方案:一种无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,该浓缩洗衣液按重量百分比由总活性物85-95%、增溶剂4.95-14.95%及香精0.05-0.7%组成;其中,该总活性物由阴离子表面活性剂20-85%和非离子表 面活性剂15-80%组成。
上述阴离子表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸乙醇胺盐或十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐中的一种或两种。
上述非离子表面活性剂是直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或烷基糖苷中的一种或两种或三种。
上述增溶剂是甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇或1,3-丁二醇中的一种或几种。
本发明的超浓缩洗衣液采用阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂复配而成,具有良好的亲水性和亲油性,其中十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐属于阴离子表面活性剂,具有良好的去污、乳化、润湿和发泡性能,对皮肤和眼睛刺激性小,在硬水中稳定。非离子表面活性剂是由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性物组成,具有良好的润湿、乳化性能和较强的去污能力,对酸、碱和硬水稳定。
本发明提供的浓缩洗衣液与市面上绝大部分洗衣液不同之处在于,不含水分,没有添加防腐剂,浓缩倍数约为普通型洗衣液的5.5倍以上。
本发明的超浓缩洗衣液,配方温和,活性物浓度超高,不含水分、未添加防腐剂、无酒精,清洗范围大,易溶于水,泡沫丰富。产品偏中性性质温和、无刺激、手感柔和,洗后不会留下碱性残留,不会导致皮肤过敏等症状,对织物也不会有损伤,使用方便,用量便于控制,便于储存,使用方便。本浓缩洗衣液不仅大大节约了瓶装,降低环境污染的可能性,而且总活性物含量高,达85-95%,是非常罕见的一种浓缩配方洗衣液。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按重量百分比取总活性物85%(按重量百分比由十二烷基苯磺酸乙醇胺盐20%和直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚80%组成)、甘油2%及1,3-丁二醇13%混合,搅拌均匀即得本发明的超浓缩洗衣液。
实施例2
按重量百分比取总活性物90%(按重量百分比由十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐10%、十二烷基苯磺酸乙醇胺盐40%、直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%及烷基糖苷30%组成)及丙二醇10%混合,搅拌均匀即得本发明的超浓缩洗衣液。
实施例3
按重量百分比取总活性物95%(按重量百分比由十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐30%、十二烷基苯磺酸乙醇胺盐40%、支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%和烷基糖苷10%组成)、1,3-丙二醇5%混合,搅拌均匀即得本发明的超浓缩洗衣液。
实施例4
按重量百分比取总活性物88%(按重量百分比由十二烷基苯磺酸乙醇胺盐85%和直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10%和烷基糖苷5%组成)、1,3-丁二醇11.3%及香精0.7%混合,搅拌均匀即得本发明的超浓缩洗衣液。
实施例5
按重量百分比取总活性物85%(按重量百分比由十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐40%、支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30%及烷基糖苷30%组成)、甘油8.2%、丙二醇6.75%及香精0.05%混合,搅拌均匀即得本发明的超浓缩洗衣液。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,该浓缩洗衣液按重量百分比由总活性物85-95%及增溶剂5-15%组成;其中,该总活性物由阴离子表面活性剂20-85%和非离子表面活性剂15-80%组成。
  2. 一种无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,该浓缩洗衣液按重量百分比由总活性物85-95%、增溶剂4.95-14.95%及香精0.05-0.7%组成;其中,该总活性物由阴离子表面活性剂20-85%和非离子表面活性剂15-80%组成。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸乙醇胺盐或十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐中的一种或两种。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂是直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或烷基糖苷中的一种或几种混合。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的无水无防腐剂无酒精的超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述增溶剂是甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇或1,3-丁二醇中的一种或几种混合。
