Abstract

本发明公开了一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法,所述超浓缩洗衣液的各原料及其重量份数配比为:水20‑40份、椰油酸钾10‑20份、非离子表面活性剂40‑70份、椰油酰胺DEA 1‑5份、丙二醇1‑5份、蛋白酶0.1‑1份、纤维素酶0.1‑1份、EDTA 0.1‑1份、柠檬酸0.1‑1份、防腐剂0.1‑1份、香精0.1‑1份;该超浓缩洗衣液制备方法首先按配比量称量各原料,再将称量的原料水、椰油酸钾、非离子表面活性剂、椰油酰胺DEA和丙二醇加入乳化锅内混合,搅拌并升温至80‑85℃,保温搅拌至完全溶解;再降温;待混合液降温至45℃以下后依次加入称量的原料蛋白酶、纤维素酶、EDTA、柠檬酸、防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀;最后检验混合液是否符合要求,符合后过滤、出料,完成超浓缩洗衣液的制备。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化工产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣液作为洗涤用品,比洗衣粉等传统洗涤用品使用方便,节能、生物降解性好,洗涤残留少,且不伤手,具有洗护合一的多重功能,为越来越多的家庭认可并接受。虽然洗衣液洗涤效果好、优点多,但市售的普通洗衣液仅15%-17%有效物含量,单次洗涤普通洗衣液的耗量相对较多,这导致目前市场洗衣液都采用大瓶包装,占空间,运输成本高,不利于家庭存放,大瓶洗衣液同时也导致了市场弊端的日趋凸显,浓缩洗衣液和超浓缩洗衣液的出现是洗涤剂市场发展的大趋势。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法,缓解了瓶洗衣液带来的市场弊端,清洗相同量衣服使用量少,低泡易过水,节水更环保;
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明采用的技术方案是:

一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下的工艺步骤:
S1.按照配方量称量各原料;
S2.将称量的原料水、椰油酸钾、非离子表面活性剂、椰油酰胺DEA和丙二醇加入乳化锅内混合,搅拌并升温至80-85℃,保温搅拌至完全溶解;
S3.将完全溶解后的混合液降温;
S4.待混合液降温至45℃以下后依次加入称量的原料蛋白酶、纤维素酶、EDTA、柠檬酸、防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀;
S5.检验经过步骤S4搅拌均匀后的混合液是否符合要求,符合要求后过滤、出料,完成超浓缩洗衣液的制备。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中的搅拌速度为15r/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)传统浓缩洗衣液有效物含量为25-30%;本发明的超浓缩洗衣液有效物含量达到60%以上,极低用量即可达到理想去污效果,节能、环保。
2)配方通过合理的原料比例搭配,在低温5℃时仍有较好流动性;有效解决了50%有效物含量以上洗衣液低温果冻现象,使用更方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
一种超浓缩洗衣液,其各原料及其重量份数配比为:水20-40份、椰油酸钾10-20份、异构脂肪醇聚醚40-70份、椰油酰胺DEA 1-5份、丙二醇1-5份、蛋白酶0.1-1份、纤维素酶0.1-1份、EDTA 0.1-1份、柠檬酸0.1-1份、防腐剂0.1-1份、香精0.1-1份。作为优选,水30份、椰油酸钾15份、异构脂肪醇聚醚60份、椰油酰胺DEA4份、丙二醇3份、蛋白酶0.6份、纤维素酶0.6份、EDTA 0.6份、柠檬酸0.4份、防腐剂0.5份、香精0.5份。该超浓缩洗衣液制备方法是首先按配比量称量各原料,再将称量的原料水、椰油酸钾、非离子表面活性剂、椰油酰胺DEA和丙二醇加入乳化锅内混合,以15r/min的搅拌速度搅拌并升温至80-85℃,保温搅拌至完全溶解;再将完全溶解的混合液降温;待混合液降温至45℃以下后依次加入称量的原料蛋白酶、纤维素酶、EDTA、柠檬酸、防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀;最后检验混合液是否符合要求,符合后过滤、出料,即完成超浓缩洗衣液的制备。
本发明制备的超浓缩洗衣液的超浓缩有效物含量达到60%以上;极低用量即可达到理想去污效果,低泡且易过水,节水更环保;配方通过合理的原料比例搭配,在低温5℃时仍有较好流动性;而非离子表面活性剂异构脂肪醇聚醚作为主要成分,更能有效解决了50%有效物含量以上洗衣液低温果冻现象,使用更方便。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

S2.将称量的原料水、椰油酸钾、非离子表面活性剂、椰油酰胺DEA和丙二醇加入乳化锅内混合,搅拌并升温至80-85℃,保温搅拌至完全溶解;
S3.将完全溶解后的混合液降温;
S4.待混合液降温至45℃以下后依次加入称量的原料蛋白酶、纤维素酶、EDTA、
柠檬酸、防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀;
S5.检验经过步骤S4搅拌均匀后的混合液是否符合要求,符合要求后过滤、出料,完成超浓缩洗衣液的制备。
