Description
本发明涉及一种清洁机,特别是关于一种便携式电池蒸汽清洁机。
目前现有的蒸汽清洁机均使用锅炉加热方法产生蒸汽,这种方法不仅功率要求高、能耗大,而且蒸汽压力危险性大,当压力过高时还要对温度进行控制,因此导致产生蒸汽量的时间会加长。另一方面,在平衡压力及蒸汽量时,蒸汽锅炉机要有严格的温度控制系统,由于不具备连续加热功能,因此不能持续产生蒸汽。同时,现在的蒸汽清洁机,全部使用交流电作为电源,需要使用延长线,对于公共场所的使用多有不便,因此导致它们在使用区域上受到极大的限制。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可移动操作且不受区域限制的便携式电池蒸汽清洁机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种便携式电池蒸汽清洁机,其特征在于:它包括中空的箱体,在所述箱体内设置有水箱、蠕动水泵、控制系统和锂电池;所述水箱与所述蠕动水泵的输入端紧固连接,所述蠕动水泵的输出端与柔性管的一端紧固连接,所述柔性管的另一端伸出所述箱体并与气化装置连接;所述控制系统分别与所述蠕动水泵和气化装置电连接,用于对所述蠕动水泵和气化装置的工作状态进行控制。
所述气化装置包括中空的管状腔体,在所述管状腔体的外壁套置有螺旋增压盘管;所述螺旋增压盘管的一端与所述管状腔体连通,另一端与所述柔性管连通;在所述管状腔体远离所述柔性管一端紧固连接有蒸汽喷管,在所述管状腔体中插设有一加热棒,所述加热棒与控制系统电连接。
在所述箱体内还设置有缺水传感器,所述缺水传感器与所述控制系统电连接。
在所述箱体中设置有与控制系统电连接的保险丝装置,用于保护所述控制
系统的电路。
在所述气化装置上还设置有温度保护器和温度控制探头,所述温度保护器和所述温度控制探头分别与所述控制系统电连接。
在所述箱体上设置有把手。
在所述箱体上设置有可调节背带。
在所述蒸汽喷管的端部紧固连接有清洁圆刷。
在所述蒸汽喷管的端部紧固连接有清洁扁刷。
在所述气化装置的外部套置一隔热罩。
本发明由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:1、本发明由于在箱体内设置有水箱,水箱与蠕动水泵的输入端紧固连接,蠕动水泵的输出端与一柔性管的一端紧固连接,柔性管的另一端伸出箱体并与一气化装置连接,因此水箱中的液体可持续通过柔性管输送到气化装置中气化,使气化装置可持续的喷出蒸汽进行清洁。2、本发明由于在箱体内设置有锂电池,控制系统与锂电池和蠕动水泵电连接,因此锂电池可持续为蠕动水泵提供动力,使水箱中的液体能够持续输送并气化,代替了现有的需要使用延长线的交流电作为电源,使本发明装置在工作中不会受到区域限制,外形更小巧轻便,使用更加灵活。3、本发明由于在箱体内设置有缺水传感器,缺水传感器与控制系统电连接,因此当缺水传感器检测到无水时,缺水传感器会通过控制系统报警(蜂鸣),同时停止加热棒供电。提高了本发明的装置的使用安全性。4、本发明的柔性管由于直接与气化装置连接,气化装置外部设置有螺旋增压盘管,内部设置有加热棒,因此进入到气化装置中的液体可瞬间气化并增压喷出蒸汽,提高了工作效率和使用成本。5、本发明由于在箱体上设置有可调节背带和把手,因此便于操作人员操作和携带移动。

如图1所示,本发明包括一中空的箱体1,在箱体1内设置有水箱2、蠕动水泵3、控制系统4和锂电池5。其中,水箱2与蠕动水泵3的输入端紧固连接,蠕动水泵3的输出端与一柔性管6的一端紧固连接,柔性管6的另一端伸出箱体1并与一气化装置7连接。锂电池5用于为整个清洁机进行供电。控制系统4分别与蠕动水泵3和气化装置7电连接,用于对蠕动水泵3和气化装置7的工作状态进行控制。

上述实施例中,在箱体1内还设置一缺水传感器10,缺水传感器10与控制系统4电连接,当缺水传感器10检测到无水时,控制系统4将控制缺水传感器10报警(蜂鸣),同时使加热棒74停止工作。
上述实施例中,在箱体1中设置一与控制系统4电连接的保险丝装置14,用于保护控制系统4的电路。
上述实施例中,如图4所示,在气化装置7上还设置有温度保护器75和温度控制探头76,温度保护器75和温度控制探头76分别与控制系统4电连接,用于控制气化温度以及防止气化装置7本身温度过高。
上述实施例中,在箱体1上设置有把手8,便于操作人员手持工作。
上述实施例中,在箱体1上设置有可调节背带9,便于操作人员携带移动。
上述实施例中,在蒸汽喷管73的端部紧固连接一清洁圆刷12,用于清除物体表面及各种狭窄空间(如座椅,桌子,墙壁等处)的污垢、油污及各种胶黏性污渍。
上述实施例中,在蒸汽喷管71的端部还可紧固连接一清洁扁刷13,用于在清洁圆刷12清理过后做辅助清洁工作,使清理效果更佳完善。
上述实施例中,在气化装置7的外部可套置一隔热罩(图中未示出)。
本发明在工作前,首先将水箱2中注满水或含有少量化学药液的溶液,操作人员将可调节背带9背在身上,一只手持把手8另一只手握住气化装置7的隔热罩。在工作时,通过控制系统4启动蠕动水泵3将水箱2中的液体泵入到柔性管6中,柔性管6将液体由螺旋增压盘管72增压后送入到腔体71中,腔体71中的加热棒74在高温加热作用下将液体气化为蒸汽,并由蒸汽喷管73喷出,然后通过清洁圆刷12和清洁扁刷13,对清除物体表面及各种狭窄空间的污垢、油污及各种胶黏性污渍。
当缺水传感器10检测到无水时,控制系统4将控制缺水传感器10报警(蜂鸣),同时使加热棒74停止工作。
当双重温度传感器检测到气化装置7温度过高时,会通过控制系统4对加热棒74温度进行调节,避免设备损坏。
