本发明涉及一种超声波清洗笔。
背景技术
在人们远出旅行时,衣服的清洗非常不方便,又没有洗衣机,这时候就需要一种便携式的清洗衣服的设备。同时,在生活中,往往会有很多污渍难以去除,以及瓜果蔬菜等农药难以去除。
实用新型内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超声波清洗笔,以解决上述现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种超声波清洗笔,包括笔体,所述笔体包括笔体外壳、设于笔体外壳内的电路板、与电路板电性连接的超声波发生器、为清洗笔供电的电池,所述超声波发生器包括设于笔体外壳内的超声波振子和伸出笔体外壳的金属振片,所述金属振片作为用于清洗的笔头。
进一步,还包括有笔套,所述笔套可拆卸连接于所述笔体外壳;所述笔体外壳上设有第一定位凸起,所述笔套内设有与所属定位凸起相适配的第一定位凹槽。笔套固定结构固定拆卸方便。
进一步,所述笔体外壳包括管形壳体、设于管形壳体前端的子弹形的前盖、设于管形壳体后端的尾盖。
进一步,所述前盖上设有第一倒扣,所述管形壳体的前端部设有与所述第一倒扣相适配的第一扣槽。可拆卸连接结构,安装拆卸方便。
进一步,所述尾盖上设有第二定位凸起,所述管形壳体的后端部设有与所述第二定位凸起相适配的第二定位凹槽。可拆卸连接结构,安装拆卸方便。

参照图1~图3所示,一种超声波清洗笔,包括笔体1和笔套2,所述笔体包括笔体外壳、设于笔体外壳内的电路板4、与电路板电性连接的超声波发生器5、为清洗笔供电的电池,所述超声波发生器包括设于笔体外壳内的超声波振子7和伸出笔体外壳的金属振片8,所 述金属振片作为用于清洗的笔头;所述笔套2可拆卸连接于所述笔体外壳;所述笔体外壳上设有第一定位凸起9,所述笔套内设有与所属定位凸起相适配的第一定位凹槽10。
所述笔体外壳包括管形壳体、设于管形壳体前端的子弹形的前盖14、设于管形壳体后端的尾盖15;所述前盖上设有第一倒扣16,所述管形壳体的前端部设有与所述第一倒扣相适配的第一扣槽17;所述尾盖上设有第二定位凸起18,所述管形壳体的后端部设有与所述第二定位凸起相适配的第二定位凹槽19;所述管形壳体包括铝制的外壳体11和塑料制的内壳体,所述内壳体包括相互可拆卸连接的上壳体12和下壳体13。
所述电池为充电电池6,所述尾盖15上设有充电口20,充电口、电路板、充电电池依次电连接;所述充电口为Type-C插口。
所述笔体上还设有开关21和指示灯3,所述开关和指示灯均电性连接于所述电路板,所述开关用于控制超声波发生器的启动与关闭;所述指示灯用于指示清洗笔工作状态。
工作原理:使用前,需要使用外部电源适配器通过充电口给充电电池充满电,然后通过操作开关,可以启动超声波发生器,超声波振子随之振动,带动金属振片高频率振动,产生超声波,在水中产生水泡,小水泡在衣物纤维表面爆炸,将污渍分解脱离。

  3. 如权利要求1所述的超声波清洗笔,其特征在于:所述笔体外壳包括管形壳体、设于管形壳体前端的子弹形的前盖、设于管形壳体后端的尾盖。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的超声波清洗笔,其特征在于:所述前盖上设有第一倒扣,所述管形壳体的前端部设有与所述第一倒扣相适配的第一扣槽。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的超声波清洗笔,其特征在于:所述尾盖上设有第二定位凸起,所述管形壳体的后端部设有与所述第二定位凸起相适配的第二定位凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的超声波清洗笔,其特征在于:所述管形壳体包括铝制的外壳体和塑料制的内壳体,所述内壳体包括相互可拆卸连接的上壳体和下壳体。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的超声波清洗笔,其特征在于:所述电池为充电电池,所述笔体上设有充电口,充电口、电路板、充电电池依次电连接。
