본 발명은 전자 바우처 발급시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 휴대폰의 전화번호와 같은 개인식별정보에 기초하여 전자 바우처를 발급하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 연계된 서비스를 제공하는 전자 바우처 발급시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 키오스크(kiosk) 장치는 무인 정보 제공 단말기를 가리키는 것으로, 정보 제공서비스와 업무의 무인자동화를 위하여 대중들이 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 전시장, 은행, 쇼핑몰 및 기관 등에서 공공장소에 설치한 무인단말기를 총칭한다.
대개의 키오스크 장치는 터치스크린 방식을 적용하여 광고와 같은 정보를 표시하거나, 입출금, 상품구매 및 발권 등의 서비스 업무를 처리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 음료수 등의 상품을 구비하고 이를 판매하는 자판기와 같은 기능을 제공할 수 있다.
이러한 키오스크 장치는 정보통신망에 연결되어 멀티미디어 컴퓨터에 터치스크린, 카드 판독기, 프린터, 스피커, 비디오카메라, 및 인터폰 등 다양한 주변기기를 구비하며, GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 이용한 사용자를 위한 애플리케이션을 제공하게 된다.
한편, 교통카드 판매 및 충전 등의 서비스를 제공하는 키오스크 장치는 사용전 비용을 지불하고 금액을 충전하여 사용하는 선결제 형태의 서비스 만을 제공하고 있어서 당장 현금 또는 결제수단을 소지하고 있지 않은 사용자들은 그 서비스를 이용할 수 없다는 한계가 있다.
그러나, 현재 시중에 출시된 키오스크 장치는 통상적인 형태의 광고정보 제공 또는 상품 판매기능만의 상업적인 용도로만 활용되고 있으며, 기부 등의 공익적인 용도로 활용되는 경우는 없는 실정이다.
본 발명은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 본 발명은 서비스 공급 업체와 연계하여 즉시 이용 가능한 전자 바우처를 발급하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 데 그 과제가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 현재 비용결제가 어려운 상황에서도 이용가능한 후술식 전자 바우처를 발급하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 데 또 다른 그 과제가 있다.
전술한 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급시스템은, 서비스 내용을 포함하는 업체정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 서비스 공급업체 서버; 개인식별정보에 따라 식별된 사용자의 주문을 입력받는 키오스크 장치; 및 정보통신망을 통해 상기 키오스크 장치와 연결되며, 상기 업체정보를 제공하고, 상기 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처를 발급 및 관리하는 전자 바우처 관리 서버를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전자 바우처 관리서버는, 상기 서비스 공급업체 서버와 통신하여 상기 업체정보를 수신하는 서버통신모듈; 등록된 사용자의 주문에 대응하여 상기 전자 바우처를 발급하고 포인트를 관리하는 바우처 관리모듈; 상기 업체정보를 해당 지역의 키오스크 장치에 전송하는 업체 관리모듈; 및 서비스 제공을 위한 데이터를 저장하는 데이터 베이스를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 바우처 관리모듈은, 미등록된 사용자의 등록절차를 수행하고, 상기 개인식별정보에 기초하여 로그인 절차를 진행하여 해당 사용자를 식별하는 사용자 정보 관리부; 상기 전자 바우처를 발급하는 바우처 발급부; 및 상기 사용자에게 일정액의 포인트를 부여하고, 상기 전자 바우처의 발급에 대응하여 포인트의 이용내역을 갱신하는 포인트 관리부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 업체 관리 모듈은, 미등록된 업체의 등록절차를 수행하고, 등록된 업체에 의해 갱신되는 업체정보를 상기 키오스크 장치에 실시간으로 반영하는 업체 정보 관리부; 및 상기 전자 바우처 발급에 따라 발생하는 포인트의 이용내역에 대한 결제절차를 처리하는 결제 처리부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 개인식별정보는, 사용자의 개인명의로 개통된 휴대용 단말기의 번호일 수 있다.
또한, 전술한 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급방법은, 키오스크 장치로부터 개인식별정보에 따라 식별된 사용자의 주문을 입력받는 단계; 상기 업체정보에 기초하여 상기 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처를 발급하는 단계; 및 상기 키오스크 장치를 통해 상기 전자 바우처를 출력하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 키오스크 장치로부터 개인식별정보에 따라 식별된 사용자의 주문을 입력받는 단계 이전에, 서비스 내용을 포함하는 업체정보를 실시간으로 제공받아 상기 키오스크 장치에 제공되는 업체정보를 갱신하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 업체정보에 기초하여 상기 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처를 발급하는 단계는, 등록된 사용자의 주문에 대응하여 상기 전자 바우처를 발급하는 단계; 발급된 전자 바우처에 대응하여 포인트의 이용내역을 갱신하는 단계; 및 해당 서비스제공 업체서버에 주문내용을 보고하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 키오스크 장치를 통해 상기 전자 바우처를 출력하는 단계는, 전자 바우처의 내용이 포함된 카드매체를 제공하는 단계일 수 있다.
상기 전자 바우처의 내용이 포함된 카드매체를 제공하는 단계 이후, 사용자에 의해 상기 카드매체의 반납시, 잔액에 대하여 연계된 기관에 지급처리하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전자 바우처의 내용이 포함된 카드매체를 제공하는 단계 이후, 사용자에 의해 상기 카드매체의 미반납시, 충전된 금액에 대하여 상기 개인식별정보가 부여된 휴대용 단말기의 요금에 부가하는 단계; 및 잔액에 대하여 연계된 기관에 지급처리하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급시스템 및 그 구동방법은 서비스 공급업체 등과 연계하여 키오스크 장치가 설치된 지역을 중심으로 하여 상황별 실시간 조건에 따라 다양한 혜택을 제공하는 모바일 또는 종이 쿠폰 등의 전자 바우처를 발급해 줌으로써, 서비스 업체들이 새로운 형태의 고객 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 기존의 교통카드와 같은 선불제 서비스뿐만 아니라, 인증절차를 통해 후불제 형태의 서비스도 제공함으로써, 보다 고객 친화적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 시스템 및 방법을 설명한다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 시스템은, 서비스 내용을 포함하는 업체정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 서비스 공급업체 서버(100)와, 상기 서비스 내용에 대한 사용자의 주문을 입력받는 키오스크 장치(200)와, 정보통신망을 통해 상기 키오스크 장치(200)와 연결되며, 상기 업체정보에 기초하여 상기 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처(10)를 발급 및 관리하는 전자 바우처 관리 서버(300)를 포함할 수 있다.
서비스 공급업체 서버(100)는 각 지역에 위치한 오프라인(Off-Line) 쇼핑몰, 음식점, 헬스장, 병원, 극장 및 기타 서비스업체에 구비되는 컴퓨팅 장치로서, 업체관계자에 의해 당해 업체에서 제공하는 서비스 분야를 포함하는 업체정보를 전자 바우처 관리서버(300)에 등록하여 키오스크 장치(200)를 통해 사용자에게 그 정보를 제공하는 역할을 한다.
특히, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템에서는, 서비스 공급업체 서버(100)를 이용하여 업체관계자가 실시간으로 해당 서비스 내용에 포함된 할인율과 같은 정보를 갱신할 수 있으며, 키오스크 장치(200)는 갱신된 서비스 내용을 실시간으로 반영하여 사용자에게 제공하게 된다. 이러한 서비스 공급업체 서버(100)는 반드시 고성능의 컴퓨팅 장치로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 클라이언트 단말기 또는 모바일 장치 등이 이용될 수 있다.
키오스크 장치(200)는 자판기와 같이 각 지역의 공공장소에 설치되어 사용자에게 다양한 업체광고 정보 및 상품에 대한 정보를 제공하거나, 교통카드를 발급하는 거치형 장치로서, 등록된 서비스 공급업체가 제공하는 쇼핑, 음식, 운동, 진료, 영화관람 및 기타 서비스 등에 대하여 사용자가 직접 선택하고, 업체정보에 의해 실시간으로 갱신된 할인율, 쿠폰 및 부가옵션 등이 포함되는 전자 바우처(10)를 발급하는 역할을 한다.
또한, 키오스크 장치(200)는 사용자가 직접 개인식별정보를 입력하고, 전자 바우처 관리서버(200)의 제어에 의해 개인식별정보에 기초하여 전자 바우처(10)를 발급하는 클라이언트 단말기로서, 전술한 기능을 제공하기 위한 인터페이스 수단, 통신수단, 디스플레이 수단 및 종이인쇄 출력수단 등을 구비할 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 개인식별정보는 해당 사용자 명의로 부여된 휴대용 단말기의 전화번호일 수 있다.
각 키오스크 장치(200)는 별도의 관리코드에 의해 다수개가 전자 바우처 관리서버(200)에 의해 식별 및 관리 될 수 있다.
상기 전자 바우처(10)는 사용자의 휴대용 단말기에서 표시가능한 모바일 쿠폰 또는 써멀 프린트 방식으로 인쇄되는 종이쿠폰일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 시스템이 교통카드 업체와 연동되는 경우, 전자 바우처(10)에 포함되는 데이터는 플라스틱 재질의 카드매체에 기록되어 출력될 수 있다.
전자 바우처 관리서버(300)는 정보통신망을 통해 키오스크 장치(200)와 연결되어 서비스 주문 및 전자 바우처(10) 발급에 대한 전반적인 절차를 처리 및 관리하는 서버장치이다. 이러한 기능을 원활히 수행하기 위해, 전자 바우처 관리서버(300)는 다수의 회원관리, 주문내용 수신 및 서비스 제공요청을 지연 없이 처리할 수 있도록, 고사양의 마이크로프로 세서 및 대용량의 데이터 저장공간을 구비하는 컴퓨팅 장치인 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 전자 바우처 관리서버(300)는 회원등록된 업체들로부터 해당 업체의 서비스 분야 및 실시간 반영되는 할인율과 같은 서비스 정보를 해당 키오스크 장치(200)에 제공하고, 각 키오스크 장치(200)로부터 사용자의 개인식별정보를 수신하면 이에 기초하여 요청된 서비스에 대한 전자 바우처(10)를 생성 및 관리하게 된다.
이에 따라, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템은, 사용자에게 실시간으로 다양한 서비스에 대한 혜택 내용을 제공할 수 있으며, 사용자는 이용하고자 하는 서비스 및 그 혜택을 용이하게 확인 및 활용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템은 교통카드 업체와 연계하여 기존의 선불식 교통카드를 후불식으로 전환하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 특징이 있다.
이를 위해, 전자 바우처 관리서버(300)는 교통카드 업체서버(400)와 더 연결될 수 있으며, 키오스크 장치(200)로부터 교통카드 발급요청과 개인식별정보가 입력되면, 그 개인식별정보에 기초하여 사용자를 식별하고 교통카드 업체서버(400)에 요청하여 해당 사용자의 명의로 일정금액이 충전된 교통카드의 발급을 진행하게 된다. 또한, 교통카드 업체서버(400)로부터 카드발급에 대한 응답을 수신하면, 전자 바우처 관리서버(300)는 해당 키오스크 장치(200)를 제어하여 비용결제 과정없이 교통카드를 발급한다. 이후, 교통카드의 이용금액은 개인식별정보에 의해 확인된 별도의 개인결제수단, 일예로서 휴대용 단말기의 사용요금에 포함되어 청구될 수 있다.
이러한 구조의 키오스크를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 시스템에 따르면, 사용자가 키오스크를 이용하여 각 업체에 대한 정보 및 서비스 내용을 용이하게 확인할 수 있으며, 이에 따른 전자 바우처를 발급받고, 종이쿠폰 형태로 출력 받거나, 카드매체 형태로 제공받을 수 있다.
또한, 상기 서비스 내용은 실시간으로 갱신될 수 있다. 일예로서, 업체관계자인 가맹점 사장이 특정 상품에 대하여 60 %의 할인율을 적용하고자 하면, 서비스 공급업체 서버를 통해 그 할인율을 결정하고, 전자 바우처 관리 서버가 업체정보를 갱신함으로써 해당 상품의 전자 바우처에는 그러한 할인율이 반영되게 된다. 추가적으로, 서비스 공급업체가 기부단체등과 연계하여 할인율을 기부형태로 전환하는 경우, 해당 업체에 대한 감세혜택을 기대할 수 있다.
또한, 공익적 측면에서 특정 사용자를 지원하는 경우, 일예로서 결식아동에 대한 급식지원 서비스를 제공하고자 하면, 개인식별정보가 기록된 급식카드를 사용자에게 제공하고, 키오스크 장치를 통해 그 급식카드를 인식하여 해당 사용자를 식별하여 지급된 포인트로 결제처리되는 식당 이용권에 대한 전자 바우처를 발급함으로써 일반적인 식사 서비스와 동일한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 교통카드 업체와 연계하는 경우, 현재 현금을 가지고 있지 않은 사용자의 요청에 따라, 키오스크 장치를 통해 개인식별수단을 입력받아 소정액이 충전된 교통카드를 발급하고, 추후 사용자로부터 잔액과 교통카드를 반납받는 방식을 적용하여 후결제 교통카드 발급 서비스를 구현할 수 있다. 여기서, 교통카드의 사용비용은 무상으로 처리될 수 있고, 잔액을 기부단체와 연계하여 기부형태로 전환하면 공익적 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템의 전자 바우처 관리서버의 구조를 설명한다.

도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 관리서버(300)는, 정보통신망을 통해, 하나이상의 서비스 공급업체서버(100) 및 키오스크 장치(200) 와 통신을 수행하는 서버 통신모듈(310)과, 바우처 발급 및 관리에 대한 전반적인 절차를 수행하는 바우처 관리모듈(320)과, 등록된 업체에 대한 업체정보 및 결제관련절차를 수행하는 업체관리모듈(330) 및 서비스 제공에 필요한 각종 정보를 저장하는 데이터 베이스(340)를 포함할 수 있다.
서버 통신모듈(310)은, 정보통신망을 통해 키오스크 장치(200)와 연결되며, 개인식별정보 및 기타 서비스 제공에 필요한 정보를 송수신하는 역할을 한다. 또한, 서버 통신모듈(310)은 키오스크 장치(200)뿐만 아니라, 등록된 서비스 공급업체 서버(100) 및 교통카드 업체서버(400)와 연결되어 업체정보를 수신하고, 서비스 진행에 필요한 각종 정보를 송수신할 수 있다.
바우처 관리모듈(320)은, 갱신된 업체정보에 기초하여 사용자가 요청한 서비스ㅍ에 대한 전자 바우처를 발급 및 관리하는 역할을 한다. 상세하게는, 바우처 관리모듈(320)은 개인식별정보를 통해 사용자의 회원등록여부를 확인하고 해당 사용자에게 지급된 포인트의 이용내역 등을 확인 및 관리한다. 또한, 서비스 공급업체서버(400)로부터 실시간으로 업체정보를 수신하여 갱신된 서비스 내용을 키오스크 장치(100)에 제공하고, 갱신된 내용에 따라 전자 바우처를 발급하게 된다.
이러한 기능을 수행하기 위해, 바우처 관리모듈(320)은 개인식별정보에 기초하여 사용자의 회원등록유무를 확인하는 사용자 정보 관리부(321)와, 갱신된 업체정보에 기초하여 사용자가 선택한 서비스에 대한 전자 바우처를 발급하는 바우처 발급부(323)와, 전자화폐의 기능을 하는 동시에 등록된 사용자에게 포인트를 지급 및 지급된 포인트 금액의 증감을 관리하는 포인트 관리부(325)를 포함할 수 있다.
업체관리모듈(330)은, 회원등록된 업체들에 대한 전반적인 정보를 관리하는 역할을 하며, 서비스 공급업체 서버(100)로부터 서비스 내용을 포함하는 업체정보를 실시간으로 수신하고, 그 내용을 키오스크(200)가 게시하고 있는 화면에 반영한다. 여기서, 서비스 내용으로는 해당 업체의 상품, 비용 및 할인율 등을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 업체관리모듈(330)은 전자 바우처 발급이후 해당 서비스 이용에 대한 비용결제절차를 처리할 수 있으며, 결제절차는 해당 사용자에게 직접 결제요청 하거나, 또는 그 사용자가 보유한 포인트의 가감을 통해 진행될 수 있다.
이러한 기능을 수행하게 위해, 업체관리모듈(330)은 서비스 공급업체 서버(100)로부터 서비스 내용을 실시간으로 수신 및 취합하고 키오스크 장치(200)에 제공하는 업체정보 관리부(331)와, 발급된 전자 바우처의 비용결제에 대한 절차를 수행하는 결제처리부(335)를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 결제처리부(335)는 전술한 포인트 관리부(325)와 연동하여 포인트 증감액에 대한 비용결제 절차를 처리할 수 있다.
데이터 베이스(340)는 전자 바우처 발급과 관련된 정보를 저장하는 역할을 한다. 이러한 데이터 베이스(340)에 저장되는 정보로는, 사용자에 대한 회원정보 및 업체정보, 바우처 발급내역 및 결제내역 등이 있으며, 데이터 베이스(340)에는 전자 바우처의 발급 절차의 진행 및 완료를 위한 모든 정보가 저장될 수 있고, 각 모듈들은 절차진행을 위해 데이터 베이스(340)에 저장된 정보를 참조하거나 생성 및 갱신할 수 있다.
이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 방법을 설명한다. 이하의 설명에서 본 발명의 전자 바우처 발급 과정을 수행하는 주체는 별도의 기재가 없다 하더라도 전술한 전자 바우처 발급 관리서버(도 2의 300)이며, 키오스크 장치 및 각 업체 서버와 연동하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발급 과정을 수행하게 된다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 방법을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급방법은, 전자 바우처 관리서버가 서비스공급 업체서버로부터 서비스 내용을 포함하는 업체정보를 실시간으로 제공받아 갱신하게 된다(S100). 또한, 본 단계에서, 전자 바우처 관리서버는 시스템내 해당 업체들을 등록하고, 각 지역에 설치된 키오스크 장치에 업체정보를 실시간으로 제공하여 키오스크 장치에서 업체정보가 표시되도록 한다. 사용자는 키오스크 장치에서 등록된 업체들이 제공하는 서비스 및 그 서비스에 포함되는 각종 실시간 할인 혜택들을 확인할 수 있다.
다음으로, 전자 바우처 관리서버는 키오스크 장치로부터 상기 서비스 내용에 대한 사용자의 주문을 입력 받는다(S110). 사용자는 각 지역에 설치된 키오스크 장치에서 표시하는 서비스를 확인하고, 원하는 업체 및 서비스를 선택할 수 있다. 이때, 사용자는 본 발명의 전자 바우처 발급 시스템에 선행가입이 되어 있어야 하며, 만약 시스템에 가입되어 있지 않는 경우 키오스크 장치를 통해 계정생성 등의 가입절차를 수행하도록 한다.
또한, 시스템에 선행 가입되어 있거나 정상적으로 가입절차를 완료한 사용자는 등록된 개인식별정보를 키오스크 장치에 입력하여 로그인을 수행하고, 주문을 진행하게 된다. 여기서, 상기 개인식별정보는 개인명의로 개통된 휴대용 단말기의 전화번호일 수 있다.
이어서, 전자 바우처 관리서버는 업체정보에 기초하여 사용자의 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처를 발급한다(S120). 전자 바우처 관리서버는 정상적으로 식별된 사용자에 대하여 선택된 서비스의 주문을 입력 받고, 해당 업체의 서비스 공급업체 서버에 입력된 주문내용을 보고하게 된다.
다음으로, 전자 바우처 관리서버는 입력된 주문에 대하여 키오스크 장치를 통해 발급된 전자 바우처를 출력한다(S130). 본 발명의 실시예에서는 사용자가 해당 업체에 방문하여 사용할 수 있는 전자 바우처를 모바일 쿠폰 또는 종이 쿠폰형태로 제공하게 되며, 사용자는 출력된 전자 바우처를 지참하여 해당 업체에서 주문한 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
여기서, 본 발명의 전자 바우처 발급 단계에 따라 이용할 수 있는 서비스는 쇼핑센터 및 식당 등의 오프라인 업체에서 제공하는 서비스뿐만 아니라, 교통카드와 같은 충전식 서비스에도 적용가능하다.
특히, 교통카드 서비스의 경우, 상기 S100 단계는 생략되고, S110 단계에서 연령대에 적합한 교통카드를 선택하여 주문할 수 있고, 전자 바우처 발급 이후에는 종이 쿠폰 형태가 아닌 키오스크 장치를 통해 전자 바우처의 내용이 기록된 플라스틱 또는 금속재질의 카드매체를 출력하는 단계가 더 포함될 수 있다.
이러한 교통카드 서비스의 경우, 발급 이후 사용자의 해당 카드매체 반납여부에 따라 비용결제 방법이 달라질 수 있는데, 카드매체의 반납시에는 잔액에 대하여 연계된 기부기관에 지급 처리하는 방법으로 공익적 효과를 얻을 수도 있고, 카드매체가 미반납되면 충전된 금액에 대하여 개인식별정보가 부여된 휴대용 단말기, 즉 해당 사용자의 휴대용 단말기의 요금에 그 금액을 부가하고, 잔액에 대하여는 연계된 기부기관에 지급처리하는 방법이 적용될 수 있다.
이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 전자 바우처 발급 시스템 및 방법에 의해 키오스크 장치에서 표시되는 화면을 통해 본 발명의 적용 예를 설명한다.
도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템의 키오스크 장치의 화면을 예시한 도면이다.
먼저, 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템의 키오스크 장치는 사용자에게 그래픽 인터페이스(GUI) 화면(500)를 제공할 수 있으며, 소셜 커머스 할인 가맹점들과 연계한 서비스를 제공하는 경우, 키오스크 장치는 화면(500)에서 설치된 지역과 인접한 할인 가맹점 및 그 서비스 내용이 포함된 업체의 리스트창(510)과, 사용자가 로그인 절차를 선택할 수 있는 로그인 버튼(520) 및 주문 완료후 전자 바우처를 출력할 수 있는 전자 바우처 출력버튼(530)을 제공할 수 있다.
사용자는 업체 리스트창(510)에 포함된 하나이상의 업체와, 그 업체에서 실시간으로 갱신하는 할인 등의 혜택내용을 확인할 수 있으며, 원하는 업체의 업체 버튼(515)을 선택하여 혜택이 포함된 상품을 주문할 수 있다. 이때, 사용자는 주문내용 선택 전후, 로그인 버튼(520)를 선택하고 개인식별정보를 입력함으로써 주문이 완료되며, 전자 바우처의 발급 후 출력버튼(530)을 선택하여 모바일 쿠폰을 자신의 휴대용 단말기에 전송받거나 또는 종이쿠폰 형태로 출력할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템을 음식점 등의 업체와 연계한 서비스 제공시 키오스크 장치의 GUI 화면(600)을 예시한 것으로서, 이는 전술한 소셜 커머스 할인 가맹점들의 서비스와 유사하게 실시간 혜택이 포함된 각 음식점의 리스트창(610)을 제공하고 있으며, 사용자는 자신이 원하는 업체 아이콘(615)를 선택하여 주문을 진행할 수 있다.
특히, 본 실시예에서는 개인식별정보를 휴대용 단말기의 번호를 입력하는 것이 아닌, 공익사업에서 이용하는 급식카드를 활용하여 급식카드내 정보를 인식하는 방식을 적용하여 사용자의 카드 인식버튼(620) 및 전자 바우처 버튼(630) 선택시 키오스크 장치에 구비된 카드 리더기를 통해 급식카드를 인식시켜 개인식별정보를 전자 바우처 발급 서버에 제공하고, 전자 바우처 발급 서버에서 급식대상자임을 확인하여 일반결제쿠폰과 동일한 형태의 급식쿠폰을 제공할 수 있으며, 이러한 방식에 따라 급식대상자에게 일반인과 외형적으로 동일한 쿠폰을 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 바우처 발급 시스템을 후불제 교통카드와 연계한 키오스크 장치의 GUI 화면(700)을 예시한 것으로서, 발급받고자 하는 연령대의 교통카드를 버튼(710)를 선택하고, 개인식별번호를 입력하여 일정금액이 충전된 후불식 교통카드를 발급받을 수 있다. 이러한 후불식 교통카드의 이용요금은 서비스의 의도에 따라 반납시 무상으로 처리하고 미반납시에는 그 사용자의 휴대용 단말기 비용에 합산하여 처리하고 잔액은 기부단체에 제공하거나, 혹은 추후 별도의 결제과정을 통해 처리될 수 있다.
본 발명의 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급시스템 및 방법은 프로그램 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 씨디롬, 램, 롬, 플로피 디스크, 하드 디스크, 광자기 디스크 등을 포함하는 기록매체에 저장될 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명에 대한 기술사상을 첨부도면과 함께 서술하였지만 이는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 예시적으로 설명한 것이지 본 발명을 한정하는 것은 아니다. 즉, 이 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구나 본 발명의 기술사상의 범주를 이탈하지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변형 및 모방이 가능함은 명백한 사실이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급시스템으로서,
    서비스 내용을 포함하는 업체정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 서비스 공급업체 서버;
    개인식별정보에 따라 식별된 사용자의 주문을 입력받는 키오스크 장치; 및
    정보통신망을 통해 상기 키오스크 장치와 연결되며, 상기 업체정보를 제공하고, 상기 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처를 발급 및 관리하는 전자 바우처 관리 서버
    를 포함하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 전자 바우처 관리서버는,
    상기 서비스 공급업체 서버와 통신하여 상기 업체정보를 수신하는 서버통신모듈;
    등록된 사용자의 주문에 대응하여 상기 전자 바우처를 발급하고 포인트를 관리하는 바우처 관리모듈;
    상기 업체정보를 해당 지역의 키오스크 장치에 전송하는 업체 관리모듈; 및
    서비스 제공을 위한 데이터를 저장하는 데이터 베이스
    를 포함하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 시스템.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 바우처 관리모듈은,
    미등록된 사용자의 등록절차를 수행하고, 상기 개인식별정보에 기초하여 로그인 절차를 진행하여 해당 사용자를 식별하는 사용자 정보 관리부;
    상기 전자 바우처를 발급하는 바우처 발급부; 및
    상기 사용자에게 일정액의 포인트를 부여하고, 상기 전자 바우처의 발급에 대응하여 포인트의 이용내역을 갱신하는 포인트 관리부
    를 포함하는 전자 바우처 발급 시스템.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 업체 관리 모듈은,
    미등록된 업체의 등록절차를 수행하고, 등록된 업체에 의해 갱신되는 업체정보를 상기 키오스크 장치에 실시간으로 반영하는 업체 정보 관리부; 및
    상기 전자 바우처 발급에 따라 발생하는 포인트의 이용내역에 대한 결제절차를 처리하는 결제 처리부
    를 포함하는 전자 바우처 발급 시스템.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 개인식별정보는,
    사용자의 개인명의로 개통된 휴대용 단말기의 번호인 전자 바우처 발급 시스템.
  6. 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급방법으로서,
    키오스크 장치로부터 개인식별정보에 따라 식별된 사용자의 주문을 입력받는 단계;
    상기 업체정보에 기초하여 상기 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처를 발급하는 단계; 및
    상기 키오스크 장치를 통해 상기 전자 바우처를 출력하는 단계
    를 포함하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 키오스크 장치로부터 개인식별정보에 따라 식별된 사용자의 주문을 입력받는 단계 이전에,
    서비스 내용을 포함하는 업체정보를 실시간으로 제공받아 상기 키오스크 장치에 제공되는 업체정보를 갱신하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 업체정보에 기초하여 상기 주문에 대응하는 전자 바우처를 발급하는 단계는,
    등록된 사용자의 주문에 대응하여 상기 전자 바우처를 발급하는 단계;
    발급된 전자 바우처에 대응하여 포인트의 이용내역을 갱신하는 단계; 및
    해당 서비스제공 업체서버에 주문내용을 보고하는 단계
    를 포함하는 전자 바우처 발급 방법.
  9. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 키오스크 장치를 통해 상기 전자 바우처를 출력하는 단계는,
    전자 바우처의 내용이 포함된 카드매체를 제공하는 단계인 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 전자 바우처의 내용이 포함된 카드매체를 제공하는 단계 이후,
    사용자에 의해 상기 카드매체의 반납시, 잔액에 대하여 연계된 기관에 지급처리하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 방법.
  11. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 전자 바우처의 내용이 포함된 카드매체를 제공하는 단계 이후,
    사용자에 의해 상기 카드매체의 미반납시, 충전된 금액에 대하여 상기 개인식별정보가 부여된 휴대용 단말기의 요금에 부가하는 단계; 및
    잔액에 대하여 연계된 기관에 지급처리하는 단계
    를 포함하는 키오스크 장치를 이용한 전자 바우처 발급 방법.
