본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 이상에서 언급한 과제(들)로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제(들)은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템은 관광을 목적으로 입국하는 외국인 관광객의 단말로부터 관광카드의 발급을 요청 받는 경우, 상기 관광카드의 발급을 위해 금융사 서버에 상기 관광카드의 발급 명령을 전송하는 관광카드 발급부; 상기 발급 명령에 따라 상기 관광카드를 발급 받은 외국인 관광객이 가맹점에서 물품을 구매하는 경우, 상기 금융사 서버를 통해 상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보와 함께 상기 관광카드에 기록된 외국인 관광객의 신상 정보를 수신하고, 상기 구매 정보 및 상기 신상 정보에 기초하여 상기 물품에 대한 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 작성하는 서류 작성부; 및 상기 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 세관 서버에 전송하고, 상기 외국인 관광객이 상기 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하는 경우, 상기 세관 서버에 상기 부가세에 대한 환급 명령을 전송하는 부가세 환급부를 포함한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템은 상기 가맹점의 단말에 상기 외국인 관광객의 여권 번호가 입력되면, 상기 가맹점의 단말로부터 상기 여권 번호를 수신하여 상기 물품의 구매자가 관광을 목적으로 입국한 외국인 관광객인지 여부를 확인하는 여권 확인부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 관광카드는 정부부처 및 상기 세관이 속한 국세청의 승인 및 지원을 통해 무료 또는 저가의 비용으로 발급될 수 있다.

여기서, 상기 외국인 관광객이란 관광을 목적으로 입국하는 외국인으로서, 예를 들면 180일 이상 체류하지 않는 단기 여행자를 말한다.
상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 관광카드 발급 신청을 접수하고, 상기 외국인 관광객 단말(120)로부터 수신된 신상 정보를 상기 발급 명령과 함께 금융사 서버(은행/카드사 서버)(160)에 전달한다. 즉, 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 관광카드의 신청정보를 상기 금융사 서버(160)에 전송한다.
상기 금융사 서버(160)는 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)으로부터 상기 신상 정보 및 상기 발급 명령을 수신하여 상기 외국인 관광객에게 상기 관광카드를 발급해준다. 상기 관광카드의 발급은 상기 금융사 서버(160)와 관련된 금융사(국내지사 및 해외지사), 공항 카운터, 기내, 인터넷 등에서 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 상기 외국인 관광객은 가맹점에서 물품을 구매하는 경우, 상기 발급 받은 관광카드를 제시할 수 있다. 상기 외국인 관광객이 신용카드로 물품을 구매하는 경우, 가맹점 단말(150)은 상기 금융사 서버(160)에 물품에 대한 구매 정보(물품명, 가격 등)와 상기 신용카드에 의해 식별된 식별 정보를 전송하여 물품에 대한 결제 승인을 요청한다.
즉, 상기 가맹점 단말(150)은 상기 금융사 서버(160)에 신용카드 사용 승인 요청을 한다. 이때, 상기 가맹점 단말(150)은 상기 관광카드에 기록된 외국인 관광객의 신상 정보도 상기 금융사 서버(160)에 전송할 수 있다.
상기 결제가 승인(카드 사용 승인)되면, 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 금융사 서버(160)로부터 물품에 대한 구매 정보 및 외국인 관광객의 신상 정보를 수신한다.
즉, 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 금융사 서버(160)로부터 상기 신용카드의 사용 정보(물품 구매 정보 및 외국인 관광객 신상 정보)를 수신한다. 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 신용카드 사용 정보를 이용하여 상기 물품에 대한 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 작성한다.
상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 작성된 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 국세청의 세관 서버(140)에 전송한다. 즉, 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보 및 구매 물품에 대한 환급 신청 정보를 상기 세관 서버(140)에 전송할 수 있다.
상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하는 경우, 상기 세관 서버(140)에 부가세 환급 명령을 전송한다. 이에 따라, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 상기 세관에서 자신이 구매한 물품에 대한 부가세를 환급 받을 수 있다.
한편, 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하는 경우, 상기 부가세 환급 명령과 함께 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보 및 구매 물품에 대한 환급 신청 정보를 상기 세관 서버(140)에 전송할 수 있다.
이하에서는 도 1의 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)의 구성에 대해 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.

상기 관광카드 발급부(210)는 관광을 목적으로 입국하는 외국인 관광객(110)의 단말(120)로부터 관광카드의 발급을 요청 받을 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 관광카드의 발급 요청은 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 인터넷으로 상기 관광카드의 발급을 신청한 경우에 이루어질 수 있다. 또 달리, 상기 관광카드의 발급 요청은 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 직접 카드 발급 제휴 회사[예: 은행이나 카드사(국내/해외 지사), 또는 공항]에 방문 신청하는 경우에 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 관광카드 발급부(210)는 상기 관광카드의 발급을 요청 받은 경우, 상기 관광카드의 발급을 위해 금융사 서버(160)에 상기 관광카드의 발급 명령을 전송한다. 즉, 상기 관광카드 발급부(210)는 상기 외국인 관광객 단말(120)로부터 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보를 수신하고, 상기 신상 정보에 이상이 없으면 상기 신상 정보와 함께 상기 관광카드의 발급 명령을 상기 금융사 서버(160)에 전송한다.
여기서, 상기 관광카드에는 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보와 함께 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 항공 스케줄 정보 등의 관광 일정 정보가 기록될 수 있다. 이러한 관광카드는 정부부처(예: 문화체육관광부) 및 국세청의 승인 및 지원을 통해 무료 또는 약 1달러의 저가의 비용으로 발급될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 관광카드는 현금카드 기능, 멤버쉽 할인카드 기능, 교통카드 기능, 부가세 환급 기능 등을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 가맹점에서 물품 구매 시, 상기 관광카드의 현금카드 기능을 이용하여 상기 구매 물품에 대한 결제를 수행할 수 있다. 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 상기 현금카드 기능을 이용하기 위해서, 먼저 은행에서 계좌 개설을 할 필요가 있는데, 체류 기간이 길지 않기 때문에 가상계좌를 이용하여 계좌를 개설하는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 상기 관광카드를 발급 받은 은행의 연계 계좌(가상계좌)에 사전에 잔고를 마련할 필요가 있다.
상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 주로 현찰을 사용한다. 이로 인해, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)에 대한 도난 사건이 자주 발생한다. 그런데, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 상기 관광카드에 현금카드 기능을 포함시킴으로써, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)에 대한 도난 사건을 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 가맹점에서 물품 구매 시, 상기 관광카드의 멤버쉽 할인카드 기능을 이용하여 상기 구매 물품에 대한 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있다. 상기 멤버쉽 할인카드는 교통카드처럼 충전 방식으로 운영될 수 있다. 참고로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 상기 물품은 재화뿐만 아니라 서비스까지도 포함하는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.

즉, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 지정된 가맹점에서 물품을 구매(이용) 시, 대략적으로 일반 손님과 단체 관광객 중간 정도의 요금, 즉 약 5 ~ 50% 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있다.
또한, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 버스나 지하철, 택시 등의 대중교통을 이용 시, 상기 관광카드의 교통카드 기능을 이용하여 대중교통 이용 요금을 결제할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 관광카드의 교통카드 이용 시, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 상기 대중교통 이용 요금에 대한 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있다.
상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 상기 관광카드에 남은 잔액을 환급 받을 수 있다. 상기 잔액 환급은 계좌를 개설한 은행과 현금자동충전기, 제휴사 창구 등에서 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 서류 작성부(220)는 상기 관광카드를 발급 받은 외국인 관광객(110)이 가맹점에서 물품을 구매하는 경우, 금융사 서버(160)를 통해 상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보와 함께 상기 관광카드에 기록된 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보를 수신한다.
상기 서류 작성부(220)는 상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보 및 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보에 기초하여, 상기 물품에 대한 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 작성한다.
여기서, 상기 신상 정보는 상기 관광카드의 발급 요청 시에 상기 외국인 관광객(110)에 의해 제공된다(인터넷 또는 직접 방문). 이러한 신상 정보는 국세청의 세관 서버(140) 및 상기 금융사 서버(160)에 공유되어, 부가세 환급 및 신청 시에 이용될 수 있다.
상기 부가세 환급부(230)는 상기 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 상기 세관 서버(140)에 전송한다. 상기 부가세 환급부(230)는 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하는 경우, 상기 세관 서버(140)에 상기 부가세에 대한 환급 명령을 전송한다. 이에 따라, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)은 상기 세관으로부터 구매 물품에 대한 부가세를 환급 받을 수 있게 된다.
상기 여권 확인부(240)는 상기 가맹점 단말(150)에 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 여권 번호가 입력되면, 상기 가맹점 단말(150)로부터 상기 입력된 여권 번호를 수신한다. 상기 여권 확인부(240)는 상기 수신된 여권 번호를 이용하여 상기 물품의 구매자가 관광을 목적으로 입국한 외국인 관광객(110)인지 여부를 확인한다.
상기 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스(250)는 물품 구매 시 상기 금융사 서버(160)를 통해 수신된 정보들, 즉 상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보 및 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보를 저장한다.
상기 통계부(260)는 상기 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스(250)를 참조하여 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 선호하는 물품에 대한 통계를 산출한다. 즉, 상기 통계부(260)는 상기 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스(250)에 저장된 구매 정보 및 신상 정보를 통해 어떤 사람이 어떤 물품을 선호하는지에 대한 통계를 산출할 수 있다.
상기 물품 추천부(270)는 상기 산출된 통계에 기초하여 상기 외국인 관광객(110)에게 신상품 정보와, 상품 소개 및 혜택 정보를 제공한다.
예를 들면, 상기 통계 결과 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 '화장품 A'를 선호하는 경우, 상기 물품 추천부(270)는 상기 '화장품 A'에 대한 신상품 정보, 상품 소개 정보 및 할인(포인트) 혜택 등의 정보를, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 이메일(e-mail) 등으로 제공할 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 이메일은 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보에 포함된 것일 수 있다.
상기 배송부(280)는 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 상기 신상품을 구매(주문/결제)하는 경우, 국제 우편으로 상기 신상품을 무료(또는 유료)로 배송할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위해, 상기 배송부(280)는 국제 우편 배송업체에 상기 구매된 신상품의 배송 명령을 전송할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 상기 국제 우편 배송업체는 상기 신상품을 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 주소로 배송할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 상기 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스(250)를 가지고 있으므로 선호 물품을 정확하게 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 메일로 선호 물품의 신상품에 대한 소개와 혜택 등을 상기 외국인 관광객(110)에게 제공할 수 있으며, 주문 결제 후 국제 우편으로 물품을 무료로 배송하므로 소비자와 바로 국제 무역을 할 수 있게 된다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 방법에 대해 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 방법을 설명하기 위해 도시한 흐름도이다. 여기서, 상기 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 방법은 도 1의 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
도 1 및 도 3을 참조하면, 단계(310)에서 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 외국인 관광객 단말(120)로부터 관광카드의 발급을 요청 받았는지 여부를 판단한다.
상기 판단 결과, 상기 관광카드 발급 요청을 받은 경우(310의 "예" 방향), 단계(320)에서 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 관광카드의 발급을 위해 금융사 서버(160)에 상기 관광카드의 발급 명령을 전송한다. 즉, 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 외국인 관광객 단말(120)로부터 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보를 수신하고, 상기 신상 정보에 이상이 없으면 상기 신상 정보와 함께 상기 관광카드의 발급 명령을 상기 금융사 서버(160)에 전송한다.
반면, 상기 판단 결과, 상기 관광카드 발급 요청을 받지 않은 경우(310의 "아니오" 방향), 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 외국인 관광객 단말(120)로부터 상기 관광카드의 발급 요청을 수신할 때까지 대기한다.

반면, 상기 관광카드를 발급 받은 외국인 관광객(110)이 가맹점에서 물품을 구매하지 않은 경우(330의 "아니오" 방향), 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 물품을 구매할 때까지 대기한다.
다음으로, 단계(350)에서 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보 및 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보에 기초하여, 상기 물품에 대한 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 작성한다.
다음으로, 단계(360)에서 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 작성된 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 상기 세관 서버(140)에 전송한다.
다음으로, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하는 경우(370의 "예" 방향), 단계(380)에서 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 세관 서버(140)에 상기 부가세에 대한 환급 명령을 전송하여, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 상기 세관으로부터 구매 물품에 대한 부가세를 환급 받을 수 있도록 한다.
반면, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)이 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하지 않은 경우(370의 "아니오" 방향), 상기 관광카드 운용 시스템(130)은 상기 부가세 환급 신청이 접수될 때까지 대기한다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템 및 방법은 상기 외국인 관광객(110)에게 상기 관광카드를 발급하여 부가세 환급을 쉽고 편리하게 함으로써, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)에게 부가세 환급에 대한 편의성을 제공할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 더욱 많은 외국인 관광객(110)을 적극 유치할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 상기 관광카드에 현금카드 기능을 내장함으로써, 주로 현찰을 사용하는 외국인 관광객(110)에 대한 도난 사건을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 상기 관광카드에 멤버쉽 할인카드 기능을 내장하여 구매 물품에 대한 할인 혜택을 제공함으로써, 상기 외국인 관광객(110)의 소비를 적극 유도할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 상기 관광카드에 교통카드 기능을 내장함으로써, 대중교통 이용 시에 외국인 관광객(110)에게 최대한 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 외국인 관광객(110)의 신상 정보가 기록된 관광카드를 이용하여 부가세를 환급 받도록 함으로써, 외국인 관광객(110)의 흐름(동선)을 파악할 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명의 실시예들은 다양한 컴퓨터로 구현되는 동작을 수행하기 위한 프로그램 명령을 포함하는 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체를 포함한다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 로컬 데이터 파일, 로컬 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크와 같은 자기-광 매체, 및 롬, 램, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다.
지금까지 본 발명에 따른 구체적인 실시예에 관하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 범위에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서는 여러 가지 변형이 가능함은 물론이다. 그러므로, 본 발명의 범위는 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안 되며, 후술하는 특허 청구의 범위뿐 아니라 이 특허 청구의 범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명 사상은 아래에 기재된 특허청구범위에 의해서만 파악되어야 하고, 이의 균등 또는 등가적 변형 모두는 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 외국인 관광객용 관광카드를 운용하는 시스템 및 방법에 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 관광을 목적으로 입국하는 외국인 관광객의 단말로부터 관광카드의 발급을 요청 받는 경우, 상기 관광카드의 발급을 위해 금융사 서버에 상기 관광카드의 발급 명령을 전송하는 관광카드 발급부;
    상기 발급 명령에 따라 상기 관광카드를 발급 받은 외국인 관광객이 가맹점에서 물품을 구매하는 경우, 상기 금융사 서버를 통해 상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보와 함께 상기 관광카드에 기록된 외국인 관광객의 신상 정보를 수신하고, 상기 구매 정보 및 상기 신상 정보에 기초하여 상기 물품에 대한 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 작성하는 서류 작성부; 및
    상기 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 세관 서버에 전송하고, 상기 외국인 관광객이 상기 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하는 경우, 상기 세관 서버에 상기 부가세에 대한 환급 명령을 전송하는 부가세 환급부
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가맹점의 단말에 상기 외국인 관광객의 여권 번호가 입력되면, 상기 가맹점의 단말로부터 상기 여권 번호를 수신하여 상기 물품의 구매자가 관광을 목적으로 입국한 외국인 관광객인지 여부를 확인하는 여권 확인부
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 관광카드는
    정부부처 및 상기 세관이 속한 국세청의 승인 및 지원을 통해 무료 또는 저가의 비용으로 발급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 관광카드는
    현금카드 기능, 멤버쉽 할인카드 기능, 교통카드 기능, 또는 부가세 환급 기능 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 신상 정보는
    상기 관광카드의 발급 요청 시에 상기 외국인 관광객에 의해 제공되며, 상기 세관 서버를 포함한 국세청 서버, 및 상기 금융사 서버에 공유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보 및 상기 외국인 관광객의 신상 정보를 저장하는 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스; 및
    상기 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스를 참조하여 상기 외국인 관광객이 선호하는 물품에 대한 통계를 산출하는 통계부
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 산출된 통계에 기초하여 상기 외국인 관광객에게 신상품 정보와, 상품 소개 및 혜택 정보를 제공하는 물품 추천부; 및
    상기 외국인 관광객이 상기 신상품을 구매(주문/결제)하는 경우, 국제 우편으로 상기 신상품을 무료로 배송하는 배송부
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 시스템.
  8. 관광을 목적으로 입국하는 외국인 관광객의 단말로부터 관광카드의 발급을 요청 받는 경우, 상기 관광카드의 발급을 위해 금융사 서버에 상기 관광카드의 발급 명령을 전송하는 단계;
    상기 발급 명령에 따라 상기 관광카드를 발급 받은 외국인 관광객이 가맹점에서 물품을 구매하는 경우, 상기 금융사 서버를 통해 상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보와 함께 상기 관광카드에 기록된 외국인 관광객의 신상 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 구매 정보 및 상기 신상 정보에 기초하여 상기 물품에 대한 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 작성하는 단계; 및
    상기 부가세 환급 신청 서류를 세관 서버에 전송하고, 상기 외국인 관광객이 상기 세관에 부가세 환급 신청을 접수하는 경우, 상기 세관 서버에 상기 부가세에 대한 환급 명령을 전송하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 가맹점의 단말에 상기 외국인 관광객의 여권 번호가 입력되면, 상기 가맹점의 단말로부터 상기 여권 번호를 수신하여 상기 물품의 구매자가 관광을 목적으로 입국한 외국인 관광객인지 여부를 확인하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 물품에 대한 구매 정보 및 상기 외국인 관광객의 신상 정보를 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스에 저장하는 단계; 및
    상기 외국인 관광객 데이터베이스를 참조하여 상기 외국인 관광객이 선호하는 물품에 대한 통계를 산출하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 산출된 통계에 기초하여 상기 외국인 관광객에게 신상품 정보와, 상품 소개 및 혜택 정보를 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 외국인 관광객이 상기 신상품을 구매(주문/결제)하는 경우, 국제 우편으로 상기 신상품을 무료로 배송하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외국인 관광객용 관광카드 운용 방법.
