Description

가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치 및 이를 이용한 정보 서비스 방법
본 발명은 가상의 골프코스가 영상화되어 시뮬레이션 되고 사용자가 직접 타격한 골프공의 궤적이 상기 가상의 골프코스에서 시뮬레이션 되는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치 및 이를 이용한 정보 서비스 방법에 관한 것이다.
최근 골프 인구가 증가하면서, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치 등을 이용한 골프 연습 및 가상의 골프경기를 즐길 수 있는 이른바 스크린 골프 시스템이 등장하게 되었다.
이와 같은 스크린 골프 시스템은 실내에 가상 골프장을 디스플레이할 수 있는 스크린을 설치하고, 골퍼가 골프공을 상기 스크린을 향해 타격을 하면 골프공의 속도, 방향 등을 감지하여 상기 스크린상에 골프공의 진행을 표시해주는 시스템이다.
이와 같이 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치에 의해 구현되는 스크린 골프 시스템 등에서는 골프 연습장에서 골프공을 타격하는 것과 동일하게 골프공을 타격하면서 실제로 골프장에서 라운드를 하는 것과 같은 현장감을 줄 수 있는 특징이 있다.
가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치에 의해 구현되는 스크린 골프 시스템 등에서는 실제 골프장에서 골프 라운드를 하는 것과 같은 리얼리티를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 여러 가지 첨단 장치들과 시스템을 통해 서비스되는 특성상 실제 골프장이나 골프 연습장에서는 제공하기 힘든 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공함으로써 골퍼들로 하여금 흥미를 유발하도록 하는 것이 필요하다.
또한 단순히 스크린 골프를 통한 라운드를 제공하는 것에 더하여, 스크린 골프 라운드 중에 골프 친구로 등록된 유저들과 채팅 서비스를 제공하고, 골프 친구 커뮤니티의 활성화를 위한 채널이 마련될 필요성이 대두되었다.
본 발명은 소위 스크린 골프 시스템과 같이 가상의 골프코스에 관한 영상이 구현되고 이에 대해 골프 샷을 함에 따라 볼의 궤적이 상기 가상의 골프코스 상에서 시뮬레이션 되도록 하는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용하면서, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보를 사용자의 골프 친구들의 단말에 영상을 전송하고, 라운드 도중 스크린 골프 화면을 통해 친구들과 소통할 수 있는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치 및 이를 이용한 정보 서비스 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스 방법에 있어서, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 실행하는 시뮬레이터를 통한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신하는 단계; 기 등록된 사용자 단말기에 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 경기 시작 메시지를 전송하는 단계; 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 상기 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 단계; 및 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 입력된 메시지를 상기 시뮬레이터에 전송하고, 상기 시뮬레이터에서 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 표시하는 표시 화면에 상기 수신된 메시지를 표시하도록 제어하는 단계를 포함한다.

상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스 방법은 상기 사용자 단말기에서 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션의 실행 중 사용할 수 있는 아이템을 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 시뮬레이터에서 상기 전송된 아이템을 상기 표시 화면에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스 방법은 상기 생성된 영상 정보를 상기 사용자 단말기에 전송하면서, 상기 사용자 단말기의 표시 화면상에 표시될 광고 정보를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스를 제공하는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치에 있어서, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 실행하기 위한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신하고, 기 등록된 사용자 단말기에 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 경기 시작 메시지를 전송하고, 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 상기 사용자 단말기에 전송하고, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 입력된 메시지를 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 표시하는 표시 화면에 상기 수신된 메시지를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치 및 이를 이용한 정보 서비스 방법은 소위 스크린 골프 시스템과 같이 가상의 골프코스에 관한 영상이 구현되고 이에 대해 골프 샷을 함에 따라 볼의 궤적이 상기 가상의 골프코스 상에서 시뮬레이션 되도록 하는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용함에 따라 발생할 수 있는 다양한 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보를 사용자의 골프 친구들의 단말에 영상을 전송하고, 라운드 도중 스크린 골프 화면을 통해 친구들과 소통할 수 있다.
또한, 나아가 골프 친구 서비스 내 커뮤니티, 예를 들면 카페, 밴드를 연계하여 커뮤니케이션 채널을 확장하여, 다양한 친구의 영상을 보고 실시간 커뮤니케이션이 가능하게 하거나, 음성 기능과 나의 스윙 모습 기능을 활용하여, 실시간 코칭 서비스로 확장시킬 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치 및 이를 이용한 정보 서비스 방법에 대한 실시 예를 도면을 참조하여 좀 더 구체적으로 설명한다.
먼저 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하여 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치에 관하여 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치가 적용된 스크린 골프 시스템의 일 예를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2는 도 1에 도시된 스크린 골프 시스템에 적용된 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 블록 도이다.
도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치는 사용자가 볼(B)을 타격하는 것을 센싱하기 위한 센싱장치(70)와, 가상의 골프코스에 관한 영상을 구현하며 상기 센싱장치(70)의 센싱 결과에 따라 가상의 골프코스에서 볼의 궤적에 대한 시뮬레이션 영상을 제공하도록 하여 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 진행하는 시뮬레이터(S)와, 상기 시뮬레이터(S)로부터 영상 정보를 전달받아 스크린(5)으로 출력하도록 하는 영상출력장치(40)를 포함하도록 구성된다.
상기 센싱장치(70)는 사용자의 골프 스윙에 따라 골프클럽 및 볼 중 적어도 하나의 움직임을 센싱하도록 하는 장치이다.
상기 센싱장치(70)는 여러 가지 형태로 구현이 가능한데, 적외선을 발광하여 사용자가 볼을 타격할 때 운동하는 골프 클럽 헤드 및 볼에 의해 적외선이 반사되는 것을 수광하여 이를 분석함으로써 센싱이 이루어지는 적외선 센서 방식으로 구현될 수도 있고, 레이저를 발사하여 운동하는 골프 클럽의 헤드 및 볼이 이를 차단하는 것을 감지하여 분석함으로써 센싱이 이루어지는 레이저 센서 방식으로 구현될 수도 있으며, 사용자가 골프 스윙하여 볼을 타격하는 것에 대한 이미지를 수집하여 분석함으로써 센싱이 이루어지는 이미지 센서 방식으로 구현될 수도 있다.
상기 시뮬레이터(S)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 제어부(10), 영상처리부(20), 데이터베이스(30), 네트워크 연결부(50) 및 무선 통신부(60) 등을 포함하도록 구성됨이 바람직하다.
상기 데이터베이스(30)는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 필요한 모든 데이터를 저장하며, 실제 골프장을 영상화하여 구현한 가상 골프코스에 관한 데이터를 저장하고 있어 사용자가 선택한 가상 골프코스에서 가상 골프 라운드를 할 수 있도록 하는 가상 환경을 구현할 수 있는 데이터를 제공한다.
또한 상기 데이터베이스(30)는 등록된 사용자의 신상 정보나 사용자 단말기(T)에 관한 정보(예컨대 전화 번호나 모바일 단말기의 기종 등) 등의 사용자 정보와 해당 사용자의 과거 기록 정보 등도 저장할 수 있다.
상기 데이터베이스(30)는 상기한 바와 같은 가상 골프코스에 관한 데이터, 사용자 정보나 기록 정보 등을 모두 저장하도록 구성될 수도 있고, 네트워크를 통해 서버(N)로부터 가상 골프코스에 관한 데이터, 사용자 정보나 기록 정보 등을 전송받아 일시 저장하도록 구성될 수도 있다.
상기 영상처리부(20)는 데이터베이스(30)에 저장된 가상 골프코스에 관한 데이터를 이용하여 화면상에 가상 골프코스에 관한 영상을 구현하도록 정보 처리를 수행하며, 사용자가 타격한 볼에 대한 궤적이 상기 가상 골프코스에서 시뮬레이션 되는 영상을 구현하도록 정보 처리를 수행한다.
상기 영상처리부(20)에서 처리된 영상 정보는 영상출력장치(40)를 통해 스크린(5)에 투영됨으로써 사용자가 영상을 볼 수 있도록 한다.
상기 네트워크 연결부(50)는 서버(N)와 네트워크 연결이 이루어지도록 하기 위한 것인데, 상기 네트워크 연결부(50)와 서버(N)의 네트워크 연결은 유선 또는 무선 인터넷에 의한 연결일 수도 있고 서로 통신을 할 수 있도록 하는 여하한 형태의 통신망을 통한 통신 연결을 모두 포함할 수 있다.
상기 서버(N)는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 필요한 다양한 가상의 골프코스의 지형에 관한 데이터, 가상의 골프코스의 영상 구현에 관한 데이터 등 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 필요한 여러 가지 데이터를 저장하고 있으며, 상기 서버(N)에 네트워크 연결된 복수개의 시뮬레이터(S) 중 데이터 전송 요청을 하는 시뮬레이터로 필요한 데이터를 전송한다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에서, 서버(N)는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 실행하는 시뮬레이터(S)와 네트워크를 통해 접속되고, 시뮬레이터(S)를 통한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신하고, 기 등록된 사용자 단말기에 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 경기 시작 메시지를 전송하고, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 사용자 단말기(T)에 전송하고, 사용자 단말기(T)로부터 입력된 메시지를 시뮬레이터(S)에 전송하고, 시뮬레이터(S)에서 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 표시하는 표시 화면(5)에 수신된 메시지를 표시하도록 제어할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 서버(N)는 다수의 시뮬레이터(S)와 네트워크 연결되어 구성되며, 각 시뮬레이터(S)를 통해 골프 게임이 시작되기 전에 사용자는 서버(N)에 의해 관리되는 방(공개방 또는 비밀방 등의 옵션 설정도 가능함)을 개설하고 그 방 개설 정보를 상기 서버(N)에 전송하여 상기 서버(N)가 관리할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 시뮬레이터(S)를 통해 골프 게임이 진행되면서 사용자의 골프 샷 정보 등 게임 정보를 실시간으로 상기 서버(N)로 전송하고, 상기 서버(N)는 각각의 시뮬레이터(S)가 전송하는 게임 정보를 이용하여 사용자 단말기(T)를 통해 제공할 미러링 영상(시뮬레이터(S)에서 진행되고 있는 게임과 동일한 상황에 대한 영상)을 생성한다.
사용자가 단말(T)은 서버(N)에 접속하여(예컨대, 스마트폰에서 특정 어플리케이션을 실행하여 서버에 접속함) 상기 서버(N)로부터 현재 중계 중인 방(각 시뮬레이터를 통해 게임을 진행하고 있는 사용자들에 의해 각각 개설된 방)에 관한 정보(방 리스트 정보 등)를 전송받을 수 있으며, 사용자가 특정 방을 선택하면 상기 서버(N)는 상기 선택된 방에서 중계되고 있는 미러링 영상을 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송할 수 있다.
사용자는 자신의 단말기(T)을 통해 상기 서버(N)로부터 제공되는 미러링 영상을 보면서 응원 메시지 등의 메시지를 전송할 수 있고, 그 전송된 메시지는 서버(N)가 전달받아 상기 사용자가 접속한 방에서 실행되고 있는 미러링 영상을 제공하는 해당 시뮬레이터(S)로 전송하며, 해당 시뮬레이터(S)는 상기 서버(N)로부터 전송받은 해당 메시지를 화면 상에 표시한다.
한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시 예는 시뮬레이터(S)와 단말기(T)가 서버(N)의 중계 없이 직접적으로 통신하는 경우에 관한 것인데, 시뮬레이터(S)는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 실행하기 위한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신하고, 기 등록된 사용자 단말기(T)에 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 경기 시작 메시지를 전송하고, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 사용자 단말기(T)에 전송하고, 사용자 단말기(T)로부터 입력된 메시지를 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 표시하는 표시 화면(5)에 수신된 메시지를 표시할 수 있다. 이 경우, 무선 통신부(60)는 사용자 단말기(T)와 무선 통신에 의해 연결되어 서로 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있도록 하거나 사용자 단말기(T)로 데이터 전송이 가능하도록 하는 구성요소로서, 무선 통신의 규격 내지는 종류에 따라 특정 무선 통신 규격이나 종류에 따른 무선 통신 어댑터나 무선 통신 모듈 등으로서 구현될 수도 있고 여러 가지 다양한 규격이나 종류의 무선 통신을 모두 가능하게 하는 통합된 기능의 어댑터나 모듈로서 구현될 수도 있다.
제어부(10)는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 위한 모든 처리를 총괄하는 구성요소로서, 상기 센싱장치(70)의 센싱 결과에 따라 운동하는 볼의 물리적 특성을 추출하고 이에 기초하여 볼의 궤적을 산출하며 가상의 골프코스에서 상기 산출된 볼의 궤적에 따른 시뮬레이션이 이루어지도록 하고, 사용자에게 제공될 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보가 발생하는 경우 상기 발생된 정보를 전송할 사용자 단말기(T)에서 인식 가능한 형태의 데이터 파일로 변환하여 상기 무선 통신부(60)를 통해 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 제어하는 기능도 수행한다.
한편, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치는 촬영장치(80), 조작수단(90) 및 스윙자세 분석 수단(100) 등을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 촬영장치(80)는 사용자가 골프 스윙하는 경우에 사용자의 스윙 모션을 촬영하여 그 영상 정보를 획득하는 장치로서, 제어부(10)에 의해 사용자의 스윙 모션 영상 데이터의 요청이 있는 경우 해당 프레임의 스윙 모션 영상 데이터를 추출하여 제어부(10)로 전송하도록 한다.
상기 조작수단(20)은 가상 골프 라운드와 관련된 소정의 정보를 입력하거나, 특정 정보를 선택하거나, 볼을 보내고자 하는 방향의 변경 등 소정의 조작을 할 수 있도록 마련되는 구성요소로서, 예컨대 키보드(Key-board), 터치패널(Touch-panel), 키패드(Key-pad) 기타 인터페이싱을 할 수 있는 소정의 장치로서 구현될 수 있다.
상기 스윙자세 분석 수단(100)은 사용자가 골프 샷을 함에 따른 골프 스윙의 자세를 분석하는 수단으로서, 예컨대 사용자가 센서가 부착된 조끼나 손목 보호대 또는 허리띠를 착용한 상태에서 골프 스윙을 함에 따라 상기 센서가 센싱한 값을 분석함으로써 사용자의 스윙 자세를 분석하도록 하는 수단으로서 구현될 수도 있고, 사용자가 소정의 마커를 신체에 부착한 상태에서 골프 스윙을 하고 이때 상기 촬영장치에 의해 촬영된 영상에서 마커의 움직임을 분석함으로써 사용자의 스윙 자세를 분석하도록 하는 수단으로서 구현될 수도 있다.
또한 상기 스윙자세 분석 수단(100)은 상기 촬영장치에 의해 촬영된 영상을 골프 전문가에게 전송하도록 하고 골프 프로가 그 전송받은 영상을 분석한 내용을 수신하여 사용자에게 제공하도록 하는 형태의 수단으로서 구현될 수도 있으며, 상기 촬영장치에 의해 촬영된 사용자의 골프 스윙 모션에 관한 영상을 분석함으로써 스윙 자세 분석을 수행하도록 하는 수단으로서 구현될 수도 있다.
상기 스윙자세 분석 수단(100)은 사용자의 스윙 자세를 분석하여 그에 대한 골프 레슨 컨텐츠를 제공하는 형태로도 구현 가능하다.
한편, 상기 사용자 단말기(T)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 단말기 제어부(T10), 디스플레이(T20), 메모리(T30) 및 무선 통신 모듈(T60)을 포함하도록 구성됨이 바람직하다.
상기 디스플레이(T20)는 메모리(T30)에 저장된 여러 컨텐츠를 화면으로 영상 출력하여 사용자가 볼 수 있도록 하는 수단이며, 상기 메모리(T30)는 모바일 단말기(T)의 구동 및 사용자에 의해 저장된 각종 정보가 저장되는 수단이다.
상기 무선 통신 모듈(T60)은 상기 시뮬레이터(S)의 무선 통신부(60)와 무선 통신을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 구성요소로서 상기 무선 통신부(60)와 동일한 무선 통신 규격에 의해 통신을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 수단으로서 구비됨이 바람직하다.
상기 단말기 제어부(T10)는 모바일 단말기(T)의 총괄적인 제어를 담당하며 상기 시뮬레이터(S)의 무선 통신부(60)를 통해 전송되어 모바일 단말기(T)의 무선 통신 모듈(T60)을 통해 수신된 데이터를 메모리(T30)에 저장하도록 하고, 사용자가 상기 메모리(T30)에 저장된 컨텐츠를 실행시키는 경우 해당 컨텐츠를 실행시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 구동시켜 해당 컨텐츠를 실행시킴으로써 상기 디스플레이(T20)를 통해 출력되도록 한다.
본 발명은 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 통해 사용자가 가상의 골프 라운드를 하거나 골프 연습을 할 때, 사용자에게 제공될 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보가 발생하는 경우 그 발생된 정보가 상기 시뮬레이터(S)에 연결된 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송되도록 함으로써 사용자가 자신이 플레이 한 내용이나 스윙 모션, 가상 골프 라운드에 대한 기록 및 그 분석 정보 등 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 통해 제공받을 수 있는 다양한 정보들을 자신의 모바일 단말기(T)에 저장하여 언제든지 이를 즐기도록 할 수 있도록 함으로써 사용자에게 상당히 유익한 편의를 제공할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
여기서 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용하면서 제공받을 수 있는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보는, 사용자가 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 포함한다. 여기서, 영상 정보는 사용자 단말기(T)에서 실행되는 데 적합한 영상 정보로 변환될 수도 있다.
또한, 영상 정보는 사용자가 골프 샷을 한 것에 대한 가상 환경에서의 볼 궤적의 시뮬레이션 영상 정보, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 골프 라운드 결과에 따른 기록 정보, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 결과에 따른 기록 분석 정보, 가상의 골프코스에서의 골프 라운드 추적 정보, 사용자의 골프 스윙 모션에 관한 영상 정보, 사용자의 골프 스윙 자세에 관한 분석 정보, 사용자의 골프 스윙에 대한 레슨 정보 등을 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 도 3 내지 도 6을 참조하여 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 통해 사용자 단말기(T)에 전송할 수 있는 정보의 여러 가지 예에 관하여 설명한다.
도 3은 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용하여 골프 라운드를 하거나 골프 연습을 하는 과정에서 골프 샷을 함에 따라 센싱장치(70)가 이를 센싱하고 그 센싱된 결과에 따라 제어부가 볼의 궤적을 산출하여 가상의 골프코스에서 볼의 궤적이 시뮬레이션 되는 영상 정보에 따른 미러링 영상을 사용자 단말기(T)가 전송 받아 디스플레이(T20)를 통해 사용자에게 제공하는 경우에 관하여 나타내고 있다.
사용자가 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 통해 가상의 골프 라운드를 하는 경우의 모든 영상 정보를 전송할 수도 있지만, 통상 채널 또는 지연을 고려하여, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 결과에 따라 제어부(10)에 의해 미리 설정된 조건을 충족시키는 경우에 해당 골프 샷에 대한 시뮬레이션 영상 정보를 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하고 상기 사용자 단말기(T)에서 상기 전송받은 정보를 이용하여 미러링 영상을 생성하여 디스플레이 할 수도 있다.
예컨대 제어부는 사용자의 골프 샷에 따른 시뮬레이션 결과 클럽별 비거리와 안착 지점 등에 따라 베스트 샷(Best Shot)인지 워스트 샷(Worst Shot)인지 여부를 미리 설정한 사항에 따라 결정할 수 있으며, 시뮬레이션 결과 베스트 샷이 나오는 경우에 해당 시뮬레이션 영상 정보를 추출하여 이를 사용자 단말기(T)에서 인식 가능한 형태의 데이터 파일로 변환하여 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 하는 것이 가능하다. 즉 사용자가 드라이버 샷을 했을 때 비거리가 200m 이상 나오고 페어웨이(Fairway)에 안착하였을 때 이를 베스트 샷으로서 선정할 수 있고, 사용자가 드라이버 샷을 했을 때 비거리가 100m 이하 나오고 트랩에 빠지는 등의 경우에 이를 워스트 샷으로서 선정할 수 있다. 이와 같이 시뮬레이션 영상 정보를 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 하기 위한 미리 설정된 조건은 다양하게 결정될 수 있다.
사용자 단말기(T)로 전송된 데이터는 소정의 프로그램에 의해 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 영상(T201)으로서 실행될 수 있다.
한편, 상기한 바와 같이 시뮬레이터(S)에서 사용자 단말기(T)로 곧바로 게임 정보를 전송하여 사용자 단말기(T)가 현재 시뮬레이터(S)를 통해 진행되고 있는 게임 영상에 대한 미러링 영상을 생성하여 디스플레이하도록 할 수도 있지만, 시뮬레이터(S)에서 전송되는 실시간 게임 정보를 서버가 전송받아 현재 시뮬레이터(S)를 통해 진행되고 있는 게임 영상에 대한 미러링 영상을 생성하여 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 중계하는 것도 가능하다.
한편, 도 4는 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용하여 골프 라운드를 하거나 골프 연습을 하는 과정에서 골프 샷을 함에 따라 촬영장치에 의해 촬영된 사용자의 스윙 모션 영상 정보를 사용자 단말기(T)에 전송하고, 이를 실행함으로써 디스플레이(T20)를 통해 영상 구현되는 경우에 관하여 나타내고 있다.
사용자의 스윙 모션 영상의 전송도 사용자가 골프 스윙을 할 때마다 하는 것 보다 사용자의 골프 샷에 따른 시뮬레이션 결과가 미리 설정된 조건을 충족시키는 경우에 해당 골프 샷의 스윙 모션 영상이 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송할 수 있다. 여기서 상기 '미리 설정된 조건'에 관한 사항은 상기한 도 3에 도시된 예에서 설명한 바와 실질적으로 동일하므로 이에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다. 예를 들면, 사용자의 골프 샷에 따른 시뮬레이션 결과 베스트 샷이 나오는 경우에 해당 골프 샷을 할 때 촬영장치에 의해 촬영된 스윙 모션 영상 정보를 추출하여 이를 사용자 단말기(T)에서 인식 가능한 형태의 데이터 파일로 변환하여 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 하는 것이 가능하다. 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송된 데이터는 소정의 프로그램에 의해 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자의 스윙 모션 영상(T202)으로서 실행될 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 시뮬레이터(S)가 사용자의 골프 스윙 모션에 대한 영상을 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하여 디스플레이되도록 하는 것도 가능하고, 시뮬레이터(S)가 사용자의 골프 스윙 모션에 대한 영상을 서버(N)가 수신하여 저장 관리하면서 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 하는 것도 가능하다.
한편, 도 5는 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용하여 골프 라운드를 결과에 기록 정보 또는 기록의 분석 정보를 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하고, 이를 실행함으로써 디스플레이(T20)를 통해 영상 구현되는 경우에 관하여 나타내고 있다. 따라서 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용한 가상의 골프 라운드가 종료되면 제어부는 해당 라운드 결과에 따른 기록 정보 및 기록의 분석 정보 등을 추출하여 이를 서버(N)로 전송하고, 상기 서버(N)는 이를 사용자 단말기(T)에서 인식 가능한 형태의 데이터 파일로 변환하여 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 하는 것이 가능하다.
사용자 단말기(T)로 전송된 데이터는 소정의 프로그램에 의해 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 가상 골프 라운드 기록 정보(T203)로서 실행될 수 있다.
한편, 도 6은 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용하여 골프 라운드를 함에 따른 가상 골프코스 상의 볼의 이동 동선을 추적하여 맵을 통해 보여주도록 하는 골프 라운드 추적 정보를 서버(N)로 전송하거나 상기 서버(N)가 게임 정보를 이용하여 상기 골프 라운드 추적 정보를 생성할 수 있고, 상기 서버(N)가 해당 골프 라운드 추적 정보를 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하고 이를 실행함으로써 디스플레이(T20)를 통해 영상 구현되는 경우에 관하여 나타내고 있다. 따라서 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치를 이용한 가상의 골프 라운드가 종료되면 제어부는 해당 라운드의 각 홀에서의 볼의 이동 동선에 대한 정보 등을 추출하여 이를 서버의 중계에 의해 또는 직접적으로 사용자 단말기(T)에서 인식 가능한 형태의 데이터 파일로 변환하여 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송하도록 하는 것이 가능하다. 사용자 단말기(T)로 전송된 데이터는 소정의 프로그램에 의해 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 가상 골프 라운드 추적 정보(T204)로서 실행될 수 있다.
도 7 내지 도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 사용자 단말기와 가상 골프 시뮬레이션의 화면을 통해 채팅 서비스를 제공하는 예시 도들이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 사용자가 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 위해, 시뮬레이터 또는 서버를 통해 로그인 요청을 하면, 미리 등록된 사용자의 사용자 단말기에 경기 시작 메시지를 전송한다. 여기서, 경기 시작 메시지는, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 메신저 서비스에서 이루어질 수 있지만, 이에 한정되지 않고, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 서비스와 연동된 다른 메신저상에서 이루어질 수도 있다. 이 경우, “친구 OOO님이 경기를 시작했습니다”와 같은 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 실시 예에 따라, 사용자가 자신의 접속 여부를 다른 골프 친구들에서 노출 또는 노출되지 않도록 설정할 수 있으며, 다른 골프 친구들의 로그인 여부에 따라 메시지 수신 여부에 대해 설정할 수도 있다.
도 7에 도시된 것처럼, 사용자가 진행중인 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말기, 예를 들면 스마트 폰에 표시된다. 여기서, 사용자와 채팅할 수 있는 메시지 창(T205)이 활성화되면, 사용자에게 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 예를 들면 사용자의 샷을 보면서, 채팅창(T205)에 “굿 샷~~”이라고 입력하면, 도 8에 도시된 것처럼, 사용자의 플레이 화면(S205)에 입력된 친구의 메시지 “굿 샷~~”이 표시된다. 또한, 이러한 친구들이 복수인 경우에 친구 1, 친구 2, 친구 3의 메시지 등이 플레이 화면(S205)에 표시될 수 있다. 도 8에 도시되지는 않았지만, 사용자도 시뮬레이터(S)의 입력 수단 또는 자신의 단말(미도시)을 통해 채팅 메시지를 입력하여 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 수행하면서 외부의 친구들과 인터랙티브하게 메시지를 주고 받을 수 있다.
도 9를 참조하면, 사용자가 진행중인 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말기, 예를 들면 스마트 폰에 표시된다. 여기서, 사용자와 채팅할 수 있는 메시지 창(T206)이 활성화되면, 사용자에게 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 예를 들면 사용자의 샷을 보면서, 채팅창(T206)에 “또 벙커야!! 하하”라고 입력하면, 도 10에 도시된 것처럼, 사용자의 플레이 화면(S206)에 입력된 친구의 메시지 “또 벙커야!! 하하”가 표시된다. 또한, 이러한 친구들이 복수인 경우에 친구 1, 친구 2, 친구 3의 메시지 등이 플레이 화면(S206)에 표시될 수 있다.
도 7 내지 도 10을 참조하여 문자 메시지 형태의 메시지가 입력 가능한 것으로 설명하였지만, 이에 한정되지 않고, 음성, 사진 등 다양한 형태의 멀티미디어 메시지를 전송할 수 있음은 물론이다. 예를 들면 도 4에 도시된 나의 스윙 모션 영상이 추출되어 친구 단말에 전송할 수 있으며, 실시간 레슨과 같은 코칭 서비스도 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자가 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에서 사용할 수 있는 아이템 등을 선물할 수 있으며, 사용자는 이를 수신하여 현재 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에서 선택 및 사용할 수도 있다.
또한, 친구 단말에서 사용자의 나의 스윙 모션 영상을 수신한 경우, 이 영상을 골프 친구, 즉 사용자의 프로필 사진으로 등록하는지 여부를 확인한 후 프로필 사진으로 등록할 수도 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름 도이다. 실시 예에 따른 정보 서비스 방법은 도 2에 도시된 서버(N)에서 수행되거나, 시뮬레이터(S)에서 수행될 수도 있다.
단계 900에서, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 위한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신한다. 사용자는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 시작하기에 앞서 사용자 로그인 요청을 한다.
단계 902에서, 기 등록된 사용자 단말기에 경기 시작 메시지를 전송한다. 여기서, 기 등록된 친구는 사용자 온라인상에서 친구로 등록한 골프 친구 등을 포함하지만, 다양한 SNS 상에서 등록된 친구를 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
단계 904에서, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 채널을 연결하는지 여부를 확인 요청한다. 예컨대, 서버(N)가 현재 중계 중인 방에 관한 리스트 정보를 사용자 단말기로 전송하고 사용자 단말기를 통해 특정 방이 선택될 때 채널 연결이 확인될 수 있다.

일 실시 예에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어에 관한 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다.
이상에서 실시 예들에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 통상의 지식을 가진 자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다.
본 발명에 따른 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치 및 이를 이용한 정보 서비스 방법은 가상 현실 기반의 골프 시뮬레이션을 통하여 사용자가 가상의 골프 경기를 즐길 수 있도록 할 수 있는 골프 산업 분야에 이용 가능하다.

  1. 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스 방법에 있어서,
    가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 실행하는 시뮬레이터를 통한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신하는 단계;
    기 등록된 사용자 단말기에 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 경기 시작 메시지를 전송하는 단계;
    상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 상기 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자 단말기로부터 입력된 메시지를 상기 시뮬레이터에 전송하고, 상기 시뮬레이터에서 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 표시하는 표시 화면에 상기 수신된 메시지를 표시하도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스 방법.

  10. 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 서버에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 서버는, 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 실행하는 시뮬레이터와 네트워크를 통해 접속되고,
    상기 시뮬레이터를 통한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신하고, 기 등록된 사용자 단말기에 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 경기 시작 메시지를 전송하고, 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 상기 사용자 단말기에 전송하고, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 입력된 메시지를 상기 시뮬레이터에 전송하고, 상기 시뮬레이터에서 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 표시하는 표시 화면에 상기 수신된 메시지를 표시하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 서버.
  11. 가상 골프 시뮬레이션에 따른 정보 서비스를 제공하는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치에 있어서,
    가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 실행하기 위한 사용자 로그인 요청을 수신하고, 기 등록된 사용자 단말기에 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통한 경기 시작 메시지를 전송하고, 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 통해 생성된 영상 정보를 상기 사용자 단말기에 전송하고, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 입력된 메시지를 상기 가상 골프 시뮬레이션을 표시하는 표시 화면에 상기 수신된 메시지를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 골프 시뮬레이션 장치.
