Definitions
- This technology relates to a nail production system and a nail production method.
- Patent Document 1 proposes manufacturing a nail chip using a mold manufactured based on CAD data of a self-nail obtained by measurement.
- the nail production system includes a first correction unit and a first conversion unit.
- the first correction unit generates shape data of the original nail tip or the original nail seal by correcting the shape data of the existing nail tip or the existing nail seal based on the measurement data of the nail.
- the first conversion unit converts the shape data of the original nail chip or the original nail seal generated by the first correction unit into print data.
- a nail manufacturing method includes the following two steps. (A) Generating shape data of the original nail tip or the original nail seal by correcting the shape data of the existing nail tip or the existing nail seal based on the measurement data of the nail. (B) Generated by the first correction unit. Converting the shape data of the original nail tip or original nail seal into print data
- the shape data of the original nail tip or the original nail seal is generated from the shape data of the existing nail tip or the existing nail seal. Is done. Further, the generated shape data is converted into print data. Thereby, an original nail chip or an original nail seal suitable for the shape and size of the nail can be obtained by a printer without using a mold.
- an original nail chip or an original nail seal that matches the shape and size of the nail is obtained by a printer without using a mold. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a nail tip or a nail seal that can be easily fitted to the nail at a low cost.
- the effect of this technique is not necessarily limited to the effect described here, Any effect described in this specification may be sufficient.

[変形例A]
