在本实施例中,所述支撑杆300可转动的固定在所述车体110一端端部。支撑杆可转动的固定在车体一端端部,当翻转板翻转至车体外时,可以转动支撑杆支撑翻转板,而当翻转板翻转至车体上时,可以将支撑杆转动至车体一端端部的表面位置处,防止支撑杆突出于车体一端端部的表面处,这样就便于用户使用电动平衡车代步。
具体的,所述支撑杆300设置有转动部320,所述车体一端端部设置有用于放置所述转动部的转动孔,所述转动部可在所述转动孔内转动。这是支撑杆转动的一种具体方式。
进一步的,所述车体110一端端部设置有用于放置所述支撑杆的放置槽112。支撑杆在不支撑翻转板时,可以放置到放置槽内,从而防止支撑杆突出于车体一端端部的表面。
在本实施例中,所述支撑杆300的个数为一个,当支撑杆从所述放置槽112内转出时,所述支撑杆位于所述车体中部位置处,对应的,所述翻转轴400也设置在所述车体的中部位置处,从而翻转板也通过翻转轴固定在车体的中部位置处。这是本实施例设置支撑杆和翻转板的一种具体结构。当然,本发明还可以设置其他个数的支撑杆,比如:参见图7和图8,支撑杆300的个数为两个,支撑杆上的插入部310和转动部320都为两个,对应的,车体上设置的放置槽的个数也为两个,翻转板200上设置的插入槽210也为两个。需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,本实施例中支撑杆及翻转板的设置并不限于此,比如,设置三个支撑杆。
然而,需要说明的是,本实施例也可以设置两个翻转板,比如:两个翻转板通过两个翻转轴安装固定在车体的中部位置,且两个翻转轴相邻设置,这样两个翻转板就可以朝向车体两端的方向翻转运动。再比如:两个翻转板通过两个翻转轴安装固定在车体的两侧方向,也就是两个翻转板分别靠近两个车轮设置,这样两个翻转板就可以各自任意翻转,相互之间不会产生干扰。同样,在每个翻转板位置都可以设置一个、两个或多个支撑杆进行支撑。
在本实施例中,所述翻转板200上设置有翻转部220,所述翻转部220套接到所述翻转轴400上,所述车体110顶部设置有用于放置所述翻转轴的翻转孔。这是翻转板实现翻转转动的一种具体方式。当然,本实施例也可以采用其他方式将翻转板固定连接到车体上,比如,直接在翻转板的翻转部上设置翻转结构插入到车体的翻转孔内实现翻转转动。需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,本实施例翻转板和车体之间的固定连接方式并不限于此。
在本实施例中,所述车体110上设置有用于放置所述翻转板200的凹槽111,所述凹槽111适合所述翻转板大小。当翻转板200翻转到车体110上、且放置到凹槽111内时,翻转板200形成车体110的一部分,这样就更加便于用户使用电动平衡车代步。当然,需要说明的是,本实施例的凹槽结构也可以小于翻转板大小,比如,将凹槽的长度设置短于翻转板的大小,当翻转板翻转至车体上时,翻转板仅仅有部分突出于车体前方。当然,本实施例的凹槽结构也可以大于翻转板的大小设置,这样就更加便于将翻转板放置到凹槽内,且当翻转板放置到凹槽内时,保证翻转板都位于凹槽内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动平衡车,包括车体和固定在所述车体上的车轮,其中,所述电动平衡车还包括翻转板,所述翻转板一端固定在所述车体上,所述翻转板可沿其固定端在所述车体进行翻转转动,当所述翻转板沿其固定端在所述车体上翻转时,所述翻转板的部分突出于所述车体外。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述翻转板通过翻转轴固定连接到所述车体顶部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述翻转板通过翻转轴固定连接到所述车体边沿位置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述车体一端端部设置有支撑杆,所述车体一端端部靠近所述翻转轴的固定位置,当所述翻转板从所述车体位置翻转至所述车体外时,所述翻转板放置到所述支撑杆上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述支撑杆端部设置有插入部,所述翻转板上设置有用于放置所述插入部的插入槽。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述支撑杆可转动的固定在所述车体一端端部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述车体一端端部设置有用于放置所述支撑杆的放置槽。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述支撑杆设置有转动部,所述车体一端端部设置有用于放置所述转动部的转动孔,所述转动部可在所述转动孔内转动。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述翻转板上设置有翻转部,所述翻转部套接到所述翻转轴上,所述车体顶部设置有用于放置所述翻转轴的翻转孔。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的一种电动平衡车,其中,所述车体上设置有用于 放置所述翻转板的凹槽,所述凹槽适合所述翻转板大小。
