本发明涉及平衡车领域,更具体的说,涉及一种电动平衡车。
电动平衡车,又叫体感车、思维车,其运作原理主要是建立在一种被称为“动态稳定”的基本原理上,利用车体内部的陀螺仪和加速度传感器,来检测车体姿态的变化,并利用伺服控制系统,精确地驱动电机进行相应的调整,以保持系统的平衡。
现有的电动平衡车一般有两种,一种是车体上具有一个操作杆,使用者站在电动平衡车的脚踏平台上对操作杆进行操作,从而前进、后退及停止,这样的控制也称“手控”。另一种是车体由两部分组成,左部分和右部分之间通过转动机构实现相互转动,从而实现“脚控”。参见中国发明专利公布号为CN104029769A(公布日:20140910)的电动平衡扭扭车,其仅仅用于用户代步,功能单一。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能的电动平衡车。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明公开了一种电动平衡车,所述电动平衡车包括车体、固定在所述车体上的车轮以及设置在所述车体上的转动板,所述转动板通过转动销安装固定在所述车体上,所述转动板沿所述转动销转动,当所述转动板以所述转动销为轴转动时,所述转动板的部分突出于所述车体外。
优选的,所述转动销固定在所述车体的一端端部位置。将转动销固定在车体的一端端部,从而转动板可以围绕位于车体一端端部的转动销进行转动,这样当转动板转动至车体上方时,转动板只有很少一部分突出于车体外部,或转
动板可以设计不突出于车体外;而当转动板转动至车体外部时,转动板大部分突出于车体外部,这样相比车体本身的大小,就大大增加了车体的面积,以便在转动板上放置物品。
优选的,所述转动板的边沿设置有护板。设置护板对放置于转动板上的物品起到限位的作用,防止位于转动板上的物品掉落。其中,护板可以沿转动板的边沿设置一圈,也可以设置成其他结构,比如:设置两个相对的条形结构。
优选的,所述转动板上设置有多个通孔。设置通孔,以便通气或漏水,这样当下雨天或者转动板上放置的物品有水流出,就可以通过通孔流出,而防止有水停留于转动板上,或通过转动板流到电动平衡车上。而且,设置通孔,使用者还可以通过通孔对放置于转动板上的物品进行定位。
优选的,所述电动平衡车还包括有定位销,所述转动板通过所述定位销定位于所述车体上。当使用者需要使用电动平衡车代步时,无需取下转动板,而可以将转动板转动至车体正上方,这样使得转动板仅仅有很小一部分突出于车体外,或转动板不突出于车体,然后,通过定位销将转动板固定在电动平衡车的车体上,这样转动板就转动销和定位销固定在车体上,这样转动板就无法转动,以便使用者使用电动平衡车代步。

优选的,所述伸缩件包括伸缩杆、驱动杆和连接杆,所述伸缩杆为两个,所述连接杆也为两个,两个所述伸缩杆的一端和两个所述连接杆的一端固定连接,所述伸缩杆可在所述连接杆内伸缩运动,两个所述连接杆的另一端置于所述伸缩腔内,两个所述连接杆可在所述伸缩腔内伸缩运动,两个所述伸缩杆的另一端固定连接到所述驱动杆上。这是本发明设置伸缩件的一种具体方式,两个伸缩杆连接到驱动杆上,其中一个伸缩杆插入到其中一个连接杆内,其中另一个伸缩杆插入到另一个连接杆内,两个伸缩杆都可以在连接杆内伸缩运动,且两个连接杆都可以在伸缩腔内进行伸缩运动,这样不仅可以伸缩运动连接杆,还可以伸缩运动伸缩杆,可以增加伸缩件的长度,进而可以增加转动板的大小,从而当转动板放置于连接杆及伸缩杆上时,可以放置更多或更大的物品,大大方便使用者携带或运输物品。而且两个伸缩杆和两个连接杆对转动板的支撑效果更好,这样就可以确保转动板的强度,以便转动板放置物品。在具体伸缩运动时,使用者可以用手控制驱动杆来控制伸缩杆和连接杆的伸缩运动。当然,本发明还可以再在连接杆和伸缩杆之间设置其他可伸缩运动的杆。

伸缩杆和连接杆定位在伸缩腔内,防止伸缩杆和连接杆运动,以及可以将转动板转动至车体上方部位,防止转动板突出车体部分过多或防止转动板突出于车体外,这样就方便用户使用电动平衡车代步。而当使用者需要电动平衡车拉货时,可以将伸缩销取下,使用者拉动驱动杆就可以将伸缩杆及连接杆从伸缩腔内拉出,这样就伸缩杆及连接杆就对转动板进行支撑,从而就方便使用者将物品放置在转动板上。或者,使用者可以仅将伸缩杆拉出,而将连接杆定位在伸缩腔内,这样也可以对转动板起到支撑作用,同样方便使用者将物品放置在转动板上。

作为本实施例更优选的选择,如图5所示,本实施例的电动平衡车100还包括支撑轮300,所述支撑轮300设置在伸缩件210上,具体是设置在驱动杆212的中部位置。当所述电动平衡车100运动时可带动所述支撑轮转动。当伸缩件上未设置支撑轮时,拉伸伸缩件,伸缩件部分位于车体外,还有一部分位于车体的伸缩腔内,将转动板转动至伸缩件上时,转动板上的重量作用于伸缩件上,伸缩件将承载力作用到车体的伸缩腔位置,从而给伸缩腔的周围结构造成较大的作用力,这样就容易损坏伸缩腔。而本实施例在伸缩件的驱动杆上设置支撑轮,当电动平衡车运动时带动支撑轮转动,从而支撑轮起到支撑伸缩件和转动板的作用,大大分担了伸缩腔位置的承载力,就防止伸缩腔受力过大而损坏,以及防止转动板的固定连接位置损坏。而且支撑轮还能够转动,可以当做辅助轮使用,从而增加电动平衡车的稳定性。
其中,本实施例的支撑轮为万向轮。
其中,本实施例的支撑轮可以固定连接在驱动杆上。
其中,本实施例的支撑轮也可以收缩到车体上,例如:
如图6和图7所示,当所述伸缩件210收缩到所述伸缩腔内时,所述支撑
轮可收缩到所述车体上。当使用者无需运输或携带物品时,可以将伸缩件收缩到车体的伸缩腔内、且将转动板转动至车体上,这样支撑轮仍然位于车体外部,且能够随着电动平衡车的运动而转动,由于支撑轮的作用,增加了电动平衡车的摩擦力和阻力。而本实施例可以将支撑轮收缩到车体上,这样支撑轮就不会跟随着电动平衡车的运动而转动,方便使用者使用电动平衡车代步。
具体的,所述支撑轮300通过支撑杆310和伸缩件210的驱动杆212固定连接,所述支撑杆和驱动杆通过支撑销固定连接,所述支撑杆可沿所述支撑销转动,所述车体110底部设置有卡槽112,所述支撑轮300上设置有用于放置到所述卡槽112内的卡柱320,当卡柱放置到所述卡槽内时,所述支撑轮被收缩到所述车体底部。
更具体的,支撑轮上设置有轮轴,所述卡柱为轮轴的端部向外延伸的部分,卡柱为两个分别通过轮轴的两端向外延伸形成。对应的卡槽112也设置有两个,具体的,车体底部设置有片状的卡板,卡板为两个,相邻设置,卡槽设置在卡板上。
所述支撑杆两侧分别固定连接有第一连杆330,所述第一连杆一端可转动连接在所述支撑杆上,所述第一连杆另一端可转动连接有第二连杆340,所述第二连杆可转动连接到所述伸缩件上,具体是,第二连杆340可转动的连接到连片113上,连片设置在伸缩件的驱动杆上。
在收缩支撑轮时,作用力到第一连杆和第二连杆的连接部位,从而使得第一连杆和第二连杆相互转动,从而驱动支撑杆沿支撑销转动,且将伸缩件收缩至伸缩腔内,这样就可以将支撑轮上的卡柱放置到卡槽内,从而实现将支撑轮收纳到车体底部,防止支撑轮转动,以便用户使用电动平衡车代步。
当拉伸伸缩件时,伸缩件从伸缩腔内拉出,支撑轮随着被拉出,使得第一连杆和第二连杆相互转动,且使得第一连杆和第二连杆逐渐被拉直,从而第一连杆和第二连杆的相互作用对支撑轮起到支撑、定位的作用,防止支撑轮任意随支撑销转动。
在本实施例中,该支撑轮上还设置有刹车片。

Claims (10)
- 一种电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述电动平衡车包括车体、固定在所述车体上的车轮以及设置在所述车体上的转动板,所述转动板通过转动销安装固定在所述车体上,所述转动板沿所述转动销转动,当所述转动板以所述转动销为轴转动时,所述转动板的部分突出于所述车体外。
- 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述转动销固定在所述车体的一端端部位置。
- 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述转动板的边沿设置有护板。
- 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述转动板上设置有多个通孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述电动平衡车还包括有定位销,所述转动板通过所述定位销定位于所述车体上。
- 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述电动平衡车还包括伸缩装置,所述伸缩装置包括设置在所述车体上的伸缩腔和可在所述伸缩腔内伸缩运动的伸缩件;当所述伸缩件从所述伸缩腔内向外伸出时,所述伸缩件部分位于所述车体外,所述转动板可转动至所述伸缩件上方,并放置于所述伸缩件上。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述伸缩件包括伸缩杆、驱动杆和连接杆,所述伸缩杆为两个,所述连接杆也为两个,两个所述伸缩杆的一端和两个所述连接杆的一端固定连接,所述伸缩杆可在所述连接杆内伸缩运动,两个所述连接杆的另一端置于所述伸缩腔内,两个所述连接杆可在所述伸缩腔内伸缩运动,两个所述伸缩杆的另一端固定连接到所述驱动杆上。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆上设置有第一固定孔,所述连接杆上设置有第二固定孔,所述车体上设置有第三固定 孔,当所述伸缩杆收缩到所述连接杆内,且所述连接杆收缩到所述伸缩腔内时,所述电动平衡车还包括有用于分别插入到所述第一固定孔、第二固定孔及第三固定孔内的伸缩销,将所述伸缩杆和连接杆定位于所述伸缩腔内。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述伸缩件包括伸缩杆和驱动杆,所述伸缩杆为两个,两个所述伸缩杆的一端置于所述伸缩腔内,两个所述伸缩杆可在所述伸缩腔内伸缩运动,两个所述伸缩杆的另一端固定连接到所述驱动杆上。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述伸缩件包括至少一个伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的一端置于所述伸缩腔内,所述伸缩杆可在所述伸缩腔内伸缩运动。
