Description
本公开涉及洗衣机及其零部件技术领域,例如涉及一种旋钮及设有该旋钮的洗衣机。
滚筒洗衣机是借助滚筒上的提升筋将衣物升至一定高度,及衣物与滚筒间的摩擦对衣物进行洗涤的,类似于手工摔打搓洗的原理,滚筒洗衣机对衣物的磨损小且衣物间不缠绕,因此深受广大用户的喜爱。随着衣物种类的增加、衣物质量的提高以及人们对衣物呵护要求的提高,滚筒洗衣机的技术得到了极大地提升,人们对程序选择的体验要求也随之提高,其中,旋钮上程序的指示是程序选择体验中重要的一项。相关技术中,滚筒洗衣机的程序指示通过旋钮上的图标或指示灯来实现。由于指示灯需要借助导光柱或匀光膜等实现透光且需要在印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)(电路控制板)上增加发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)等,不仅增大了产品成本,而且增加了能耗,因此,生产商越来越青睐于在旋钮上增加小的指示结构来实现程序选择指示,然而,由于指示结构小,定位和安装成为了旋钮设计的重点和难点。
相关技术中的旋钮有两种。如图1和图2所示,第一种旋钮包括旋钮体11’和编码器安装体12’两部分,编码器安装体12’外周边缘处设置有旋钮指示结构13’。借助编码器安装体12’上的卡扣和旋钮体11’上的弹片将编码器安装体12’和旋钮体11’安装至一起,且编码器安装体12’上的旋钮指示结构13’也安装至旋钮体11’上。该方式安装简单,但由于编码器安装体12’与旋钮体11’的配合、旋钮指示结构13’与旋钮体11’的配合以及编码器安装体12’与编码器(图中未示出)的配合效果均与编码器安装体12’的结构紧密相关,因此,对编码器安装体12’的安装精度要求高,增加了模具制造成本。难保证编码器安装体12’与旋钮体11’的之间的配合、旋钮指示结构13’与旋钮体11’之间的配合以及编码器安装体12’与编码器(图中未示出)之间的配合均配合到位,可能造成旋钮的安装不良。编码器安装体12’与编码器一旦出现不配合的现象可能造成产品性能故障。如图3和图4所示,第二种旋钮包括旋钮体21’、旋钮

综上所述,亟需一种滚筒洗衣机旋钮,以解决上述相关技术中存在的制造成本高、组装工艺复杂、产品不良率高等问题。

本可选实施例提供一种旋钮。如图5和图6所示,该旋钮包括旋钮指示片32和具有插接口314的旋钮体31,相比于相关技术中的包括三种零部件的旋钮,本实施例中的旋钮具有更少的零部件、结构简单,成本低。
本实施例中,旋钮体31为中空的柱状结构,旋钮体31具有顶面的一端可以为顶部,开口的一端可以为底部,旋钮体31的顶部中心处向中空的腔体方向形成有卡接柱318。借助于卡接柱318,旋钮和PCB(图中未示出)上的编码器可以组装在一起,由于PCB是通过卡扣或螺钉等方式固定于洗衣机本体上,因此,旋钮与编码器组装,即,旋钮安装到了洗衣机本体上。使用旋钮时,通过旋钮指示片32与编码器的配合,用户选择洗衣程序,例如,如果用户想选择“棉麻”功能,可以将旋钮指示片32旋转至“棉麻”字样处,PCB上的控制器可以获取编码器的位置信息,并依据编码器的位置信息运行“棉麻”程序。

安装旋钮完成后,弹片311的底面317与卡扣321的顶面325相抵接,用于限制旋钮指示片32向旋钮体31的底部的滑动;第一轴向配合面312与第二轴向配合面322相抵接,用于限制旋钮指示片32向旋钮体31的顶部的滑动;第一周向配合面313和第二周向配合面323相抵接,用于限制旋钮指示片32相对旋钮体31的径向滑动。通过卡扣321和弹片321的配合、第一轴向配合面312与第二轴向配合面322的配合、第一周向配合面313和第二周向配合面323的配合,可将旋钮指示片32固定在旋钮体31上,组装工艺简单、产品不良率低、安装精度高、结构简单,省去了粘结、熔敷等繁琐的组装工艺。
本实施例中的旋钮相比于相关技术中结构复杂的旋钮,降低了材料成本。
可选实施例二
本可选实施例提供一种旋钮,该旋钮包括旋钮指示片和具有插接口的旋钮体,其中,在与插接口相对的位置处,旋钮体的内侧面上分别形成有弹片和第一配合部,旋钮指示片上分别向外凸出形成有卡扣和第二配合部;卡扣通过弹
片将旋钮指示片卡接至旋钮体上,第一配合部和第二配合部相接触用于对旋钮指示片进行限位。
弹片和第一轴向配合面可以是一体式结构,也可以分开设置,例如,在与插接口相对的位置处,旋钮体的内侧面形成具有弹性的弹片,在弹片的上方延伸出一个第一轴向配合面,以实现限位功能。第一轴向配合面和第一周向配合面可以分开设置,也可以形成一个L形一体式结构。可选的,所述L形一体式结构中,在沿卡接柱318的延伸方向上,第一周向配合面靠近旋钮体31顶部的边缘与第一轴向配合面之间距离大于0mm,且第一周向配合面所在的旋钮体31的内侧面沿旋钮体31的径向具有不小于0mm的厚度。
第一配合部可以仅包括两个配合面,第二配合部均可以仅包括两个配合面,第一配合部和第二配合部可以是块状结构或不规则结构,两者分别具有定位作用的配合面。
可选实施例三
本可选实施例提供一种洗衣机,洗衣机包括控制面板,控制面板上设有如可选实施例一或可选实施例二所述的旋钮。本实施例提供的洗衣机使用方便、用户体验好以及制造成本低。
在本文中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将多个实体或者操作区分开来,不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在一定的关系或者顺序。术语“包括”、“包含”使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括这些要素,而且还可以包括没有明确列出的要素,或者是还可以包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所必须的要素。
旋钮和设有上述旋钮的洗衣机,制造成本低、组装工艺简单、产品不良率低并且结构简单。
Claims (9)
- 一种旋钮,包括旋钮指示片(32)和具有插接口(314)的旋钮体(31),其中,在与所述插接口(314)相对的位置处,所述旋钮体(31)的内侧面上分别形成有弹片(311)和第一配合部(315),所述旋钮指示片(32)向外凸出分别形成有卡扣(321)和第二配合部(324);所述卡扣(321)通过所述弹片(311)将所述旋钮指示片(32)卡接至旋钮体(31)上,所述第一配合部(315)和所述第二配合部(324)相接触用于对所述旋钮指示片(32)进行限位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋钮,其中,所述旋钮体(31)为中空的柱状结构,所述弹片(311)具有弹性,弹片(311)能沿所述旋钮体(31)的径向向内弹起。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋钮,其中,所述第一配合部(315)包括从所述旋钮体(31)的内侧面向内延伸形成的第一轴向配合面(312)和第一周向配合面(313);所述第一轴向配合面(312)与所述旋钮体(31)的轴线垂直,所述第一周向配合面(313)包括位于所述插接口(314)两侧的两个周向侧面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的旋钮,其中,所述第二配合部(324)包括从所述旋钮指示片(32)的一端向外延伸形成的第二轴向配合面(322)和第二周向配合面(323);所述第二周向配合面(323)包括位于旋钮指示片本体两侧的两个侧面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的旋钮,其中,所述旋钮指示片(32)通过所述插接口(314)插入至所述旋钮体(31)内,所述第一轴向配合面(312)与所述第二轴向配合面(322)相抵接,用于限制所述旋钮指示片(32)向所述旋钮体 (31)顶部的滑动;所述第一周向配合面(313)和所述第二周向配合面(323)相抵接,用于限制所述旋钮指示片(32)相对所述旋钮体(31)的径向滑动。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的旋钮,其中,在与所述插接口(314)相对的位置处,所述旋钮体(31)的内侧面上向内凹陷形成方形槽(316),所述方形槽(316)的底部具有开口,所述弹片(311)位于所述开口中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种旋钮,其中,所述旋钮指示片(32)通过所述插接口(314)插入至所述旋钮体(31)内,所述弹片(311)的底面(317)与所述卡扣(321)的顶面(325)相抵接,用于限制所述旋钮指示片(32)向所述旋钮体(31)底部的滑动。
- 根据权利要求2、3、4、5或7中任一所述的旋钮,其中,所述旋钮体(31)的顶部中心处向中空的腔体方向形成有卡接柱(318)。
- 一种洗衣机,包括控制面板,其中,所述控制面板上设有如权利要求1-8任一所述的旋钮。
