本发明的运输装置包括运输板、运输轮及挡板,其整个结构简单,方便使用电动平衡车来驱动运输装置,进而便于运货。本发明仅在运输板的一侧设置有挡板,这样可以在运输板上直接放置货架,也可以直接在运输板上放置货物,从而使得本发明的运输装置实现不同的功能、作用。当然,还可以直接通过叉车叉取位于运输板上的货架或货物,大大的方便用户运输货物。而且本发明仅在运输板的一侧设置挡板,就方便用户用手推动挡板,进而驱动运输装置,这样就实现了人工驱动,这样就可以在人工驱动和电动平衡车驱动之间切换,更加便于用户来运输货物。另外,本发明的运输板上设置有定位孔,定位孔用于定位用,当将货物或货架放置到运输板上时,可以使用定位柱等结构插入到定位孔来实现对货物或货架的定位。
具体的,运输板310为平板状结构,其为长方体结构,其中,运输轮330为四个,分别设置在运输板的四个角的位置处。当然,本实施例的运输板也可以设置成其他结构,以及运输轮也可以设置其他个数,比如三个、五个等等。
在本实施例中,所述挡板320和连接装置100可拆卸固定。可拆卸固定方便将连接转轴从挡板上拆卸下来,这样用户就可以直接用手推动挡板,从而实现了运输装置的人工驱动,更加方便用户使用。
具体的,所述连接装置100包括有连接件120,所述连接件120一端设置有连接头122,所述连接头122外表面设置有外螺纹,所述挡板320上设置有用于放置所述连接头122的连接孔321,所述连接孔内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹;所述连接装置还包括用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母160。这是本发明连接装置和挡板进行可拆卸固定的一种具体方式,通过连接头直接插接到连接孔内螺接固定连接,简单、方便、容易实现,而且方便安装固定,以及方便拆卸。另外,设置螺母套接到连接头的端部位置,在将连接头螺接到连接孔内、 并突出于连接孔,然后通过螺母螺接,这样就进一步增加连接头和挡板之间固定的牢固性。当然,本发明可以不设置螺母,或者,本发明也可以不在连接孔内设置内螺纹,而直接将连接头和螺母进行螺接来实现固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述连接装置100设置有把手400。本实施例的连接装置上设置有把手,这样用户在使用电动平衡车驱动运输装置时用户可以用手拿握住连接装置上的把手,从而增加用户使用电动平衡车的稳定性。由于电动平衡车在运输货物时,电动平衡车驱动有运输装置,在电动平衡车跑动过程中,运输装置重量重,通过连接装置易与电动平衡车之间产生摩擦、碰撞,这样就对用户造成危害,而本发明在连接装置上设置把手,用户拿握住把手,能够有效的保持稳定性,及时电动平衡车受到碰撞、颠簸用户也不易失去平衡而摔倒。
具体的,把手400设置在连接件120上。在本实施例中,用户可以朝向运输装置的一面开动电动平衡车,也可以朝向另一面开动电动平衡车。为了方便用户拿握住把手,可以将把手设置成弯曲结构,比如:将把手的中部设置成弓形结构,以便用户位于弓形位置部位,从而用户就可以拿握住位于其正前方的把手部分。
在本实施例中,所述电动平衡车200包括车体210和固定在所述车体210上的车轮220,所述车体210为两个,两个所述车体210通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴(转轴在附图中被固定件覆盖,因此,无法显示出),所述连接装置100和所述电动平衡车200可拆卸固定连接。连接装置和电动平衡车可拆卸固定,从而就方便将连接装置和电动平衡车安装固定在一起,以及方便将连接装置从电动平衡车上取下,这样就方便电动平衡车通过连接装置来驱动运输装置,以便运输货物。
在本实施例中,所述固定件套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔111,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。套接的方式连接紧密、固定牢固,不易产生晃动,而且强度大。电动平衡车在驱动运输装置时,固定件围绕转轴可以转动,转轴本身也可以相对于车体进行转动,这样实现了双重 转动,当电动平衡车或运输装置遇到震动、颠簸时,相比仅仅通过转轴转动来减压的方式,本实施例可以大大减小压力和摩擦,从而增加转轴及连接装置的寿命。
作为本实施例一种连接装置和电动平衡车可拆卸固定方式的优选方式,如图2至图4所示,结合图1,所述连接装置100包括所示连接件120、承接块130和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件110,所述承接块130一端通过第一销钉140和固定件110可拆卸固定,所述承接块130另一端通过第二销钉150和连接件120一端可拆卸固定,所述连接件120另一端用于固定连接到所述挡板320上。
本实施例的连接装置通过承接块分别可拆卸的连接到固定件和连接件上,固定件直接固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,以及连接件可连接到挡板上,且承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接、承接块和连接件通过第二销钉可拆卸连接,这样就方便取下第一销钉和/或第二销钉,以便拆卸固定件、承接块及连接件。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件连接到挡板上,且连接件通过第二销钉和承接块连接固定,以及承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接,这样就通过连接装置将挡板连接到电动平衡车上,从而方便电动平衡车驱动运输装置,进而就方便运输货物。当用户需要用电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将第一销钉和/或第二销钉取下,从而将固定件和承接块分离、或者将承接块和连接件分离,进而使得运输装置和电动平衡车分离,这样用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。
本实施例的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。
另外,本实施例连接装置中的承接块分别通过第一销钉连接到固定件上、通过第二销钉连接到连接件上,这样相比直接将连接件连接到固定件上,增加了连接装置的间隙,以及活动空间,这样就不易产生较大磨损,对连接件及固定件起到保护作用。
以及,本实施例连接装置中的承接块分别与固定件、连接件可拆卸固定, 不仅方便电动平衡车连接到本实施例的挡板上,而且还可以连接到不同结构、不同种类的运输装置,以便运输不同种类的运输装置,更加方便用户使用。
在本实施例中,所述固定件110套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔111,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。本实施例采用直接套接的方式,套接的方式连接紧密、固定牢固,不易产生晃动,而且强度大。
在本实施例中,所述固定件110设置有用于放置所述承接块130的放置槽112。放置槽112对承接块起到限位作用,在承接块和连接件分离时,可以将承接块放置到放置槽内,这样就方便用户使用电动平衡车本体部分。
其中,所述放置槽112为开槽结构,所述固定件111沿所述放置槽112的一端向外延伸有连接板114,所述连接板114上设置有用于放置所述第一销钉140的第一销孔113,所述承接块130一端设置有用于放置所述第一销钉140的第二销孔131,当所述第一销钉140分别插入到所述第一销孔113和第二销孔131内时,所述承接块130可沿所述第一销钉140转动。在承接块和连接件分离时,可以转动承接块,并将承接块转动至放置槽位置,且将承接块放置到放置槽内,这样第一销钉就对承接块起到固定作用,防止承接块从放置槽内脱离。
具体的,所述连接板114的个数为两个。两个连接板114强度大,受力均匀,并且将承接块夹持到两个连接板之间,连接效果更好。
进一步的,所述放置槽112适合所述承接块的大小设置。这样当将承接块130放置到放置槽112内时,防止承接块凸出到放置槽外部。
在本实施例中,所述承接块130另一端设置有用于放置第二销钉150的第三销孔132,所述连接件120一端设置有用于放置所述第二销钉150的第四销孔121,当所述第二销钉150分别插入到所述第三销孔132和第四销孔121内时,所述承接块130可沿所述第二销钉150转动。这是承接块和连接件之间固定连接的一种具体方式。这样就增加了连接装置的活动性,防止相互之间产生较大的摩擦。
作为本实施例连接装置和电动平衡车可拆卸固定的另一种方式,如图5所 示,图5示出了另一种连接装置的部分结构,结合图1,所述连接装置100包括所述连接件120和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件110,所述连接件一端固定连接到所述挡板上,所述连接件另一端和固定件通过第一销钉130可拆卸固定,具体的,第一销钉130为两个。本实施例的连接装置通过固定件固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,通过连接件的一端和固定件通过第一销轴可拆卸固定,以及通过连接件的另一端连接到挡板上,这样就方便拆卸连接件和固定件,从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件分别连接到固定件和挡板上。当用户需要用电动平衡车200代步时,用户就可以将用于固定连接件和固定件的第一销轴取下,从而将连接件和固定件分离,用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。
作为本实施例连接装置和电动平衡车可拆卸固定的又一种方式,如图6所示,结合图1,所述连接装置100包括所述连接件120和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件110,所述连接件一端固定连接到所述挡板上,所述连接件另一端和固定件通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定。本实施例的连接装置通过固定件固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,通过连接件一端和固定件之间的螺纹螺接固定,以及通过连接件的另一端连接到挡板上,螺纹螺接方便安装和拆卸,这样就方便拆卸固定件和连接。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件分别连接到固定件和挡板上。当用户需要电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将固定件和连接之间的螺纹螺接分离,从而将固定件和连接件分离,用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。
另外,本实施例通过连接装置的连接件及固定件不仅可以固定连接到本实施例的运输装置上,还可以连接到不同的运输装置上,从而可以运输不同种类的货物,更加方便用户使用。
作为本实施例连接装置和电动平衡车可拆卸固定的又一种方式,如图7和图8,结合图1所述连接装置100包括所述连接件120、活动件140以及用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件110,所述连接件一端固定连接到所述挡板上,所述连接件另一端和活动件一端通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定,所述活动件另一端通过销钉150和固定件可拆卸固定,所述活动件可沿所述销钉转动,所述车体210设 置有供所述活动件活动的活动槽211;所述活动件140包括固定块141、连接杆143和螺接部142,所述连接杆设置在所述固定块和螺接部之间,所述固定块上设置有用于放置所述销钉150的固定孔1411,固定件设置有用于放置销钉的螺孔112,所述螺接部与连接件一端螺接固定;所述连接件一端设置有螺接头121,所述螺接头121外表面设置有外螺纹,所述螺接部设置有用于放置所述螺接头的螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹;所述连接杆一端螺接固定到固定块上,所述连接杆另一端设置有限位块144,所述螺接部在螺接槽底部设置有用于放置到所述连接杆本体部分的活动孔,所述限位块的大小大于所述活动孔的大小,所述螺接部可沿所述连接杆本体部分转动。
在本实施例中,所述固定件110设置有用于放置所述固定块141的放置槽113。放置槽113对固定块141起到限位作用,从而使得固定块和固定件之间的固定更加牢固。其中,在放置槽的顶部和底部均设置有用于放置销钉的销钉孔112。当然,本实施例可以仅在放置槽顶部或顶部上设置销钉孔。
本实施例的连接装置通过固定件固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,通过连接件连接到挡板上,以及通过活动件固定连接固定件和连接件。其中,连接件和活动件螺纹螺接固定就方便拆卸和安装,从而方便将连接件和活动件分离。其中,活动件和固定件通过销钉可拆卸固定连接,就方便拆卸和安装,从而方便将固定件和活动件分离。这样当用户需要电动平衡车运输货物时将连接件和活动螺接在一起,并将连接件连接到挡板上,以及将活动件和固定件通过销钉固定连接,这样就电动平衡车就可以驱动运输装置,以便运输货物。当用户需要电动平衡车代步时,用户可以直接取下销钉,将活动件和固定件分离开,以便用户使用电动平衡车本体部分;然而,用户可以将活动件和连接件的螺接部分分离,使得活动件和连接件分离开,这样用户在使用电动平衡车代步时会携带上活动件和固定件;以及用户也可以直接将连接件和运输装置分离,从而用户在使用电动平衡车时会携带上连接装置。
另外,活动件可以以销钉为轴进行转动,且车体设置有供活动件活动的活 动槽,从而电动平衡车在拉货过程中就可以在活动槽的范围内摆动,更加便于用户拉货。
本实施例通过连接装置的连接件、活动件及固定件不仅可以固定连接到本实施例的运输装置上,还可以连接到不同的运输装置上,从而可以运输不同种类的货物,更加方便用户使用。
连接杆螺接到固定块,从而可以将连接杆取下,在连接杆和螺接部配合时,先将螺接杆从固定块上取下,将螺接部插入到连接杆上,并限位于限位块位置处,然后将连接杆螺接到固定块上,从而螺接部被限位在限位块和固定块之间,再然后可以将固定块通过销钉固定到固定件上,以及转动螺接部将螺接部螺接到连接件上。这样设置在固定连接螺接部和连接件时无需转动整个活动件,也无需转动整个连接件,仅仅需要转动螺接部即可实现连接件和螺接部之间的固定连接,简单、方便,容易实现。
在本实施例中,连接件的两个端部均具有弯折结构,分别形成两个弯折部,这样就便于连接件与承接块固定连接,以及方便连接件与运输装置固定连接。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车还包括有设置在所述车体内的电路板、电池、驱动电机和控制器。
其中,所述车体包括:
上壳,所述上壳包括成对称设置的第一上壳和第二上壳,所述第一上壳和第二上壳分别设置有踏板孔;
踏板,所述踏板为两个,分别设置在所述第一上壳、第二上壳的踏板孔内;
中壳,所述中壳包括成对称设置且可相互转动的第一中壳和第二中壳;
下壳,所述下壳包括成对称设置的第一下壳和第二下壳,所述中壳位于所述上壳和下壳之间;
在本实施例中,第一中壳和第二中壳之间通过所述转动机构固定连接,第一中壳和第二中壳通过所述转动机构可实现相互转动。
在本实施例中,车体为两个,其中一个车体包括第一上壳、第一中壳、第 一下壳以及其中一个踏板;其中另一个车体包括第二上壳、第二中壳、第二下壳以及其中另一个踏板。
其中,所述转动机构设置在第一中壳和第二中壳的连接位置的中间位置,转动机构包括一个所述转轴、两个轴承以及一个限位轴,转轴两端分别固定在第一中壳和第二中壳的内端,两个轴承固定在转轴上并通过卡簧固定在第一中壳和第二中壳之间,这样中壳的第一中壳和第二中壳就可在转动机构的配合下转动。另外,限位轴起到限位固定的作用。
需要说明的是,关于转动机构、电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器可采用现有技术中的,比如背景技术中给出的现有技术,在此不再进行进一步的描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述运输装置包括用于放置货物的运输板、设置在所述运输板底部的运输轮和设置在所述运输板一端边沿上的挡板,所述运输板上设置有用于定位的定位孔,所述挡板上固定连接有连接装置,所述连接装置用于连接所述电动平衡车。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述挡板和连接装置可拆卸固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括有连接件,所述连接件一端设置有连接头,所述连接头外表面设置有外螺纹,所述挡板上设置有用于放置所述连接头的连接孔,所述连接孔内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹;所述连接装置还包括用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述电动平衡车包括车体和固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,所述连接装置和所述电动平衡车可拆卸固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括连接件和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述连接件一端固定连接到所述挡板上,所述连接件另一端和固定件通过第一销钉可拆卸固定。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括连接件和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述连接件一端固定连接到所述挡板上,所述连接件另一端和固定件通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括连接件、活动件以及用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述连接件一端固定连接到所述挡板上,所述连接件另一端和活动件一端通过螺纹螺 接可拆卸固定,所述活动件另一端通过销钉和固定件可拆卸固定,所述活动件可沿所述销钉转动,所述车体设置有供所述活动件活动的活动槽;所述活动件包括固定块、连接杆和螺接部,所述连接杆设置在所述固定块和螺接部之间,所述固定块上设置有用于放置所述销钉的固定孔,所述螺接部与连接件一端螺接固定;所述连接件一端设置有螺接头,所述螺接头外表面设置有外螺纹,所述螺接部设置有用于放置所述螺接头的螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹;所述连接杆一端螺接固定到固定块上,所述连接杆另一端设置有限位块,所述螺接部在螺接槽底部设置有用于放置到所述连接杆本体部分的活动孔,所述限位块的大小大于所述活动孔的大小,所述螺接部可沿所述连接杆本体部分转动。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括连接件、承接块和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述连接件一端固定连接到所述挡板上,所述承接块一端通过第一销钉和固定件可拆卸固定,所述承接块另一端通过第二销钉和连接件另一端可拆卸固定。
  9. 如权利要求4至8任一项所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述固定件套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。
  10. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种用于电动平衡车的运输装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置设置有把手。
