与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:本发明的电动平衡车通过连接装置可连接到货架上,从而可以在货架上放置货物,从而方便运输货物。本发明的连接装置通过承接块分别可拆卸的连接到固定件和连接件上,固定件直接固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,以及连接件可连接到货架上,且承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接、承接块和连接件通过第二销钉可拆卸连接,这样就方便取下第一销钉和/或第二销钉,以便拆卸固定件、承接块及连接件。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件连接到货架上,且连接件通过第二销钉和承接块连接固定,以及承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接,这样就通过连接装置将货架连接到电动平衡车上,从而方便电动平衡车驱动货架,进而就方便运输货物。当用户需要用电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将第一销钉和/或第二销钉取下,从而将固定件和承接块分离、或者将承接块和连接件分离,进而使得货架和电动平衡车分离,这样用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。
本发明的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。
另外,本发明连接装置中的承接块分别通过第一销钉连接到固定件上、通过第二销钉连接到连接件上,这样相比直接将连接件连接到固定件上,增加了连接装置的间隙,以及活动空间,这样就不易产生较大磨损,对连接件及固定件起到保护作用。
以及,本发明连接装置中的承接块分别与固定件、连接件可拆卸固定,从而就方便电动平衡车连接到不同结构、不同种类的货架,以便运输不同种类的货物,更加方便用户使用。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置及用于拉货的电动平衡车,其中,所述电动平衡车包括车体和固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,所述连接装置包括连接件、承接块和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述承接块一端通过第一销钉和固定件可拆卸固定,所述承接块另一端通过第二销钉和连接件一端可拆卸固定,所述连接件另一端用于固定连接到货架上。
本发明的电动平衡车通过连接装置可连接到货架上,从而可以在货架上放置货物,从而方便运输货物。本发明的连接装置通过承接块分别可拆卸的连接到固定件和连接件上,固定件直接固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,以及连接件可连接到货架上,且承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接、承接块和连接件通过第二销钉可拆卸连接,这样就方便取下第一销钉和/或第二销钉,以便拆卸固定件、承接块及连接件。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件连接到货架上, 且连接件通过第二销钉和承接块连接固定,以及承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接,这样就通过连接装置将货架连接到电动平衡车上,从而方便电动平衡车驱动货架,进而就方便运输货物。当用户需要用电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将第一销钉和/或第二销钉取下,从而将固定件和承接块分离、或者将承接块和连接件分离,进而使得货架和电动平衡车分离,这样用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。
本发明的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。
另外,本发明连接装置中的承接块分别通过第一销钉连接到固定件上、通过第二销钉连接到连接件上,这样相比直接将连接件连接到固定件上,增加了连接装置的间隙,以及活动空间,这样就不易产生较大磨损,对连接件及固定件起到保护作用。
以及,本发明连接装置中的承接块分别与固定件、连接件可拆卸固定,从而就方便电动平衡车连接到不同结构、不同种类的货架,以便运输不同种类的货物,更加方便用户使用。

下面参考图1至图4描述本发明实施例的用于电动平衡车的连接装置及用于拉货的电动平衡车。
作为本发明实施例一,如图1至图4所示,本实施例公开了一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,本实施例的连接装置100用于电动平衡车200上。其中,所述电动平衡车200包括车体210和固定在所述车体210上的车轮220,所述车体210为两个,两个所述车体210通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴(转轴在附图中被固定件覆盖,因此,无法显示出),所述连接装置100包括连接件120、承接块130和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件110,所述承接块130一端通过第一销钉140和固定件110可拆卸固定,所述承接块130另一端通过第二销钉150和连接件120一端可拆卸固定,所述连接件120另一端用于固定连接到货架300上。
本实施例的电动平衡车通过连接装置可连接到货架上,从而可以在货架上放置货物,从而方便运输货物。
本实施例的连接装置通过承接块分别可拆卸的连接到固定件和连接件上, 固定件直接固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,以及连接件可连接到货架上,且承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接、承接块和连接件通过第二销钉可拆卸连接,这样就方便取下第一销钉和/或第二销钉,以便拆卸固定件、承接块及连接件。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件连接到货架上,且连接件通过第二销钉和承接块连接固定,以及承接块和固定件通过第一销钉固定连接,这样就通过连接装置将货架连接到电动平衡车上,从而方便电动平衡车驱动货架,进而就方便运输货物。当用户需要用电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将第一销钉和/或第二销钉取下,从而将固定件和承接块分离、或者将承接块和连接件分离,进而使得货架和电动平衡车分离,这样用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。
本实施例的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。
另外,本实施例的连接装置中的承接块分别通过第一销钉连接到固定件上、通过第二销钉连接到连接件上,这样相比直接将连接件连接到固定件上,增加了连接装置的间隙,以及活动空间,这样就不易产生较大磨损,对连接件及固定件起到保护作用。

在本实施例中,所述固定件110套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔111,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。本实施例采用直接套接的方式,套接的方式连接紧密、固定牢固,不易产生晃动,而且强度大。
在本实施例中,所述固定件110设置有用于放置所述承接块130的放置槽112。放置槽112对承接块起到限位作用,在承接块和连接件分离时,可以将承接块放置到放置槽内,这样就方便用户使用电动平衡车本体部分。
其中,所述放置槽112为开槽结构,所述固定件111沿所述放置槽112的一端向外延伸有连接板114,所述连接板114上设置有用于放置所述第一销钉140 的第一销孔113,所述承接块130一端设置有用于放置所述第一销钉140的第二销孔131,当所述第一销钉140分别插入到所述第一销孔113和第二销孔131内时,所述承接块130可沿所述第一销钉140转动。在承接块和连接件分离时,可以转动承接块,并将承接块转动至放置槽位置,且将承接块放置到放置槽内,这样第一销钉就对承接块起到固定作用,防止承接块从放置槽内脱离。
具体的,所述连接板114的个数为两个。两个连接板114强度大,受力均匀,并且将承接块夹持到两个连接板之间,连接效果更好。
进一步的,所述放置槽112适合所述承接块的大小设置。这样当将承接块130放置到放置槽112内时,防止承接块凸出到放置槽外部。
在本实施例中,所述承接块130另一端设置有用于放置第二销钉150的第三销孔132,所述连接件120一端设置有用于放置所述第二销钉150的第四销孔121,当所述第二销钉150分别插入到所述第三销孔132和第四销孔121内时,所述承接块130可沿所述第二销钉150转动。这是承接块和连接件之间固定连接的一种具体方式。这样就增加了连接装置的活动性,防止相互之间产生较大的摩擦。
在本实施例中,所述连接件120另一端通过螺纹螺接到所述货架300上。螺纹螺接方便实现,而且方便固定和拆卸。
具体的,所述连接件120另一端的端部设置有连接头122,所述连接头122外表面设置有外螺纹,所述连接装置100还包括用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母160。在实际安装固定时,将连接头螺接到货架上,然后,将螺母螺接到连接头的端部,这样螺母就起到进一步的限位、固定作用。
在本实施例中,连接件的两个端部均具有弯折结构,分别形成两个弯折部,这样就便于连接件与承接块固定连接,以及方便连接件与货架固定连接。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车在驱动货架时,固定件围绕转轴可以转动,转轴本身也可以相对于车体进行转动,这样实现了双重转动,当电动平衡车或货架遇到震动、颠簸时,相比仅仅通过转轴转动来减压的方式,本实施例可以大 大减小压力和摩擦,从而增加转轴及连接装置的寿命。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车还包括有设置在所述车体内的电路板、电池、驱动电机和控制器。
其中,所述车体包括:
上壳,所述上壳包括成对称设置的第一上壳和第二上壳,所述第一上壳和第二上壳分别设置有踏板孔;
踏板,所述踏板为两个,分别设置在所述第一上壳、第二上壳的踏板孔内;
中壳,所述中壳包括成对称设置且可相互转动的第一中壳和第二中壳;
下壳,所述下壳包括成对称设置的第一下壳和第二下壳,所述中壳位于所述上壳和下壳之间;
在本实施例中,第一中壳和第二中壳之间通过所述转动机构固定连接,第一中壳和第二中壳通过所述转动机构可实现相互转动。
在本实施例中,车体为两个,其中一个车体包括第一上壳、第一中壳、第一下壳以及其中一个踏板;其中另一个车体包括第二上壳、第二中壳、第二下壳以及其中另一个踏板。
其中,所述转动机构设置在第一中壳和第二中壳的连接位置的中间位置,转动机构包括一个所述转轴、两个轴承以及一个限位轴,转轴两端分别固定在第一中壳和第二中壳的内端,两个轴承固定在转轴上并通过卡簧固定在第一中壳和第二中壳之间,这样中壳的第一中壳和第二中壳就可在转动机构的配合下转动。另外,限位轴起到限位固定的作用。
需要说明的是,关于转动机构、电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器可采用现有技术中的,比如背景技术中给出的现有技术,在此不再进行进一步的描述。
作为本发明实施例二,参见图1至图4,本实施例二公开了一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,所述用于拉货的电动平衡车包括车体、固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴, 本实施例的电动平衡车还包括连接装置和货架,其中连接装置可参见实施例一,即参见图1至图4中的连接装置。以及货架等其他结构也可参见图1至图4中的结构,另外,本实施例仅仅示出了一种货架的结构,本实施例并不对货架的具体结构进行限定,本实施例的电动平衡车可以驱动不同结构、不同种类的货架。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,所述电动平衡车包括车体和固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括连接件、承接块和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述承接块一端通过第一销钉和固定件可拆卸固定,所述承接块另一端通过第二销钉和连接件一端可拆卸固定,所述连接件另一端用于固定连接到货架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述承接块的放置槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述放置槽为开槽结构,所述固定件沿所述放置槽的一端向外延伸有连接板,所述连接板上设置有用于放置所述第一销钉的第一销孔,所述承接块一端设置有用于放置所述第一销钉的第二销孔,当所述第一销钉分别插入到所述第一销孔和第二销孔内时,所述承接块可沿所述第一销钉转动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接板的个数为两个。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述放置槽适合所述承接块的大小设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述承接块另一端设置有用于放置第二销钉的第三销孔,所述连接件一端设置有用于放置所述第二销钉的第四销孔,当所述第二销钉分别插入到所述第三销孔和第四销孔内时,所述承接块可沿所述第二销钉转动。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接件另一端通过螺纹螺接到所述货架上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所 述连接件另一端的端部设置有连接头,所述连接头外表面设置有外螺纹,所述连接装置还包括用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺帽。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述固定件套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。
  10. 一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,所述用于拉货的电动平衡车包括车体、固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,其特征在于,所述用于拉货的电动平衡车还包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的连接装置和货架。
