优选的,所述固定件上设置有螺接头,所述螺接头上设置有外螺纹,所述连接件一端设置有用于放置所述螺接头的螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹。这是本发明固定件和连接件通过螺纹螺接的另一种具体方式。
优选的,所述连接件的另一端通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定到货架上;所述连接件另一端设置有用于螺接到所述货架上的连接头,所述连接装置还包括一用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母。这是本发明连接件和货架固定连接的一种具体方式。
优选的,所述固定件套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。套接的方式连接紧密、固定牢固,不易产生晃动,而且强度大。电动平衡车在驱动货架时,固定件围绕转轴可以转动,转轴本身也可以相对于车体进行转动,这样实现了双重转动,当电动平衡车或货架遇到震动、颠簸时,相比仅仅通过转轴转动来减压的方式,本实施例可以大大减小压力和摩擦,从而增加转轴及连接装置的寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:本发明的电动平衡车通过连接装置连接到货架上,从而可以在货架上放置货物,从而方便运输货物。本发明的连接装置通过固定件固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,通过连接件一端和固定件之间的螺纹螺接固定,以及通过连接件的另一端连接到货架上,螺纹螺接方便安装和拆卸,这样就方便拆卸固定件和连接。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件分别连接到固定件和货架上。当用户需要电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将固定件和连接之间的螺纹螺接分离,从而将固定件和连接件分离,用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。本发明的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。
另外,本发明通过连接装置的连接件及固定件可以固定连接到不同的货架 上,从而可以运输不同种类的货物,更加方便用户使用。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置及用于拉货的电动平衡车,其中,所述电动平衡车包括车体和固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,所述连接装置包括连接件和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述连接件一端和固定件通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定,所述连接件另一端用于固定连接到货架上。
本发明的电动平衡车通过连接装置连接到货架上,从而可以在货架上放置货物,从而方便运输货物。本发明的连接装置通过固定件固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,通过连接件一端和固定件之间的螺纹螺接固定,以及通过连接件的另一端连接到货架上,螺纹螺接方便安装和拆卸,这样就方便拆卸固定件和连接。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件分别连接到固定件和货架上。当用户需要电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将固定件和连接之间的螺纹螺接分离,从而将固定件和连接件分离,用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。本发明的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。
另外,本发明通过连接装置的连接件及固定件可以固定连接到不同的货架上,从而可以运输不同种类的货物,更加方便用户使用。

下面参考图1至图3描述本发明实施例的用于电动平衡车的连接装置及用于拉货的电动平衡车。
作为本发明实施例一,如图1至图3所示,本实施例公开了一种用于电动 平衡车的连接装置,本实施例的连接装置100用于电动平衡车200上。其中,所述电动平衡车200包括车体210和固定在所述车体210上的车轮220,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴(转轴在附图中被固定件覆盖,因此,无法显示出),所述连接装置100包括连接件120和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件110,所述连接件120一端和固定件110通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定,所述连接件120另一端用于固定连接到货架300上。
本实施例的电动平衡车通过连接装置连接到货架上,从而可以在货架上放置货物,从而方便运输货物。本实施例的连接装置通过固定件固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,通过连接件一端和固定件之间的螺纹螺接固定,以及通过连接件的另一端连接到货架上,螺纹螺接方便安装和拆卸,这样就方便拆卸固定件和连接。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件分别连接到固定件和货架上。当用户需要电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将固定件和连接之间的螺纹螺接分离,从而将固定件和连接件分离,用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。本实施例的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。
在本实施例中,所述固定件110套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔111,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。本实施例采用直接套接的方式,套接的方式连接紧密、固定牢固,不易产生晃动,而且强度大。
在本实施例中,所述固定件上设置有螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有内螺纹,所述连接件一端设置有用于插入到所述螺接槽内的螺接头121,所述螺接头121设置有与所述内螺纹螺接的外螺纹。这是本发明固定件和连接件通过螺纹螺接的一种具体方式。当然,本实施例也可以采用其他螺接固定的方式实现固定件和连接件的可拆卸固定,比如:所述固定件上设置有螺接头,所述固定件上的螺接头上设置有外螺纹,所述连接件一端设置有用于放置所述固定件上的螺接头的螺接槽,所述连接件上的螺接槽内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹。需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,本实施例固定件和连接件之间通过螺纹螺接的方式并不限于此,其他固定件和连接件通过螺纹可拆卸螺 接的方式也在本实施例的保护范围内。
进一步的,所述固定件外表面上设置有螺接帽112,所述螺接槽设置在所述螺接帽112上。本实施例在固定件外表面上设置螺接帽方便与连接件安装配合。
在本实施例中,所述连接件的另一端通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定到货架上,本实施例可以直接在货架上设置螺纹孔,从而将连接件的另一端直接螺接到货架上。当然,本实施例也可以有其他固定方式,比如:所述连接件120另一端设置有用于螺接到所述货架300上的连接头122,所述连接装置100还包括一用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母130。通过螺母130和连接头螺接固定,使得连接件和货架固定牢固,强度大,而且方便拆卸。
在本实施例中,连接件的两个端部均具有弯折结构,分别形成两个弯折部,这样就便于连接件与固定件固定连接,以及方便连接件与货架固定连接。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车在驱动货架时,固定件围绕转轴可以转动,转轴本身也可以相对于车体进行转动,这样实现了双重转动,当电动平衡车或货架遇到震动、颠簸时,相比仅仅通过转轴转动来减压的方式,本实施例可以大大减小压力和摩擦,从而增加转轴及连接装置的寿命。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车还包括有设置在所述车体内的电路板、电池、驱动电机和控制器。
其中,所述车体包括:
上壳,所述上壳包括成对称设置的第一上壳和第二上壳,所述第一上壳和第二上壳分别设置有踏板孔;
踏板,所述踏板为两个,分别设置在所述第一上壳、第二上壳的踏板孔内;
中壳,所述中壳包括成对称设置且可相互转动的第一中壳和第二中壳;
下壳,所述下壳包括成对称设置的第一下壳和第二下壳,所述中壳位于所述上壳和下壳之间;
在本实施例中,第一中壳和第二中壳之间通过所述转动机构固定连接,第一中壳和第二中壳通过所述转动机构可实现相互转动。
在本实施例中,车体为两个,其中一个车体包括第一上壳、第一中壳、第一下壳以及其中一个踏板;其中另一个车体包括第二上壳、第二中壳、第二下壳以及其中另一个踏板。
其中,所述转动机构设置在第一中壳和第二中壳的连接位置的中间位置,转动机构包括一个所述转轴、两个轴承以及一个限位轴,转轴两端分别固定在第一中壳和第二中壳的内端,两个轴承固定在转轴上并通过卡簧固定在第一中壳和第二中壳之间,这样中壳的第一中壳和第二中壳就可在转动机构的配合下转动。另外,限位轴起到限位固定的作用。
需要说明的是,关于转动机构、电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器可采用现有技术中的,比如背景技术中给出的现有技术,在此不再进行进一步的描述。
作为本发明实施例二,参见图1至图3,本实施例二公开了一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,所述用于拉货的电动平衡车包括车体、固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,所述用于拉货的电动平衡车还包括连接装置和货架,所述连接装置包括连接件和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述连接件一端和固定件通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定,所述连接件另一端用于固定连接到所述货架上。
本实施例的电动平衡车包括图1至3中的电动平衡车、货架及连接装置。本实施例的电动平衡车可参见图1至图3中的电动平衡车、货架及连接装置。具体如下:
本实施例电动平衡车的本体部分通过连接装置连接到货架上,从而可以在货架上放置货物,从而方便运输货物。本实施例的连接装置通过固定件固定到电动平衡车的转轴上,通过连接件一端和固定件之间的螺纹螺接固定,以及通过连接件的另一端连接到货架上,螺纹螺接方便安装和拆卸,这样就方便拆卸固定件和连接。从而当用户需要运输货物时将连接件分别连接到固定件和货架上。当用户需要电动平衡车代步时,用户就可以将固定件和连接之间的螺纹螺 接分离,从而将固定件和连接件分离,用户就可以直接使用电动平衡车本体部分。本实施例的电动平衡车实现了多功能,不仅方便用户拉货,而且方便用户使用。

进一步的,所述固定件外表面上设置有螺接帽,所述螺接槽设置在所述螺接帽上。本实施例在固定件外表面上设置螺接帽方便与连接件安装配合。
在本实施例中,所述连接件的另一端通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定到货架上,本实施例可以直接在货架上设置螺纹孔,从而将连接件的另一端直接螺接到货架上。当然,本实施例也可以有其他固定方式,比如:所述连接件另一端设置有用于螺接到所述货架上的连接头,所述连接装置还包括一用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母。通过螺母和连接头螺接固定,使得连接件和货架固定牢固,强度大,而且方便拆卸。
在本实施例中,连接件的两个端部均具有弯折结构,分别形成两个弯折部,这样就便于连接件与固定件固定连接,以及方便连接件与货架固定连接。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车还包括有设置在所述车体内的电路板、电池、驱动电机和控制器。
其中,所述车体包括:
上壳,所述上壳包括成对称设置的第一上壳和第二上壳,所述第一上壳和第二上壳分别设置有踏板孔;
踏板,所述踏板为两个,分别设置在所述第一上壳、第二上壳的踏板孔内;
中壳,所述中壳包括成对称设置且可相互转动的第一中壳和第二中壳;
下壳,所述下壳包括成对称设置的第一下壳和第二下壳,所述中壳位于所述上壳和下壳之间;
在本实施例中,第一中壳和第二中壳之间通过所述转动机构固定连接,第一中壳和第二中壳通过所述转动机构可实现相互转动。
在本实施例中,车体为两个,其中一个车体包括第一上壳、第一中壳、第一下壳以及其中一个踏板;其中另一个车体包括第二上壳、第二中壳、第二下壳以及其中另一个踏板。
其中,所述转动机构设置在第一中壳和第二中壳的连接位置的中间位置,转动机构包括一个所述转轴、两个轴承以及一个限位轴,转轴两端分别固定在第一中壳和第二中壳的内端,两个轴承固定在转轴上并通过卡簧固定在第一中壳和第二中壳之间,这样中壳的第一中壳和第二中壳就可在转动机构的配合下转动。另外,限位轴起到限位固定的作用。
需要说明的是,关于转动机构、电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器可采用现有技术中的,比如背景技术中给出的现有技术,在此不再进行进一步的描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,所述电动平衡车包括车体和固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括连接件和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所述连接件一端和固定件通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定,所述连接件另一端用于固定连接到货架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述固定件上设置有螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有内螺纹,所述连接件一端设置有用于插入到所述螺接槽内的螺接头,所述螺接头设置有与所述内螺纹螺接的外螺纹。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述固定件上设置有螺接头,所述螺接头上设置有外螺纹,所述连接件一端设置有用于放置所述螺接头的螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接件的另一端通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定到货架上;所述连接件另一端设置有用于螺接到所述货架上的连接头,所述连接装置还包括一用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种用于电动平衡车的连接装置,其特征在于,所述固定件套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。
  6. 一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述用于拉货的电动平衡车包括车体、固定在所述车体上的车轮,所述车体为两个,两个所述车体通过转动机构连接,所述转动机构包括转轴,所述用于拉货的电动平衡车还包括连接装置和货架,所述连接装置包括连接件和用于固定到所述转轴上的固定件,所 述连接件一端和固定件通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定,所述连接件另一端用于固定连接到所述货架上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述固定件上设置有螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有内螺纹,所述连接件一端设置有用于插入到所述螺接槽内的螺接头,所述螺接头设置有与所述内螺纹螺接的外螺纹。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述固定件上设置有螺接头,所述螺接头上设置有外螺纹,所述连接件一端设置有用于放置所述螺接头的螺接槽,所述螺接槽内表面设置有与所述外螺纹螺接的内螺纹。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述连接件的另一端通过螺纹螺接可拆卸固定到货架上;所述连接件另一端设置有用于螺接到所述货架上的连接头,所述连接装置还包括一用于螺接到所述连接头上的螺母。
  10. 如权利要求6至9任一项所述的一种用于拉货的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述固定件套接到所述转轴上,所述固定件设置有用于放置所述转轴的转孔,所述固定件可沿所述转轴转动。
