Abstract

複数のフレームフォーマットが多重されて使用される環境下において、適切にビーム走査が行なわれる無線アクセスネットワークを実現する、基地局装置、端末装置、および通信方法を提供すること。本発明の基地局装置は、端末装置と通信する基地局装置であって、複数のビームパターンが設定可能なアンテナ部と、複数のフレーム構成を設定可能なフレーム構成部と、前記フレーム構成部が設定したフレーム構成が所定のフレーム構成であった場合、前記所定のフレーム構成に基づいて、ビーム走査を行なうビーム走査部と、を備える。
