本发明另一目的在于提供一种洗衣机内外桶包装衬,用于内桶和外桶分体运输,包括由缓冲材料制作的上衬、桶衬和底衬,所述上衬设置在内桶口和/或外桶口上并覆盖住外桶口,所述桶衬设于内桶与外桶之间以缓冲运输过程中两者之间的磕碰,所述底衬设于外桶底下部以支撑外桶。
优选的,所述的上衬为与包装箱相匹配的矩形结构,所述上衬的上部表面为光滑平面,所述上衬的底部开设沟槽,所述沟槽为与内桶平衡环相匹配的环形槽。
优选的,所述环形槽的槽壁向下凸出于上衬的底部平面,环形槽的外径小于外桶的开口内径,用于将环形槽伸入到外桶开口内以套接在内桶平衡环上。
优选的,所述上衬的底部表面开设省料槽,所述省料槽设置在环型槽与上衬的底部边缘之间。
优选的,所述桶衬包括设于外桶的桶底与内桶的桶底之间的环形结构,所述桶衬与内桶的桶底相接触的一面由外环向内环凹陷形成与内桶的桶底配合的承接面。
优选的,所述桶衬圆周上设有向上延伸以固定内桶的环形挡边,所述环形挡边的外侧设有与外桶配合卡接的豁口,内侧设有与内桶配合卡接的豁口,所述桶衬上还设有桶衬定位孔,当桶衬定位孔与外桶桶底上的排水口对齐时,环形挡边的外侧豁口与外桶卡接,内侧豁口与内桶卡接。
优选的,所述的桶衬还包括设置于外桶的侧壁与内桶的侧壁之间的环形结构,环形结构
的两侧表面分别与外桶的侧壁、内桶的侧壁紧密接触。
优选的,所述底衬为与包装箱相匹配的矩形结构,所述底衬与外桶的桶底相接触的一侧表面中间部分设有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽与外桶的配合处设有台阶面。
优选的,所述圆形凹槽内还设有容置外桶排水口的容置槽,所述台阶面的转折曲面上设有与外桶外壁凸筋结构相配合的开槽。
优选的,所述圆形凹槽内还设有一同心凹槽,所述同心凹槽槽壁上设有底衬定位孔,所述底衬定位孔与外桶外壁上的凸起螺钉柱配合以对外桶进行定位及固定。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明包装上衬应用于去除控制盘座的洗衣机,弥补了现有技术对此领域的空白,本发明解决了国内外用户要求洗衣机散件运输发货而遇到的运输不方便的问题,避免了洗衣机散件运输过程中因为无法对部件进行固定导致机器损坏的问题,同时还保证了洗衣机的外观及整机的质量。
2、本发明在上衬的基础上增加了桶衬部,桶衬部设置在内桶的开口上,并胀接在内桶桶壁上,与内桶配合以固定内桶,防止内桶在运输过程中的晃动,保证了内桶和外桶的质量问题。
3、所述的桶衬部包括侧壁和底壁,侧壁与内桶内壁相配合,底壁连接侧壁的一端将其封闭从而增强了整个桶衬部的强度,在保证底壁的强度的条件下围绕底壁中心设置多个扇形的省料槽,减轻了桶衬部的重量,节约了成本。
4、本发明的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,专用于分离洗衣机壳体的内外桶的运输,整套包装衬都为缓冲材料制作对内外桶运输过程中的磕碰有良好的缓冲效果,整套包装衬包括设置在内桶口上固定内桶防止内桶在水平位置晃动的上衬,设置在内外桶之间起到缓冲作用的桶衬和设置在外桶底部与包装箱纸板之间以承接内外桶重量的底衬,此三个衬垫部件可共同完成对洗衣机内外桶安全运输的包装衬结构。
5、当上衬的固定部为内桶平衡环形状的环形槽,环形槽套在内桶顶部的平衡环上,相对于其他的方法,本技术方案中平衡环夹于环形槽内并与环形槽槽壁贴合,环形槽可对平衡环有较稳定的加持力从而具有良好的固定作用,防止在运输过程途中上衬在水平方向的晃动。
6、本发明的洗衣机内外桶包装衬的底衬上表面设有与外桶底部外壁的结构相匹配的凹槽,方便承接内外桶重量。
7、本发明的洗衣机内外桶包装衬可对内外桶进行快速包装,包装时,首先以外桶排水口与容置槽配合进行对外桶的快速定位,桶衬的安装以其桶衬定位孔与外桶排水口配合进行定位。

实施例一
参见图1、图2、图3、图4、图5以及图6所示,本发明的洗衣机包装上衬中所述的洗衣机为去除控制盘座的洗衣机,包括上部开口的箱体和设置在箱体内的桶体组件,所述洗衣机包装上衬包括矩形的上衬3,所述上衬3设置在箱体的开口上并将其完全覆盖;所述上衬3的一侧设置与箱体的开口相匹配的安装部,进一步的,所述的安装部为开设在上衬3下表面的槽体,所述的槽体卡合在箱体的开口上。作为对上衬3的优化,所述上衬3的侧壁上设有内陷以便于握持的凹槽102。
所述上衬3下表面设有桶衬部103,所述桶衬部103设置在桶体组件的开口上。在本实施例中,桶衬部103和上衬3相分离,所述的上衬3下表面设置用于卡合桶衬部103的卡接部。所述安装部的内表面设有若干由上衬边缘向中心延伸的凸筋14,各凸筋14的末端围成卡合桶衬部103的卡接部。
所述的桶体组件包括外桶和设置在外桶内的内桶;所述桶衬部103设置在内桶的开口上并与其配合,桶衬部103顶部开口,卡接在卡接部上,所述的桶衬部包括侧壁131和底壁132,侧壁131与内桶内壁相配合,侧壁挤压接触内桶的侧壁,以固定内桶,防止内桶在运输过程中的转动,而底壁132连接侧壁131的一端并将其封闭,从而增强了整个桶衬部103的强度。在保证底壁132的强度的前提条件下,围绕底壁中心设置多个扇形的省料槽133,从而减轻了桶衬部103的重量同时节约了成本。
所述上衬3和桶衬部103都为缓冲材料制作,优选的,所述上衬3和桶衬部103都为发泡材料制成,从而使得上衬3和桶衬部103对洗衣机顶部开口处以及内桶有良好的缓冲效果,
在运输过程中起到保护的作用,桶衬部103顶部开口直径略大于内桶的直径,底部直径小于内桶直径从而使得桶衬部103的侧壁131对内桶有一定的挤压力,进而对内桶有良好的固定效果。
实施例二
本实施例二中的洗衣机包装上衬与实施例一中的洗衣机包装上衬的不同之处在于:实施例二中的上衬3与桶衬部103为一体成型形成的,不需要将两者一分为二的进行装配,从而减少了装配洗衣机的流程,简化了工序。
实施例三
参见图7、图8、图9、图10、图11所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机内外桶包装衬,用于洗衣机内桶和外桶的运输,其中内桶1和外桶2脱离洗衣机主体,进行分体运输,所述包装衬包括由缓冲材料制作的上衬3、桶衬4和底衬5,优选的,上衬3、桶衬4和底衬5采用发泡材料制作,可有良好的缓冲效果,其中,所述上衬3设置在内桶口和/或外桶口上并覆盖外桶口,所述桶衬4设于内外桶之间以缓冲运输过程中两者之间的磕碰,所述底衬5设于外桶底下部以支撑外桶。
具体的,所述上衬3底部设有与内桶紧密接触以约束内桶晃动的固定部,所述固定部为上衬底部开设的沟槽,所述沟槽为内桶顶部平衡环形状的环形槽31。所述环形槽31槽壁向下凸出于上衬3的底部平面,环形槽31的外径小于外桶的开口内径,用于将环形槽31伸入到外桶开口内以套接在设于内桶顶部的平衡环上,平衡环夹于环形槽31内,环形槽31可对平衡环有较稳定的夹持力从而具有良好的固定作用,防止在运输过程途中上衬3在水平方向的晃动。
所述上衬3为与包装箱相匹配的矩形结构,所述上衬3上表面为与包装箱纸板直接接触的光滑平面,所述上衬底面开设省料槽32,所述省料槽32是在保证上衬强度的前提下起到省料减重及降低成本作用。所述省料槽32设置在环形槽31与上衬3的底部边缘之间,优选的,共设置四个省料槽。通过省料槽32的设计节约了材料且利于人手对其的握持。
所述桶衬4包括设于外桶2的桶底与内桶1的桶底之间的环形结构,所述桶衬4与内桶1的桶底相接触的一面由外环向内环凹陷形成与内桶1的桶底配合的承接面。所述桶衬4圆周上设有向上延伸以固定内桶的环形挡边,所述环形挡边的外侧设有与外桶2配合卡接的豁口,内侧设有与内桶1配合卡接的豁口,所述桶衬4上还设有桶衬定位孔41,当桶衬定位孔41与外桶桶底上的排水口21对齐时,环形挡边的外侧豁口与外桶2卡接,内侧豁口与内桶1
卡接,以起到了快速定位的作用。
作为进一步的优化,所述的桶衬4还包括设置于外桶的侧壁与内桶的侧壁之间的环形结构,环形结构的两侧表面分别与外桶的侧壁、内桶的侧壁紧密接触。
所述底衬5为与包装箱相匹配的矩形结构,所述底衬5下表面为与包装箱纸板接触的光滑平面,所述底衬5上表面中间部分设有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽的底部和底衬上表面之间的过渡处设有配合外桶结构的台阶面52,所述圆形凹槽内还设有容置外桶排水孔的容置槽51,所述台阶面52的转折曲面上设有与外桶外壁凸筋结构相配合的开槽。所述圆形凹槽底面还设有一同心凹槽53,所述同心凹槽的槽壁上设有底衬定位孔54,所述底衬定位孔54设有多个,底衬定位孔54主要起到避让外桶外壁上的凸起螺钉柱的作用,同时能起到对外桶2定位及固定的作用。所述底衬5设于外桶2的底部固定外桶2并承接内桶1和外桶2,以防外桶2的桶底直接接触包装箱而引起外桶2和内桶1的晃动及磕碰,进而造成质量问题。所述容置槽51和底衬定位孔54根据外桶结构设计,当外桶2的排水孔21容置进入容置槽51内时,外桶2上的凸起螺钉柱可进入底衬定位孔54内。
本发明中上衬3和底衬5都为矩形结构,上衬3的上表面为光滑的平面与包装箱纸板直接接触,底衬5的下表面也为光滑的平面与包装箱下部纸板直接接触,两衬垫之间放置内桶1和外桶2。
本发明可对内桶1和外桶2进行快速包装,包装时,首先以外桶排水口21和底衬的容置槽51进行快速定位来安装外桶2,桶衬4的安装以其桶衬定位孔41与外桶的排水口21配合进行定位。
实施例四
实施例四中,洗衣机内外桶包装衬同样包括设置在内桶口和/或外桶口上并覆盖外桶口的上衬3,和设置在内外桶之间起到缓冲作用的桶衬4以及设置在外桶底部以承接内外桶的底衬5,实施例四与实施例三的区别在于,实施例四中的上衬底部设置有向洗衣机内桶1延伸凸出并胀接在内桶口部的套桶部,所述套桶部在内桶内部与内桶内壁紧压接触以固定内桶1,从而防止内桶1在运输过程中的晃动。

Claims (20)
- 一种洗衣机包装上衬,所述洗衣机包括上部开口的箱体和设置在箱体内的桶体组件,其特征在于,包括矩形的上衬,所述上衬设置在箱体的开口上并将其完全覆盖;所述上衬的一侧设置与箱体的开口相匹配的安装部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述的安装部为开设在上衬下表面的槽体,所述的槽体卡合在箱体的开口上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述上衬的侧壁上设有内陷以便于握持的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述上衬下表面设有桶衬部,桶衬部设置在桶体组件的开口上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述的上衬下表面设置用于卡合桶衬部的卡接部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述安装部的内表面设有若干由上衬边缘向中心延伸的凸筋,各凸筋的末端围成卡合桶衬部的卡接部。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述的桶体组件包括外桶和设置在外桶内的内桶;所述桶衬部设置在内桶的开口上并与其配合,桶衬部顶部开口,卡接在卡接部上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述的桶衬部与上衬一体成型形成。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述的桶衬部包括侧壁和底壁,侧壁与内桶内壁相配合,底壁连接侧壁的一端并将其封闭。
- 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机包装上衬,其特征在于,所述底壁围绕中心设有多个扇形的省料槽。
- 一种洗衣机内外桶包装衬,用于内桶和外桶分体运输,其特征在于,包括由缓冲材料制作的上衬、桶衬和底衬,所述上衬设置在内桶口和/或外桶口上并覆盖住外桶口,所述桶衬设于内桶与外桶之间以缓冲运输过程中两者之间的磕碰,所述底衬设于外桶底下部以支撑外桶。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述的上衬为与包装箱相匹配的矩形结构,所述上衬的上部表面为光滑平面,所述上衬的底部开设沟槽,所述沟槽 为与内桶平衡环相匹配的环形槽。
- 根据权利要求12所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述环形槽的槽壁向下凸出于上衬的底部平面,环形槽的外径小于外桶的开口内径,用于将环形槽伸入到外桶开口内以套接在内桶平衡环上。
- 根据权利要求13所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述上衬的底部表面开设省料槽,所述省料槽设置在环型槽与上衬的底部边缘之间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述桶衬包括设于外桶的桶底与内桶的桶底之间的环形结构,所述桶衬与内桶的桶底相接触的一面由外环向内环凹陷形成与内桶的桶底配合的承接面。
- 根据权利要求15所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述桶衬圆周上设有向上延伸以固定内桶的环形挡边,所述环形挡边的外侧设有与外桶配合卡接的豁口,内侧设有与内桶配合卡接的豁口,所述桶衬上还设有桶衬定位孔,当桶衬定位孔与外桶桶底上的排水口对齐时,环形挡边的外侧豁口与外桶卡接,内侧豁口与内桶卡接。
- 根据权利要求16所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述的桶衬还包括设置于外桶的侧壁与内桶的侧壁之间的环形结构,环形结构的两侧表面分别与外桶的侧壁、内桶的侧壁紧密接触。
- 根据权利要求11所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述底衬为与包装箱相匹配的矩形结构,所述底衬与外桶的桶底相接触的一侧表面中间部分设有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽与外桶的配合处设有台阶面。
- 根据权利要求18所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述圆形凹槽内还设有容置外桶排水口的容置槽,所述台阶面的转折曲面上设有与外桶外壁凸筋结构相配合的开槽。
- 根据权利要求19所述的洗衣机内外桶包装衬,其特征在于,所述圆形凹槽内还设有一同心凹槽,所述同心凹槽槽壁上设有底衬定位孔,所述底衬定位孔与外桶外壁上的凸起螺钉柱配合以对外桶进行定位及固定。
