滚筒洗衣机门锁支撑装置及滚筒洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及滚筒洗衣机领域，例如涉及一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的门锁支撑架，及设置有该门锁支撑架的滚筒洗衣机。
背景技术
伴随家电行业的不断发展和洗涤产业的变革，越来越多消费者关注滚筒洗衣机，滚筒洗衣机已经成为80后购买群的首选。因此，家电行业制造商纷纷加入到滚筒洗衣机的生产行列中，致使滚筒洗衣机的产量不断增长。
滚筒洗衣机的结构复杂，为了在生产和安装过程中加快生产组装速度，提高生产效率，提高方便组装性设计和可靠性设计是未来滚筒洗衣机行业发展必然面对的重要问题。
相关技术中的滚筒洗衣机在组装过程中一般采用人工安装门锁的方式，滚筒洗衣机完成筒体和箱体的组装后，进行前板安装。前板安装完成后由人工将门锁深入前板背部，完成插线和门锁安装操作，同时还需要将多余的电线捆扎固定等其他工艺。上述操作步骤都在前板背部进行，操作繁琐且在安装过程中无法进行观察，安装效率低的同时，无法在紧凑的空间内完成零部件的合理装配。
因此，市场亟需一种使得门锁安装过程操作方便、简单的滚筒洗衣机。
发明内容
本公开提出一种滚筒洗衣机门锁支撑装置，门锁安装在门锁支撑架上，使得门锁的安装过程简单、方便、安装效率高。
本发明还提出一种滚筒洗衣机，该洗衣机上设置有上述门锁支撑架，使得滚筒洗衣机的组装过程更加方便快捷。
一方面，本公开采用以下技术方案：
一种滚筒洗衣机门锁支撑装置，包括门锁、加强板和前板，还包括门锁支撑架，所述门锁支撑架安装于所述加强板上；
所述门锁支撑架上设置有用于安装所述门锁的安装部，所述安装部的位置 与所述前板的门锁安装孔的位置对应设置；
所述安装部可相对所述门锁支撑架产生可复位的位移。
可选地，还包括应急拉杆，所述应急拉杆与所述门锁同侧安装；
所述应急拉杆的一端固定在所述门锁支撑架上并位于所述安装部的下方，另一端固定在箱体上。
可选地，所述门锁支撑架上设置有用于固定电线的弹片或卡扣，电线通过所述弹片或卡扣可拆卸的安装在所述门锁支撑架上；
所述门锁支撑架上设置有走线槽，所述电线可穿过所述走线槽。
可选地，所述加强板通过卡扣和/或螺钉固定在箱体上。

门锁支撑架固定在所述加强板上；
门锁、电线、应急拉杆组装到所述门锁支撑架上；
所述前板安装在所述箱体上。
本公开中的滚筒洗衣机门锁支撑装置有效解决了相关技术中，门锁和应急拉杆的安装过程艰难，从而直接影响工作效率的问题。由于本公开中设置有门锁支撑架，因此在进行前板安装前，能够保证安装人员在可视的条件下完成门锁、电线和应急拉杆的安装；保证了在有限的空间内，电线布局走线设计合理的同时，还能不受到运动部件的影响，实现了既可以远离运动部件同时又可以简单灵活操作，将空间充分利用。
由于门锁支撑架提前定位安装，前板完成装配后门锁安装位置恰好对正前板的门锁安装孔，操作人员只需简单操作即可完成装配，装配准确率和效率大大提高。

具体实施方式
发明人发现为实现门锁快速定位、安装、支撑，可以在滚筒洗衣中设置门锁支撑架，因此线束接插和电线排布等工艺能够在前板组装之前先完成，使得门锁安装过程操作方便、简单。在不冲突的情况下，以下实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例一
如图1、图2所示，并结合图3-5，本实施例提出的一种滚筒洗衣机门锁支撑装置，包括门锁4、加强板6、前板9和门锁支撑架5。其中，门锁支撑架5安装于加强板6上，加强板6安装在箱体1上，可选的，在进行安装时，加强板6通过卡扣和/或螺钉固定在箱体1上，门锁支撑架5通过卡扣和/或螺钉固定在加强板6上，门锁支撑架5可以通过固定部53与加强板6固定在一起。
门锁支撑架5包括安装部51、走线部52和固定部53，安装部51、走线部52和固定部53由上至下依次设置，其中走线部52设置为安装电线。可选地，本实施例中的门锁支撑架5为一体成型结构。
安装部51设置为安装门锁4，在完成安装后，安装部51的位置与前板9的门锁安装孔的位置对应设置，安装部51可与门锁支撑架5之间产生可复位的相 对位移。在完成门锁支撑装置的组装后，门锁4基本对正位于前板9上的门锁安装孔，通过简单的操作即可完成组装，由于门锁支撑架5可以发生形变，因此能够满足后期门锁4与门体的配合安装。
本实施例中的门锁支撑装置上还可以包括应急拉杆8，应急拉杆8与门锁4同侧安装，应急拉杆8的一端固定在门锁支撑架5上并位于安装部51的下方，另一端固定在箱体1上。由于将应急拉杆8固定在门锁支撑架5上，因此可方便应急拉杆8从过滤器7处拉出，方便应急拉杆8的固定。
门锁支撑架5上设置有用于固定电线3的弹片或卡扣，电线3通过弹片或卡扣可拆卸的安装在门锁支撑架5上，可选地，弹片或卡扣设置在门锁支撑架5的走线部52上，另外，门锁支撑架5上设置有走线槽521，电线3可穿过走线槽521。由于电线3被整齐的固定在门锁支撑架5上，保证在使用过程中线束不会与可运动部件产生摩擦。保证了在有限的空间内，电线布局走线设计合理的同时，还能不受到运动部件的影响，实现了既可以远离运动部件同时又可以简单灵活操作，将空间充分利用。

在对本实施例中的滚筒洗衣机进行安装时，首先将过滤器7和内外筒总成2安装在箱体1内并将加强板6安装在箱体1上；
然后，将门锁支撑架5固定在加强板6上；
接着，将门锁4、电线3、应急拉杆8组装到门锁支撑架5上；
最后，将前板9安装在箱体1上。
本实施例中的滚筒洗衣机上设置有实施例一中的滚筒洗衣机门锁支撑装置，使得洗衣机的组装过程简单高效，组装效率更高，大大减轻了组装人员的劳动强度，适合广泛推广使用。
