背景技术
洗衣机是利用电能产生机械作用来洗涤衣物的清洁电器,按洗衣机的额定洗涤容量可以分为家用洗衣机和集体用洗衣机两类。
随着市场需求的提升,大容量、低震动是洗衣机的一个主要发展方向。为了减小洗衣机的震动,洗衣机的壳体与外筒之间通过减震器进行固定连接。具体地,壳体底部的侧部设置有底座,减震器的一端与底座连接,另一端与外筒连接。此外,底座上还通过螺钉等紧固件安装有电脑板盒,电脑板盒内的电脑板可以控制洗衣机内电机等元器件的工作。
相关技术中的洗衣机在装配过程中,由于吊筒过程中,减震器需要适当弯曲以避免与壳体干涉,因此,需要在完成吊筒后,再进行电脑板盒的安装。随着洗衣机容量的增加,洗衣机内需要设置的减震器的数量增加,导致一个底座上需要连接两个减震器,而电脑板盒的安装位置位于两个减震器之间,这就导致在吊筒完成后,电脑板盒的安装空间小,装配难度大。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种洗衣机,包括壳体1、吊装在壳体1内的外筒、转动设置在外筒内的内筒、连接壳体1与外筒的减震器、驱动内筒转动的电机、驱动板以及电脑板盒的安装结构2。

本实施例中,第一板体221与底座21通过螺钉或螺栓连接固定。在一实施例中,第一板体221上设置有连接孔,底座21上在与连接孔对应的位置设置有螺纹孔,螺钉穿过连接孔后与螺纹孔配合,从而将第一板体221固定在底座21上。
为了方便第一板体221与底座21的固定,如图7和图8所示,第一板体221的底面还可以凸设有定位部2211,如图9所示,底座21上设置有定位孔212。当支架22与底座21上固定时,定位部2211伸入定位孔212内,此时第一板体221上的连接孔与底座21上的螺纹孔对齐,方便螺钉伸入连接。
本实施例中,定位部2211设置有两个,设置两个定位部2211可以限制第一板体221转动,提高连接孔与螺纹孔的定位精度。在其他实施例中,定位部2211的数量可以根据实际需求设定,可以为三个或四个等。
本实施例中,定位部2211可以与第一板体221一体成型。在一实施例中,第一板体221上设置有非封闭的割痕,第一板体221部分地沿割痕向下弯折形成定位部2211。定位部2211与第一板体221一体成型,具有较好的连接强度,相比焊接或通过紧固件在第一板体221上设置定位部2211,通过一体成型的方式可以减 少加工工序,降低生产成本。
为避免洗衣机出现漏电等安全隐患,洗衣机内还设置有接地结构。接地结构包括接地片213和接地螺钉214。接地片213通过接地螺钉214固定在底座21上。洗衣机内电机或其他电器元件的接地线与接地片213连接,从而实现接地功能。
由于洗衣机内需要接地的电器件较多,为了减少接地片213的数量,接地片213可以设置有多个接地端。本实施例中,接地片213的边缘向上弯折设置有四个接线端,每个接线端可以与一根接地线连接,增加了与接地片213连接的接地线的数量,从而减少洗衣机中接地片213的数量。
为了防止接地片213转动,避免接地不良等问题,接地结构还包括凸设在底座21上的防转凸起215,对应地,接地片213上设置有卡接孔。装配接地片213时,防转凸起215与卡接孔卡接,并在接地螺钉214的作用下,将接地片213固定在底座21上,从而限制接地片213转动,保证接地结构良好的接地效果。
如图10所示,洗衣机内还设置有驱动板3,驱动板3与电机电连接,并设置为驱动电机。驱动板3设置于壳体1的侧壁。相关技术中,驱动板3一般通过多个螺钉固定在壳体1上,安装时需要注意安装多个螺钉,安装效率低。为解决上述问题,本实施例中,驱动板3与壳体1的内壁通过卡接的方式固定。
如图11和图12所示,驱动板3的底部设置有两个卡接端31,两个卡接端31朝向同一方向设置有卡接口311,本实施例中,卡接口311朝向图12所示左侧方向设置。对应地,如图13所示,壳体1上设置有安装孔11。安装驱动板3和壳体1时,将卡接端31伸入到安装孔11内,并将驱动板3向图12左侧方向滑动,使得安装孔11的侧壁夹持在卡接口311内,从而实现驱动板3与壳体1的卡接。通过卡接口311与安装孔11的侧壁的过盈配合,可以防止洗衣机在工作过程中震动产生噪音;且卡接口311与安装孔11的侧壁采用面接触,夹持效果稳定、可靠。
为提高卡接口311与安装孔11侧壁的夹持效果,卡接口311的侧壁上也可以凸设筋条,通过筋条与安装孔11的侧壁接触实现卡接。
为了进一步提高驱动板3的固定效果,驱动板3和壳体1可以在卡接的基础上,通过螺钉进一步固定。相对相关技术中通过多个螺钉固定,本实施例中,驱动板3与壳体1在滑动卡接的基础上通过螺钉进一步固定,可以减少使用螺钉的数量,装配方式简单,方便装配且装配效率高。
本实施例中,洗衣机内的电脑板盒23及驱动板3的安装方式简单,且高效,降低了工作人员的装配难度,有利于提高工作效率。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的电脑板盒的安装结构,其中,所述支架(22)包括第一板体(221)和第二板体(222),所述第一板体(221)与所述第二板体(222)连接形成L型结构,所述第一板体(221)与所述底座(21)连接,所述第二板体(222)与所述电脑板盒(23)卡接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电脑板盒的安装结构,其中,所述电脑板盒(23)和所述第二板体(222)两者中,一个凸设有卡扣,另一个设置有与所述卡扣配合的卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电脑板盒的安装结构,其中,所述电脑板盒(23)和所述第二板体(222)两者中,一个凸设有导向柱(2313),另一个设置有与所述导向柱(2313)配合的导向孔(2223)。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的电脑板盒的安装结构,其中,所述支架(22)还包括设置于所述第一板体(221)和所述第二板体(222)的连接处的加强筋(2212)。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的电脑板盒的安装结构,其中,所述支架(22)还包括凸设于所述第一板体(221)的底面的定位部(2211),所述底座(21)上设置有定位孔(212),所述定位部(2211)与所述定位孔(212)配合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电脑板盒的安装结构,还包括设置于所述底座(21)上的接地结构,所述接地结构包括接地片(213),所述接地片(213)设置有多个接线端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电脑板盒的安装结构,其中,所述接地结构还包括凸设于所述底座(21)上的防转凸起(215),所述接地片(213)上设置有卡接孔,所述防转凸起(215)与所述卡接孔卡接。
  9. 一种洗衣机,包括壳体(1)及设置于所述壳体(1)内的如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的电脑板盒的安装结构(2)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的洗衣机,还包括驱动板(3),所述驱动板(3)与所述壳体(1)的内壁卡接。
