发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计提供一种节能型折叠式移动库房,能够实现对车辆、衣物、杂货等物品的便捷存取。

本实施例涉及的节能型折叠式移动库房的主体结构包括左支撑座1、右支撑座2、固定支撑架3、固定座4、支撑架5、转动轴6、卡扣7、加固杆8、锁柄9、锁具10、篷布11、拉链门12和可视窗13,长度相等的左支撑座1和右支撑座2相互平行固定放置于地面上,左支撑座1和右支撑座2上分别等间距设有3-21个圆柱状结构的转动轴6,转动轴6的转动性由其两端螺丝结构的松开或拧紧进行调整;平铺式放置的圆弧形结构的固定支撑架3通过转动轴6固定连接在左支撑座1和右支撑座2相同的一端,左支撑座1和右支撑座2上的其余转动轴6两两相互对应分别连接各支撑架5的两端,支撑架5为弧形钢管通过卡扣7固定对接形成的圆弧形结构,最外侧的支撑架5两端下方距地面20-80cm处对称式固定设置有结构相同的固定座4,用于固定支撑最外侧的支撑架5防止其倒伏于地面,以便形成车辆的进 入通道;正中间的支撑架5两端下方距地面50-100cm处均固定焊接有两根加固杆8,用于固定支撑正中间的支撑架5使其稳固在与水平面垂直的位置处;左支撑座1和/或右支撑座2的中间位置处固定设置有钢丝绳结构或钢板结构的锁柄9,锁柄9上安装有锁具10用于实现防盗功能;左支撑座1、右支撑座2、固定支撑架3、固定座4和支撑架5共同形成整体框架,整体框架外通过子母粘带固定包套式覆盖有篷布11,篷布11的左右一侧或两侧中央处开设有防水拉链结构的拉链门12便于人员出入库房,篷布11的前后一侧/两侧中央开设有透明树脂结构的可视窗13,便于人们查看库房中的存放物品。
本实施例中涉及的左支撑座1和右支撑座2结构相同,均为凹槽状结构,其上设置的相邻两个转动轴6之间距离为10-30cm;固定座4整体为抽拉式杆状结构,包括支撑杆14、伸缩杆15、底座16和固定扣17,支撑杆14的上端通过固定扣17固定安装在支撑架5的下部中间处,支撑杆14的下端嵌入式套接在内空结构的伸缩杆15中,支撑杆14与伸缩杆15之间为拉伸式套管连接结构,长度可调且能固定支撑,伸缩杆15的底部与底座16转动式连接,底座16通过钢钉结构固定于地面上;支撑架5的整体形状与固定支撑架3相同,支撑架5能够通过转动轴6实现在水平面上小于180°范围内绕转动轴6旋转,从而调整其支撑位置。
本实施例中涉及的加固杆8为管状结构,一端固定焊接在正中间的支撑架5的下部,另一端通过螺丝结构固定在左支撑座1或右支撑座2上,同侧的两根加固杆8与左支撑座1或右支撑座2形成等腰三角形,以增加其对正中间的支撑架5的固定支撑作用;锁具10为普通防盗锁;篷布11为具有良好防水透气功能的布料;拉链门12的高度为130-170cm,以方便各年龄段人群使用;可视窗13为长20-40cm、宽10-30cm的长方形结构,位置与普通车辆前后车牌位置相对应,以便于人们查看库房中存放的车辆牌号及其他物品信息,及时找到自己的车辆或物品。
实施例2:
本实施例以实施例1中所述节能型折叠式移动库房为例,搭建时:先根据所需库房大小选择平整度良好的地面,将左支撑座1和右支撑座2平行固定放置在地面上,再将固定支撑架3通过转动轴6固定安装在左支撑座1和右支撑座2相同的一端,然后在左支撑座1和右支撑座2上通过相对应的转动轴6依次安装支撑架5,安装支撑架5时先松开转动轴6两端的螺丝结构,调整支撑架5绕转动轴6旋转到合适的角度后,再拧紧转动轴6两端的螺丝结构以稳固支撑架5;将两个固定座4中固定扣17分别固定安装在最外侧的支撑架5左右两端的下部中间处,并将固定座4中底座16分别通过钢钉结构固定连接在地面上,最后将篷布11通过子母粘带包套式覆盖在左支撑座1、右支撑座2、固定支撑架3、固定座4和支撑架5形成的整体框架上,篷布11的底部边沿通过线带结构与整体框架地面上的结构固定连接,以便稳固篷布11避免被风卷起,即完成节能型折叠式移动库房的组装搭建;拆卸时:先打开篷布11底部的线带结构并撕开子母粘带取下篷布11,再打开固定座4上的钢钉结构和转动轴6上的螺丝结构,依次取下固定支撑架3、支撑架5和固定座4,即实现对库房整体的拆卸搬迁。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限,但凡本领域技术人员根据本发明所述内容所作的等效变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种节能型折叠式移动库房,其特征在于主体结构包括左支撑座、右支撑座、固定支撑架、固定座、支撑架、转动轴、卡扣、加固杆、锁柄、锁具、篷布、拉链门和可视窗,长度相等的左支撑座和右支撑座相互平行固定放置于地面上,左支撑座和右支撑座上分别等间距设有3-21个圆柱状结构的转动轴,转动轴的转动性由其两端螺丝结构的松开或拧紧调整;平铺式放置的圆弧形结构的固定支撑架通过转动轴固定连接在左支撑座和右支撑座相同的一端,左支撑座和右支撑座上的其余转动轴两两相互对应分别连接各支撑架的两端,支撑架为弧形钢管通过卡扣固定对接形成的圆弧形结构,最外侧的支撑架两端下方距地面20-80cm处对称式固定设置有结构相同的固定座,用于固定支撑最外侧的支撑架防止其倒伏于地面,以便形成车辆或物品的进入通道;正中间的支撑架两端下方距地面50-100cm处均固定焊接有两根加固杆,用于固定支撑正中间的支撑架使其稳固在与水平面垂直的位置处;左支撑座和/或右支撑座的中间位置处固定设置有钢丝绳结构或钢板结构的锁柄,锁柄上安装有锁具用于实现防盗功能;左支撑座、右支撑座、固定支撑架、固定座和支撑架共同形成整体框架,整体框架外通过子母粘带固定包套式覆盖有篷布,篷布的左右一侧或两侧中央处开设有防水拉链结构的拉链门便于人员出入库房,篷布的前后一侧/两侧中央开设有透明树脂结构的可视窗,便于人们查看库房中的存放物品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的节能型折叠式移动库房,其特征在于所述左支撑座和右支撑座结构相同,均为凹槽状结构,其上设置的相邻两个转动轴之间距离为10-30cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的节能型折叠式移动库房,其特征在于所述固定座整体为抽拉式杆状结构,包括支撑杆、伸缩杆、底座和固定扣,支撑杆的上端通过固定扣固定安装在支撑架的下部中间处,支撑杆的下端嵌入式套接在内空结构的伸缩杆中,支撑杆与伸缩杆之间为拉伸式套管连接结构,长度可调且能固定支撑,伸缩杆的底部与底 座转动式连接,底座通过钢钉结构固定于地面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的节能型折叠式移动库房,其特征在于所述支撑架的整体形状与固定支撑架相同,支撑架能够通过转动轴实现在水平面上小于180°范围内绕转动轴旋转,从而调整其支撑位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的节能型折叠式移动库房,其特征在于所述加固杆为管状结构,一端固定焊接在正中间的支撑架的下部,另一端通过螺丝结构固定在左支撑座或右支撑座上,同侧的两根加固杆与左支撑座或右支撑座形成等腰三角形,以增加其对正中间的支撑架的固定支撑作用。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的节能型折叠式移动库房,其特征在于所述锁具为普通防盗锁;篷布为具有良好防水透气功能的布料;拉链门的高度为130-170cm,以方便各年龄段人群使用;可视窗为长20-40cm、宽10-30cm的长方形结构,位置与普通车辆前后车牌位置相对应,以便于人们查看库房中存放的车辆牌号及其他物品信息,及时找到自己的车辆或物品。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的节能型折叠式移动库房,其特征在于所述节能型折叠式移动库房搭建时:先根据所需库房大小选择平整度良好的地面,将左支撑座和右支撑座平行固定放置在地面上,再将固定支撑架通过转动轴固定安装在左支撑座和右支撑座相同的一端,然后在左支撑座和右支撑座上通过相对应的转动轴依次安装支撑架,安装支撑架时先松开转动轴两端的螺丝结构,调整支撑架绕转动轴旋转到合适的角度后,再拧紧转动轴两端的螺丝结构以稳固支撑架;将两个固定座中固定扣分别固定安装在最外侧的支撑架左右两端的下部中间处,并将固定座中底座分别通过钢钉结构固定连接在地面上,最后将篷布通过子母粘带包套式覆盖在左支撑座、右支撑座、固定支撑架固定座和支撑架形成的整体框架上,篷布的底部边沿通过线带结构与整体框架地面上的结构固定连接,以便稳固篷布避免被风卷起,从而完成节能型折叠式移动库房的组装搭建。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的节能型折叠式移动库房,其 特征在于先打开篷布底部的线带结构并撕开子母粘带取下篷布,再打开固定座上的钢钉结构和转动轴上的螺丝结构,依次取下固定支撑架、支撑架和固定座,从而实现对库房整体的拆卸搬迁。
