本发明涉及柔性装置,尤其涉及一种柔性键盘。
背景技术
键盘作为目前计算机通用的外设,已被广泛地使用。现有的键盘通常是由坚硬的塑料材质制造,只能放在固定的位置使用,而不方便携带。目前,业界已经开发出可卷曲的柔性键盘,其在使用时可以展开,在不使用的时候可以收卷起来,使用较为方便。
柔性键盘通常是采用柔性触摸板作为柔性元件,用户可以在柔性触摸板上触摸相应的字母或字符来进行输入。现有的柔性键盘通常包括外壳、柔性触摸板及驱动柔性触摸板旋转的马达,通过马达的工作来将柔性触摸板收卷至外壳内。马达一般是收容于外置在外壳端部的马达腔内。由于马达腔外置于外壳的端部,导致柔性键盘的整体长度增加,从而影响了柔性键盘的便携性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种方便携带的柔性装置。
一种柔性装置,包括外壳、柔性元件及收容于外壳内的驱动元件,驱动元件在工作时驱动柔性元件收卷于外壳内。
由于驱动元件收容在外壳内,因而可以不必额外在外壳外部增加收容驱动元件的腔体,从而使柔性装置的整体长度较小,方便进行携带。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,示出了本发明一实施例的柔性装置。柔性装置包括外壳10、柔性元件20及收容于外壳10内的驱动元件30。驱动元件30可驱动柔性元件20旋转,使其收卷在外壳10内。由于驱动元件30是收容于外壳10内的,而无需外挂单独的腔体,因而可有效减小柔性装置的整体长度。
外壳10由硬质的材料制造,比如金属、塑料等,以保护其内部的元件。外壳10呈圆筒状,其相对两端开设二开口,用于收容二扬声器40。二扬声器40的发声方向为朝向柔性装置的相对两侧,且发声方向相反。外壳10的内部形成空腔,用于收容柔性元件20及驱动元件30。外壳在其侧面还开设有一开槽,用于供柔性元件20伸出外壳10或收卷在外壳10内。开槽及开口均与空腔连通。
外壳10的空腔内还进一步设有内壳50。内壳50的外径小于外壳10的内径。内壳50与外壳10同轴设置。驱动元件30收容于内壳50内。内壳50包括固定件52及可相对固定件52活动的活动件54。固定件52位于内壳50的一侧,活动件54位于内壳50的相对另一侧。本实施例中,固定件52位于内壳50的左侧,活动件54位于内壳50的右侧。当然,也可以根据实际需求调换左右的位置。固定件52相对于外壳10固定,活动件54可相对于外壳10活动。固定件52固定于外壳10内,活动件54可活动地安装于固定件52的末端,由此活动件54也可相对固定件52活动。固定件52的末端与活动件54的端 部活动连接。特别地,请参阅图2,固定件52与活动件54之间可以通过环形凸缘520与环形凹槽540的配合来实现二者的活动连接,比如固定件52的右端外表面形成沿固定件52周向延伸的环形凸缘520,活动件54的左端外表面形成沿活动件54周向延伸的环形凹槽540,凸缘520卡入凹槽540内从而实现活动连接。凸缘520的右端的直径大于左端的直径,以防止从凹槽540内掉出。当然,固定件52与活动件54之间的活动连接也可以采用其他各种可能的方式来实现,比如固定件52形成凹槽540,活动件54形成凸缘520;或者固定件52和活动件54分别形成相互卡接的卡扣等等。固定件52及活动件54均为中空的圆筒状,二者同轴设置。固定件52及活动件54的外表面齐平。固定件52及活动件54共同围设形成圆柱状的内腔。内腔的相对两端与开口连通。

内壳50还在固定件52的内表面上形成隔板56,其将内腔分隔成独立且隔离的第一腔体560及第二腔体562。特别地,隔板56共有两块,分别位于驱动元件30的相对两侧。二隔板56与固定件52的内表面共同围设形成电子器件腔564,用来收容驱动元件30、电路板64、控制器60及电池62等电子器件。电子器件腔564优选位于内壳50的中部。第一腔体560及第二腔体562分别位于电子器件腔564的相对两侧,且分别与固定件52及活动件54的位置对应。换句话说,固定件52及活动件54分别围设形成第一腔体560及第二腔体562。第一腔体560及第二腔体562均位于相应的扬声器40的后方而 形成后音腔。第一腔体560及第二腔体562分别朝向外壳10的相对两侧开口。第一腔体560及第二腔体562的体积均大于电子器件腔564的体积。由于电子器件腔564仅设在内腔的中部,占据的空间较小,从而使得第一腔体560及第二腔体564获得较大的体积,有利于扬声器40发出更高品质的声音,特别是可以有效提升低音的品质。并且,由于电子器件腔564的隔板56的作用,第一腔体560及第二腔体562形成基本密封的空间,从而可进一步改善扬声器40的音质。此外,由于扬声器40是分别位于柔性装置的相对两端,因此可分别朝向用户的双耳发声,从而获得更加立体的听觉感受。特别地,柔性装置的整体长度可以设定为与人的双耳距离一致或略大,比如人的双耳的平均距离为145mm,柔性装置的整体长度可设为150mm。由此,二扬声器40在沿侧向反向发声时,用户在听觉上的感受与设在柔性装置中部的扬声器直接朝向用户发声的效果基本相同,从而确保用户的听觉体验。
柔性元件20采用柔性的材料制成,其用于提供相应的功能供用户使用。比如,柔性元件20可以为提供触摸功能的柔性触摸板,用户可以在柔性触摸板上输入文字或符号;柔性元件20还可以为提供显示功能的柔性显示屏,用户可以通过柔性显示屏观看文字或图像。柔性元件20缠绕在内壳50上,且位于内壳50及外壳10之间。柔性元件20部分固定于内壳50的活动件54上,其可以被活动件54带动旋转,从而实现收卷或展开的效果。柔性元件20的末端固定于内壳的外表面上,从而可以跟随活动件旋转。特别地,为获得更大的使用面积,柔性元件20的宽度略小于外壳10的长度。此时,柔性元件20的末端的宽度与内壳50的长度基本相同。请参阅图3,示出了展开状态的柔性元件20。柔性元件20的末端包括第一部分22及与第一部分22连接的第二部分24。第一部分22围绕固定件52,第二部分24围绕活动件54。第二部分24固定在活动件54的外表面,第一部分22与固定件52分离,以避免影响到柔性元件20的旋转。换句话说,柔性元件20与活动件54对应的第二部分24固定于活动件54上,与固定件52对应的第一部分22与固定件52分离。进一步地, 由于柔性元件20本身为柔性,在收卷时第一部分22由于没有直接带动其旋转的支撑机构,而是必须借助于第二部分24的联动才能旋转,导致在收卷时容易发生不平整的情况。为解决收卷不平整的情况,柔性元件20的末端还可固定刚性的支撑件70。支撑件70的长度与柔性元件20的宽度相同。柔性元件20的末端可通过卡扣、螺丝、粘贴等方式与支撑件70固定。支撑件70为长条形的刚性结构,比如铁条、钢尺等。支撑件70包括固定段74及连接段72。固定段74与柔性元件20的第二部分24对应且固定连接,连接段72与柔性元件20的第一部分22对应且固定连接。固定段74通过卡扣、螺丝、粘贴等方式固定于活动件54的外表面,连接段72与固定件52分离。由此,柔性元件20在收卷时,支撑件70的固定段74将带动第一部分22、连接段72和第二部分24一起旋转,连接段72由于与固定件52分离而可确保旋转过程不会被固定件52所阻挡。并且,由于支撑件70为刚性,因而在旋转时可有效地对第一部分22进行支撑,而不会出现收卷不平整的情况。
可以理解地,本发明所称的“分离”是指元件与元件之间没有固定连接关系,并不要求元件与元件之间为非接触状态,换句话说,即使元件与元件之间相互接触,只要二者没有固定连接,也应当称之为“分离”。
进一步地,请参阅图4,定义柔性元件20提供功能的表面为功能面200,比如柔性触摸板的功能面200为触摸面,柔性显示屏的功能面200为显示面。定义柔性元件20中与功能面200相反的表面为支撑面202。本实施例中,在展开状态时,柔性元件20的功能面200为上表面,支撑面202为下表面。当柔性元件20收卷时,功能面200缠绕于内壳50的外表面上。
请参阅图5,支撑面202上可形成多个沿柔性元件20宽度方向延伸的第一定位部204。这些第一定位部204均为定位槽,沿着支撑面202的长度方向排列,且相互平行。驱动元件30还可以包括设在电子器件腔564内并固定在外壳10底部的另一马达32。该另一马达32具有转轮320。转轮320的周缘形成多个第二定位部322。每一第 二定位部322的形状与每一定位槽的形状对应,从而使每一第二定位部322可与每一定位槽相互卡接。另一马达32在工作时,可以带动转轮320旋转。转轮320旋转过程中,其各第二定位部322逐个与不同的定位槽卡接,从而带动柔性元件20移动,以实现展开或收卷的效果。当然,另一马达32也不限于固定在外壳10底部,其也可固定在外壳10内表面的侧壁上,同样可起到相同的驱动效果。相比于马达通过拉动的方式来驱动柔性元件20移动而言,由于另一马达32是通过卡接的方式来实现类似于推动柔性元件20移动的效果,驱动过程的可靠性更高,可以有效地实现将柔性元件20展开的过程。当然,驱动装置30也可仅包括另一马达32,或者仅包括马达,而不必同时使用两个马达。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种柔性装置,包括外壳及柔性元件,其特征在于:还包括收容于外壳内的驱动元件,驱动元件在工作时驱动柔性元件收容于外壳内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:外壳内形成第一腔体及第二腔体。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:第一腔体及第二腔体为相互隔离的音腔,二扬声器分别设于第一腔体及第二腔体内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:第一腔体及第二腔体分别朝向外壳的相对两侧开口,二扬声器分别朝向柔性装置的相对两侧反向发声。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:外壳的长度大于或等于145mm。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:驱动元件位于第一腔体及第二腔体之间。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:第一腔体与第二腔体通过隔板隔离。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:隔板的数量为多块,隔板与隔板之间形成收容驱动元件的电子器件腔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:还包括安装在电子器件腔内的控制器及电池。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:电子器件腔位于外壳的中部,且位于第一腔体及第二腔体之间,电子器件腔的体积小于第一腔体及第二腔体中任一个的体积。
  11. 如权利要求2至10任一项所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:还包括收容于外壳内的内壳,柔性元件在收卷时缠绕于内壳上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:驱动元件收容于内壳内。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:内壳包括固定件及可相对于固定件活动的活动件。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:固定件固定于外壳,活动件的端部与固定件的端部活动连接。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:固定件围绕第一腔体,活动件围绕第二腔体。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:驱动元件固定于固定件,驱动元件在工作时驱动活动件旋转。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:柔性元件的末端包括相互连接的第一部分及第二部分,第一部分及第二部分分别对应固定件及活动件,第二部分相对活动件固定,第一部分与固定件分离。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:柔性元件的末端固定有刚性的支撑件,支撑件包括与第二部分固定连接的固定段及与第一部分固定连接的连接段。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:支撑件的固定段固定于活动件上,连接段与固定件分离。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:柔性元件包括功能面及与功能面相反的支撑面,柔性元件在收卷时,功能面缠绕于内壳上。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的柔性装置,其特征在于:支撑面形成多个第一定位部,驱动元件包括设有多个第二定位部的转轮,驱动元件在工作时,驱动转轮旋转,第二定位部逐个卡接不同的第一定位部,进而带动柔性元件移动。
