Abstract

本发明的实施例提供一种显示器边框结构、显示装置,属于显示技术领域,其可减轻或缓解现有的显示器边框结构、显示装置在进行窄边框设置时强度差和前框遮挡时有效显示面积变小的问题。本发明的实施例提供的显示器边框结构具有与所述后壳一体形成或可拆卸连接的边框,该边框与后壳所在平面可以构成凹槽,可以将显示模组设置于所述的凹槽中,后壳的边框可用于包覆显示模组侧边,因此无需侧边固定结构,即可省略现有技术中的前框设计,实现了窄边框设计。

Description

一种显示器边框结构、显示装置 技术领域
本发明属于显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示器边框结构、显示装置。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有的显示器边框包括前框2与后壳,将显示模组1内嵌入前框2和后壳(未示出)之间,其中,前框2与后壳采用分离式设计,前框2与后壳采用卡合方式固定。
前框2具有前框内边缘21和前框外边缘22,嵌合后显示模组1的侧边12位于前框2的前框内边缘21和前框外边缘22之间,也就是说,前框2的前框内边缘21和前框外边缘22之间距离为L。考虑到增强显示模组1的侧边12的强度,上述L的长度设计较宽。这样使前框2部分地覆盖显示模组1的周边,导致显示模组1的部分周边显示面积不能使用,降低了有效显示面积;同时,导致显示器的边框较宽,为非窄边框设计。
如图2所示,显示模组1的侧边12包括与显示模组1的显示面平行的显示模组侧边正面121和与显示模组1的显示面垂直的显示模组侧边侧面122,非窄边框设计时需要将显示模组侧边正面121设计为一定的宽度,其与长度L相对应,另外,当显示面积较大时需要考虑显示模组侧边侧面122的固定强度。
当前,窄边框设计逐渐成为主流设计,当对前框2的前框内边缘21和前框外边缘22之间距离L进行缩小设计,即窄边框设计时,前框与后壳卡合后位于显示模组周边的前框较窄,造成组装后显示器边框的整体结构强度降低,易变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是减轻或缓解现有技术的显示器边框结构、显示装置在进行窄边框设计时强度差和前框遮挡时有效显示面积变小的问题,提供一种改善显示器边框强度、增加有效显示面积、同时实现窄边框设计的显示器边框结构、显示装置。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所提供的显示器边框结构包括:用于容纳显示模组的后壳;与所述后壳一体形成或可拆卸连接的边框,所述边框向后壳一侧凸起,并与后壳所在平面构成凹槽;显示模组可设置于所述凹槽中。
在一个实施例中,所述的显示模组包括面向后壳的背板,所述后壳与背板固定连接。
在一个实施例中,显示器边框结构还包括加强框,所述加强框包括底边和与所述底边连接的至少一个加强筋;所述底边用于支撑所述显示模组,所述加强筋与所述显示模组连接。
进一步地,所述加强筋可与所述显示模组的背板固定连接。
进一步地,所述加强筋可向所述显示模组的与所述加强框的底边的相对一侧延伸。
在一个实施例中,所述加强筋在所述加强框的底边上间隔布置。
进一步地,所述加强筋在所述加强框的底边上均匀间隔布置。
在另一实施例中,所述后壳还包括向背板相反方向突出的容纳部。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种显示装置,该显示装置可包括前述实施例中的任一实施例提供的显示器边框结构。
本发明的实施例所提供的显示器边框结构具有与所述后壳一体形成或可拆卸连接的边框,该边框与后壳所在平面可构成凹槽,并且可用于将显示模组设置于所述的凹槽中,后壳的边框可用于包覆显示模组侧边,因此无需侧边固定结构,即可省略现有技术中的前框设计,实现了窄边框设计。同时,可以不影响显示器边框强度,并可增加显示装置的有效显示面积。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图3-5所示,本发明的一个实施例提供一种显示器边框结构,包括:用于容纳显示模组1的后壳4;与所述后壳4一体形成或可拆卸连接的边框42,所述边框42向后壳4一侧凸起,并与后壳4所在平面构成凹槽41,所述显示模组1设置于所述凹槽41中。
在本发明的该实施例中,显示器边框结构具有与所述后壳4一体形成或可拆卸连接的边框42,边框42与后壳4所在平面可形成凹槽41,用于将显示模组1设置于凹槽41中,后壳4的边框42可用于包覆显示模组1的侧边12,此时,后壳4的边框42可协助后壳4将显示模组1的除正面外的其余各面进行固定,达到良好的固定显示模组1的效果,而显示模组1的显示模组侧边1可作为显示器的前框,即可省略现有技术中的前框设计,无需额外固定显示模组1的前框。
这样,显示模组1的侧边侧面122可由边框42沿四周包覆,能够抵御来自后面或四周侧面的冲击压力,显示模组1的显示区可以做得更大,而显示模组侧边正面121可以做得更窄,实现了窄边框设计。同时,可以不影响显示器边框强度,并可增加显示装置的有效显示面积。
应当理解的是,上述的边框42可与后壳4一体形成,例如,通过注塑形成;另外,边框42也可以单独形成,然后与后壳4可拆卸连接,具体的连接方式可以采用例如,螺栓连接、卡接等等,在此不再一一赘述。
在一个实施例中,所述的显示模组1包括面向后壳4的背板13,所述后壳4与背板13固定连接。进一步地,背板13可与后壳4直接接触,增强显示模组1的整体强度能力。
在另一实施例中,所述后壳4还包括向背板13相反方向突出的容纳部43,所述容纳部43可用于容纳电路板。
在实施例中,凹槽41的区域内可具有用于与显示模组1连接的固定螺孔44。
应当理解的是,为了增强显示模组1的抗压强度,如图4-5所示,在另一实施例中,显示器边框结构还可包括加强框3,所述加强框3可包括底边31和与所述底边31连接的至少一个加强筋32;
所述底边31可用于支撑所述显示模组1,所述加强筋32可与所述显示模组1连接。这样可以通过加强框3从整体上增强显示模组1的强度。
另外,背板13上可设有背板螺孔14,该背板螺孔14与后壳4上对应位置的固定螺孔44通过螺栓完成固定,实现显示模组1和后壳4的固定。
所述的显示模组1可包括位于正面侧的用于显示的显示面板11和位于背面侧的背板13;所述加强筋32与所述显示模组1的背板13固定连接。在本发明的实施例中,所述的正面侧指朝向显示器的一侧(使用者观看显示器的一侧),所述背面侧是指与上述正面侧相反的一侧。
如图5所示,根据本发明的另一实施例,可以在加强筋32上设有螺孔33,在背板13的与螺孔33对应位置也可设置螺孔,然后通过螺栓可将加强框3与显示模组1固定连接。
所述加强筋32向所述显示模组1的与所述加强框3的底边31的相对一侧延伸。如图5所示,当加强框3的底边31设置于显示模组1的正下方时,加强筋32向显示模组1的正上方的侧边延伸,可根据显示模组尺寸的不同而设置延伸的长度。
多个加强筋32可以在所述加强框3的底边31上间隔布置。这样可以使加强筋32更加全面的起到加强作用。
进一步地,所述加强筋32可以在所述加强框3的底边31上均匀间隔布置。这样可以使加强筋32更加全面均匀的起到加强作用。
采用上述显示器边框结构,可以使得显示装置实现窄边框设计, 省去了前框、更加符合当前的设计潮流。同时,可以不影响显示器边框强度,并可增加显示装置的有效显示面积。
本发明的实施例还提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括上述各实施例中任一实施例提供的显示器边框结构。该显示装置可以是手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。由于显示装置包括上述实施例提供的显示器边框结构,所以显示装置的实施例可以具有与前述的显示器边框结构相同的有益效果,重复之处不再赘述。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种显示器边框结构,包括:
    用于容纳显示模组的后壳;
    与所述后壳一体形成或可拆卸连接的边框,
    其中所述边框向所述后壳一侧凸起,并与所述后壳所在平面构成凹槽,所述显示模组设置于所述凹槽中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示器边框结构,其中所述显示模组包括面向所述后壳的背板,所述后壳与背板固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的显示器边框结构,其中所述显示器边框结构还包括加强框,所述加强框包括底边和与所述底边连接的至少一个加强筋;
    所述底边用于支撑所述显示模组,所述加强筋与所述显示模组连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的显示器边框结构,其中所述加强筋与所述显示模组的背板固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的显示器边框结构,其中所述加强筋向所述显示模组的与所述加强框的底边的相对一侧延伸。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的显示器边框结构,其中所述加强筋在所述加强框的底边上间隔布置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示器边框结构,其中所述加强筋在所述加强框的底边上均匀间隔布置。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的显示器边框结构,其中所述后壳还包括向所述背板相反方向突出的容纳部。
  9. 一种显示装置,该显示装置包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的显示器边框结构。
