显示面板及显示装置 技术领域
本发明属于显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示面板及显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示技术的飞速发展,屏幕越来越多的姿态出现在我们的视野。在商用显示领域,条形屏的非主流长宽比(长宽比≥3∶1),越来越受到市场的关注。例如,长宽比是3∶1、5∶1、10∶1的条形屏逐渐出现在市场中,但是随着市场需求的不断爆发,对长宽比的要求越来越极致。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种显示面板及显示装置。
第一方面,本发明提供一种显示面板,其包括:
前框,包括沿所述显示面板长度方向延伸的第一前框部和第二前框部;沿所述显示面板宽度方向延伸的第三前框部和第四前框部;其中,所述第一前框部和第二前框部相对设置;所述第三前框部和所述第四前框部相对设置,并连接在所述第一前框部和第二前框部之间;
印刷电路板保护壳,与所述第一前框部卡合连接。
可选地,所述第一前框部包括第一侧板,连接在所述第一侧板长度方向的边缘,且向所述印刷电路板保护壳所在方向延伸的第一连接板;

本发明所提供的显示面板为一种极大长宽比的显示模组,该显示面板的前框和印刷电路板保护壳卡合连接,采用一体式装配结构,增强显示面板的整体强度;前框的第一框部的第一连接板折弯设计、背板矩形分区加强筋设计、印刷电路板保护壳采用连续闭合工字型加强筋设计、前框与背板使用优 化的螺丝排布方式锁附方案、背板与中框相抵定均有效的对显示面板的强度进行了加强。

为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。

第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种极大长宽比的显示面板,该显示面板的长度和宽度的尺寸比例可以为20∶1,甚至可以为24∶1。也就是,本发明实施例的显示面板的长度远远大于其宽度。而为了保证显示面板长度方向的稳定,则需要对显示面板中的部分模组的长度方向强度进行加强设计。
当然,本发明实施例中的显示面板的长宽比也不局限于20∶1或者24∶1,可以为20∶1或者24∶1之间的任一长宽比,也可以根据具体应用场景制备不同长宽比的显示面板。
以下,对本发明实施例中的显示面板的各部分模组结构进行简单介绍。如图1和2所示,图1本发明实施例的为显示面板的结构示意图;图2为本发明实施例的显示面板的截面图;该显示面板由前至后依次包括:前框1、第一缓冲结构2、显示模组3、第二缓冲结构4、中框5、背光模组(包括依次设置增亮膜6、第一扩散片7、第二扩散片8、导光板9、反射片10,在导光板9的侧边设置有LED灯条15、在LED灯条15上涂覆有导热胶16,在导光板9四个角上设置有硅胶块)、背板11、印刷电路板(FPC)12、隔离绝缘层13、印刷电路板保护壳14。
在此需要说明的是,印刷电路板12是与显示模组3通过柔性电路板绑 定(COF)连接,之后将印刷电路板12翻折至背板11的背后;隔离绝缘层13则是涂覆在印刷电路板12的电子器件所在层上的,以防止印刷电路板12上的电子器件的引脚与印刷电路板保护壳14短接,造成显示面板的显示不良。其中,第一缓冲结构2的材料具体可以是泡棉,第二缓冲结构4的材料具体可以是橡胶;第一缓冲结构2和第二缓冲结构4均用以避免显示面板在受到外力冲击时造成损伤。LED灯条15上涂覆的导热胶16,该导热胶16用以将LED灯条15长期发光所产生的热量传导至背板11,以进行散热。
其中,由于本实施例中显示面板的长宽比较大,在本发明的是一些实施例中,背板11的材料可以选取0.8t的电镀锌钢板(EGI;Electrolytically Galvanized Steel Sheets)基材;印刷电路板保护壳14的材料可以选取0.5t的电镀锌钢板基材。当然,对于背板11和印刷电路板保护壳14的材料也不局限于上述基材,也可以根据具体产品的尺寸选用具体型号的基材。
在此需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中所谓的显示面板长度方向为显示面板长边的延伸方向,显示面板宽度方向为显示面板短边的延伸方向。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3所示,图3为本发明实施例的显示面板的前框的结构示意图;该显示面板的前框1包括沿显示面板长度方向延伸的第一前框部101和第二前框部102,以及沿显示面板宽度方向延伸的第三前框部103和第四前框部104;其中,第一前框部101和第二前框部102相对设置;第三前框部103和第四前框部104相对设置;且第三前框部103和第四前框部104连接在第一前框部101和第二前框部102之间。具体的,如图1所示,显示面板具体可以是由第一前框部101、第二前框部102、第三前框部103、第四前框部104围成的矩形框架,但应当理解的是,本发明实施例中的显示面板不局限于矩形,也可以其它的多边形结构,而在下述内容中只是以显示面板为矩形为例进行说明。
显示面板中的印刷电路板保护壳14与前框1中第一前框部101采用卡 合连接,以使前框1和印刷电路板保护壳14相固定。这样一来,即使随着显示面板窄边化,且长度方向尺寸较大,导致前框1的稳定性相对薄弱,但由于本发明实施例中的前框1和印刷电路板保护壳14采用卡合连接,因此,可以通过印刷电路板保护壳14的强度来保证前框1的稳定性,从而可以增强显示面板的整体的强度。
在本发明的一些实施例中,该显示面板的前框1的第一前框部101包括第一侧板1011和连接在第一侧板1011长度方向的边缘,且向印刷电路板保护壳104所在方向延伸的第一连接板1012;第二前框部102包括第二侧板1021和连接在第二侧板1021长度方向的边缘,且印刷电路板保护壳104所在方向延伸的第二连接板1022;第三前框部103包括第三侧板1031和连接在第三侧板1031长度方向的边缘,且印刷电路板保护壳104所在方向延伸的第三连接板1032;第四前框部104包括第四侧板1041和连接在第四侧板1041长度方向的边缘,且印刷电路板保护壳104所在方向延伸的第四连接板1042。其中,第一侧板1011、第二侧板1021、第三侧板1031、第四侧板1041围成矩形的结构;第一连接板1012、第二连接板1022、第三连接板1032、第四连接板1042围成轮廓为矩形的结构。
在此需要说明的是,第一侧板1011、第二侧板1021、第三侧板1031、第四侧板1041均可以包括沿显示面板长度方向延伸的第一边和第二边,以及沿显示面板宽度方向延伸的第三边和第四边;其中,第一边和第二边相对设置,第三边和第四边相对设置并连接在第一边和第二边之间。本发明实施例中的第一侧板1011、第二侧板1021、第三侧板1031、第四侧板1041长度方向的边缘分别是指各自的第一边的位置。
第一连接板1012可以由第一侧板1011的第一边向内弯折得到,第二连接板1022可以由第二侧板1021的第一边向内弯折得到,第三连接板1032可以由第三侧板1031的第一边向内弯折得到,第四连接板1042可以由第四 侧板1041的向内弯折得到;在将前框1和印刷电路板保护壳14组装在一起时,第一侧板1011、第二连接板1022、第三连接板1032、第四连接板1042均是向印刷电路板保护壳14所在方向延伸的。
其中,如图4所示,图4为本发明实施例的显示面板的前框的局部放大图;在第一前框部101所在位置对应显示面板中的柔性线路板所在位置,第二前框部102所在位置对应显示面板中的LED灯条15所在位置;在第一连接板1012多个第一卡合槽1013。
如图5所示,图5为本发明实施例的显示面板的印刷电路板保护壳的结构示意图;该印刷电路板保护壳14可以包括壳体1401,分别连接在壳体1401的长度方向的边缘的第一壳体连接部1402和第二壳体连接部1403,分别连接在壳体1401的长度宽度方向边缘的第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405。在此需要说明的是,壳体1401的长度方向与显示面板的长度方向相同,壳体1401的宽度方向与显示面板的宽度方向相同。
其中,第一壳体连接部1402和第二壳体连接部1403分别由壳体1041的长度方向的边缘向内弯折得到,以使在将印刷电路板保护壳14与前框1组装在一起时,第一壳体连接部1402和第二壳体连接部1403指向前框1,且第一壳体连接部1402与第一连接板1012相对,第二壳体连接部1403与第二连接板1022相对。第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405分别由壳体1041的宽度方向的边缘向内弯折,再向背离壳体1405方向的弯折得到,以使在将印刷电路板保护壳14与背板11组装在一起时,第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405与背板11相固定。
具体的,如图6所示,图6为本发明实施例的显示面板的前框和印刷电路板卡合连接的结构示意图;印刷电路板保护壳14的第一壳体连接部1402上设置有多个第一卡合部1406;而前框1的第一连接板1012上设置有多个第一卡合槽1013;其中,第一卡合部1406与第一卡合槽1013一一对应连接, 以完成印刷电路板保护壳14和前框2的组装。
其中,印刷电路板保护壳14的第二壳体连接部1403是将印刷电路板12包裹在印刷电路板保护壳14内的。第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405是与背板11相固定。在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7所示,图7为本发明实施例的显示面板的第一前框部的局部放大图;该第一前框部101的第一连接板1012的长度方向的边缘向内弯折并向背离第一侧板1011的方向延伸。也即,对第一连接板1012的边缘弯折设计,从而起到对第一连接板1012的长度方向强度加强的效果。具体的,第一连接板1012的长度方向的边缘的弯折深度包括:1.4mm,也即弯折的断差为L=1.4mm。当然,弯折的断差也可以根据第一连接板的长度具体设定。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图8所示,图8为本发明实施例显示面板的背板的结构示意图;该显示面板中的背板包括:底板1101,连接在底板长度方向边缘、相对设置第一底板连接部1102和第二底板连接部1103;其中,第一底板连接部1102和所述第一连接板1012通过第一螺丝17连接;第二底板连接部与第二连接板通过第二螺丝连接(图中未示)。
具体的,如图9所示,图9为本发明实施例的显示面板的背板和前框的连接示意图;该前框1的第一连接板1012和背板11的第一底板连接部1102之间的空间设置有第一铆柱18,该第一铆柱18铆接在第一底板连接部1102上,并与第一螺丝17一一对应设置;第一螺丝17通过第一铆柱18将第一连接板1012和第一底板连接部1102连接;应当理解的是,在第一连接板1012和第一底板连接部1102上是设置有孔的,孔是与第一铆柱18一一对应设置的,第一铆柱18铆接在底板连接部1102的孔中,这样一来,第一螺丝17穿过第一连接板1012上的孔和第一铆柱18与第一底板连接部1102连接。
相应的,第二连接板1022和第二底板连接板1103之间的空间设置有第二铆柱,该第二铆柱铆接在第二底板连接板1103上,第二铆柱与第二螺丝 一一对应设置;第二螺丝通过第二铆柱将第二连接板1022和第二底板连接部1103连接;应当理解的是,在第二连接板1022和第二底板连接部1103上是设置有孔的,孔是与第二铆柱一一对应设置的,第二铆柱是铆接在第二底板连接板1103的孔中,这样一来,第二螺丝穿过第一连接板1022上的孔和第二铆柱与第二底板连接部1103连接。
其中,第一螺丝的数量可以是少于第二螺丝的数量,具体的,第一螺丝可以设置9个,第二螺丝设置11个。第一螺丝17和第二螺丝在空间上的位置可以是交错设置的,以保证背板11和前框2固定牢固。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图10所述,图10为本发明实施例的显示面板的中框的结构示意图;该显示面板的中框包括沿所述显示面板沿长度方向延伸的第一中框部501和第二中框部502,且第一中框部501和第二中框部502相对设置;其中,第一中框部501和第一底板连接部1102卡合连接;第二中框部502和第二底板连接部1103卡合连接。
具体的,如图10-12所示,图11为本发明实施例的显示面板的背板的局部放大图;图12为本发明实施例的显示面板的前框、背板、中框的连接示意图;该中框5的第一中框部501上设置有第二卡合槽503,第一底板连接部1102上设置有第二卡合部1104,第二卡合槽503与第二卡合部1104一一对应设置,且二者卡合连接;第二中框部502上设置有第三卡合槽(图中未示),第二底板连接部1103上设置有第三卡合部(图中未示),所述第三卡合槽和所述第三卡合部一一对应设置,且二者卡合连接。
其中,第二卡合部1104与第一螺丝17交替设置;第三卡合部与第二螺丝交替设置。这样一来,可以更好的对背板、中框、前框更好的固定。
其中,如图11和12所示,背板11的第二底板连接部1103沿其长度方向的边缘具有向内弯折的多个弯折部1105,多个弯折部1105用以对LED灯条15进行垂直限位,并与第二中框部502相抵,以对中框5进行固定。具 体的,弯折部1105的数量可以是6个,折弯部1105的长宽可以是6×2。当然,折弯部1105的数量和尺寸也可以是根据显示面板的长度进行具体设定。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图13所示,图13为本发明实施例的显示面板的背板的第一加强筋的结构示意图;该背板11的底板1101上具有多个间隔设置的第一加强筋1106。该第一加强筋1106优选的为形成在底板上的凸包,该凸包可以为矩形凸包。可以理解的是,凸包具有与显示模组相对的一外凸平面,以及与该平面连接的四个侧面(也即凸包的断差面);其中,凸包与显示模组相对的外凸平面则为底板的支撑面,任意两相邻的凸包之间所限定的区域则为压筋区。
具体的,凸包加强筋的数量可以为14个,且分区设置并覆盖与背板11的底板1101上,该凸包加强筋的深度可以为2mm或者3mm。本实施例中背板11上的第一加强筋1106可以有效的避免成品歪曲变形,增强背板强度。其中,凸包加强筋断差衔接处设置为斜面,矩形凸包结构的拐角(角落)采用圆弧状结构,以避免冲压引起的应力集中而导致背板局部断裂强度削弱。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图14所示,图14为本发明实施例的印刷电路板保护壳和背板连接的示意图;该印刷电路板保护壳14的第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405是与背板11连接的。具体的,第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405可以通过螺丝连接,同时,还可以在第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405上设置卡合槽,在背板11上与卡合槽对应的位置设置卡合部,通过卡合槽和卡合部卡合连接,以对印刷电路板保护壳14和背板11进一步的固定。当然,印刷电路板保护壳14和背板11通过卡合槽和卡合部卡合连接便于将二者组装在一起。印刷电路板保护壳14的壳体靠近第二壳体连接部1403一侧与印刷电路板12是通过同一螺丝与背板11锁附连接的。
其中,在印刷电路板保护壳14的第一壳体连接部1402和第二壳体连接 部1403与背板11连接的支撑角位置均设置有凸筋1407,该凸筋1407可以采用但不限于“鸟嘴式”凸筋。进一步的,在第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405与背板11连接的支撑角位置的凸筋1407的数量均可以但不限于两个。这样一来,可以对印刷电路板保护壳14的第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405连接的位置进行加强设计。具体的,当第三壳体连接部1404和第四壳体连接部1405为两个时,这两个凸筋1407可以是沿垂直于第三壳体连接部1404的长度方向的中线对称设置,同时,这两个凸筋1407优选的分布在第三壳体连接部1404的长度方向的靠近边角的位置。同理,第四壳体连接部1405的凸筋也可以如此设置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图15所示,图15为本发明实施例的印刷电路板保护壳的第二加强筋的结构示意图;对于印刷电路板保护壳14的壳体1401上设置有第二加强筋1408,用以增加壳体的强度。具体的,第二加强筋1408可以是形成在壳体上的工字形加强筋。也即,壳体和工字形加强筋是一体结构,并优选的采用连续、闭合工字形加强筋。当然,壳体1401上的第二加强筋1408也不局限于工字形。在此需要说明的是,工字形加强筋形成在壳体上,也即在壳体1401上形成工字型凸包,凸包可以使得印刷电路板的电子器件和印刷电路板保护壳之间存在一定的空间,以避免在受到外力冲击时,印刷电路板保护壳下陷而影响电子器件。
本发明实施例所提供的显示面板为一种极大长宽比的显示模组,该显示面板的前框1和印刷电路板保护壳14卡合连接,采用一体式装配结构,增强显示面板的整体强度;前框1的第一前框部101的第一连接板折1012弯设计、背板11的矩形分区加强筋设计、印刷电路板保护壳14采用连续闭合工字型加强筋设计、前框1与背板11使用优化的螺丝排布方式锁附方案、背板1与中框5相抵定均有效的对显示面板的强度进行了加强。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种显示装置,其可以包括上述的任一显示面板。
该显示装置可以包括:货架电子标签,车载条形屏等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种显示面板,其包括:
    前框,包括沿所述显示面板长度方向延伸的第一前框部和第二前框部;沿所述显示面板宽度方向延伸的第三前框部和第四前框部;其中,所述第一前框部和第二前框部相对设置;所述第三前框部和所述第四前框部相对设置,并连接在所述第一前框部和第二前框部之间;
    印刷电路板保护壳,与所述第一前框部卡合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一前框部包括第一侧板,连接在所述第一侧板长度方向的边缘,且向所述印刷电路板保护壳所在方向延伸的第一连接板;
    所述第二前框部包括第二侧板,连接在所述第二侧板长度方向的边缘,且向所述印刷电路板保护壳所在方向延伸的第二连接板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述印刷电路板保护壳,包括壳体,连接所述壳体的长度方向的边缘,且向所述第一侧板所在方向延伸的第一壳体连接部;其中,
    所述第一壳体连接部长度方向的边缘连接第一卡合部;所述第一连接板上设置有第一卡合槽;所述第一壳体连接部和所述第一卡合槽一一对应连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一前框部对应显示面板的柔性线路板的位置;所述第一连接板的长度方向的边缘向内弯折并向背离所述第一侧板的方向延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一连接板的长度方 向的边缘的弯折深度包括:1.4mm。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板还包括背板;所述背板包括:底板,连接在所述底板长度方向边缘、相对设置第一底板连接部和第二底板连接部;其中,所述第一底板连接部与所述第一连接板通过第一螺丝连接;
    所述第二底板连接部与所述第二连接板通过第二螺丝连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述显示面板,其中,所述第一底板连接部上设置有第一铆柱;所述第一铆柱与所述第一螺丝一一对应设置;且所述螺丝通过所述第一铆柱将所述第一连接板和所述第一底板连接部连接;
    所述第二底板连接板上设置有第二铆柱;所述第二铆柱与第二螺丝一一对应设置;所述第二螺丝通过所述第二铆柱将所述第二连接板和所述第二底板连接部连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述显示面板,其中,所述显示面板还包括中框;所述中框包括沿所述显示面板长度方向延伸的第一中框部和第二中框部,且所述第一中框部和所述第二中框部相对设置;其中,所述第一中框部和所述第一底板连接部卡合连接;所述第二中框部和所述第二底板连接部卡合连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一中框部上设置有第二卡合槽,所述第一底板连接部上设置有第二卡合部,所述第二卡合槽与所述第二卡合部一一对应设置,且二者卡合连接;
    所述第二中框部上设置有第三卡合槽,所述第二底板连接部上设置有第三卡合部,所述第三卡合槽和所述第三卡合部一一对应设置,且二者卡合连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二卡合部与所述第一螺丝交替设置;所述第三卡合部与所述第二螺丝交替设置。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述背板的底板上具有多个间隔设置的第一加强筋。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一加强筋为形成在所述底板上的凸包。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述印刷电路板保护壳包括壳体,以及由所述壳体的宽度方向的边缘弯折,并向背离所述壳体的方向延伸得到的所述第一壳体连接部和所述第二壳体连接部;所述第一壳体连接部和所述第二壳体连接部均与所述背板连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一壳体连接部和所述第二壳体连接部的支撑角位置设置有凸筋。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一壳体连接部和所述第二壳体连接部的支撑角位置的所述凸筋数量均为两个。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的显示面板,其中,所述壳体上具有第二加强筋。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二加强筋包括形成在所述在壳体上的工字形加强筋。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板的长宽 比包括20∶1-24∶1。
