Abstract

Description
本申请要求于2016年06月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610511087.8、201620684696.9、发明名称为“上肢康复训练机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种上肢康复训练机。
随着医疗技术的不断发展,康复治疗成为一门促进患者和残疾人身心功能康复的新的治疗学科,也是一门新的技术专业。它的目的是使人们能够尽可能地恢复日常生产、学习、工作和劳动,以及社会生活的能力,融入社会、改善生活质量。
由于脑血管病、脑外伤等病因导致上肢失去活动能力,上肢肌肉萎缩的患者,往往是借助外力被动运动进行康复训练,从而帮助患者恢复上肢力量。
但现有的上肢康复训练辅具相对笨拙,不灵活,运动模式单一,训练动作种类比较少,运动幅度较小,操作枯燥,无法提高用户在使用设备时的兴趣,增加用户使用难度。
另外,上肢康复训练机还存在结构复杂、无法与人体直接作用的问题。
综上所述,如何有效地解决上肢康复训练机在使用时不灵活、运动模式单一、训练动作种类较少的问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种上肢康复训练机,以解决上肢康复训练机在使用时不灵活、运动模式单一、训练动作种类较少的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种上肢康复训练机,包括用于支撑上肢的手托和活动板,所述手托设置于所述活动板上,所述手托能够在所述活动板上滑动。
优选地,所述活动板上设置有第一导轨和活动架,所述活动架位于所述第一导轨上且能够沿所述第一导轨滑动,所述活动架上设置有第二导轨,所述手托位于所述活动架上且能够沿所述第二导轨滑动。
优选地,所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨呈垂直放置。
优选地,所述活动板的横截面为矩形。
优选地,所述上肢康复训练机还包括底座,所述活动板与所述底座经可伸缩的立柱连接。
优选地,所述活动板和所述活动架上均分别设置有能够带动所述活动架沿所述第一导轨滑动、所述手托沿所述第二导轨滑动的电机。
优选地,所述活动板上设置有用于获取数据的传感器。
优选地,所述活动板上设置有用于与计算机连接的计算机接口。
优选地,所述活动板上设置有电源开关。

在一种具体的实施方式中,上肢康复训练机包括用于支撑上肢的手托1和活动板3,手托1设置在活动板3上,且能够在活动板3上滑动。应用本发明提供的上肢康复训练机时,手托1带动上肢在活动板3上移动,同时用户在操作过程中跟随上肢进行相应的转动。一般的,运动的轨迹可根据预设轨迹实现,或者通过用户主动进行转动,运动模式及训练动作多样。显而易见,本发明提供的上肢康复训练机通过在活动板3上设置手托1,手托1能够在活动板3上滑动,完成用户的训练过程,解决上肢康复训练机在使用时不灵活、运动模式单一的问题。对手托1的具体形式不作限定,只要能够达到相同技术目的即可。
手托1及手握把手符合人体工程学设计,一般的手托1的外侧包覆软性材料,使用户进行康复训练时,操作设备更加便捷、舒适,其光洁的表面也便于清洗。在其他实施例中,也可以选择其他类型的手托1,对具体的手托1的形式不作具体限定,均在本发明的保护范围内。
具体的,活动板3上设置有第一导轨和活动架2,活动架2位于第一导轨上且能够沿第一导轨滑动,活动架2上设置有第二导轨,手托1位于活动架2上且能够沿第二导轨滑动。活动板3上设置第一导轨,活动架2可设置相应的滑块进行配合,或者其他装置完成二者的滑动配合,一般为了使活动架2的滑动较为平稳,第一导轨的个数一般可以为两个,相配合使用。第一导轨的设定可沿着活动板3的周向一周设置,或者设置特定的轨迹,具体的,可根据实际的作业需要自行进行设置。活动架2上设置第二导轨,手托1设置在活动架2上且能够沿第二导轨滑动,一般的,活动板3上设置有电机相对应的驱动控制板,实时提供所需的动力。如上文所述,对具体的实现形式不作限定,只要能够达到相同的技术效果即可。在其他实施例中,也可以直接将手托1放置在活动板3上进行相应的设置,但由于实际的生产情况,设置导轨的同时还需设置其他装置来完成滑动,结构较为复杂,具体的,可根据实际的生产需要自行进行设置。
进一步地,第一导轨和第二导轨呈垂直放置。为了能够更好的对上肢进行伸展,第一导轨和第二导轨垂直放置,这样设置结构也较为简单,安装及修复都较为方便。在其他实施例中,也可以选择其他形式的放置方式。
优选地,手托1、活动架2和活动板3三者间的连接为隐藏式设计,在使用方便的同时不影响外观。
更进一步地,活动板3的横截面为矩形。为了便于设置及安装,活动板3为矩形板,这样第一导轨在设置时可沿活动板3的两边相对设置,一般为平行设置,对第一导轨的安装及设置较为便利,且结构简单。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以设置为圆形轨道或者其他形式的轨道,此处仅为较为优选的实施例。
具体的,上肢康复训练机还包括底座5,活动板3与底座5经可伸缩的立柱4连接。为了满足不同用户的需求,在活动板3和底座5间通过立柱4连接,立柱4可伸缩,可通过操作器控制活动板3自由升降,用户可根据自身的高度及使用舒适度自行调整活动板3的高度,有广泛的适用性。底座5作为支撑,优选为大面积底座5,这样整体平稳性好并具有较大的腿部活动空间,
用户可以舒适的使用训练机训练。在其他实施例中,活动板3与底座5间也可以设置不可伸缩的立柱4进行连接,均在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述各实施例的基础上,活动板3和活动架2上均分别设置有能够带动活动架2沿第一导轨滑动、手托1沿第二导轨滑动的电机。在活动板3上设置电机,电机带动活动架2在第一导轨上滑动,使得活动架2能够在第一导轨上灵活的运动。在活动架2上设置第二导轨,手托1设置在活动架2上且通过电机带动沿着第二导轨滑动,在其他实施例中,上述电机也可以通过其他动力设备代替,此处仅为较为优选的实施方案。通过电机提供动力,并能够提供多种运动模式,如动力或阻力模拟,虚拟质量模拟与牵引力模拟等模式,为上肢偏瘫用户提供更好的康复训练,用户可根据需要,设置电机提供一定的助力或者阻力,提供助力时,用户可通过电机带动较为轻便的进行训练,或者用户自行带动手托1运动,但电机提供一定的助力使得训练变得轻松。电机提供阻力时,通过增加负载或其他形式提供阻力,用户在训练强度增加,具体的,可根据实际的情况自行进行设定。
具体的,活动板3上设置有用于获取数据的传感器。为了能够更好的对用户的训练情况及身体指标进行观测,在活动板3上设置传感器,通过传感器模拟并获取力反馈数据,实时记录用户康复训练过程中的数据。
进一步地,活动板3上设置有用于与计算机连接的计算机接口6。一般计算机接口6设置在活动板3底部,训练机通过实时总线与上位计算机相连后能实时记录用户康复训练过程中的数据,并依据反馈数据实时控制整个运动平台,为用户提供直观的康复报告。
更进一步地,活动板3上设置有电源开关7。一般设置在活动板3的底部,控制整个训练机的开关。
在一种具体的实施例中,手托1与活动架2内的导轨通过连接件固定,由活动板3内部的电机提供动力,使手托1能在活动架2上灵活的横向运动。活动架2与活动板3由连接件固定在活动板3内的平行导轨上,由活动板3内部的电机提供动力,使得活动架2能在活动板3上灵活的前后运动。且电机都由驱动控制板控制,根据用户需要,可设置其提供一定的助力或阻力。
立柱4与活动板3连接,通过操作面板能自由升降,调节活动板3的高度。计算机接口6与外部计算机相连,从活动架2、活动板3内部的传感器获取实时数据,生成用户的康复训练报告。
相比较简易手动式康复辅具,本发明提供的上肢康复训练机操作过程更加便捷、智能,操作也不再枯燥。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,包括用于支撑上肢的手托(1)和活动板(3),所述手托(1)设置于所述活动板(3)上,所述手托(1)能够在所述活动板(3)上滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述活动板(3)上设置有第一导轨和活动架(2),所述活动架(2)位于所述第一导轨上且能够沿所述第一导轨滑动,所述活动架(2)上设置有第二导轨,所述手托(1)位于所述活动架(2)上且能够沿所述第二导轨滑动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨呈垂直放置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述活动板(3)的横截面为矩形。
- 根据权利要求4所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述上肢康复训练机还包括底座(5),所述活动板(3)与所述底座(5)经可伸缩的立柱(4)连接。
- 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述活动板(3)和所述活动架(2)上均分别设置有能够带动所述活动架(2)沿所述第一导轨滑动、所述手托(1)沿所述第二导轨滑动的电机。
- 根据权利要求6所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述活动板(3)上设置有用于获取数据的传感器。
- 根据权利要求7所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述活动板(3)上设置有用于与计算机连接的计算机接口(6)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的上肢康复训练机,其特征在于,所述活动板(3)上设置有电源开关(7)。
