此处,当转移管30的末端伸入到盛放待转移液体的容器50的底部时,若向通气管40中通入氮气或惰性气体,便可以将盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体全部转移到目标容器60中。对于一些粘性较大的液体,本公开的实施例可以转移的更干净,避免造成液体的浪费。
可以向通气管40中通入氮气,也可以向通气管40中通入惰性气体以在转移过程提供转移动力。通气管40中通入的惰性气体例如 可以是氦气、氩气、氖气等,但本公开的实施例不限于此。
转移管30和通气管40的材质例如可以是塑胶PVC(Polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯),但本公开的实施例不限于此。
盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60的大小和形状可以为实际使用的容器大小和形状。此外,待转移液体例如可以是封装胶材,或其它需要从一容器转移到另外容器的流体或半流体。
本公开的实施例提供一种液体转移装置,在进行液体转移时,将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上,当向通气管40中通入氮气或惰性气体时,盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体便可以通过转移管30转移到目标容器60中。本公开的实施例通过转移管30进行转移,且转移过程中盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60分别盖有第一辅助盖子10和第二辅助盖子20,因而在液体转移过程中,可以避免液体与外界环境接触而影响液体的质量。当该液体转移装置用于转移封装胶材时,可避免封装胶材在转移过程中与外界环境接触而降低封装胶材的质量。
例如,如图2所示,液体转移装置还包括夹持装置70,用于打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,并将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上;还用于打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,并将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上。
夹持装置70的结构能够打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,并能够将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上;以及能够打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,并将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上。例如,夹持装置70为夹子类结构。例如,如图11A-C所示,一种夹子结构70包括框架内设置的磁铁706和两个固定件708。
此处,夹持装置70可以同时打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501和盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601;当然也可以是先打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,再打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,或者是先打开盖在目标容器 60上的第二盖子601,再打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501。同理,夹持装置70可以同时将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上;当然也可以是先将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,再将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上,或者是先将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上,再将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上。
需要说明的是,在液体转移过程完成后,可以通过夹取装置70打开第一辅助盖子10,并将盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上;通过夹取装置70打开第二辅助盖子20,并将目标容器60的第二盖子601盖在目标容器60上。
此外,本公开的实施例中,例如,盛放待转移液体的容器50、盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501、目标容器60、目标容器60的第二盖子601、第一辅助盖子10、第二辅助盖子20的放置位置是固定的,这样便于夹持装置70在记忆位置后可以准确夹取盖子。
本公开的实施例可以通过夹持装置70打开或盖上盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501、目标容器60上的第二盖子601、第一辅助盖子10或第二辅助盖子20,可以进一步地防止作业人员靠近盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60,而导致的作业人员携带的颗粒混入液体中。
又例如,如图3所示,液体转移装置还包括驱动部80和伸缩结构90;驱动部80与伸缩结构90相连,用于驱动伸缩结构90移动或转动;伸缩结构90的一端与夹持装置70相连,用于带动夹持装置70移动或转动。
驱动部80例如可以是气缸或电机等,但本公开的实施例不限于此。
此处,需要说明的是,本公开的实施例中的移动既可以是横向移动,也可以是纵向移动。
本公开的实施例中,由于驱动部80可以驱动伸缩结构90移动,而伸缩结构90又与夹持装置70相连,因而伸缩结构90可以带动夹 持装置70移动至盛放待转移液体的容器50的上方或目标容器60的上方,以打开或盖上盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501或目标容器60的第二盖子601;或者,打开或盖上第一辅助盖子10或第二辅助盖子20。当驱动部80驱动伸缩结构90移动,以带动夹持装置70移动至盛放待转移液体的容器50的上方或目标容器60的上方时,夹持装置70夹住盛放待转移液体的容器50上的盖子(此处的盖子可以是盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501,也可以是第一辅助盖子10)或目标容器60上的盖子(此处的盖子可以是目标容器60的第二盖子601,也可以是第二辅助盖子20),驱动部80还可以驱动伸缩结构90转动,以带动夹持装置70转动,从而可以打开或盖上盛放待转移液体的容器50的上的盖子或目标容器60上的盖子。
本公开的实施例,液体转移装置包括驱动部80和伸缩结构90,驱动部80可以驱动伸缩结构90移动或转动,以带动夹持装置70移动或转动,因而夹持装置70可以使不同高度的盛放待转移液体的容器50或目标容器60上的盖子打开或盖上。
又例如,如图4所示,上述液体转移装置还包括滑轨100;伸缩结构90的另一端设置于滑轨100上。
伸缩结构90可以沿着滑轨100移动。
本公开的实施例中的滑轨100可以为伸缩结构90的横向移动提供轨道。当盛放待转移液体的容器50或目标容器60放置于滑轨100的正下方时,可以便于伸缩结构90准确、快速地移动至盛放待转移液体的容器50或目标容器60的正上方,以使伸缩结构90纵向移动后可带动夹取装置70准确、快速地夹持盛放待转移液体的容器50上的盖子(此处的盖子可以是盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501,也可以是第一辅助盖子10)或目标容器60上的盖子(此处的盖子可以是目标容器60的第二盖子601,也可以是第二辅助盖子20)。
例如,如图5所示,夹持装置70包括第一夹子701和第二夹子702。第一夹子701用于夹持盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501或第一辅助盖子10;第二夹子702用于夹持目标容器60的第二盖子601或第二辅助盖子20。
例如,第一夹子701和第二夹子702的结构可以相同,也可以不同。
本公开的实施例,由于夹持装置70包括第一夹子701和第二夹子702,因而第一夹子701和第二夹子702可以同时打开或盖上盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501和目标容器60上的第二盖子601;或者,第一夹子701和第二夹子702可以同时打开或盖上第一辅助盖子10和第二辅助盖子20,从而提高了液体转移装置的转移效率。
例如,如图5所示,第一夹子701和第二夹子702均包括固定部703和移动部704;固定部703与移动部704相连,移动部704用于夹持盖子;移动部704可以在固定部703上移动。
需要说明的是,此处的盖子可以是盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,或者是目标容器60上的第二盖子601,或者是第一辅助盖子10,或者是第二辅助盖子20。
固定部703和移动部704的结构的设计使得移动部704可以在固定部703上移动,以使第一夹子701和第二夹子702可以夹住不同大小的盖子。
示例的,固定部703为磁铁或固定部703的下表面设置有磁铁,移动部704为磁性材料,这样移动部704便可以在固定部703上移动,以使第一夹子701和第二夹子702适用于夹住不同大小的盖子。
本公开的实施例,由于第一夹子701和第二夹子702均包括固定部703和移动部704,且移动部704可以在固定部703上移动,这样通过调节移动部704,便可以使得第一夹子701和第二夹子702能够夹住不同大小的盖子。
例如,如图6或图7所示,第一辅助盖子10包括第一子辅助部分101,第二辅助盖子20包括第二子辅助部分201;第一子辅助部分101用于伸入盛放待转移液体的容器50的部分和第二子辅助部分201用于伸入目标容器60的部分均为弹性棉,且弹性棉与容器内壁接触。
可以选用各类弹性棉或具有良好的密封性和弹性的材料。第一 子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201的形状和大小设计成使得第一子辅助部分101能与盛放待转移液体的容器50匹配,第二子辅助部分201能与目标容器60匹配。第一子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201例如可以为塞子,第一子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201伸入到容器的部分也可以是环形结构,环形结构与盛放待转移液体的容器50或目标容器60的容器壁接触,但是本公开的实施例并不限于此。
此处,第一子辅助部分101伸入盛放待转移液体的容器50的部分和第二子辅助部分201伸入目标容器60的部分均为弹性棉(如图6中的黑色部分所示)。第一子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201的其它部分可以是弹性棉,也可以是其它材料。
本公开的实施例,由于第一子辅助部分101伸入盛放待转移液体的容器50的部分和第二子辅助部分201伸入目标容器60的部分均为弹性棉,且弹性棉与容器内壁接触,这样可以使得第一子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201分别与盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60紧密接触,使得盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60保持密封环境,进一步地防止外界环境中的氧气和水汽进入盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60中而导致的液体质量下降的问题。
又例如,如图7所示,第一辅助盖子10还包括第一子固定部分102,第二辅助盖子20还包括第二子固定部分202;第一子固定部分102的内侧设置有与盛放待转移液体的容器50的容器口相匹配的螺纹,第一子固定部分102盖在第一子辅助部分101的外侧,用于固定第一子辅助部分101。
第二子固定部分201的内侧设置有与目标容器60的容器口相匹配的螺纹,第二子固定部分201盖在第二子辅助部分201的外侧,用于固定第二子辅助部分201。
本公开的实施例,由于第一子辅助部分101伸入盛放待转移液体的容器50的部分和第二子辅助部分201伸入目标容器60的部分均为弹性棉,而弹性棉与容器的摩擦力较小,因而在液体转移时,当向盛放待转移液体的容器50中通入的氮气或惰性气体产生的气压 较大时,第一子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201可能会被弹开,因而本公开的实施例通过第一子固定部分102和第二子固定部分202分别对第一子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201进行固定,防止液体转移时,盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60中气压过大将第一子辅助部分101和第二子辅助部分201弹开。
例如,如图8所示,上述液体转移装置还包括设置在转移管30上的阀门110,用于控制转移管30导通与否。
当向目标容器60中转移的液体的量已达到要求或目标容器60中的液体已满时,虽然停止向通气管40中通入氮气或惰性气体,但是盛放待转移液体的容器50存留的气压可能会使得盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体继续向目标容器60转移,从而会导致目标容器60中液体的量不准确或液体溢出。本公开的实施例在转移管30上设置阀门110。因而当不需要进行液体转移时,可以通过阀门110控制转移管30不导通,从而可以阻止盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体向目标容器60中转移。
此外,在通气管40上也可以设置阀门(本公开的实施例的附图中未示意出),当不需要向目标容器60转移液体时,可以通过关闭阀门使通气管40不导通。这样,由于盛放待转移液体的容器50中的气压较小,便不能将盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体转移到目标容器60中。
例如,如图8所示,液体转移装置还包括称量台120;目标容器60放置于称量台120上。
由于本公开的实施例的液体转移装置还包括称量台120,因而可以通过称量台120对液体转移的量进行精确监控。
需要说明的是,当液体定量转移完成后,可以根据情况继续更换另一个盛放待转移液体的容器50或目标容器60。
例如,如图8所示,液体转移装置还包括盖子放置台130,用于放置盖子。
例如液体转移装置可以包括一个盖子放置台130,也可以包括两个或多个盖子放置台130。
需要说明的是,上述盖子可以是盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501,或者是目标容器60的第二盖子601,或者是第一辅助盖子10,或者是第二辅助盖子20。
液体转移装置可以包括一个盖子放置台130。盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501、目标容器60的第二盖子601、第一辅助盖子10以及第二辅助盖子20可以均放在该盖子放置台130上。也可以是如图8所示,液体转移装置包括三个盖子放置台130。一个盖子放置台130用于放置第一辅助盖子10和第二辅助盖子20,一个盖子放置台130用于放置盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501,一个盖子放置台130用于放置目标容器60的第二盖子601。为了便于夹取盖子,本公开的实施例中,例如,将盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501、目标容器60的第二盖子601、第一辅助盖子10以及第二辅助盖子20采取就近原则放置在相应的盖子放置台130上。
本公开的实施例,在盖子不用时,可以将盖子放置在盖子放置台130上,从而可以防止盖子受到污染而导致的盛放待转移液体的容器50或目标容器60中的液体受到污染。
本公开的实施例还提供一种液体转移装置的控制方法,如图9所示,包括:
S100、如图10所示,将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上。
此处,本领域技术人员应该明白,在将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上之前,上述方法还可以包括将盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501打开(附图10中未示意出第一盖子501),将目标容器60的第二盖子601打开(附图10中未示意出第二盖子601)。
S101、如图10所示,向通气管40通入氮气或惰性气体(如图10中粗黑箭头所示),以使盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体通过转移管30向目标容器60转移。
需要说明的是,为了使得液体转移装置能够将盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体全部转移到目标容器60中,例如,本公开的实 施例的转移管30伸入到盛放待转移液体的容器50中的长度接近盛放待转移液体的容器50的高度,使转移管30的末端几乎接触到盛放待转移液体的容器50的底部。而转移管30伸入到目标容器60的长度可以短一些,将液体转移到目标容器60。
第一辅助盖子10和第二辅助盖子20之间转移管30的长度可以根据盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60之间的距离进行设置和调整。
例如,第一辅助盖子10和第二辅助盖子20之间转移管30可以采用可调整长度的可伸缩管子,以便根据待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60之间的距离进行方便的调整。
此处,可以向通气管40中通入氮气,也可以向通气管40中通入惰性气体。例如,通气管40中通入的惰性气体可以是氦气、氩气、氖气等。
本公开的实施例提供一种上述液体转移装置的控制方法,在进行液体转移时,将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上,当向通气管40中通入氮气或惰性气体时,盛放待转移液体的容器50中的液体便可以通过转移管30转移到目标容器60中。本公开的实施例通过转移管30进行转移,且转移过程中盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60分别盖有第一辅助盖子10和第二辅助盖子20,因而在液体转移过程中,可以避免液体与外界环境接触而影响液体的质量。当该液体转移装置用于转移封装胶材时,可避免封装胶材在转移过程中与外界环境接触而降低封装胶材的质量。
例如,如图2或图3所示,在液体转移装置包括夹持装置70的情况下,步骤S100包括:
利用夹持装置70打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,并将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上;利用夹持装置70打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,并将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上。
夹持装置70的结构可以采用各类能够打开盖在盛放待转移液体 的容器50上的第一盖子501,并能够将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上;以及能够打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,并将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上的结构。
此处,夹持装置70可以同时打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501和盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601;当然也可以是先打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,再打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,或者是先打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,再打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501。同理,夹持装置70可以同时将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上和将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上;当然也可以是先将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,再将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上,或者是先将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上,再将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上。
需要说明的是,在液体转移过程完成后,可以通过夹取装置70打开第一辅助盖子10,并将盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上;通过夹取装置70打开第二辅助盖子20,并将目标容器60的第二盖子601盖在目标容器60上。
由于本公开的实施例可以通过夹持装置70打开或盖上盛放待转移液体的容器50的第一盖子501、目标容器60上的第二盖子601、第一辅助盖子10或第二辅助盖子20,因而可以进一步地防止作业人员靠近盛放待转移液体的容器50和目标容器60而导致的作业人员携带的颗粒混入液体中。
又例如,如图3所示,在液体转移装置还包括驱动部80和伸缩结构90的情况下,利用夹持装置70打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,并将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上包括:驱动部80驱动伸缩结构90移动至盛放待转移液体的容器50的上方,夹持装置70夹住盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,驱动部80驱动伸缩结构90转动,以打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501;驱动部80驱动夹持装置70移动至第一辅助盖子10的上方,夹住第一辅助盖子10,驱 动部80驱动伸缩结构90移动至盛放待转移液体的容器50的上方,并驱动伸缩结构90转动,以将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上。
利用夹持装置70打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,并将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器601上,包括:驱动部80驱动伸缩结构90移动至目标容器60的上方,夹持装置70夹住盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,驱动部80驱动伸缩结构90转动,以打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601;驱动部80驱动夹持装置70移动至第二辅助盖子20的上方,夹住第二辅助盖子20,驱动部80驱动伸缩结构90移动至目标容器60的上方,并驱动伸缩结构90转动,以将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上。
驱动部80的结构例如可以是气缸或电机等,但是本公开的实施例并不限于此。
此处,需要说明的是,本公开的实施例中的移动既可以是横向移动,也可以是纵向移动。
本公开的实施例,由于液体转移装置包括驱动部80和伸缩结构90,驱动部80可以驱动伸缩结构90移动或转动,以带动夹持装置70移动或转动,因而使得夹持装置70可以夹持到不同高度盛放待转移液体的容器50上的盖子或目标容器60上的盖子。

利用第一夹子701打开盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501,并将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上;利用第二夹子702打开盖在目标容器60上的第二盖子601,并将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上。
第一夹子701和第二夹子702的结构可以相同,也可以不同。
本公开的实施例,夹持装置70包括第一夹子701和第二夹子 702,因而第一夹子701和第二夹子702可以同时打开盛放待转移液体的容器50上的第一盖子501和目标容器60上的第二盖子601;或者,第一夹子701和第二夹子702可以同时将第一辅助盖子10盖在盛放待转移液体的容器50上,将第二辅助盖子20盖在目标容器60上,从而提高了液体转移装置的转移效率。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种液体转移装置,包括:第一辅助盖子、第二辅助盖子、转移管及通气管;其中
    所述第一辅助盖子配置来盖在盛放待转移液体的容器上;所述第二辅助盖子配置来盖在目标容器上;
    所述转移管的一端穿过所述第一辅助盖子,另一端穿过所述第二辅助盖子;
    所述通气管的一端穿过所述第一辅助盖子,另一端通入氮气或惰性气体,以使所述盛放待转移液体的容器中的液体通过所述转移管向所述目标容器转移。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液体转移装置,还包括夹持装置,配置来打开盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上的第一盖子,并将所述第一辅助盖子盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上;还配置来打开盖在所述目标容器上的第二盖子,并将所述第二辅助盖子盖在所述目标容器上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的液体转移装置,还包括驱动部和伸缩结构;
    所述驱动部与所述伸缩结构相连,配置来驱动所述伸缩结构移动或转动;
    所述伸缩结构的一端与所述夹持装置相连,配置来带动所述夹持装置移动或转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液体转移装置,还包括滑轨;
    所述伸缩结构的另一端设置于所述滑轨上。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的液体转移装置,其中,所述夹持装置包括第一夹子和第二夹子;
    所述第一夹子配置来夹持所述盛放待转移液体的容器的第一盖子或所述第一辅助盖子;
    所述第二夹子配置来夹持所述目标容器的第二盖子或所述第二辅助盖子。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的液体转移装置,其中,所述第一夹子和第二夹子均包括固定部和移动部;
    所述固定部与所述移动部相连,所述移动部配置来夹持盖子;所述移动部可以在所述固定部上移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的液体转移装置,其中,所述第一辅助盖子包括第一子辅助部分,所述第二辅助盖子包括第二子辅助部分;
    所述第一子辅助部分配置来伸入盛放待转移液体的容器的部分和所述第二子辅助部分配置来伸入目标容器的部分均为弹性棉,且所述弹性棉与容器内壁接触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的液体转移装置,其中,所述第一辅助盖子还包括第一子固定部分,所述第二辅助盖子还包括第二子固定部分;
    所述第一子固定部分的内侧设置有与所述盛放待转移液体的容器的容器口相匹配的螺纹,所述第一子固定部分盖在第一子辅助部分的外侧,配置来固定第一子辅助部分;
    所述第二子固定部分的内侧设置有与所述目标容器的容器口相匹配的螺纹,所述第二子固定部分盖在第二子辅助部分的外侧,配置来固定第二子辅助部分。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的液体转移装置,还包括设置在所述转移管上的阀门,配置来控制所述转移管导通与否。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的液体转移装置,还包括称量台;
    所述目标容器放置于所述称量台上。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的液体转移装置,还包括盖子放置台,配置来放置盖子。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的液体转移装置,其中,所述待转移液体为封装胶材。
  13. 一种如权利要求1-12任一项所述的液体转移装置的控制方法,包括:

  14. 根据权利要求13所述的控制方法,其中,在所述液体转移装置包括所述夹持装置的情况下,将所述第一辅助盖子盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上,所述第二辅助盖子盖在所述目标容器上,包括:
    利用所述夹持装置打开盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上的所述第一盖子,并将所述第一辅助盖子盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上;利用所述夹持装置打开盖在所述目标容器上的所述第二盖子,并将所述第二辅助盖子盖在所述目标容器上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制方法,其中,在所述液体转移装置还包括所述驱动部和所述伸缩结构的情况下,利用所述夹持装置打开盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上的所述第一盖子,并将所述第一辅助盖子盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上,包括:
    所述驱动部驱动所述伸缩结构移动至所述盛放待转移液体的容器的上方,所述夹持装置夹住盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上的所述第一盖子,所述驱动部驱动所述伸缩结构转动,以打开盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上的所述第一盖子;所述驱动部驱动所述夹持装置移动至所述第一辅助盖子的上方,夹住所述第一辅助盖子,所述驱动部驱动所述伸缩结构移动至所述盛放待转移液体的容器的上方,并驱动所述伸缩结构转动,以将所述第一辅助盖子盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上;
    利用所述夹持装置打开盖在所述目标容器上的所述第二盖子,并将所述第二辅助盖子盖在所述目标容器上,包括:
    所述驱动部驱动所述伸缩结构移动至所述目标容器的上方,所述夹持装置夹住盖在所述目标容器上的所述第二盖子,所述驱动部驱动所述伸缩结构转动,以打开盖在所述目标容器上的所述第二盖子;所述驱动部驱动所述夹持装置移动至所述第二辅助盖子的上方,夹住所述第二辅助盖子,所述驱动部驱动所述伸缩结构移动至所述目标容器的上方,并驱动所述伸缩结构转动,以将所述第二辅助盖子盖在所述目标容器上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的控制方法,其中,在所述夹持装置包括所述第一夹子和所述第二夹子的情况下,利用所述夹持装置打开盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上的所述第一盖子,并将所述第 一辅助盖子盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上;利用所述夹持装置打开盖在所述目标容器上的所述第二盖子,并将所述第二辅助盖子盖在所述目标容器上,包括:
    利用所述第一夹子打开盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上的所述第一盖子,并将所述第一辅助盖子盖在所述盛放待转移液体的容器上;利用所述第二夹子打开盖在所述目标容器上的所述第二盖子,并将所述第二辅助盖子盖在所述目标容器上。
