Description

一种钢管灌注预应力稳压封桩装置 技术领域
本发明涉及桩基托换的技术领域,尤其是一种钢管灌注预应力稳压封桩装置。
背景技术
桩基托换是对已有基础加固的处理的一项成熟的基础加固技术,钢管桩托换是采用钢管桩对已有基础进行加固处理。在桥梁、受场地限制的既有建筑物基础特别是地铁隧道沿线建筑物的托换加固中,由于使用场地有限,施工设备不能过大,原有的基础仍要发挥作用,施工过程对原基础不能有太大的扰动和破坏,且引起的附加沉降尽可能小,桩基承截力要求高,同时要求入岩深度较厚,在这种条件的限制下,采用施加了预应力的钢管桩作为托换基础则是最优的选择。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种钢管灌注预应力稳压封桩装置,采用了钢管桩托换技术,应用小型钻机,在原基础之下或周边施工了钢管桩,采用预应力封桩工艺进行稳压封桩,减少附加沉降,对桥梁、既有建筑物的基础起到了良好的加固处理效果。
本发明的技术方案为:一种钢管灌注预应力稳压封桩装置,包括托换梁或承台、封桩孔、钢管桩和桩帽,其特征在于:所述钢管桩安装在托换梁或承台的封桩孔中,所述封桩孔内在钢管桩周灌注有混凝土,所述托换梁或承台上设置有伸出其表面的预埋钢筋,所述钢管桩顶部设置有承压钢板,所述预埋钢筋通过固定钢筋焊接固定,所述预埋钢筋和固定钢筋外侧设置有桩帽。
所述钢管桩的桩周焊接有与混凝土牢固结合的连接钢筋。
所述承压钢板和固定钢筋之间设置有卡位钢件。
所述钢管桩分段且各段管通过螺纹丝扣接头进行连接。
所述钢管桩分为入岩段钢管和标准段钢管,标准段钢管由规格一致的钢管拼接而成。
所述标准段钢管均匀开设有两列出浆孔。
所述入岩段钢管上开设有三排四列出浆孔。
所述预埋钢筋和固定钢筋外侧设置有桩帽。
本发明的工作原理为:钢管灌注桩施工后的预应力稳压封桩是利用桥梁或建筑物的自重和液压千斤顶顶压钢管灌注桩,使其产生沉降和变形后,在一定持续稳压的预加应力(千斤顶施加的荷载压力)作用下浇注封桩砼,使钢管灌注桩与托换大梁(承台)连接,保证钢管桩与托换大梁(承台)共同作用时,在既有建筑物荷载作用下,不再发生新的沉降变形,预应力封桩既能使钢管桩消除变形,又能检验桩的承载能力,确保建筑物的安全和加固效果,同时封桩时通过限位钢梁和限位粗螺杆实现高效可靠对钢管桩进行稳压。
本发明的有益效果为:1、钢管桩具有单桩承载力高、施工简便、入岩易、施工引起的附加沉降小、不受场地及高度限制等特点,具有广泛的适用范围和推广价值。2、在基础托换中进行预应力稳压封桩工艺,确保新旧基础的共同作用,减少加固托换对既有建筑物新增的沉降,确保建筑物的安全和加固效果,为类似工程提供了实践经验。3、预应力稳压封桩工艺既能检验桩的承载能力,又能消除钢管桩参与工作时的变形。4、利用稳压封桩装置,在预应力施加时通过限位钢梁和限位粗螺杆实现高效可靠对钢管桩进行稳压。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,一种钢管灌注桩预应力稳压封桩装置,包括托换梁或承台3、封桩孔2、钢管桩1、钢反力架10、反力钢梁、限位钢梁、限位粗螺杆、液压千斤顶9和封桩混凝土及桩帽8,其特征在于:所述钻孔钢管灌注桩安装在托换梁或承台3的封桩孔2中,所述托换梁或承台3上设置有伸出其表面的四根预埋钢(锚)筋4,所述钢管桩1的桩周在桩顶500mm范围焊接有与封桩混凝土的连接钢筋,所述钢反力架10、反力钢梁、限位钢梁、限位粗螺杆、液压千斤顶9实现高效可靠稳压钢管桩1,所述封桩孔2内实现对钢管桩1在设计压力稳压的条件下浇筑封桩混凝土,待封桩混凝土强度达到设计强度后拆除钢反力架10,所述钢管桩1顶部设置有承压钢板5,所述预埋钢筋4通过固定钢筋6焊接固定,所述预埋钢筋4和固定钢筋6外侧设置有混凝土桩帽8。
在本实施例中,所述连接钢筋与钢管灌注桩焊接,桩帽8固定钢筋6与预埋钢筋4通过焊接固定;所述承压钢板5和固定钢筋6之间设置有卡位钢件7,卡位钢件7采用钢筋或钢板来填充空隙;所述钢管桩1分为入岩段钢管和标准段钢管,标准段钢管为非入岩部分的钢管桩1且由每段规格一致、长为2.0m的钢管通过螺纹丝扣接头拼接而成;
在本实施例中,所述标准段钢管在长度方向上均匀开设有两列出浆孔,且每500mm长度对称开有两个孔径为25mm的出浆孔;所述入岩段钢管在端部2.0m长度范围内开设三排四列出浆孔,每个出浆孔的孔口尺寸为40mm×200mm。
在本实施例中,所述钢反力架10与预埋钢筋4通过固定螺母(或焊接)固定;所述限位钢梁与反力钢梁采用限位粗螺杆利用螺母连接固定限位;
如图2所示,具体实施时,是先在托换梁(或承台)上设置有预埋钢筋4,再将钢管桩1(预先焊好连接钢筋)经封桩孔2钻孔入花岗岩中,待钢管桩1龄期达到后,利用预埋钢筋4安装钢反力架10,然后在位于钢管桩1顶部的承压钢板5上依次安装有限位钢梁、限位粗螺杆、液压千斤顶9、受压垫板11和反力钢梁,当钢管桩1经液压千斤顶9施加预应力到设计稳压压力后,利用限位粗螺杆连接锁定限位钢梁和反力钢梁,此时撤离液压千斤顶9,在钢管桩1保持稳压压力下灌注封桩砼并填充封桩孔2,待封桩砼达到设计强度后,拆除限位钢梁和钢反力架10,清理桩顶界面后将预埋钢筋4用固定钢筋6焊接,最后浇筑桩帽8混凝土,完成整个封桩施工过程。
如图3所示,在应用于桥梁加固时,为提升桥梁基础的安全性,需对现有桥梁桩基12进行加固处理,加固新桩采用微型钢管桩1,加固结构采用锚筋式承台梁13,同时采用预应力稳压封桩技术完成新桩的变形量以保证新旧桩基共同工作,施工过程中由于原连系梁14埋深较浅,为满足加固结构施工空间,在制作锚筋式承台梁13后先拆除原连系梁14,待钢管桩1施工完毕后再作恢复。
本发明采用的预应力封桩技术是对桩基托换技术的改进,利用液压千斤顶对施工完成的托换桩施加外部预应力,在外加应力不消除的情况下进行稳 压封桩。预应力封桩技术克服了普通桩基托换工程中,托换桩基在托换完成、荷载转移或分担到托换桩基后继续发生变形沉降的缺点,并在施加预应力的同时检验了托换桩的承载能力。本发明适用于修复路桥、房屋和一般构筑物的混凝土结构因设计失误、施工错误、材料不符合要求及结构使用功能改变引起既有地基基础荷载的增加,或因遭受火灾、水灾、风灾及地震灾害使建筑物或构筑物基础遭到损坏等各种结构病害情况。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢管灌注预应力稳压封桩装置,其特征在于:所述钢管桩的桩周焊接有与混凝土牢固结合的连接钢筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的钢管灌注预应力稳压封桩装置,其特征在于:所述承压钢板和固定钢筋之间设置有卡位钢件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的钢管灌注预应力稳压封桩装置,其特征在于:所述钢管桩分段且各段管通过螺纹丝扣接头进行连接。
