可选的,所述旋转下盖与所述下盖的接触面为球面,所述下盖的圆形开口处形成与所述旋转下盖的球面相配合的球面。
可选的,所述容置槽竖直设置,且其数量为三个或四个,所述容置槽沿所述旋转下盖的周向均匀分布。
可选的,所述旋转上盖的远离所述左转轴和右转轴的一端向内凸起,形成有内法兰;所述印垫套的外侧壁上形成有挡环,所述挡环与所述内法兰相配合;所述第一弹簧处于预压缩状态。
可选的,所述旋转上盖与所述挡圈结合的表面为球面,而且所述旋转上盖的球面能够与所述下盖的球面相配合。
可选的,所述带锁止机构的智能印章还包括行程开关或者锅仔片,所述行程开关或者锅仔片设置于所述旋转下盖上,当所述印垫套靠近所述旋转下盖时,触发所述行程开关或锅仔片。
可选的,所述带锁止机构的智能印章还包括弹片和第二弹簧;所述弹片的数量为2个,其横截面为圆弧形;两个弹片的开口相对;所述下盖上开设有对所述弹片进行导向的圆弧槽;所述第二弹簧的一端顶设于所述上盖上,另一端顶设于所述弹片上。
可选的,所述带锁止机构的智能印章还包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括MCU控制单元,以及与该MCU控制单元信号连接的储存单元、通讯单元、身份识别单元和显示单元;所述行程开关或锅仔片信号连接于所述MCU控制单元;且所述MCU控制单元分别通过继电器与所述第一步进电机和第二步进电机连接。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的带锁止机构的智能印章在初始状态时,印垫设置于所述印垫套内,并且其章面朝上,藏于容置空间内部;印章盖盖在下盖上;当需要进行盖章操作时,第一步进电机带动翻转机构绕着左转轴中心翻转180°,此时印垫的章面朝下,并外露;然后,可以将带锁止机构的智能印章平放在需要盖章的位置,垂直往下按,弹片往上收缩,并通过对第一步进电机的控制实现对印垫的控制,有效地防止了使用者私盖印章的行为。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步阐述。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种带锁止机构的智能印章,其包括上盖301、下盖302、挡圈303、翻转机构、锁止机构、第一步进电机304和控制系统。
所述下盖的底部开设有圆形开口,所述上盖的下端固定于所述下盖上,从而使得所述上盖和下盖之间具有一容置空间,以将所述带锁止机构的智能印章的其他部件,例如翻转机构、挡圈和第一步进电机等部件放置于所述容置空间内。
所述挡圈为圆筒状,其位于所述圆形开口的正上方,即所述圆筒状挡圈的中空部分与所述圆形开口的轴线重合;所述挡圈的上端固定于所述上盖上,且其下端固定于所述下盖上。
所述翻转机构包括左转轴305、右转轴306、旋转上盖307、旋转下盖308、第一弹簧309和印垫套310;
参考图1,所述左转轴和右转轴轴线重合,且所述左转轴可转动地设置于 所述挡圈和下盖之间,并位于所述挡圈的径向的左侧;所述右转轴设置于所述挡圈和下盖之间,并位于所述挡圈的径向的右侧;本实施例中,可以在所述挡圈上开设容纳所述左转轴和右转轴的通孔,从而使得所述左转轴和右转轴可以位于所述通孔内,并位于所述挡圈和下盖之间。
所述旋转下盖呈回转体状,所述旋转下盖的径向的两端分别固定于所述左转轴和右转轴,本实施例中,所述旋转下盖的下端位于所述下盖的圆形开口内,且所述旋转下盖与所述下盖的接触面为球面,同时,所述下盖的圆形开口处形成与所述旋转下盖的球面相配合的球面。
所述旋转下盖上开设有容置第一弹簧的容置槽,所述容置槽竖直设置,本实施例中,容置槽的数量可以为三个、四个等,而且所述容置槽沿所述旋转下盖的周向均匀分布,所述第一弹簧设置于所述容置槽内。
所述旋转上盖呈回转体状,所述旋转上盖的径向的两端分别固定于所述左转轴和右转轴,本实施例中,所述印垫套可滑动地设置于所述旋转上盖内,即,所述印垫套可以沿所述旋转上盖的内侧壁,在所述旋转上盖的轴线方向上滑动。本实施例中,为使得所述印垫套的位置被有效地固定,所述旋转上盖的上端(远离所述左转轴和右转轴的一端)向内凸起,形成有内法兰,同时,所述印垫套的外侧壁上形成有挡环,所述挡环与所述内法兰相配合;而且所述第一弹簧的上端顶设于所述印垫套上,所述第一弹簧处于预压缩状态;以使得所述第一弹簧将所述印垫套向上推,从而使得所述挡环与所述内法兰相接触,以使得所述印垫套不能沿所述旋转上盖的轴线方向自由滑动。
本实施例中,优选地,所述旋转上盖与所述挡圈结合的表面也为球面,而且所述旋转上盖的球面也可以与所述下盖的球面相配合,当所述翻转机构翻转时,所述旋转上盖的球面与所述下盖的球面相配合,并使得所述旋转上盖位于所述下盖的圆形开口内。
本实施例中,为驱动所述左转轴和右转轴转动,本实施例中,所述第一步进电机固定于所述下盖上,其输出轴于所述左转轴传动连接,以通过所述第一步进电机驱动所述翻转机构翻转。
所述锁止机构包括第二步进电机316、凸轮317和锁片318,所述凸轮固定于所述第二步进电机的输出轴,以使得所述第二步进电机可以驱动所述凸轮转 动;所述挡圈上沿水平方向开设有槽,所述锁片可滑动地设置于所述槽内,且所述锁片上开设有与所述凸轮配合的沉孔,当所述第二步进电机带动凸轮转动时,所述凸轮可以驱动锁片直线运动,使得锁片能够进入所述挡圈内部和从所述挡圈内部离开;本实施例中,所述槽的底表面与所述旋转上盖的上表面在同一平面上,或者略高于旋转上盖,以当所述锁片位于所述槽内时,所述锁片能够锁止所述翻转机构,使得所述翻转机构无法旋转,当所述锁片从所述槽内离开时,所述翻转机构可以旋转;本实施例中,所述锁片能够穿过所述槽,并位于所述挡圈的内部,以实现对所述翻转机构的锁止。
当所述带锁止机构的智能印章被使用时,为有效检测带锁止机构的智能印章的盖章次数,本实施例中,所述带锁止机构的智能印章还包括检测装置312,所述检测装置为行程开关或者锅仔片,所述行程开关或者锅仔片设置于所述旋转下盖上,在盖章时,所述印垫套会靠近所述旋转下盖,并触发所述行程开关或者锅仔片动作,从而实现对盖章作业的识别,当对触发次数进行统计时,即可以实现盖章次数的统计功能。
本实施例中,在盖章时,为实现对所述带锁止机构的智能印章的弹起,所述带锁止机构的智能印章还包括弹片313和第二弹簧314;本实施例中,所述弹片的数量为2个,其横截面为圆弧形,所述下盖上开设有对所述弹片进行导向的圆弧槽;所述第二弹簧的一端顶设于所述上盖上,另一端顶设于所述弹片上。
本实施例中,所述带锁止机构的智能印章还包括印章盖315,所述印章盖可以通过螺纹固定于所述下盖上,或者通过卡扣卡合于所述下盖上,以通过所述印章盖,有效地保护该带锁止机构的智能印章。当所述印章盖盖于所述下盖上时,其能够将弹片压入上盖和下盖的容置空间内。
本发明的带锁止机构的智能印章在初始状态时,印垫设置于所述印垫套内,并且其章面朝上,藏于容置空间内部;印章盖盖在下盖上;当需要进行盖章操作时,首先将印章盖取出,此时弹片在第二弹簧的作用下往下伸出,将整个带锁止机构的智能印章支撑起来;之后,第二步进电机开始工作,将锁片从所述挡圈的槽内旋出,使得翻转机构解锁;然后第一步进电机开始工作,带动翻转机构绕着左转轴中心翻转180°,此时印垫的章面朝下,并外露;然后,可以 将带锁止机构的智能印章平放在需要盖章的位置,垂直往下按,弹片往上收缩,章面碰到纸后,印垫套受到压力会往上移动,此时印垫套上有一凸起正好正对着行程开关或锅仔片,将行程开关或锅仔片压住,发出盖章完成的指令;当盖章完成后,松开带锁止机构的智能印章,弹片将带锁止机构的智能印章弹起,第一步进电机将翻转机构回旋180°,印垫的章面朝上,藏于容置空间内部;此时所述第二部件电机转动,带动锁片旋转,并使得锁片进入所述挡圈的槽内,锁止所述翻转机构。
本实施例中,为实现对所述第一步进电机和第二步进电机的控制,所述控制系统包括MCU控制单元,以及与该MCU控制单元信号连接的储存单元、通讯单元、身份识别单元和显示单元等。
本实施例中,所述储存单元用于储存操作系统,所述MCU控制单元运行该操作系统,并通过通讯单元与外部网络(服务器)进行数据通信,从而实现所述控制系统与服务器的互联;而且所述身份识别单元可以包括指纹识别模块、虹膜识别模块和静脉识别模块等;所述身份识别单元可以将指纹识别模块、虹膜识别模块和静脉识别模块所识别的申请人的特征发送至MCU控制单元,且所述MCU控制单元将其接收到的申请人的特征发往服务器,发出授权申请。本实施例中,所述显示单元可以为电容触控屏,并可以通过该电容触控屏实现各种功能的控制。
当授权申请通过后,所述MCU控制单元控制第二步进电机转动,使得翻转机构解锁,然后第一步进电机转动,操作翻转机构旋转180度,然后停止第一步进电机的动作;此时即可盖章。
并且每次盖章时,所述行程开关或锅仔片会被触发一次,而且所述行程开关或锅仔片与所述MCU控制单元信号连接,以将该触发信号发送至所述MCU控制单元;所述MCU控制单元对该触发信号进行计数;当该计数值达到授权的次数或者翻转机构旋转180度并保持一定时间以后,例如10秒,所述MCU控制单元控制第一步进电机反向旋转180度,从而将印垫收入容置空间内。
同时,所述通讯单元还可以集成基站、WIFI、蓝牙、GPS等功能,因此,可以将本次盖章作业发生时所在的电信基站编号、IP地址、地理经、纬度信息联合上送到服务器端,由服务器根据以上信息进行综合定位,得出当前带锁止 机构的智能印章所在位置。
本发明的授权可以通过以下方式完成,当申请人通过身份识别单元进行身份识别后,即向服务器发起授权申请,服务器将该授权申请分配到授权客户端,授权人发出授权许可后,带锁止机构的智能印章接收到授权回复后,做相应的动作。本实施例中,所述授权许可包括被授权人、被授权时间、被授权次数3个因素组合,即可比对申请人的身份特征数据是否与被授权人列表中的身份特征数据吻合,或不需比对,任何人都被授权。授权时间段是指授权在规定的时间段内都保持有效,在该时间段内授权申请有效,该时间段外不予授权或授权失效。被授权次数是指一次性可允许几次盖章。授权人可预先发放授权许可到服务系统中,或当服务系统接收到授权请求后,授权人再发放对应的授权许可。每一个带锁止机构的智能印章在系统中都有唯一编号,服务系统接收到带锁止机构的智能印章的带有申请人的身份特征数据的请求,与当前授权许可进行匹配,实现授权响应。
本实施例中,为了将电子公章和物理公章结合在一起,方便使用者的使用,所述智能印章还具备电子印章的功能,即所述控制系统还包括USB HUB,以使得所述智能印章还可以通过该USB HUB连接电脑(服务器或个人PC),并且MCU控制芯片运行USB DEVICE协议,电子密码钥匙芯片也运行USB DEVICE协议,它们二者作为两个独立的USB DEVICE设备,通过USB HUB连接至PC,从而使得所述智能印章具备传统电子公章的功能。
此外,MCU控制芯片也可被转换为网络服务器模式,此时它不再连接电脑,而是通过DDNS协议将自己的动态IP地址绑定至特定的域名,从而可对网络上的其它设备提供网络服务。此时它运行USB HOST协议,可操作运行USB DEVICE协议的电子密码钥匙,从而将电子公章功能转换为网络WEB SERVICE调用。
以上实施例的先后顺序仅为便于描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,包括上盖、下盖、挡圈、翻转机构、锁止机构和第一步进电机;
    所述下盖的底部开设有圆形开口,所述上盖的下端固定于所述下盖上;
    所述挡圈为圆筒状,其位于所述圆形开口的正上方;所述挡圈的上端固定于所述上盖上,且其下端固定于所述下盖上;
    所述翻转机构包括左转轴、右转轴、旋转上盖、旋转下盖、第一弹簧和印垫套;
    所述左转轴可转动地设置于所述挡圈和下盖之间,并位于所述挡圈的径向的左侧;所述右转轴设置于所述挡圈和下盖之间,并位于所述挡圈的径向的右侧;
    所述旋转下盖呈回转体状,所述旋转下盖的径向的两端分别固定于所述左转轴和右转轴,所述旋转下盖的下端位于所述下盖的圆形开口内;
    所述旋转下盖上开设有容置第一弹簧的容置槽,所述第一弹簧设置于所述容置槽内;
    所述旋转上盖呈回转体状,所述旋转上盖的径向的两端分别固定于所述左转轴和右转轴,所述印垫套设置于所述旋转上盖内,并能够沿所述旋转上盖的轴线方向,在所述旋转上盖的内侧壁上滑动;所述第一弹簧顶设于所述印垫套上;
    所述第一步进电机固定于所述下盖上,其输出轴于所述左转轴传动连接;
    所述锁止机构包括第二步进电机、凸轮和锁片,所述凸轮固定于所述第二步进电机的输出轴;所述挡圈上沿水平方向开设有槽,所述锁片可滑动地设置于所述槽内,且所述锁片上开设有与所述凸轮配合的沉孔,当所述第二步进电机带动凸轮转动时,所述凸轮可以驱动锁片直线运动,使得锁片能够进入所述挡圈内部和从所述挡圈内部离开;当所述锁片位于位于所述挡圈上的槽内时,所述锁片能够锁止所述翻转机构,当所述锁片从位于所述挡圈上槽内离开时,所述翻转机构能够旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,所述旋转 下盖与所述下盖的接触面为球面,所述下盖的圆形开口处形成与所述旋转下盖的球面相配合的球面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,所述容置槽竖直设置,且其数量为三个或四个,所述容置槽沿所述旋转下盖的周向均匀分布。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,所述旋转上盖的远离所述左转轴和右转轴的一端向内凸起,形成有内法兰;所述印垫套的外侧壁上形成有挡环,所述挡环与所述内法兰相配合;所述第一弹簧处于预压缩状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,所述旋转上盖与所述挡圈结合的表面为球面,而且所述旋转上盖的球面能够与所述下盖的球面相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,还包括行程开关或者锅仔片,所述行程开关或者锅仔片设置于所述旋转下盖上,当所述印垫套靠近所述旋转下盖时,触发所述行程开关或锅仔片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,还包括弹片和第二弹簧;所述弹片的数量为2个,其横截面为圆弧形;两个弹片的开口相对;所述下盖上开设有对所述弹片进行导向的圆弧槽;所述第二弹簧的一端顶设于所述上盖上,另一端顶设于所述弹片上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带锁止机构的智能印章,其特征在于,还包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括MCU控制单元,以及与该MCU控制单元信号连接的储存单元、通讯单元、身份识别单元和显示单元;所述行程开关或锅仔片信号连接于所述MCU控制单元;且所述MCU控制单元分别通过继电器与所述第一步进电机和第二步进电机连接。
