背景技术

所述保护盖板201位于所述壁板205上方,所述壁板205包围所述指纹识别传感器202,所述保护盖板201完全遮盖所述壁板205的上端开口,所述壁板205和所述保护盖板201之间的接缝内设有电子防水胶。所述下盖板206位于所述壁板205下方,所述下盖板206与所述壁板205的下端接合;若所述壁板205下端有开口,则所述下盖板206完全遮盖所述壁板205的下端开口。这里,“上”是指指纹识别传感器202感应指纹的一面的方向,“下”是指向与指纹识别传感器202感应指纹的一面相反的方向。
所述壁板205的上端开口形状可以为圆形、矩形、椭圆形、跑道形或者其他封闭图形。所述壁板205可以为中空的柱体、椎体等形状。
可选的,所述指纹识别传感器202下方设有补强板204,所述补强板204支撑所述电路连接体203。
所述下盖板206和壁板205之间通过电子防水胶胶合,或者焊接在一起。
以上保护盖板201、壁板205、补强板204、下盖板206中的任意一个均可以是整体成型,或者由至少两个部件拼合而成,本发明实施例对此不 作限定。
电子防水胶又名电子防潮漆、三防胶、防潮胶、绝缘胶、防潮漆、保护漆、防护漆、披覆胶、涂覆胶、防水胶、防潮油、三防油、三防剂、保护剂、防潮剂、保形涂料、敷型涂料、共形覆膜、共性涂覆。电子防水胶是一种特殊配方的涂料,用于保护线路板及其相关设备免受坏境的侵蚀,从而提高并延长它们的使用寿命,确保使用的安全性和可靠性。电子防水胶从化学成份上可以分为以下类别:
丙烯酸成份:耐高温130度,低温零下60度,固化后较硬,防潮防腐蚀防盐雾效果良好。
聚氨脂成份:耐高温130度,低温零下60度,固化后比丙烯酸更硬,耐候性、防潮、防腐蚀、防盐雾效果极好。
有机硅成份:有机硅防水胶属于高端的产品,耐高温200度,低温零下60度。固化后有弹性,三防效果极好。
电子防水胶的主要设置方法有下列四种:
1、刷涂——使用普遍,可在平滑的表面上产生出极好的涂覆效果。
2、喷涂——使用罐型产品可方便地应用于维修和小规模的生产使用,喷枪适合于大规摸的生产,但是这两种喷涂方式对于操作的准确性要求较高,且可能产生阴影(元器件下部未覆着防水胶的地方)。
3、浸涂——浸涂可确保完全的覆膜,且不会造成因过度喷涂而导致的材料浪费。
4、选择性涂覆——涂覆准确且不浪费材料,适用于大批量的覆膜,但对涂覆设备的要求较高。
本发明实施例对于电子防水胶的种类和设置方法不作限定。
上述实施例提供的防水指纹识别模组,通过保护盖板、壁板和下盖板将指纹识别传感器封装起来,并在接缝中设置电子防水胶,能够防止水侵入指纹识别传感器,并且整个指纹模组构成整体,可以实现自身防水,而不需要借助电子设备其他部分的防水设计来防水。
所述保护盖板201可以如图2B所示,与所述壁板的上端开口相配合,即所述保护盖板的大小形状与所述壁板的上端开口的大小形状大致相同, 这样保护盖板的面积较小。
所述保护盖板201也可以如图3A所示,大于所述壁板205上端开口。这样保护盖板完全封住壁板的上端,可以更好的隔绝进水的线路。更优的,如图3D和4B所示,所述壁板205上端设有凹槽2051,所述保护盖板201下侧对应设有凸台2011,所述凸台与所述凹槽相互配合。或者,如图3B、3C和4A所示,所述壁板205上端开口内侧设有缺口2052,所述保护盖板201下侧设有与该缺口相配合的凸台2012。所述凹槽2051和所述缺口2052的底部可以是平面,也可以是U形、V形、W形等曲面,相应的,所述凸台2011的顶部可以是平面,也可以是U形、V形、W形等曲面,所述凸台2012与所述缺口2052配合的部分可以是平面,也可以是U形、V形、W形等曲面,本发明实施例对此不作限定。所述凹槽、缺口和凸台能够更好封住进水的路线,达到更好的防水效果。
如图5所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,所述壁板205侧面设有侧开口2053,所述电路连接体203从所述侧开口2053中伸出。所述侧开口2053也是可能的进水处,为此也需要做防水处理。在一个实施例中,用防水胶填堵所述侧开口2053,从而达到防水目的。如图5和图6A、6B所示,在另一个实施例中,用弹性体207堵塞所述侧开口2053,所述弹性体207与所述侧开口2053紧配合(例如过盈配合),从而起到防止水渗出的效果。所述弹性体207的材料可以为硅胶、橡胶、热塑性弹性体、改性聚氨酯、改性环氧树脂等弹性材料。所述弹性体207可以为垫片、垫圈、与所述壁板205内部相配合的柱体,或者与所述侧开口2053配合的小块弹性材料等,本发明实施例对此不作限定。
如图7所示,本发明的一个实施例还提供一种电子设备,所述电子设备700包括前述各实施例公开的指纹识别模组和印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)701,所述指纹识别模组中的电路连接体203电连接连接所述PCB 701。所述指纹识别模组的结构在前述各实施例中已有详细描述,此处不再赘述。
所述电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、GPS接收机、车载电子设备等,本发明实施例不作限定。
另外,以上实施例中分别说明的各技术、系统、装置、方法以及各实 施例中分别说明的技术特征可以进行组合,从而形成不脱离本发明的精神和原则之内的其他的模块,方法,装置,系统及技术,这些根据本发明实施例的记载组合而成的模块,方法,装置,系统及技术均在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上只是本发明的较佳实施例,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种指纹识别模组,包括:
    保护盖板(201)、指纹识别传感器(202)、电路连接体(203)、壁板(205)、下盖板(206),其中:
    所述保护盖板(201)位于所述壁板(205)上方,所述壁板(205)包围所述指纹识别传感器(202),所述保护盖板(201)完全遮盖所述壁板(205)的上端开口,所述壁板(205)和所述保护盖板(201)之间的接缝内设有电子防水胶。所述下盖板(206)位于所述壁板(205)下方,所述下盖板(206)与所述壁板(205)的下端接合,所述电路连接体(203)电连接所述指纹识别传感器(202);
    其中,“上”是指指纹识别传感器(202)感应指纹的一面的方向,“下”是指与指纹识别传感器(202)感应指纹的一面相反的方向。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别模组,其特征在于:所述壁板(205)上端设有凹槽(2051),所述保护盖板(201)下侧对应设有凸台(2011),所述凸台(2011)与所述凹槽(2051)相互配合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的指纹识别模组,其特征在于:所述壁板(205)上端开口内侧设有缺口(2052),所述保护盖板(201)下侧设有与该缺口相配合的凸台(2012)。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的指纹识别模组,其特征在于:所述壁板(205)侧面设有侧开口(2053),所述电路连接体(203)从所述侧开口(2053)中伸出,所述侧开口(2053)用防水胶填堵。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的指纹识别模组,其特征在于:所述壁板(205)侧面设有侧开口(2053),所述电路连接体(203)从所述侧开口(2053)中伸出,所述指纹识别模组还包括弹性体(207),所述弹性体(207)与所述侧开口(2053)紧配合。
  6. 一种电子设备(700),其特征在于,包括指纹识别模组和印刷电路 板(701),所述指纹识别模组包括:
    保护盖板(201)、指纹识别传感器(202)、电路连接体(203)、壁板(205)、下盖板(206),其中:
    所述保护盖板(201)位于所述壁板(205)上方,所述壁板(205)包围所述指纹识别传感器(202),所述保护盖板(201)完全遮盖所述壁板(205)的上端开口,所述壁板(205)和所述保护盖板(201)之间的接缝内设有电子防水胶。所述下盖板(206)位于所述壁板(205)下方,所述下盖板(206)与所述壁板(205)的下端接合,所述电路连接体(203)电连接所述指纹识别传感器(202)和所述印刷电路板(701);
    其中,“上”是指指纹识别传感器(202)感应指纹的一面的方向,“下”是指与指纹识别传感器(202)感应指纹的一面相反的方向。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子设备(700),其特征在于:所述壁板(205)上端设有凹槽(2051),所述保护盖板(201)下侧对应设有凸台(2011),所述凸台(2011)与所述凹槽(2051)相互配合。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电子设备(700),其特征在于:所述壁板(205)上端开口内侧设有缺口(2052),所述保护盖板(201)下侧设有与该缺口相配合的凸台(2012)。
  9. 如权利要求6至8任一项所述的电子设备(700),其特征在于:所述壁板(205)侧面设有侧开口(2053),所述电路连接体(203)从所述侧开口(2053)中伸出,所述侧开口(2053)用防水胶填堵。
  10. 如权利要求6至8任一项所述的电子设备(700),其特征在于:所述壁板(205)侧面设有侧开口(2053),所述电路连接体(203)从所述侧开口(2053)中伸出,所述指纹识别模组还包括弹性体(207),所述弹性体(207)与所述侧开口(2053)紧配合。
