Description

数据传输方法、装置、用户设备及基站 技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据传输方法、装置、用户设备及基站。
背景技术
随着无线通信技术的飞速发展,无线用户数量的急剧增长,以及高清晰多媒体流业务的快速涌现,无线频谱资源越来越稀缺,与此同时,用户对网络的速率及网络覆盖连续性的要求越来越高,这使得日益增长的无线需求与昂贵有限的授权频谱之间的矛盾日益凸显。为了缓解授权网络的压力,运营商开始考虑利用资源相对丰富的非授权频段来应对上述挑战。
相关技术中,第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称为3GPP)已经在系列号为Rel-13的长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称为LTE)网络与无线局域网络(Wireless Local Area Networks,简称为WLAN)聚合(LTE-WLAN Aggregation,简称为LWA)项目中研究了如何通过LWA技术使LTE网络和WLAN网络在无线侧深度融合以达到二者动态负载均衡的目的。由于3GPP Rel-13的LWA只关注于下行链路,对于增强LWA(Enhanced LTE-WLAN Aggregations,简称为eLWA)的用户设备(User Equipment,简称为UE),相关技术尚未解决如何控制UE在LTE网络和WLAN网络通过上行链路向基站传输数据的技术问题。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种数据传输方法、装置、用户设备及基站,用以提高基站与用户设备之间的数据传输效率。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种数据传输方法,包括:
当用户设备的缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,按照预设方式对所述缓存数据进行分组,得到两组数据;
将所述两组数据分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传至基站。
在一实施例中,所述方法还包括:
当缓存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时,确定所述移动网络和所述无线局域网络的信号强度;
当所述移动网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述移动网络传输所述缓存数据;
当所述移动网络的信号强度小于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述无线局域网络传输所述缓存数据。
在一实施例中,所述方法还包括:
接收基站的广播信令;
从所述广播信令中解析出所述第一预设阈值。
在一实施例中,所述方法还包括:
接收基站的单播信令;
从所述单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,所述第二预设阈值小于所述第一预设阈值;
将所述第一预设阈值更新为所述第二预设阈值。
在一实施例中,所述缓存数据被存储在分组数据汇聚协议的缓存器中。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种数据传输方法,包括:
确定小区内的用户设备的网络负载状态;
根据所述网络负载状态确定所述小区内的用户设备所采用的第一预设阈值;
接收用户设备分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传的两组数据,所述两组数据为所述用户设备在所述用户设备缓存数据的长度大于或者等于所述第一预设阈值时,对所述缓存数据进行分组获得;
将所述两组数据重组成与所述用户设备侧的数据格式相同的数据包。
在一实施例中,所述方法还包括:
从所述小区内的用户设备中确定出符合预设用户级别的用户设备;
确定与所述预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值;
将所述第二预设阈值发送给符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备。
在一实施例中,将所述第二预设阈值发送给符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备,包括:
将所述第二预设阈值设置在单播信令中;
向符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备发送所述单播信令,所述单播信令中携带有所述第二预设阈值。
在一实施例中,所述将所述第一预设阈值发送给所述小区内的用户设备,包括:
将所述第一预设阈值设置在广播信令中;
向所述小区内的用户设备发送所述广播信令。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种数据传输装置,包括:
数据分组模块,被配置为当缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,按照预设方式对所述缓存数据进行分组,得到两组数据;
第一数据传输模块,被配置为将所述数据分组模块分组得到的所述两组数据分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传至基站。
在一实施例中,所述装置还包括:
信号强度确定模块,被配置为当缓存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时,确定所述移动网络和所述无线局域网络的信号强度;
第二数据传输模块,被配置为当所述信号强度确定模块确定所述移动网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述移动网络传输所述缓存数据;
第三数据传输模块,被配置为当所述信号强度确定模块确定所述移动网络的信号强度小于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述无线局域网络传输所述缓存数据。
在一实施例中,所述装置还包括:
广播信令接收模块,被配置为接收基站的广播信令;
第一阈值解析模块,被配置为从所述广播信令接收模块接收到的所述广播信令中解析出所述第一预设阈值。
在一实施例中,所述装置还包括:
单播信令接收模块,被配置为接收基站的单播信令;
第二阈值解析模块,被配置为从所述单播信令接收模块接收到的所述单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,所述第二预设阈值小于所述第一预设阈值;
阈值更新模块,被配置为将所述第一预设阈值更新为所述第二阈值解析模块解析出的所述第二预设阈值。

状态确定模块,被配置为确定小区内的用户设备的网络负载状态;
第一阈值确定模块,被配置为根据所述状态确定模块确定的所述网络负载状态确定所述小区内的用户设备所采用的第一预设阈值;
数据接收模块,被配置为接收用户设备分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传的两组数据,所述两组数据为所述用户设备在所述用户设备缓 存数据的长度大于或者等于所述第一阈值确定模块确定的所述第一预设阈值时,对所述缓存数据进行分组获得;
数据重组模块,被配置为将数据接收模块接收到的所述两组数据重组成与所述用户设备侧的数据格式相同的数据包。

级别确定模块,被配置为从所述小区内的用户设备中确定出符合预设用户级别的用户设备;
第二阈值确定模块,被配置为确定与所述级别确定模块确定的所述预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值;

本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
由于移动网络与WLAN网络是两个独立的通信网络,当移动网络中的小区的网络负载较重时,本实施例通过上述技术方案,控制UE将缓存数据中的一部分数据通过移动网络上传至基站,另一部分数据通过WLAN网络上传至基站,从而可以将移动网络与WLAN网络的资源更好地融合,解决了相关技术中WLAN网络的网络低利用率的问题,同时也大大缓解了通过移动网络传输数据时的网络负担,提升了UE传输数据的性能。

在步骤101中,当UE的缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,按照预设方式对缓存数据进行分组,得到两组数据。
在一实施例中,缓存数据可以为UE需要通过上行链路向基站发送的数据包,当UE所处无线网络的网络负载较大时,UE需要上传的数据包被缓存到UE的缓存器中,形成本公开所述的缓存数据,缓存器可以为分组数据汇聚协议(Packet Data Convergence Protocol,简称为PDCP)的缓存器。在一实施例中,缓存数据的长度通常不超过缓存器能够缓存的数据长度。
在一实施例中,第一预设阈值可以根据UE所在小区的网络负载的状态来确定,当缓存数据的长度大于该第一预设阈值时,表示UE当前接入的无线网络出现拥塞,为了确保UE能够将缓存数据发给基站,可以按照预设方式对缓存数据进行分组,得到两组数据,例如,第一组数据和第二组数据,例如,缓存数据的长度为12比特,第一预设阈值为10比特,此时缓存数据的长度大于第一预设阈值,可以按照预设方式对缓存数据进行分组,在一实施例中,预设方式可以为UE与基站之间预先设定的分组规则,可以按照比特为单位对缓存数据进行分组,在一实施例中,预设方式为:对缓存数据的前一半比特的数据划分为第一组数组,后一半比特的数据划分为第二组数据,例如,可以将12比特中的前6比特作为本公开中的第一组数据,后6比特作为本公开中的第二组数据。
在步骤102中,将两组数据分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传至基站。
在一实施例中,例如,将两组数据分别称之为第一组数据和第二组数据的情况下,UE可以在第一组数据和第二组数据分别形成的数据包中 添加用于识别第一组数据和第二组数据的标识以及用于识别第一组数据和第二组数据在UE当前需要发送的全部数据中的位置标识,以方便基站能够根据这些标识识别出第一组数据和第二组数据,并能够根据这些标识将第一组数据和第二组数据重新组合成UE原始生成的缓存数据。
在一示例性场景中,如图1B所示,以移动网络为LTE网络并且基站为演进型基站(eNB)为例进行示例性说明,在图1B所示的场景中,包括eNB10、UE20、无线接入点(Access Point,简称为AP)30,其中,eNB10下覆盖三个小区,分别为小区11、小区12、小区13,其中,UE20位于小区11中。在一种情形下,UE20需要通过LTE网络中的第一链路141向eNB10传输数据,当小区11中的网络负载重导致UE20将需要发送的数据被缓存在缓存器中时,为了提升通信系统发送数据的效率,可以通过本公开的技术方案检测缓存器中缓存数据的长度(例如,12比特)是否大于第一预设阈值(例如,10比特),当缓存数据的长度大于第一预设阈值时,UE20将缓存数据拆分成前6比特和后6比特,将前6比特作为第一组数据,后6比特作为第二组数据,之后,将前6比特通过LTE网络的第一链路141发送给eNB10,后6比特通过WLAN网络的第二链路142发送给AP30,AP30再将后6比特转发给eNB10。当小区11中的LTE网络负载较重时,通过第一预设阈值控制UE采用WLAN网络的第二链路142向eNB10传输数据,有效缓解了第一链路141传输数据的压力。
由于移动网络与WLAN网络是两个独立的通信网络,当移动网络的网络负载较重时,本实施例通过上述步骤101和步骤102,控制UE将缓存数据中的一部分数据通过移动网络上传至基站,另一部分数据通过WLAN网络上传至基站,从而可以将移动网络与WLAN网络的资源更好地融合,解决了相关技术中WLAN网络的网络低利用率的问题,同时也大大缓解了通过移动网络传输数据的网络负担,提升了UE传输数据的性能。
在一实施例中,数据传输方法进一步还可以包括:
当缓存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时,确定移动网络和无线局域 网络的信号强度;
当移动网络的信号强度大于或者等于无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过移动网络传输缓存数据;
当移动网络的信号强度小于无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过无线局域网络传输缓存数据。
在一实施例中,数据传输方法进一步还可以包括:
接收基站的广播信令;
从广播信令中解析出第一预设阈值。
在一实施例中,数据传输方法进一步还包括:
接收基站的单播信令;
从单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,第二预设阈值小于第一预设阈值;
将第一预设阈值更新为第二预设阈值。

至此,本公开实施例提供的上述方法,可以将移动网络与WLAN网络的资源更好地融合,解决相关技术中WLAN网络的网络低利用率的问题,同时也大大缓解移动网络传输数据时的网络负担,提升UE传输数据的性能。
下面以具体实施例来说明本公开实施例提供的技术方案。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种数据传输方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以在缓存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时如何传输缓存数据为例并结合图1B进行示例性说明,如图2所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤201中,确定缓存数据的长度是否大于或者等于第一预设阈值,当缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,可以按照上述图1A所示实施例的方法流程将缓存数据上传至基站,本实施例不再详述,当缓 存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时,执行步骤202。
在步骤202中,当缓存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时,确定移动网络和无线局域网络的信号强度。
在步骤203中,当移动网络的信号强度大于或者等于无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过移动网络传输缓存数据。
在步骤204中,当移动网络的信号强度小于无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过无线局域网络传输缓存数据。
在一示例性场景中,如图1B所示,在UE20同时能够接入到移动网络与WLAN网络的情况下,如果UE20的缓存器中的缓存数据的长度尚未达到第一预设阈值时,为了确保UE20更好的用户体验,可以根据移动网络与WLAN网络的信号强度确定UE20需要采用的链路,例如,移动网络的网络信号大于或者等于WLAN网络的信号强度时,可以通过第一链路141将缓存数据上传给eNB10,移动网络的网络信号小于WLAN网络的信号强度时,可以通过第二链路142将缓存数据上传给eNB10,由此可以确保UE20均能够通过较佳的上行链路向eNB10传输数据。
本实施例中,根据移动网络和WLAN网络的信号强度来调整UE所采用的网络,从而可以确保UE能够通过最佳的网络传输数据,避免缓存器中缓存较多的数据,有效提升UE传输数据时的性能。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的又一种数据传输方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以如何得到第一预设阈值以及对第一预设阈值进行更新为例并结合图1B进行示例性说明,如图3所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤301中,接收基站的广播信令。
在步骤302中,从广播信令中解析出第一预设阈值。
在步骤301和步骤302中,在一实施例中,eNB10可以根据小区的网络负载为小区内的UE(例如,UE20)分配一个第一预设阈值,该第一预设阈值可以作为UE20的默认阈值,UE20根据第一预设阈值来控制缓存 数据的传输方式。
在步骤303中,接收基站的单播信令。
在步骤304中,从单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,其中,第二预设阈值小于第一预设阈值。
在步骤305中,将第一预设阈值更新为第二预设阈值。
在步骤303-步骤305中,如果UE20为小区内的预设用户级别的UE,则UE20可以接收到来自eNB10的单播信令,将与该预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值从单播信令中解析出来,并将第一预设阈值更新为第二预设阈值,例如,第一预设阈值为8比特,当eNB10检测到UE20的预设用户级别为白金用户时,如果白金用户对应的预设阈值为6比特,则可以将6比特作为第二预设阈值,发送给UE20,UE20接收到第二预设阈值后,将系统默认的8比特更新为UE20对应的6比特。
本实施例中,从单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,由于第二预设阈值小于第一预设阈值,因此当UE的缓存数据较小时就能够通过图1A所示实施例的方法流程将缓存数据上传至基站,确保级别高的UE能够尽快将缓存数据上传至基站,实现了不同级别的用户设备在传输缓存数据时具有差异化的传输服务。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的再一种数据传输方法的流程图;该数据传输方法可以应用在eNB上,本实施例结合图1B进行示例性说明,如图4所示,该数据传输方法包括以下步骤401-403:
在步骤401中,确定小区内的用户设备的网络负载状态。
在一实施例中,以小区11为例进行示例性说明,eNB10可以统计小区11内全部的UE通过移动网络传输数据的数据量,通过数据量来确定小区11内的用户设备的网络负载状态,网络负载状态例如为传输数据通畅、传输数据拥塞,等等。
在步骤402中,根据网络负载状态确定小区内的用户设备所采用的第一预设阈值。
在一实施例中,当传输数据通畅时,第一预设阈值可以设置的较大些,例如,12比特,从而可以确保UE20能够通过移动网络稳定地将数据传输至eNB10,避免UE20在不必要的情形下对缓存数据进行分组,提升UE20传输数据的性能。
在步骤403中,接收用户设备分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传的两组数据,其中,两组数据为用户设备在用户设备缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,对缓存数据进行分组获得。
在步骤404中,将两组数据重组成与用户设备侧的数据格式相同的数据包。
在一实施例中,如图1B所示,eNB10接收到通过移动网络的第一链路141传输的第一组数据和AP30转发通过无线局域网络的第二链路142传输的第二组数据的数据包后,可以从相应的数据包中识别出各自的标识,这些标识包括在第一组数据和第二组数据分别形成的数据包中添加用于识别第一组数据和第二组数据的标识以及用于识别第一组数据和第二组数据在UE20当前需要发送的全部数据中的位置标识,eNB10可以根据这些标识准确识别出第一组数据和第二组数据,并根据这些标识能够将第一组数据和第二组数据重新组合成UE原始生成的缓存数据。
本实施例中,本实施例通过上述步骤401-404,可以使UE能够根据第一预设阈值控制数据传输的方式,从而将移动网络与WLAN网络的资源更好地融合,解决了相关技术中WLAN网络的网络低利用率的问题,同时也大大缓解了UE通过移动网络传输数据时的网络负担,提升了UE传输数据的性能;通过移动网络与WLAN网络两个独立的通信网络分别接收UE对缓存数据进行分组得到的两组数据,将来自UE的缓存数据进行重新组合,可以确保数据不会由于数据的处理而丢失,在大大缓解UE通过移动网络传输数据时的网络负担的同时,确保UE的用户体验。
在一实施例中,数据传输方法进一步还包括:
从小区内的用户设备中确定出符合预设用户级别的用户设备;
确定与预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值;
将第二预设阈值发送给符合预设用户级别的用户设备。
在一实施例中,将第二预设阈值发送给符合预设用户级别的用户设备,可包括:
将第二预设阈值设置在单播信令中;
向符合预设用户级别的用户设备发送单播信令,单播信令中携带有第二预设阈值。
在一实施例中,将第一预设阈值发送给小区内的用户设备,可包括:
将第一预设阈值设置在广播信令中;
向小区内的用户设备发送广播信令。

至此,本公开实施例提供的上述方法,可以使UE能够根据第一预设阈值控制数据传输的方式,从而将移动网络与WLAN网络的资源更好地融合。
下面以具体实施例来说明本公开实施例提供的技术方案。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的还再一种数据传输方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以如何对第一预设阈值进行更新为例并结合图1B进行示例性说明,如图5所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤501中,从小区内的用户设备中确定出符合预设用户级别的用户设备。
在步骤502中,确定与预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值。
在步骤503中,将第二预设阈值设置在单播信令中。
在步骤504中,向符合预设用户级别的用户设备发送第二预设阈值。
在一示例性场景中,如图1B所示,如果eNB10在确定UE20为小区内的预设用户级别,则eNB10可以确定与预设用户级别对应的第二预设阈值,向UE20发送单播信令,从而使UE20能够从单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,并将第一预设阈值更新为第二预设阈值,例如,第一预设阈 值为8比特,当eNB10检测到UE20的预设用户级别为白金用户时,如果白金用户对应的预设阈值为6比特,则可以将6比特作为第二预设阈值,发送给UE20,UE20接收到第二预设阈值后,将系统默认的8比特更新为UE20对应的6比特。
本实施例中,基站从小区内的用户设备中确定出符合预设用户级别的用户设备,将与预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值设置在单播信令中后,将单播信令发送给相应的UE,由于第二预设阈值小于第一预设阈值,因此当UE的缓存数据较小时就能够通过图1A所示实施例的方法流程将缓存数据上传至基站,确保级别高的UE能够尽快将缓存数据上传至基站,使不同级别的用户设备具有差异化的传输服务。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种数据传输装置的框图,如图6所示,数据传输装置包括:
数据分组模块61,被配置为如果缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值,按照预设方式处理缓存数据,得到第一组数据和第二组数据;
第一数据传输模块62,被配置为将数据分组模块61处理得到的第一组数据和第二组数据分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传至基站。

处理组件1002通常控制装置1000的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件1002可以包括一个或多个处理器1020来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1002可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1002和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件1002可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1008和处理组件1002之间的交互。
存储器1004被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备1000的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1000上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1004可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件1006为装置1000的各种组件提供电力。电力组件1006可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1000生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1008包括在所述装置1000和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1008包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备1000处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1010被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1010包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1000处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1004或经由通信组件1016发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1010还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

传感器组件1014包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1000提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1014可以检测到设备1000的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1000的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1014还可以检测装置1000或装置1000一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1000接触的存在或不存在,装置1000方位或加速/减速和装置1000的温度变化。传感器组件1014可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1014还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1014还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1016被配置为便于装置1000和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1000可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件1016经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件1016还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1000可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路 (ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。

  1. 一种数据传输方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当用户设备的缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,按照预设方式对所述缓存数据进行分组,得到两组数据;
    将所述两组数据分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传至基站。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述缓存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时,确定所述移动网络和所述无线局域网络的信号强度;
    当所述移动网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述移动网络传输所述缓存数据;
    当所述移动网络的信号强度小于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述无线局域网络传输所述缓存数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收基站的广播信令;
    从所述广播信令中解析出所述第一预设阈值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收基站的单播信令;
    从所述单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,所述第二预设阈值小于所述第一预设阈值;
    将所述第一预设阈值更新为所述第二预设阈值。

  6. 一种数据传输方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    确定小区内的用户设备的网络负载状态;
    根据所述网络负载状态确定所述小区内的用户设备所采用的第一预设阈值;
    接收用户设备分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传的两组数据,所述两组数据为所述用户设备在所述用户设备缓存数据的长度大于或者等于所述第一预设阈值时,对所述缓存数据进行分组获得;
    将所述两组数据重组成与所述用户设备侧的数据格式相同的数据包。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    从所述小区内的用户设备中确定出符合预设用户级别的用户设备;
    确定与所述预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值;
    将所述第二预设阈值发送给符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第二预设阈值发送给符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备,包括:
    将所述第二预设阈值设置在单播信令中;
    向符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备发送所述单播信令,所述单播信令中携带有所述第二预设阈值。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述第一预设阈值设置在广播信令中;
    向所述小区内的用户设备发送所述广播信令。
  10. 一种数据传输装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    数据分组模块,被配置为当用户设备的缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,按照预设方式对所述缓存数据进行分组,得到两组数据;

  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    信号强度确定模块,被配置为当缓存数据的长度小于第一预设阈值时,确定所述移动网络和所述无线局域网络的信号强度;
    第二数据传输模块,被配置为当所述信号强度确定模块确定所述移动网络的信号强度大于或者等于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述移动网络传输所述缓存数据;
    第三数据传输模块,被配置为当所述信号强度确定模块确定所述移动网络的信号强度小于所述无线局域网络的信号强度时,通过所述无线局域网络传输所述缓存数据。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    广播信令接收模块,被配置为接收基站的广播信令;
    第一阈值解析模块,被配置为从所述广播信令接收模块接收到的所述广播信令中解析出所述第一预设阈值。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    单播信令接收模块,被配置为接收基站的单播信令;
    第二阈值解析模块,被配置为从所述单播信令接收模块接收到的所述单播信令中解析出第二预设阈值,所述第二预设阈值小于所述第一预设阈值;
    阈值更新模块,被配置为将所述第一预设阈值更新为所述第二阈值解析模块解析出的所述第二预设阈值。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述缓存数据被存储在分组数据汇聚协议的缓存器中。
  15. 一种数据传输装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    状态确定模块,被配置为确定小区内的用户设备的网络负载状态;
    第一阈值确定模块,被配置为根据所述状态确定模块确定的所述网络负载状态确定所述小区内的用户设备所采用的第一预设阈值;
    数据接收模块,被配置为接收用户设备分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传的两组数据,所述两组数据为所述用户设备在所述用户设备缓存数据的长度大于或者等于所述第一阈值确定模块确定的所述第一预设阈值时,对所述缓存数据进行分组获得;
    数据重组模块,被配置为将数据接收模块接收到的所述两组数据重组成与所述用户设备侧的数据格式相同的数据包。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    级别确定模块,被配置为从所述小区内的用户设备中确定出符合预设用户级别的用户设备;
    第二阈值确定模块,被配置为确定与所述预设用户级别相对应的第二预设阈值;
    第二阈值发送模块,被配置为将所述第二阈值确定模块确定的所述第二预设阈值发送给符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二阈值发送模块包括:
    第二阈值设置子模块,被配置为将所述第二预设阈值设置在单播信令中;
    单播信令发送子模块,被配置为向符合所述预设用户级别的用户设备发送所述单播信令,所述单播信令携带有所述第二阈值设置子模块设置的所述第二预设阈值。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第一阈值设置模块,被配置为将所述第一阈值确定模块确定的第一预设阈值设置在广播信令中;
    广播信令发送模块,被配置为向所述小区内的用户设备发送所述广播信令,所述广播信令中携带有所述第一阈值设置模块设置的所述第一预设阈值。
  19. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    当缓存数据的长度大于或者等于第一预设阈值时,按照预设方式对所述缓存数据进行分组,得到两组数据;
    将所述两组数据分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传至基站。
  20. 一种基站,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    确定小区内的用户设备的网络负载状态;
    根据所述网络负载状态确定所述小区内的用户设备所采用的第一预设阈值;
    接收用户设备分别通过移动网络和无线局域网络上传的两组数据,所述两组数据为所述用户设备在所述用户设备缓存数据的长度大于或者等于所述第一预设阈值时,对所述缓存数据进行分组获得;
    将所述两组数据重组成与所述用户设备侧的数据格式相同的数据包。
