一种齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,安装于副井井筒壁内部,进行人员和设备的运输。电梯包括导轨架(1)、对重(4)、轿厢(6)、固定架(7)、天轮(2)、钢丝绳(3)、驱动装置(5)、随行电缆(8)、电缆卷筒(9)等。钢丝绳(3)两端分别连接轿厢(6)和对重(4),通过驱动装置(5)的小齿轮(5-4)与导轨架(1)上的齿条(1-7)的啮合驱动轿厢(6)升降,通过天轮(2)实现对钢丝绳(3)的导向,通过导轨架(1)实现轿厢(6)和对重(4)的导向,通过固定架(7)将导轨架(1)固定在井筒壁上,通过电缆卷筒(9)容纳随行电缆(8)。整个系统结构简单,安全可靠,安装方便,对轿厢导轨(1-5)的垂直度要求无需很高,布置在井筒壁内部,方便相关场合的人员和设备运送,具有广泛实用性;牵引方式简单可行,有效避免普通曳引提升中需要保证较高垂直度的要求,使安装维护更加方便。

Description

一种齿轮牵引的矿用电梯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,尤其是一种适用于煤矿副井提升人员和设备的齿轮牵引的矿用电梯。
背景技术
电梯作为现代运输工具在高层建筑运输中承担着重要的作用,电梯的应用极大地方便了人们的生活,已经成为当今社会不可或缺的垂直运输工具。由于科学技术进一步发展,人们也在开拓电梯的使用场合,电梯将不再局限于垂直升降的高层建筑,一些特种电梯的出现极大的丰富了电梯的内涵与适用场景,如船用电梯,斜行电梯、矿用电梯等,它们都在特定的场合发挥它们独有的效用,而矿用电梯作为其中的一种,其发展也极大地方便了煤矿进行人员、设备的运输。
矿用电梯的使用将变得越来越广泛,而传统的摩擦式或缠绕式矿用电梯需要布置机房设置卷筒,安装维护非常不便,为了满足电梯无干涉的竖直升降,两侧的导轨必须有较高的垂直度,这给矿用电梯的发展带来了很大的制约,也是现场亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种结构简单紧凑、安装维护方便的齿轮牵引的矿用电梯。
技术方案:本发明的齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,包括布设在井筒壁内侧的导轨架、固定架、轿厢、对重、驱动装置、天轮、钢丝绳;所述天轮设在矿井立井井架最上方;所述的导轨架包括固定连接的多个导轨架标准节,每个导轨架标准节包括上下间隔设置且前后对称的多个主槽钢件、分别连接在每个主槽钢件两端的多个副槽钢件、分别连接在多个主槽钢件之间和多个副槽钢件之间的多个支撑杆,所述导轨架标准节的主槽钢件外侧端部分别固定有轿厢导轨,主槽钢件上对称设有2根对重导轨,对重导轨上设有与轿厢相连的对重,所述轿厢设在轿厢导轨上,所述的固定架设在导轨架标准节的中间两个主槽钢件的底部;所述轿厢的一侧设有随行电缆,随行电缆底部设有电缆卷筒;
所述的轿厢包括轿厢架、设在轿厢架内部的厢体,轿厢架上设有多个套设在轿厢导轨上的轿厢导向轮,所述轿厢架的顶部与钢丝绳的一端相连,钢丝绳的另一端与对重相连接,所述的驱动装置设在轿厢上,位于厢体顶部,与轿厢架固接。
所述驱动装置包括电动机、设在电动机输出轴上的大齿轮、与大齿轮相啮合的小齿轮。
所述固定架包括固定在井筒壁上的主固定架、与主固定架相连的中间桁架和一端与中间桁架相连,另一端固定在导轨架上的连接架,所述的主固定架上设有伸出架,所述伸出架的端部设有安装随行电缆的弹性电缆圈。
所述的副槽钢件上设有与驱动装置中小齿轮相啮合的齿条。
所述的多个主槽钢件最佳个数为6个。
所述的多个副槽钢件最佳个数为6个。
所述的多个支撑杆最佳个数为6个。
有益效果:由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明通过齿轮齿条牵引,将驱动装置设在轿厢上,钢丝绳两端分别连接轿厢和对重,通过驱动装置的小齿轮与导轨架上的齿条的啮合驱动轿厢升降,通过天轮实现对钢丝绳的导向,通过导轨架实现轿厢和对重的导向,通过固定架将导轨架固定在井筒壁上,通过电缆卷筒容纳随行电缆,使整个电梯系统顺畅运行。由于用钢丝绳悬挂对重,故而可以选用较小功率的电机,节约电能,不属于传动件,不像传统矿用电梯需要钢丝绳进行牵引传动;随行电缆的导向也与传统矿用电梯不同;导轨架也不同。与已有技术相比较,整个系统结构简单,安全可靠,安装方便,对导轨的垂直度要求无需很高,布置在井筒壁内部,方便相关场合的人员和设备运送,牵引方式简单可行,有效避免普通曳引提升中需要保证较高垂直度的要求,使安装维护更加方便。具有广泛的实用性。

下面结合附图对本发明的一个实施例作进一步的描述:
本发明的齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,主要由布设在井筒壁内侧的导轨架1、固定架7、轿厢6、对重4、驱动装置5、天轮2、钢丝绳3、随行电缆8、电缆卷筒9构成;固定架7将导轨架1固定在井筒壁上,驱动装置5设在轿厢6上,对重4与轿厢6相连,钢丝绳3的两端分别连接轿厢6和对重4。
所述的导轨架1包括上下固接的多个导轨架标准节1-1,导轨架标准节1-1包括上下间隔设置且前后对称设置的6个主槽钢件1-2、分别连接在主槽钢件1-2两端的6个副槽钢件1-3、分别连接在主槽钢件1-2之间和副槽钢件1-3之间的多个支撑杆1-6,所述导轨架标准节1-1 的主槽钢件1-2外侧端部分别固定有轿厢导轨1-5,内侧中间分别固定有对重导轨1-4;所述轿厢导轨1-5上设有轿厢6,所述对重导轨1-4上设有与轿厢6相连的对重4,在导轨架标准节1-1的中间两个主槽钢件1-2的底部设有固定架7;所述的副槽钢件1-3靠轿厢6一侧设有齿条1-7,齿条1-7与驱动装置中的小齿轮5-4啮合。所述的多个主槽钢件1-2、多个副槽钢件1-3和多个支撑杆1-6的最佳个数分别为6个,根据现场实际情况,可以少于6个,也可以多于6个。
所述天轮2设在矿井立井井架最上方,钢丝绳3经天轮2控制轿厢6与对重4之间的距离;所述轿厢6的一侧设有随行电缆8,随行电缆8底部设有电缆卷筒9;
所述驱动装置5包括电动机5-1、设在电动机输出轴5-3上的大齿轮5-2、与大齿轮5-2相啮合的小齿轮5-4。
所述的轿厢6包括轿厢架6-2、设在轿厢架6-2内部的厢体6-1,轿厢架6-2上设有多个套设在轿厢导轨1-5上的轿厢导向轮6-3,所述轿厢架6-2的顶部与钢丝绳3的一端相连,钢丝绳3的另一端与对重4相连接,所述厢体6-1顶部设有与轿厢架6-2固接的驱动装置5;
所述固定架7包括固定在井筒壁上的主固定架7-3、固定在导轨架1上的连接架7-1和连接主固定架7-3和连接架7-1的中间桁架7-2,所述主固定架7-3上设有伸出架7-4,所述伸出架7-4端部设有弹性电缆圈7-5,弹性电缆圈7-5内设有随行电缆8,保证对随行电缆8的导向;
工作原理:本发明的齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,钢丝绳3两端分别连接轿厢6和对重4,通过驱动装置5的小齿轮5-4与导轨架1上的齿条1-7的啮合驱动轿厢6升降,通过天轮2实现对钢丝绳3的导向,通过导轨架1实现轿厢系6和对重4的导向,通过固定架7将导轨架1固定在井筒壁上,通过电缆卷筒9容纳随行电缆8,使整个电梯系统顺畅运行。

  1. 一种齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,包括布设在井筒壁内侧的导轨架(1)、固定架(7)、轿厢(6)、对重(4)、驱动装置(5)、天轮(2)、钢丝绳(3);所述天轮(2)设在矿井立井井架最上方;其特征在于:所述的导轨架(1)包括固定连接的多个导轨架标准节(1-1),每个导轨架标准节(1-1)包括上下间隔设置且前后对称的多个主槽钢件(1-2)、分别连接在每个主槽钢件(1-2)两端的多个副槽钢件(1-3)、分别连接在多个主槽钢件(1-2)之间和多个副槽钢件(1-3)之间的多个支撑杆(1-6),所述导轨架标准节(1-1)的主槽钢件(1-2)外侧端部分别固定有轿厢导轨(1-5),主槽钢件(1-2)上对称设有2根对重导轨(1-4),对重导轨(1-4)上设有与轿厢(6)相连的对重(4),所述轿厢(6)设在轿厢导轨(1-5)上,所述的固定架(7)设在导轨架标准节(1-1)的中间两个主槽钢件(1-2)的底部;所述轿厢(6)的一侧设有随行电缆(8),随行电缆(8)底部设有电缆卷筒(9);
    所述的轿厢(6)包括轿厢架(6-2)、设在轿厢架(6-2)内部的厢体(6-1),轿厢架(6-2)上设有多个套设在轿厢导轨(1-5)上的轿厢导向轮(6-3),所述轿厢架(6-2)的顶部与钢丝绳(3)的一端相连,钢丝绳(3)的另一端与对重(4)相连接,所述的驱动装置(5)设在轿厢(6)上,位于厢体(6-1)顶部,与轿厢架(6-2)固接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(5)包括电动机(5-1)、设在电动机输出轴(5-3)上的大齿轮(5-2)、与大齿轮(5-2)相啮合的小齿轮(5-4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮牵引的矿用电梯,其特征在于:所述固定架(7)包括固定在井筒壁上的主固定架(7-3)、与主固定架(7-3)相连的中间桁架(7-2)和一端与中间桁架(7-2)相连,另一端固定在导轨架(1)上的连接架(7-1),所述的主固定架(7-3)上设有伸出架(7-4),所述伸出架(7-4)的端部设有安装随行电缆(8)的弹性电缆圈(7-5)。
