Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de dispositifs électroluminescents ayant au moins quatre couches contiguës qui comprennent le dépôt séquentiel d'au moins trois couches fonctionnelles à partir d'une solution, la sélection de matière et de solvant assurant que chaque étape de dépôt ne compromet pas l'intégrité structurale et la qualité électronique d'une quelconque couche précédemment déposée, ce qui permet d'obtenir des dispositifs à haut rendement.
