本发明涉及声学技术领域,更为具体地,涉及一种扬声器模组。
目前,消费类电子市场的扩大,使得大量手机、笔记本电脑得到广泛应用,而作为消费类电子产品中重要的声学部件,发声装置也存在广泛的需求。随着消费类电子产品在外观上轻薄化及性能上更加卓越化的要求,发声装置作为此类产品的一个重要组成单元,在其性能、尺寸、安全等方面也提出了越来越高的要求。
在现有的发声装置中,用于防水或者防尘的网布一般是与塑料材质的外壳直接搭接,由于网布在模具内是非固定的自由状态,在其与外壳的固定过程中,容易受到塑胶的冲击,而产生变形、偏移或者褶皱等,注塑后形成的产品也会出现网漏、网偏或者网破等不良情况。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种扬声器模组,以解决目前发声装置中网布与外壳之间不易定位,且网布固定不牢固,易导致产品不良、合格率低等问题。
根据本发明提供一种扬声器模组,包括模组外壳、收容在模组外壳内的扬声器单体:其中,扬声器单体将模组外壳形成的腔体分隔为前声腔和后声腔;在后声腔内填充有吸音颗粒,在模组外壳的侧壁上设置有隔离吸音颗粒与扬声器单体的隔离网布;隔离网布注塑固定在第一固定框上,第一固定框注塑固定在对应的模组外壳内。
此外,优选的结构是,在第一固定框的内部设置有支撑限位隔离网布的定位筋。
此外,优选的结构是,隔离网布通过双色注塑固定在第一固定框上,位
于第一固定框外侧的隔离网布通过激光或者模切去除。

如图1和图2共同所示,本发明实施例的扬声器模组包括:模组外壳1、收容在模组外壳1形成的腔体内的扬声器单体;其中,扬声器单体将模组外壳1形成的腔体分割为前声腔和后声腔,在后声腔内填充有吸音颗粒,在模组外壳1的侧壁上设置有隔离吸音颗粒与扬声器单体的隔离网布2;在将隔离网布2与模组外壳1进行固定连接时,首先将隔离网布2注塑固定在一定形状的第一固定框3内,然后将设置有隔离网布2的第一固定框3注塑固定在对应的模组外壳1内,从而精确地将隔离网布2定位在模组外壳1内。
具体地,在模组外壳1内设置有卡槽,扬声器单体限位固定在与其结构相适配的卡槽内,并将模组外壳1形成的腔体分隔为与出声孔导通的前声腔,以及呈封闭状态的后声腔。其中,在后声腔内填充有改善扬声器模组声学性能的吸音颗粒,为防止吸音颗粒进入到扬声器单体内部,影响扬声器的稳定性,在模组外壳1的后声腔内设置隔离网布2,以将吸音颗粒与扬声器单体隔开。
其中,图3示出了根据本发明实施的隔离网布与固定框结构。
结合图1至图3共同所示,在本发明实施例的扬声器模组中,第一固定
框3可以采用多种形状的塑胶框,隔离网布2以嵌件的方式注塑固定在第一固定框3上,在一个实施例中,对第一固定框3外侧的隔离网布2进行裁切,仅保留位于第一固定框3内的隔离网布2。
通过将设置有隔离网布2的第一固定框3与模组外壳1进行注塑固定,间接将隔离网布2固定在模组外壳1内;其中,隔离网布固定的位置及其形状均可通过第一固定框进行调整。
在本发明的一个具体实施方式中,隔离网布2通过双色注塑固定在第一固定框3内,位于第一固定框3外侧的隔离网布2可以通过激光或者模切进行去除,仅保留第一固定框3内的隔离网布2,然后将注塑有隔离网布2的第一固定框3作为嵌件,通过双色注塑固定至模组外壳1内,通过分开注塑和双色注塑,将隔离网布2平整地固定在扬声器模组内,从而对其内部的吸音颗粒及扬声器单体进行隔离。
为防止注塑在第一固定框3内的隔离网布2变形或被撕裂,在本发明的一个具体实施方式中,在第一固定框3内设置若干用于支撑限位隔离网布2的定位筋;此外,定位筋还能够防止第一固定框3变形,从而更好对第一固定框3与模组外壳1进行定位。
在一些实施方式中,隔离网布2可以通过胶粘或压合固定在第一固定框3上。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例的隔离网布2与第一固定框3的固定形式不仅可以应用至扬声器模组内部,对扬声器模组的内部组件进行隔离,还能够应用至扬声器模组的出声孔或者阻尼孔等与外界进行接触的部位,从而提高扬声器模组的防水、防尘性能,确保扬声器模组的性能更加优异。
例如,在出声孔与阻尼孔处分别设置隔离网布,隔离网布注塑在相应的第二固定框上,注塑有隔离网布的第二固定框固定在与出声孔及阻尼孔的位置对应的模组外壳上。其中,注塑有隔离网布的第二固定框可以通过注塑或者胶粘等多种方式固定在与出声孔及阻尼孔位置对应的模组外壳上。
具体地,阻尼孔设置于后声腔所在的模组外壳上,用于连通后声腔与外界环境,确保后声腔与前声腔之间的气压平衡,避免气压差影响振膜的振动;其中,在阻尼孔起到气体泄漏的前提下,阻尼孔的孔径越小越好,可以通过在阻尼孔处贴设隔离网布或者阻尼网来增大阻尼孔的声阻,以减小阻尼孔对
声学性能的影响。
其中,阻尼孔的隔离网布或者阻尼网可预先注塑在与阻尼孔形状相匹配的第二固定框上,然后将注塑有隔离网布或者阻尼网的第二固定框注塑或者粘贴固定在阻尼孔所在的模组外壳上。此外,出声孔处的隔离网布也可以采用类似方法进行设置,第二固定框与第一固定框的结构及其与隔离网布的固定方式均可相互借鉴,此处不再赘述。
在本发明的另一具体实施方式中,扬声器单体包括单体外壳和收容在单体外壳内的磁路系统和振动系统,隔离网布2用于防止吸音颗粒进入磁路系统。其中,振动系统包括与单体外壳固定的振膜以及固定在振膜一侧的音圈;磁路系统则包括导磁轭、固定在导磁轭中心位置的磁铁以及固定在磁铁远离导磁轭一侧的华司。
具体地,在双磁路系统中,磁铁进一步包括中心磁铁和围绕中心磁铁设置的边磁铁,华司包括分别与中心磁铁和边磁铁对应的中心华司和边华司;中心磁铁与边磁铁之间形成磁间隙,并且中心华司与边华司之间形成磁间隙,音圈悬设在磁间隙内,当处于磁场中的音圈有音频电流流过时,会受到一个交变推动力而产生交变运动,从而带动振膜震动,进而反复推动空气而发声。

需要说明的是,本发明实施例的模组外壳1可以包括适配连接的模组上壳和模组下壳,固定框(第一固定框和/或第二固定框)的设置位置可以根据生产要求或者需要进行隔离的内部组件之间的位置关系进行调整,固定框的形状及尺寸也可以根据其安装的位置进行相应调整。
通过上述实施方式可以看出,本发明提供的扬声器模组将隔离网布或者阻尼网等类似结构注塑固定在预设的固定框内,通过将固定框注塑固定在产品的外壳上,实现隔离网布或阻尼网等与扬声器模组的牢固结合,能够有效避免网漏、网偏或者网破等不良问题;此外,固定框还可以设置为规则或者
不规则等多种形状,应用范围广,能够有效提高产品的防水、防尘等隔离性能,从而提高产品的稳定性及合格率。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述根据本发明的扬声器模组。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的扬声器模组,还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器模组,包括模组外壳、收容在所述模组外壳内的扬声器单体:其中,所述扬声器单体将所述模组外壳形成的腔体分隔为前声腔和后声腔;其特征在于,在所述后声腔内填充有吸音颗粒,在所述模组外壳的侧壁上设置有隔离所述吸音颗粒与所述扬声器单体的隔离网布;所述隔离网布通过胶粘、压合或注塑固定在第一固定框上,所述第一固定框注塑固定在对应的模组外壳内。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,在所述第一固定框的内部设置有支撑限位所述隔离网布的定位筋。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述隔离网布通过双色注塑固定在所述第一固定框上,位于所述第一固定框外侧的隔离网布通过激光或者模切去除。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第一固定框通过双色注塑限位固定在所述模组外壳的侧壁内。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述前声腔与所述扬声器模组的出声孔导通,所述后声腔为密闭结构;在所述模组外壳上设置有与所述后声腔导通的阻尼孔。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,在所述出声孔与所述阻尼孔处分别设置有隔离网布;设置在所述出声孔与所述阻尼孔处的隔离网布注塑在相应的第二固定框上,所述第二固定框固定在与所述出声孔及所述阻尼孔的位置对应的模组外壳上。
- 如权利要求6所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定框通过注塑或者胶粘的方式固定在与所述出声孔及所述阻尼孔的位置对应的模组外壳上。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述扬声器单体包括单体外壳和收容在所述单体外壳内的磁路系统;所述隔离网布用于防止所述吸音颗粒进入所述磁路系统。
- 如权利要求8所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述扬声器单体还包括收容在所述单体外壳内的振动系统;所述振动系统包括振膜和贴设在所述振膜的一侧的音圈,所述音圈悬设在所述磁路系统内。
- 如权利要求9所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,还包括电连接板;所述电连接板的一端与所述音圈导通,所述电连接板的另一端与所述扬声器模组的外部电路导通。
