Abstract
L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur à plaques, facilement nettoyable et compact, conçu pour que la taille d'au moins une ouverture d'entrée/sortie de fluide soit augmentée en même temps que la superficie d'une face de transfert de chaleur reste grande, ce qui permet de maintenir une efficacité élevée de transfert de chaleur. L'échangeur de chaleur à plaques comprend : un grand nombre de plaques (100) comportant des plaques présentant des parties (120, 130) munies de protubérances et d'évidements et disposées en parallèle ; et un grand nombre d'éléments d'espacement disposés de manière à être intercalés entre le grand nombre de plaques. Les éléments d'espacement sont disposés au niveau des bords des faces de plaque à une distance prédéfinie les uns des autres, et ils comprennent : des premiers éléments d'espacement (200) destinés à former des premiers passages d'écoulement en coopération avec les faces de plaque ; et des seconds éléments d'espacement (300) disposés au niveau des bords des faces de plaque à une distance prédéfinie les uns des autres et formant des seconds passages d'écoulement en coopération avec les faces de plaque, les seconds passages d'écoulement comportant des ouvertures d'entrée/sortie dirigées dans une direction différente par rapport aux premiers passages d'écoulement. Les premiers éléments d'espacement et les seconds éléments d'espacement sont disposés en alternance entre le grand nombre de plaques.
